Abstract
The present invention relates to a process for extracting and recycling heavy metal from contaminated soil, which utilizes primarily the theory of chemical balance to establish a model for selecting chelating agent of suitable strength, and applies it in the treatment of heavy metal contaminated soil. Competitive calcium ion and alkali are added in the treatment process which effectively extracts heavy metal in the soil and recycle the heavy metal and the chelating agent.
