五、發明説明 技術領域 本發明係關於一種水性懸浮狀農藥製㈣,其含有在2〇它 下之水溶解度為100 ppm以上1000 ppm以下之農藥活性成 分;詳言之,本發明水性懸浮狀農藥製劑中之經微粒子化 的農藥活性成分粒子,其於保存狀態中之成長係受到抑 制。 技術背景 近年來在農藥製劑的發展方面,由於追求高安全性、不 生易燃及臭氣等問題,以及貯存、操作容易等目標,一般 認為今後該等以水作為基劑之水性懸浮狀製劑(可流動劑) 的需求,將愈來愈高。此外,可從進出水口或田埂即進行 處理之可流動劑,如由其散布作業之省力化觀點言之,亦 正受到業界之矚目。 可流動劑中之農藥粒子,為確保其懸浮安定性,通常認 為它的平均粒子徑較佳應於約5微米以下。然而,於高溫 保存條件下,此等微粒子亦會凝集成長,因而產生諸如沈 降分離或結成硬塊等實用上之各種問題。 最近,在水溶解度小、亦即在難溶於水之農藥原體方 面,曾有文獻揭示一種粒子之結晶成長現象經抑制之製劑 組成物(特開平9-278608及特開平5-43401 )。 然而,目前一般之見解認為,如將水溶解度較大之農藥 原體作為可流動製劑時,由於在長期保存下原體的粒子徑 將變大,故不僅對於製劑物性,即便是在生物活、 I王万面, 皆會帶來不良影響。因此,可製成可流動製劑之原體的水 __ -4- T紙張尺度適财S S家標準(CNS) A4規格(210 X 2Θ7公董)" " -------- 561026

本發明農藥製劑中之續酸系界面活性劑,可用芳基磺酸 縮合物鹽與木質糖磺酸鹽。其中較佳者係單獨使用芳基磺 酸縮合物鹽,或用芳基磺酸縮合物鹽與木質糖磺酸鹽之混 口物。更佳是用芳基磺酸縮合物鹽與木質糖磺酸鹽之混合 物。%酸系界面活性劑之全部含量,較佳係佔製劑中之約 1重量% — 20重量%,更佳為約2·5重量% — 15重量%。 本發明所用之「芳基橫酸縮合物鹽」之芳基,可為苯 基、審基等碳數6-14之芳基;而其鹽之例,則可為納鹽、 鉀鹽、鈣鹽等金屬鹽或銨鹽等。較佳之「芳基磺酸縮合物 鹽」包括苯基磺酸甲醛縮合物之鈉鹽、萘基磺酸甲醛縮合 物 < 鈉鹽等。製劑中較佳含約!重量% 一 2〇重量%之芳基 續酸縮合物鹽,更佳為約2·5重量%一15重量%。 本發明中所用「木質糖磺酸鹽」之例如木質糖磺酸鈉、 木質糖磺酸鈣、木質糖磺酸銨、變質木質糖磺酸鈉等。製 劑中較佳含約丨重量%—19重量%之木質糖磺酸鹽,更佳 含約2.5重量% — 15重量%,再佳者為約2·5重量%一5重 量%。 本發明中所用界面活性劑之具體成分名稱與商品名,包 括莕磺酸福馬林縮合物之鈉鹽(于、壬一小Ν、于,七一儿 RN,均為花王(株))··特殊芳香族磺酸福馬林縮合物之鈉 鹽(于、乇一爪MS、f、乇一小NB,均為花王(株))··萘磺酸鈉 鹽艾甲醛高縮合物(二二一力小铲y FS-4,竹本油脂(株)); 木質糖磺酸鹽(二二一力小铲> WG-4,竹本油脂(株));萘 橫酸縮合物鹽(RUNOX1000C ,東邦化學工業(株))等。
五、 發明説明( 酸鹽發月5樂製劑中以實質上不含有為佳之「境基芳基確 等r ?如·經甲基、乙基、正丙基、異丙基、正丁基 石炭之直鍵或支鍵燒基取代,且具有苯基、茶基等 等。 彳基之磺酸的鈉鹽、鉀鹽、鈣鹽等金屬鹽或銨鹽 t發明農藥製劑中所可含有之續酸系界面活性劑,除芳 二广酸縮σ物鹽及木質糖磺酸鹽以外,尚可包括芳基磺酸 ^如冬基續酸[茶橫酸鹽)、苯乙缔橫酸鹽(如聚苯乙 ㈣鹽)、二垸橫基㈣酸鹽、燒基硫酸酉旨等。 ▲本發明水性懸浮狀農藥製劑中,除前述磺酸系界面活性 =外’亦可任意添加具有降低表面張力功效之各種陰離子 2非離子系界面活性劑。然而,構造中具有聚氧乙缔鍵之 二面活性劑,如由達成本發明最大效果之目的考量,則以 實質上不含有為佳。 / 〃構造具有聚氧乙婦鏈之陰離子系界面活性劑之例包括聚 ^埽垸基St硫酸s旨鹽、聚氧乙埽燒基芳基謎硫酸醋鹽: ^氧乙料基㈣酸㈣、聚氧乙料基芳基㈣酸醋鹽 等。此等鹽類可為鹼金屬鹽、銨鹽或胺鹽等。 X構k中具有聚氧乙婦鏈之非離子系界面活性劑之例有·· 聚,乙缔垸基謎、聚氧乙婦燒基芳基_、聚氧乙缔燒基芳 基苯基_、聚氧乙浠山梨糖醇奸脂肪酸酯、聚氧乙埽聚氧 丙二醇等。 本發明水性懸浮狀農藥製劑中尚可使用增稠劑。增稠劑 之例诸如聚合物系增稠劑或無機系增稠劑等。較佳之聚合 本纸張尺度適财a S家料(CNS) A4規格(210X297公I—) -11· 561026
物系增稠劑可為三仙膠(xanthan gum)、威蘭膠(u_ g㈣、 拉姆山膠(ramzan gum)、關華豆膠(guar gum)、刺槐豆膠 (1⑽list bean gum)、黃耆膠(gum以吨⑽⑽㈨等。較佳之無機系 f稠劑可為| 土、膠體狀二氧切、膠體狀含切酸铭鐵 等。其他可作為增稠劑者,尚有聚三葡萄糖(puUu㈣、果 膠、阿拉伯半乳聚糖、酪蛋白、鱈膠、阿拉伯膠、羅望子 膠、刺梧桐樹膠 '澱粉、褐藻酸鈉、角叉膠、纖維素類 (如羧甲基纖維素、羧乙基纖維素、甲基纖維素、羥丙基 纖維素、羥乙基纖維素等)、聚乙埽醇、聚丙烯酸等。 因農藥成分種類之不同,所得製劑之黏度有時會變得較 低。此時由於粒子沈降現象,而使得懸浮液上層部分容易 f生「S隙」。為防此種現象,可增加增稠劑之比例以提 昇製劑黏度。增稠劑本身佔全部製劑之比例,通常約為 〇.〇1重量%-2〇重量%,以0 03重量%一15重量%為佳,更 佳、,,勺為0.03重量% 一 5重量%。於水性懸浮狀農藥製劑中 添加增稠劑,即可使其黏度達到例如约⑻mPa s,而 較佳可達約400-1500 mPa.s。 本發明農藥製劑中除了前述成分外,亦可視f要添加;東 結防劑、消泡劑、防腐劑等。 凍結防止劑可為乙二醇、丙二醇、甘油等。其於農藥製 劑中之碉配比例通常為約3_1〇重量0/〇。 —消泡劑可為矽酮系化合物、矽酮或改質聚矽酮之乳膠 等。其於農藥製劑中之調配比例通常為約〇·Μ重量%。 防腐劑可為福馬林溶液、山梨酸、對氧苯甲酸丁酯、山 ___ -12- 本紙張尺度適用中國國豕標準(CNS) μ規格公爱) ^ ----—-

線 561026 A7 B7 五、發明説明(10 ) 梨酸鉀、有機氮硫系複合物、苯甲酸鈉、丨,2-苯并異嚷吐 啉-3-酮、有機氮硫函素系化合物等。其於農藥製劑中之調 配比例通常約0.1 -1重量%。 可視情況需要而進一步添加於本發明水性懸浮狀農藥製 射之成分,尚有諸如分解防止劑、結晶成長抑制劑 '比 重調節劑、遮色劑、pH調節劑等習知之各種添加劑。 在本發明水性懸浮狀農藥製劑之製法方 ,口 、 々萌,只要依習知 2—般水性懸浮狀農藥製劑之製法進行即可,並無特別限 ,-般而言’本發明農藥製劑可由⑴粉碎、(2)潤濕 安定化等3階段步驟加以製造。 首先進行之粉碎步驟,係將農藥固體原體以機械性力量 加以粉碎後製成初級粒子。接著所進行之潤濕步驟,則係 將乾燥後之初級粒子表面上所吸附之空氣,以分散媒㈣ 去。而最後之安定化步驟,則是使其保持安定,以令初级 粒子不會於分散媒劑中再度凝集。 、 如以濕式粉碎之方法’即可同睡推 、0、 f進仃則述之(1)粉碎與(2) 步驟。例如,在定量水中添加分散劑、界面活性劑 及農樂活性成份’再以濕式粉碎方法,將所得㈣予 ^較佳之㈣《農藥成分進行細微粉碎,使達約3微 广了 =平均粒子徑。可以濕式粉碎法進行細微粉碎之機 …括……、沙磨器、達諾 珠研磨器、尖端研磨器、黏性研磨器、超黏研磨器、毫: 研磨器等濕式粉碎機等。當僅以濕式粉碎㈣㈣ I -13 - 本紙張尺度適财域格(細㈣了公石―
