Abstract

【物品用途】;本新式樣物品，係固定在軸轂上用來支持輪胎之輪箍，及配合汽車整體造形設計之裝飾用使車子外貌特色更突出與具視覺感。;【創作特點】;本創作涉及一種輪箍的裝飾性設計，特別地指一種新穎美觀「輪箍」之新式樣。本新式樣輪箍，基本上呈寬幅大徑距之運動造型，表面上具有11個輪輻並成等間距排列跨越在其輪徑表面。此「輪箍」設計以長度比例相對很小的短輪輻卻有著誇大比例的基部，該基部沿著軸心部的外周形成一個像圓盤般的碟部為其主要特徵。其中，該每一個輪輻成等寬度，表面上修飾成平整的銑削面，內側端向中心方向逐漸沉潛匯集在該碟部的外周，外側端則向徑外方向上揚沒入輪圈之外緣部上；及，在該輪輻與輪輻之間交互地形成一個梯形狀的鏤孔，且沿此梯形鏤孔的周邊修飾成繞行陡峭的邊緣等。又，上述碟部順著輪輻沉潛方向逐漸凹進成淺碟狀，並沿軸心部的外周形成一個圓錐形的凸緣部，前視時在軸心部中心覆設一個表面修飾有交互突出及凹進之同心圓形的蓋部等，形成一種非常特別的視覺效應。整體觀之造形新潮極富新穎特徵。;如上述之「輪箍」表達出一種動感的原創性，創作特色和諧地調和各構成間的視覺條件，獲致最佳的效果及整體的協調性，整體造型予人產生優雅、鮮明、清新與舒適的視覺印象。
