五、發明說明(l) 本發明係關於吼曱基尼爾(p y r i m e t h a n i 1 )調配物及其製 備方法°特刿是本發明係關於包括高比例固體吡甲基尼爾 的懸浮濃縮調配物(Sc)。 商用的SC調配物包括由Mythos®及Scala®所組成的殺真 菌劑吼曱基尼爾。通常這些調配物中包括低於4〇 % w/v的 D比曱基尼爾。因為可降低固定數量活性組成份的運輸成 本’所以,於上述的調配物中提高吡曱基尼爾至4〇%以上 是有益處的。當將吡曱基尼爾運送至遙遠且運輸困難的區 域’如’熱帶地區時,上述的花費節省更為明顯。不過, 於調配物中提高吡曱基尼爾的濃度會引起製造過程中的研 磨問題,以及於儲存時,產生結晶的問題。 因此,本發明目的是設計一種SC調配物系統,其中的吡 曱基尼爾的濃度明顯的超過40%以上而不會引起上述的問 題0 根據本發明範圍,本發明提供一種水性%調配物,其中 包括a)5 0至80% w/v的吡曱基尼爾(pyrimethanil),較佳 是6 0 - 8 0 %,b) 0.2至5% w/v的聚氧乙烯—聚氧丙烯嵌段共聚 物界面活性劑’較佳是0.3-1.5%,及〇0.2至5%以^^的萘 甲醛縮合物界面活性劑,較佳是0 . 3 - 1 5 %。 已知根據本發明的調配物在製造中經研°磨時不會發生固 化的現象,同時,於長時間儲存時’僅有極低傾向產生結 晶。 在本發明範圍中,除非文中特別提及,名詞"代表 包含所有陳述的整體或群體,但不排除包括中 的其他整體或群體。
