Oil 五、發明説明(1 ) 許多疾病都是經由直接或間接接觸而從一人傳染给另 一人。直接接觸使傳染病媒介從帶病毒者傳播給另一人, 而他可能被感染及/或將病毒再傳給別人。病院感染對醫 護人員特別流行,因為他們會有意或無意接觸傳染病。間 接接觸係帶病毒者接觸物品後留下病毒,使後來接觸該物 品者接觸到病毒。許多病毒都是經由雙手直接或間接接觸 而感染。 一些病毒可經由水灰諸如肥皂,殺菌劑與類似物等清 潔劑消滅。醫院工作人員通常會接受正確的洗手方法訓練 ,作為使病院感染減至最小的方法。同樣地,許多工作場 所要求處理食物之員工在處理食物前需先洗手。 許多醫院都有洗手用之清洗站。清洗站具有一用足或 脚操作之閥,用Μ控制水龍頭至水槽之水流。並具有一諸 如液皂之類的清潔劑源以及擦手用之摺叠紙巾。在S院場 所通常不提供熱空氣吹風機,因為空氣的流動會增進病毒 的傳播。而清洗站有數個缺點,譬如不適當之肥皂量,需 要觸碰閥或其它可能受到污染的地方,Μ及洗手時使用過 多水量等。 本發明係有關一種適用於醫院及食物處理場所之清洗 站。此種清洗站具有紅外線感测器,用於偵測使用者之存 在,Μ及該使用者是否欲做洗手操作。一旦偵測到可能之 使用者時,控制糸統將釋出足夠之水量以潤濕其雙手。然 後再釋出足以清潔雙手之預定肥皂量,再釋出水量沖洗雙 手。最後,釋出一預定長度之捲紙巾。 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS ) Λ4規格(210X 297公釐) ----~-----:--^------ΐτ------.A ί ~ (請先閲讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) 經濟部中央標準局員工消費合作社印製 4 經濟部中央標準局員工消費合作社印製 Α7 Β7 1、發明説明(2 ) 假若使用者僅是要喝水或得到一些紙巾,則控制糸統 會跳過洗手模式Μ允許這些動作。清洗站之操作可由一中 央電腦監控,此電腦在淸洗站操作不當或需要服務時,具 有通知適當維修人員之能力。 本發明之主要目的係提供一種適合S院及食物處理場 所之清洗站,作為使傳染病之傳播減至最小之裝置。 清洗站包含一水槽Μ及一與水槽配合使用,MS擇放 水至水槽之放水龍頭。一與水槽配合使用之第一感測器, 用於決定使用者之存在。一與水龍頭連通之電氣操作閥, 用以使水被選擇供應至水龍頭並被第一感測器所啟動。一 與水槽配合使用之放皂龍頭*用K選擇放出肥皂。一與放 皂龍頭配合使用之第二感测器,用Μ決定使用者是否要使 用放皂龍頭。一與肥皂供應器配合使用之幫浦,與放皂龍 頭連通並與第二感测器連動,當第二感測器偵測到使用者 時,它會使肥皂被選擇地供應至放皂龍頭。 操作一清洗站之方法包含Κ下步驟:以第一感測器偵 測使用者的存在,並在偵測到使用者時使水自龍頭放出; Μ第二感測器決定使用者是否欲放出肥皂;Μ及在第二感 測器被啟動時,自肥皂分配器放出肥皂並同時禁止水自龍 頭中放出。 操作一清洗站之方法包含以下步驟:提供一清洗站, 它包含一水槽,一與水槽配合使用之放水龍頭,一與放水 龍頭連通之電氣操作閥,用Κ控制流至放水龍頭之水流, 一與放水龍頭配合使用之第一感測器,用Μ決定使用者之 本紙張尺度適用中國國家橾準(CNS ) A4規格(210X297公釐) -- n m !t n ! - · n m---*h ---- 1-- - n —i n n T _ -I .表 i ^ (請先閱讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) 5 經濟部中央標準局員工消費合作社印製 A7 B7__ 五、發明説明(3 ) 存在,一與水槽配合使用並與放水龍頭相鄰之放皂龍頭, 一與肥皂源及放皂龍頭連通之幫浦,一與幫浦配合使用之 第二感測器,用Μ控制幫浦之操作以便供應肥皂至放皂龍 頭,Μ及一與第一及第二感測器,閥及幫浦連接之控制器 ,用Μ控制閥及幫浦之操作。亦包含Μ下步驟:Μ第一感 測器偵測使用者之存在,並與控制器連通信號,使閥被操 作而使水被供應至放水龍頭,同時只要第一感測器偵測到 使用者且第二感測器未偵測到使用者時,連續供應水至放 水龍頭。 參考後文伴隨附圖所做之說明將明白瞭解本發明之上 述與其它目的及優點。 由以下參考附圖對本發明較佳實施例所做之詳細說明 將使本發明之上述與其它目的及優點Μ及新的特性更顯而 易見,其中: 第1圖係一本發明清洗站之第一實施例之透視圖; 第2圖係一本發明清洗站之第一實施例之正視圖,其 中部份以截面顯示; 第3圖係一本發明清洗站之第一實施例之側視圖,其 中部份以截面顯示; 第4圖係一本發明之肥皂衡重機構之片段透視圖; 第5圖係一本發明之放皂糸統之片段正視圖,其中部 份Μ截面顯示; 第6圖係另一用於釋出肥皂之装置之片段正視圖; 第7圖係一本發明水龍頭之Η段正視圖; 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS ) A4規格(2丨OX 297公釐) ----------:--裝------訂------'Λ. i i (請先閲讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) 6 311154 Α7 Β7 經濟部中央標準局員工消費合作社印製 五、發明説明(4 ) 第8圖係另一幫浦糸統之Η段正視圖,其中部份Μ截 面顯示; 第9圖係另一本發明清洗站實施例之正視圖; 第10圖及第11圖係第9圖實施例之簡單配線圖; 第12圖係淸洗站控制条統之概要圖; 第13圖係一本發明清洗站之第三實施例之透視圖;Μ 及 第14圖係本發明控制条統之方塊圖。 第1圖所示之清洗站W1具有一箱體10及一垂直支架12 。如圖所示,箱體10及垂直支架12可為分開的結構元件, 或是一體或者支架12可為牆壁的一部份或類似構造。此外 ,雖然我們希望箱體10及垂直支架12是由不锈鋼製作,但 熟知本技藝者將知道其它成份亦適合,餮如飯店場所使用 之清洗站W1。 水槽14安裝在箱體10之頂部16。安裝在頂部16的尚有 一紅外線感测器18, 一水龍頭20,及一選擇器開關22。箱 醴10可具有手柄24及26,Μ便打開箱門28及30。 一電氣操作之捲紙巾分配器32被安裝在垂直支架12上 。捲紙巾分配器最好是根據美國專利4, 960 , 248製作, 該專利之内容已納入本發明參考且該專利之受讓人亦是本 發明之受讓人。分配裝置32有一紅外線感測器34,它可Μ 是一被動紅外線偵測器,而感測器18則是一主動紅外線偵 測器。第1圖亦顯示一段從分配器32伸出之紙巾36,以及 指示清洗站W1使用人數之顯示器38。雖然我們較希望能使 (請先閲讀背面之注意事項再填寫本页) 裝· *^τ 泉 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS ) Α4規格(210X297公釐) A7 B7 五、發明説明( 用紙巾,但只要是一種可自分配器32放出之具連續長度之 可撕式檫乾用材料即可。切勿使用單張式紙巾,因為它們 可能會與有可能受到污染之分配器接觸。 如第2圖所示,箱體10有一容納清洗站W1之適當工作 構件之中空内部。熱水及冷水管40及42連接至多數大樓中 所提供之慣常來源。手動止水閥44及46被安裝在水管40及 42上端。一 T形接頭或管接頭48從閥44上方之水管延伸以 及水管50自T形接頭延伸,後文將作說明。電氣操作電磁 閥52及54分別被安裝在閥44、46與T形接頭56之間,以便 常閉閥52及/或54在打開或允許流動之位置時,將水供應 至水龍頭20。T形接頭56允許熱水與冷水混和,K便得到 所需溫度。第7圖所示之水龍頭20有一水流通道60M及一 内部皂流通道62,並终止於管嘴64,用Μ導引水流至水槽 14,最後再從排水管流入排水溝或處理糸統。 經濟部中央標隼局員工消費合作社印製 (請先閲讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) 水平支座66安装在箱髏10之內,用Μ支撐安置在衡重 裝置70上之肥皂容器或肥皂瓶68。水管72從肥皂容器68延 伸至夾緊閥幫浦74。水管76從幫浦74延伸至逆止閥78,而 水管80則是從逆止閥78延伸至水龍頭20之肥皂通道62。逆 止閥79位於容器68與幫浦74間之水管72上。第7圖所示之 肥皂通道62有一小段從龍頭20伸出之短管82,用Κ導引肥 皂至水槽1 4。 電磁操作控制閥84位於水管50上游並經由Τ形接頭86 連接至夾緊閥幫浦74之入口,以便提供加壓水至幫浦74。 Τ形接頭86之另一出口連接至一控制閥或僅是一限流孔。 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS ) Α4規格(210 X 297公釐) 8 經濟部中央標準局員工消費合作杜印製 A7 m_ B7 _ 五、發明説明(6 ) 水管92從控制閥90延伸至水管58之T形接頭94,如第3圖所 示。 第4圖及第5圖所示之衡重装置70包含一安置在支座66 上之第一支撐板96以及一位於板96上方並爲鉸接装置100 鉸接至板96之第二平板98。肥皂容器68安置在第二平板98 上,而肥皂容器最好是較輕之可置換瓶。在第二平板98之 表面108上有數値與鉸接裝置成不等間距之凹進部份102, 104及106。壓力開關110有一可選擇定位至任一凹進部份 102,104及106之活塞112。肥皂容器68之重量(包含肥皂 容器本身重量)經由活塞112施加至壓力開蘭110,使容器 68內之肥皂量可被監視。從壓力開關110伸出之導線114係 作為通知中央電腦容器68内肥皂量之一種裝置。 我們發現在通知中央霄腦置換肥皂容器68方面最好能 有彈性。容器68之重量經由鉸接裝置100施加一與活塞112 及鉸接裝置100間之距離成比例之力量至活塞112。因此, 我們可選定壓力開關110與其活塞112之位置,使壓力開關 110在容器剩下所選擇之肥皂量時會停止動作。因而可依 反應時問通知維護人員。我們會選擇使用壓力開關,因為 壓力開關僅在其停止動作時才傳送適當信號,使中央電腦 之工作負荷減至最小。否則,中央電腦需要定期査詢壓力 開關110以便決定容器68中剩餘之肥皂量。因為容器内之 清潔劑極可能僅將緩慢消耗,所Μ壓力起動之開關可說是 最為可行的。 第4圖及第5圖亦顯示穿過幫浦74延伸至肥皂容器68之 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS ) Α4规格(210Χ297公釐) _ ----r-------炎------訂------Λ , _ (請先閱讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) 經濟部中央標準局員工消費合作社印製 A7 __B7__ 五、發明説明(7 ) 連續之彈性注入管116。在容器68頂部有一密封圖盤118, 用於防止肥皂溢出,同時提供管116插入之一開口。在第5 圔中需知道,管116是穿過幫浦74延伸出來。置換容器68 時亦須更換注入管116。如此可使接頭或管接頭發生污染 的可能性減至最小。這對醫院場所特別適合,因為感染的 可能性須儘可能的避免。不過,在食物處理場所則無此需 要。 第2圖及笫3圖所示之捲紙巾分配器32有一紅外線感測 器34。每當使用者需要紙巾時,感測器34卽令電動機120 動作。此對醫院場所特別適合,因為突發之緊急狀況可能 會讓使用者無法完成正常之洗手周期。電動機120藉由單 向傳輸124使紙巾滾筒122轉動。如此將確保紙巾從分配器 32之開口中放出,並防止滾筒122被纏住。 我們發現有多種不同類型的幫浦可用於將清潔劑126 抽送至水龍頭20。譬如,夾緊閥幫浦74具有一不變形之圖 柱形外套管128,該套管二端封閉,但有開口 130及132作 為管116之入口及出口,如第5圖所示。在套管128侧邊另 有一用於連接水管80之開口 134。 彈性氣《136位於套管128内,並具有一連續直徑對應 於管116直徑之中心開口 138,用Μ提供滑動配合。此滑動 配合使抽送力變得最大。此外,管116可較薄,並可根據 所欲抽送之肥皂126量選擇其厚度。管Π6之壁愈厚,則在 其增壓室中所含有之肥皂體積愈小。 熟知本技藝者將知道從水管80送水入氣囊136與套管 本紙伕尺度適用中國國家標準(CMS ) Α4規格(210Χ297公釐) (請先閲讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) 訂 10 A7 B7 五、發明説明(8 ) 128所構成之環形室140時,會使中心開口 138受到擠壓而 壓縮管116。此種突然壓縮將迫使管116内所含之物質向 外流出。逆止閥78允許被抽取之肥皂流至容器68。此係 —種快速抽送動作,會使肥皂從管82噴出。 只要閥84是打開時,氣囊136將保持在膨脹狀態。一 旦閥被關閉,則會自水管88中移去水壓源,然而只需打開 閥90允許水流至水龍頭20即可使中心開口 138再度膨脹。 我們希望經由閥90所釋放之水能流入水流通道60。此外, 肥皂將從容器68被抽送至幫浦74。 第8圖所示之夾緊閥幫浦142大致類似幫浦74,其相異 處是在幫浦之入口及出口處分別使用揷銷式接頭144及146 。此外,與幫浦74不同的是,通往肥皂容器68之管148並 非從幫浦中延伸出來。同樣地,連接至接頭146之管150通 往水龍頭20。因此,氣囊136本身之中心開口 138形成肥皂 管道。當然,在幫浦142前後需有逆止閥Μ確保肥皂先流 至幫浦142再潦至水龍頭20。 第8圖顯示之逆止閥152最好是一球形逆止閥,其功能 係使水從水管92流向水龍頭20。常閉之電磁閥154操控位 於水管50出水端之控制閥156。電纜線158供應使電磁閥 154動作之工作電源及控制信號。逆止閥152用於防止水從 水管92流入閥156,且其大小會使來自水管50之突發水流 流入幫浦142。因此,逆止閥152之作用如同一限流孔,在 閥156為電磁閥154關閉時,允許水流通過。 第6圖所示之電氣操作旋轉蠕動幫浦亦可用於抽送清 本紙乐尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS ) A4規格(210X 297公釐) -·* ! i··· If n II - - - m 士^, - - II !—1 I !l— II 丁 I m I i^i . . 0¾ ’V9 i i (請先閱讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) 經濟部中央標準局員工消費合作社印製 11 經濟部中央標準局員工消費合作杜印製 A7 B7 五、發明説明(9 ) 潔劑126至水龍頭20。幫浦160在支座164及166上有一活動 蓋162。中心軸168由電動機(未顯示)帶動旋轉。中心軸 168在其周邊具有用於與彈性供皂管172啃合之指狀銷170 。管172供料至通往水龍頭20之肥皂管174。 中心軸168之旋轉使指狀銷170選擇性地與管172晡合 ,因此使管172抵住活動蓋162而被擠壓。若此種滾動連續 進行將迫使肥皂流向肥皂管174。若中心軸168以相反方向 旋轉則將使肥皂從肥皂管174回流至管172,因此使肥皂從 管174滴入水槽14之可能性減至最小。 由於在軸08與支座164及166上方之活動蓋162是可移 動的,因此當容器68内之肥皂用完後,將便於更換肥皂管 172。此種装置在減少管接頭污染是很有效的。須知道肥 皂容器及管路可以是一整體單元以方便更換。 如前所述,下壓式選擇器開關22安裝在靠近水龍頭20 之箱體10之上表面16上。選擇器開關22係一個二位置開關 。我們發現有些時候使用者僅需要水,譬如喝水。在這種 情況,選擇器開關22在僅允許水從水龍頭20放出是很有效 的。如前所述,第二感測器34使分配器32可隨時供應捲紙 巾。當下壓式開關22在僅用水位置時,顯示器不會動作, 因爲顯示器是由控制器176所操控,同時只在肥皂被抽送 時才會 清洗站之所有電氣控制均在電子控制器176内,控制 器則位於箱髏10之内。控制器176可以是實線(hardwired) ,或是可程式控制器。控制器176具有接收顯示器38及電 本紙伕尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS ) Λ4現格(210X 297公釐) 12 (請先閲讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) 、-° A7 B7 經濟部中央標準局員工消費合作社印製 五、發明説明(10 磁閥52,54,84,90與78所需之所有電氣信號之功能。中 央電腦最好是與一主電腦連通。 第9圖顯示清洗站W2。清洗站W2可適用於一傳統設計 之水槽178。一第一紅外線感測器180 (最好是主動類型〉安 裝在水槽178之表面182並用於決定使用者之雙手是否在水 龍頭20下方。清洗站W2之水龍頭20與清洗站W1之水龍頭20 相同,故不再赘述。 亦是主動類型之第二感测器184亦安裝在表面182上。 不過,感测器184是朝上而感測器180則是朝向水平方向。 因此,感測器180可視爲對一水平面感測,而感測器184則 是感测從感测器180之平面垂直延伸之垂直平面。此種鼷 係可避免因使用者雙手位置不正確而使控制器176產生困 擾之可能性。 清洗站W2具有手動供水閥186及188,用於提供加壓水 源至清洗站W2。常閉電磁閥190操作控制閥192,使水經由 水管196流至T形接頭194。同樣地,常閉電磁閥198操作控 制閥200以允許水經由水管202流至T形接頭194。水管204 從手動操作閥188連接至控制閥206。閥206是由常閉電磁 閥208所操控。逆止閥210供水给經由T形接頭214連通水管 202之水管212。與第8圖之幫浦142大致相同之幫浦213具 有從肥皂容器216伸出之供皂管215。肥皂管218從幫浦213 之出口延伸至水管80。當然,可為球形逆止閥之逆止閥 217及219被置於容器216與水龍頭20之間以便控制肥皂之 抽送。 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CMS ) Α4規格(210X 297公釐) I--.--.----^------訂------'泉 ΐ - (請先閱讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) 13 經濟部中央標準局負工消費合作社印製 A7 __B7_五、發明説明(11 ) 控制盒220安裝在一位於排水管222後方之垂直支架上 。電線從控制盒220延伸至設備之每一部件,這些電線最 好是具有應變消除揷頭組件224以便使電纜综之損壊減至 最小。 我們發現感测器184最好是替代下壓式按鈕,特別是 在醫院場所。朝上之感測器184不需被使用者觸碰,因此 減少因前述接觸所引起之感染危險。為了使控制盒220切 換清洗站W2為洗手或僅用水模式,使用者僅需將手置於感 測器184前方一段足夠時間。我們發現大約三秒之感測時 間卽已足夠,同時可避免因手太快移過感測器184之掃描 區而造成之不期望鎖定。此外,我們希望當清洗站W2被感 测器184設定爲洗手模式後,感測器180需在所選擇之時間 内鎖定。如此將可進一步確保不期望之動作不會發生。換 言之,首先設定清洗站為洗手模式,然後將手放在水龍頭 下方。 第12圖顯示清洗站W1及W2連接至一主電腦或中央電腦 之概要圖。對應於控制器176之控制單元操控顯示器38及 肥皂衡重機構70。此外,控制單元傳送有關之操作資訊至 中央電腦,如有必要,中央電腦會通知維護相關之清洗站 。顯示器38及肥皂衡重機構70經由控制器176與一中央電 腦通訊。此將允許中央電腦定期査詢顯示器及肥皂衡重器 Μ便監視清洗站之使用情形。 第10圖及第11圖顯示清洗站W1及清洗站W2之配線圖。 熟知本技藝者將知道第1〇圖及第11圖之配線圖可用實線來 -----------"'I裝------訂------ (請先閱讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) 本纸張尺度適用令國國家標準(CNS ) Α4規格(210Χ297公釐) 14 A7 B7 311154 五、發明説明(12 配接,或譬如Μ一可程式控制器由軟體來控制。 ”正常”盒係指示清洗站W1及W2是在一般狀態*在此模 式時僅有水被釋出。在正常楔式,繼電器或繪出XI被通電 〇 計時器Τ6之常開接點226必須關閉以便使電流經過繼 電器R4之常閉接點228流至計時器Τ1。此提供重置功能, 因為若一可能使用者設定条统為自動模式後,則該使用者 必須在計時器Τ1所設定之選擇時間内,在感测器18之感測 範圍移動。假使在40秒期間沒有任何情況發生,則計時器 會逾時,因此重置控制条統爲正常楔式。僅在自動模式時 需有重置功能。 繼電器R1之常開接點230在計時器Τ1之計時期間是關 閉的,因此提供一保持電路,因為計時器Τ1之接點232及 繼電器R4之接點234皆爲常閉。接點230在繼電器R1内部, 並被施加一固定控制信號,因為計時器Τ1僅在所分配之時 間逾時時才會提供一控制信號。 繼電器Χ2之常開接點236使計時器Τ6動作。計時器Τ6 係用於決定使用者是否已將手放置在感测器184前方一段 足夠長的時間。我們發現大約三秒即足Μ確定使用者是否 希望將清洗站W2切換爲自動模式。 繼電器R1之常開接點238 ,繼電器XI之接點240,以及 計時器Τ0之接點242控制計時器Τ2之動作。計時器Τ0提供1 秒之暫停時間,以便使用者有足夠時間將手置於水龍頭20 下方。一旦計時器T0逾時,藉由閥52及54或192及198(視 ----r--_---1 —------IT------^ (請先閣讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) 經濟部中央標準局員工消費合作社印製 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS ) A4規格(210X 297公釐) -15 -
