Abstract

Method of monitoring the function of a dust return system in a melt-down gasifier, where fluid is used as carrier for passage of the grinding medium through at least a burner for entrance into the melt-down gasifier, where the feeding system conveying pipe shows in the melt-down gasifier and behind at least 1 burner, the flow direction of the fluid is detected for indication of the hot gas or oxygen from the melt-down gasifier into the feeding system and closing the feeding pipe when there is penetration of oxygen.
