517001 A7 B7 五、發明説明(i ) 抟銜頜域 本發明有關之橡膠積層體及其用途,詳言之,係有關 具有優異耐熱性的橡膠積層體及經其製成的軟管等之橡膠 製品。 背暑抟術 氟橡膠(Fluoro rubber)具有優異的耐熱性,壓縮永 久應變性(Compression set),抗油性,抗蝕性,於工業 用材料Μ及其他領域甚為有用。惟於此等領域廣泛採用時 ,不能忽略經濟價值,因此,於現狀而言,雖具有卓越性 能,難以期待其使用量能有飛躍性的增加。再者,作為油 軟管之原料時,則具有因引擎油所含添加劑而產生急速劣 化等缺點。 氟橡膠以外,有丙烯酸酷橡膠,α,θ-不飽和腈基-共轭二烯系共聚物橡膠Μ及其氫化物,在耐熱性,抗油性 方面較為優異,廣泛作為油軟管等之原料。 經濟部中央標準局員工消費合作社印製 (請先閱讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) 然而近年來,於汽車工業方面為改善性能,提高燃料 消耗率之努力導致引擎間之高溫化。因而在油軟管等方面 期望具有更佳耐熱性的材料,但習用的丙烯酸酯橡膠, α , /8 -不飽和腈基-共軛二烯糸共聚物或其氫化物的耐熱 性仍嫌不足。 為解決此問題,曾研究將丙烯酸酯橡膠,oc, /?-不飽 和腈基-共軛二烯糸共聚物橡膠或其氫化物等橡膠與氟橡 膠予Μ積層化Κ形成軟管之方法(日本專利特開昭61- 169243號公報,特開昭61-189934號公報,特開昭62- 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS ) Α4規格(210Χ 297公釐) 1 39490 經濟部中央標準局員工消費合作社印製 517001 A7 B7___ 五、發明説明(3 ) 多官能單體Μ0·1至1·5重量ϋί共聚合所得的丙烯酸酯橡膠 95至5重量3:而成的組合物1〇〇重量份,調配Μ過氧化交 聯劑〇·1至15重量份的橡膠組成物。 本發明的橡膠組合物(Α)中,可過氧化交聯的氟橡膠 可例舉如,雙氟亞乙烯/六氟丙烯系、雙氟亞乙烯/四氟乙 烯/六氟丙烯系、雙氟亞乙烯/氯三氟乙烯系等雙氟亞乙烯 糸共聚物、四氟乙烯/丙烯条、六氟丙烯/乙烯系、氟(烷 基乙烯醚)/烯烴系(例如雙氟亞乙烯/四氟乙烯/全氟烷基 乙烯醚)之共聚物等、又,其中較佳者為雙氟亞乙烯/六氟 丙烯系、雙氟亞乙烯/四氟乙烯/六氟丙烯系之彈性膠。上 述氟(烷基乙烯醚)亦可包含數個醚鐽。其分子量為數平均 分子量在20,000至200,000,較佳為20,000至100,000,更 佳為20,000至70,000者。一般單獨使用氟樹膠時,為得充 分之特性,分子量較佳為200,000Μ上。惟在本發明與丙 烯酸酯橡膠複合化時所用之氟橡膠若分子量為200,000Μ 上,則加工性不佳,而未滿20,000則加硫後特性不足。在 此所稱加工性,意指高溫下之聚合體粘性,加硫特性,輥 加工性等。氟橡膠的雙氟亞乙烯共聚合比為45至88莫耳S:, 較佳為55至65莫耳S!及80至88莫耳%,更佳為55至63莫耳!Κ 及80至85莫耳S;者。 氟橡膠若係單獨時,則隨雙氟亞乙烯共聚合比的增加 ,其玻璃轉位溫度有低溫化之傾向。又隨雙氟亞乙烯共聚 合比之增加,其與丙烯酸酯橡膠之相溶性有增加之傾向。 惟與丙烯酸酯橡膠複合化時,所用氟橡膠之雙氟亞乙烯共 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS ) Α4規格(210X297公釐) 3 39490 (請先閱讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁)
