Abstract
本發明係揭露一種保存潤滑劑用之膠囊,係包含膠囊殼體,膠囊殼體內容置潤滑劑,膠囊殼體之原料及原料配比為明膠:甘油:水:水分保持劑:增稠劑= 53~74% :18~42% :6~16% :10~40% :2~20%,潤滑劑之原料及原料配比為環戊矽氧烷: 二甲基矽氧烷醇: 聚二甲基矽氧烷= 42~76% :18~42% :6~16%,膠囊殼體具有溶解酸鹼值範圍、溶解溫度範圍及溶解濕度範圍。
Description
本發明是有關於一種膠囊,特別是有關於一種保存潤滑劑用之膠囊。
一般來說,習知用於人體肌膚之潤滑劑均是容置於罐裝、瓶裝或其他容器,待使用時,以傾倒、擠壓等方式將潤滑劑由容器中取出。然,此種容置方式,常見地具有下列問題:
1、於取出潤滑劑使用時,若手部清潔不夠或重複執行取出動作時,有可能將細菌病毒帶入人體,進而產生感染的風險,於衛生安全上形成疑慮。
2、由於潤滑劑是存放於容器中,故在攜帶上較為不便,另在使用過程中,容器可能佔有一定體視覺上較為突兀,此外在使用方式上,須經由取出步驟才能使用,易造成使用體驗上產生不好觀感。
其中,中華明國專利TW M544316係關於一種水性組成物之容器結構及壓力式容器,其包含一瓶體,具有一子彈型容置空間,該子彈型容置空間用於容納包括一蘆薈萃取液及一玻尿酸的一水性組成物,其中,當該瓶體受一壓力時,該水性組成物係流出該瓶體。
中華民國專利TW M526400係關於一種胃崩膠囊劑型,其具有一胃容性膠囊外殼;以及天然活性胜肽粉末層,被填充於該胃溶性膠囊外殼內。
中國專利CN103598971A係關於一種具有潤滑功能的電動情趣用品,其包含驅動部分、潤滑部分、控制部分及模擬器官,其中驅動部分可帶動模擬器官模仿人類自然運動,而潤滑部分則可有效儲存潤滑液,並可藉由泵抽取潤滑液進而由連通管導入模擬器官之中,當人體進入模擬器官中則可達到潤滑之效果。
中國專利CN104352679A係關於一種潤腸通便膠囊,包括膠囊內的中草藥提取物和凝膠外殼,其進一步揭露中草藥提取物之原料為蘆薈提取物、火麻仁、莱菔子、決明子及杏仁,並揭露凝膠外殼之原料及原料配比為明膠:甘油:乙醇:純化水=3~5%:1%~3%:5~8%:84~91%。此潤腸通便膠囊係具有滑膩感,故可對直腸內壁產生潤滑作用,且膠囊本身係為水溶性。
美國專利US6749557B2係關於一種自潤滑性輔助裝置,係可藉由容置於其中的潤滑液產生潤滑效果,其包含用於裝載潤滑液之空腔,以及將空腔連結至性輔助器的連接機構。性輔助器包含用於接觸使用者之外表面及內表面之表面結構,其係具有一個或多個孔洞;使用者可藉由控制連接機構促使空腔之潤滑液流動至人體。
美國專利US7858119B1係關於一種延長釋放性藥物,其中藥劑係包裹於聚合物膜層內,並可於胃腸道及血漿中逐漸釋放藥物活性物質長達12至24小時。此延長釋放性藥物包含外殼,此外殼係可為單層或多層之聚合物膜,且其需於ph5以上之環境中溶解,關聯專利US7858119B1係進一步揭露外殼係包含0.5~30%的聚乙二醇增塑劑及5~55%的聚合物。
然,上述相關專利前案皆無法解決膠囊殼體於常溫中不受內部潤滑油之侵蝕之問題。
有鑑於上述習知之問題,本發明的目的在於提供一種保存潤滑劑用之膠囊,用以解決習知技術中所面臨之問題。
基於上述目的,本發明係提供一種保存潤滑劑用之膠囊,係應用於情趣用途,該保存潤滑劑用之膠囊係包含膠囊殼體,膠囊殼體內容置潤滑劑,膠囊殼體之原料及原料配比為明膠:甘油:水:水分保持劑:增稠劑= 53~74% :18~42% :6~16% :10~40% :2~20%,潤滑劑之原料及原料配比為環戊矽氧烷: 二甲基矽氧烷醇: 聚二甲基矽氧烷= 42~76% :18~42% :6~16%,膠囊殼體具有溶解酸鹼值範圍、溶解溫度範圍及溶解濕度範圍,且膠囊殼體於所在處之酸鹼值、溫度及濕度符合溶解酸鹼值範圍、溶解溫度範圍及溶解濕度範圍時溶解。
較佳地,膠囊殼體可為單層結構。
較佳地,膠囊殼體之厚度可為0.28~1.4nm。
較佳地,膠囊殼體可於所在處之酸鹼值、溫度及濕度符合溶解酸鹼值範圍、溶解溫度範圍及溶解濕度範圍時以一預設時間內溶解。
較佳地,溶解酸鹼值範圍可為PH4~5.8。
較佳地,溶解溫度範圍可為攝氏30~40度。
較佳地,溶解濕度範圍可為RH60~RH80。
承上所述,本發明之保存潤滑劑用之膠囊藉由膠囊殼體於同時符合溶解酸鹼值範圍、溶解溫度範圍及溶解濕度範圍時會溶解之特性,以使容置於膠囊殼體內之潤滑劑得以作用在人體上,而產生潤滑的效果。
為利瞭解本發明之特徵、內容與優點及其所能達成之功效,茲將本發明配合圖式,並以實施例之表達形式詳細說明如下,而其中所使用之圖式,其主旨僅為示意及輔助說明書之用,未必為本發明實施後之真實比例與精準配置,故不應就所附之圖式的比例與配置關係解讀、侷限本發明於實際實施上的權利範圍。
請參閱第1圖,其係為本發明之保存潤滑劑用之膠囊之示意圖。如圖所示,本發明之保存潤滑劑用之膠囊100應用於情趣用途,該保存潤滑劑用之膠囊100包含了膠囊殼體110,膠囊殼體110內容置潤滑劑120,膠囊殼體110之原料及原料配比為明膠:甘油:水:水分保持劑:增稠劑= 53~74% :18~42% :6~16% :10~40% :2~20%,潤滑劑120之原料及原料配比為環戊矽氧烷(Cyclopentasiloxane): 二甲基矽氧烷醇(Dimethiconol): 聚二甲基矽氧烷(Dimethicone)=42~76% :18~42% :6~16%,膠囊殼體110具有溶解酸鹼值範圍、溶解溫度範圍及溶解濕度範圍。
於實際使用本發明之保存潤滑劑用之膠囊100時,係將其放置於人體之特定部位上,待膠囊殼體110於所在處之酸鹼值、溫度及濕度符合溶解酸鹼值範圍、溶解溫度範圍及溶解濕度範圍時,膠囊殼體110將開始溶解,進而原先容置於膠囊殼體110內之潤滑劑120便會從膠囊殼體110內流出至人體上。
值得一提的是,藉由膠囊殼體110之原料及原料配比可達到於符合溶解溫度範圍及溶解濕度範圍的情境下,膠囊殼體於人體上溶解,另一方面亦可達到在保存環境中不會自然溶解而可穩定的保存。
而,藉由潤滑劑120之原料及原料配比可達到穩定存放於膠囊殼體110之中,由於潤滑劑中含水,若水的比例太高便會使得膠囊殼體110軟化,進而將含水比例降到最低程度,在此最低程度指的是需兼顧潤滑劑120之體感效果及功能,而非一昧地要求最低含水比例。
更進一步地,膠囊殼體110可為單層結構。
其中,膠囊殼體110之厚度可為0.28~1.4nm。
於使用過程中,膠囊殼體110可於所在處之酸鹼值、溫度及濕度符合溶解酸鹼值範圍、溶解溫度範圍及溶解濕度範圍時以預設時間內溶解。
補充一提的是,溶解酸鹼值範圍可為PH4~5.8;溶解溫度範圍可為攝氏30~40度;而,溶解濕度範圍可為RH60~RH80。
請參閱下表一,下表一係為本發明之保存潤滑劑用之膠囊的實驗數據。實驗環境方法為:

溶媒:50mM磷酸鹽緩衝溶液;pH 4.0;500毫升
溫 度:37℃
裝置II (槳):50 rpm
實驗方法:使用溶離系統對本發明之保存潤滑劑用之膠囊進行溶離測試(n=3),拍照紀錄每個膠囊在上述溶離條件下外殼破裂時間。

承上所述,本發明之保存潤滑劑用之膠囊藉由膠囊殼體於同時符合溶解酸鹼值範圍、溶解溫度範圍及溶解濕度範圍時會溶解之特性,以使容置於膠囊殼體內之潤滑劑得以作用在人體上,而產生潤滑的效果。

- 一種保存潤滑劑用之膠囊,係應用於情趣用途,該保存潤滑劑用之膠囊係包含: 一膠囊殼體,該膠囊殼體內係容置一潤滑劑,該膠囊殼體之原料及原料配比係為明膠:甘油:水:水分保持劑:增稠劑= 53~74% :18~42% :6~16% :10~40% :2~20%,該潤滑劑之原料及原料配比係為環戊矽氧烷: 二甲基矽氧烷醇: 聚二甲基矽氧烷= 42~76% :18~42% :6~16%,該膠囊殼體係具有一溶解酸鹼值範圍、一溶解溫度範圍及一溶解濕度範圍,且該膠囊殼體於所在處之酸鹼值、溫度及濕度符合該溶解酸鹼值範圍、該溶解溫度範圍及該溶解濕度範圍時溶解。
