經濟部智慧財產局員工消費合作社印製 A7 404917_B7__ 五、發明說明(1 ) 〔技術領域〕 本發明係爲關於機車用V型內燃機;特別是關於對於 具有以搭載於車體骨架的狀態下,以朝向左右方向配置之 •曲柄軸爲中心,前後呈V字狀張開之前部組合部及後部組 合部;在收容曲柄軸之曲柄箱的後部,一體地連結設置收 容變速機之變速箱部其內燃機的改良。 〔先行技術〕 此機車用V型內燃機,過去已知作爲摩托車用引擎( 例如,參照日本專利特開平6 — 1 7 3 8 3 2號公報)。 〔發明所欲解決之課題〕 過去的此機車用V型內燃機,在於曲柄箱的後部朝上 下方向配置潤滑用油泵及冷卻用水泵,所以在不必過大深 入形成曲柄箱的後部下,避免這些泵與變速機的干涉,必 須朝曲柄軸後方加大突出變速箱部。此狀況導致內燃機的 | 大型化,難於達成確保內燃機的地上高度,降低騎士用座 位的高度。 本發明鑑於上述狀況,其目的係爲提供對於潤滑用油 泵及冷卻用水泵不致造成任何干涉,得以小型地形成曲柄 箱的後部及變速箱部,而能使其確保內燃機的地上高度或 降低騎士用座位的高度之前述機車用V型內燃機。 〔用以解決課題之手段〕 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS)A4規格(21G X 297公爱〉 ' ^ illl — ΙΙ ---·-----線 <請先閱讀背面之注意事項再/本買) . 經濟部智慧財產局員工消費合作社印製 A7 -404917-S- 五、發明說明(2 ) 爲了達成上述目的,本發明係爲針對具有以在搭載於 車體框架的狀態下,以朝向左右方向配置之曲柄軸爲中心 ,前後呈V字狀張開之前部組合部及後部組合部;在收容 •曲柄軸之曲柄箱的後部,一體地連結設置收容速機的變速 箱部之機車用內燃機;其特徵爲:將潤滑油供給到前部及 後部組合部的潤滑部之潤滑用油泵以及冷卻水供給到前部 及後部組合部的水隔套之冷卻甩水栗配置在曲柄箱,使這 些泵朝左右方配列在比曲柄軸還前方且上方。 依據此第1特徵:由於將油泵及水泵配置在比曲柄軸 還前方且上方,所以能完全不干涉到上述油泵及水泵而小 型地形成曲柄箱的後部以及連結到該後部之變速箱部,且 可以容易地確保內燃機的地上高度及降低騎士用座位的高 度。此情況,就是利用油泵及水泵的上述配置,使其形成 爲曲柄箱的前部多少突出之形狀,其突出部也被配置在前 述組合部下方的頂端空間(dead space ),所以不致成爲 內燃機大型化的要因。 另外,本發明其第2特徵:加上上述特徵,將潤滑用 油泵及冷卻用水泵配置在同軸上,並且將由曲柄軸所隨時 被驅動之單一泵軸的兩端連結到該些泵。 依據此第2特徵:可以介由共同的傳動系利用曲柄軸 隨時驅動前述油泵及水泵,且可以達到該傳動系的ΐ純化 。並且占用比曲柄軸還上方位置之兩泵的驅動系,由於避 免浸漬到曲柄箱集油部的油,所以未引起以該驅動攪拌油 ,得以減少動力損失。 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS)A4規格(210 X 297公釐) — — — — — — — — — — — — — * — — — — — — — ^ «II ί— 1111 {請尤閱讀背面之注意事項再為本頁) -5 - 經濟部智慧財產局員工消費合作社印製 A7 -A04917_2Z_ 五、發明說明(3 ) 進而,本發明的第3特徵:加上第1或2特徵,將介 由起動傳動裝置連結到曲柄軸之起動馬達安裝在曲柄箱, 此起動馬達占用曲柄軸的前方且下方的位置。 依據此第3特徵:被配置在曲柄軸的前方且下方之起 動馬達,也對曲柄箱的後部及變速箱部的小型化不造成妨 礙:並且因被配置在前部組合部下方的頂端空間,所以此 配置不致成爲內燃機大型化的原因。另外利用起動馬達的 上述配置,起動傳動裝置被浸漬在曲柄箱底部的集油部內 之油中,但此起動傳動裝置係爲在機關的起動時作動:由 於是在機關的運轉中作動而攪拌油,所以不致導致動力損 失。 進而,本發明第4特徵:.加上第1或2特徵,將濾油 器裝著在形成在曲柄箱之濾過室,占用曲柄軸的略正上方 位置,而藉由此濾油器,將濾過室區劃分成連結到潤滑用 油泵的吐出通路之入口室、及連結到前部及後部組合部的 潤滑部之出口室。 依據此第4特徵:藉由油泵、濾過室、濾油器的上述 配置及構成,極度縮短供油路,同時能略對稱地構成對前 部及後部組合部的潤滑系,且能均等地潤滑兩組合部。 〔實施形態〕 以下,根據附圖所示本發明的一實施例說明本發明的 實施形態。 ’ 第1圖係爲搭載本發明V型內燃機之機車側面圖。第 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS)A4規格(210 297公釐) — — — — — — 麵!
