Abstract
本發明公開了一種電連接器,包括絕緣本體及導電端子;導電端子包括第一本體部、第二本體部及彈性部,第一、第二本體部彼此呈角度設置,且藉由一橫向橋部相連,彈性部設置有向上凸出的接觸部;導電端子還包括自第一本體部向下延伸的第一焊接部及自第二本體部向下延伸的第二焊接部,第一焊接部、第二焊接部均焊接於同一錫球。第一本體部、第二本體部分別對應設有第一焊接部和第二焊接部,第一、第二焊接部同時焊接於同一錫球,電流經由第二本體部流向電路板板,從而可有效降低其電容效應,降低高頻訊號傳輸損失。
Description
本發明涉及一種電連接器,尤其涉及一種用於連接晶片模組的電連接器。
隨著大資料、雲計算、物聯網等概念的蓬勃發展,幾乎每一新產品都在談高速傳輸應用。各應用模組均朝向高速方向發展,以實現前面提到的高速傳輸應用,用來連接各模組之間的輸入/輸出介面當然亦需要高速傳輸。而作為電腦、伺服器等核心部分的中央處理器則朝向更高速、接腳更多的方向發展,用來連接中央處理器與主機板之間的電連接器則不能成為訊號傳輸的瓶頸。於先前的技術中,電連接器只設有一接腳,電流從電連接器流入到PCB時,有較強的電容效應,於高頻訊號傳輸時,訊號損失較大,影響高頻訊號的傳輸。
是故,確有必要提供一種新的電連接器,以克服上述缺陷。
本發明的目的在於提供一種高頻訊號傳輸效果更佳的電連接器。
為解決上述技術問題,本發明採用如下技術方案:一種電連接器,包括具有複數端子槽的絕緣本體及收容於所述端子槽內的導電端子;所述絕緣本體具有相對設置的上表面及下表面,所述端子槽貫穿所述上、下表面;所述導電端子包括同時收容於所述端子槽內的第一本體部與第二本體部、自所述第一本體部彎折延伸出所述絕緣本體上表面的彈性部,所述第一、第二本體部彼此呈角度設置,且借由一橫向橋部相連,所述彈性部設置有向上凸出的接觸部;所述導電端子還包括自所述第一本體部向下延伸的第一焊接部及自所述第二本體部向下延伸的第二焊接部,所述第一焊接部、第二焊接部均焊接於同一錫球。
與先前技術相比,本發明具有如下有益效果:本發明中的第一本體部、第二本體部分別對應設有第一焊接部和第二焊接部,第一、第二焊接部同時焊接於同一錫球,電流經由第二本體部流向PCB板,從而可有效降低其電容效應,降低高頻訊號傳輸損失。
請參照第一圖至第八圖所示,一種電連接器,用於連接中央處理器(CPU)等晶片模組(未圖示)至電路板(未圖示),所述電連接器100包括絕緣本體1及裝設於所述絕緣本體1內的複數導電端子2,以此,通過所述導電端子2與晶片模組的接觸實現所述電連接器100與晶片模組之間的電性連接。
所述絕緣本體1具有相對設置的上表面11與下表面12以及貫穿所述上、下表面11、12的複數端子槽13,所述導電端子2收容於所述端子槽13內。
所述導電端子2包括同時收容於所述端子槽13內的第一本體部21與第二本體部22、自所述第一本體部21彎折延伸出所述絕緣本體1上表面11的彈性部23、自所述第一本體部21向下延伸的第一焊接部24及自所述第二本體部22向下延伸的第二焊接部25,所述第一、第二本體部21、22彼此呈角度設置,且借由一橫向橋部26相連,所述彈性部23設置有向上凸出的接觸部27。所述第一本體部21與所述第二本體部22相互垂直設置。所述第一本體部21設有與所述第一焊接部24連接的第一彎折部211,所述第一彎折部211向下彎折。所述第二本體部22的下方設有向下彎折的第二彎折部222、自所述第二彎折部222的下端向上彎折的第三彎折部223以及自所述第三彎折部223向下彎折延伸的第四彎折部224,所述第二焊接部25連接至所述第四彎折部224的下端。所述第二本體部22設有分別向兩側水平延伸以與所述端子槽13干涉配合的倒刺221,用以將所述導電端子2固持於所述端子槽13內。所述第二本體部22的上方設有用以連接料帶的料帶連接部225。
所述彈性部23於其自由末端處設置有向上凸出的兩接觸部27,兩所述接觸部27間隔設置並相互平行,設置兩接觸部27使所述導電端子2與晶片模組有兩觸點,從而使訊號傳輸效率更高。所述彈性部23設有沿厚度方向貫穿的狹槽231,所述彈性部23的寬度大於所述接觸部27的寬度。所述狹槽231位於該導電端子2的應力集中區,並且可以根據實際需求調節該狹槽231的長度、寬度及位置。
所述第一焊接部24與所述第二焊接部25相鄰設置,所述第一焊接部24與所述第二焊接部25水平方向上位於同一平面,且所述第一焊接部24、第二焊接部25均焊接於同一錫球3,如此設置,當所述錫球3與電路板結合後,電流可經所述第二本體部22流入電路板,形成一封閉的狀態,可有效降低所述導電端子2中的電容效應;同時,所述第一本體部21與所述第二本體部22形成並聯電路,降低高頻訊號傳輸時的訊號損失,提高高頻訊號傳輸品質。所述第一焊接部24設有面向所述第二焊接部25的第一內側邊241,所述第二焊接部25設有與面向所述第一焊接部24的第二內側邊251,所述第一內側邊241與所述第二內側邊251相鄰設置,並且相互平行且間隔。所述第一內側邊241與所述第二內側邊251面對面設置。所述第一焊接部24設有第一外側邊242,即除去所述第一內側邊241以外的側邊;所述第二焊接部25設有第二外側邊252,即除去所述第二內側邊251以外的側邊。所述第一焊接部24向所述第一外側邊242方向延伸拓寬,所述第二焊接部25向所述第二外側邊252方向延伸拓寬,以使所述第一焊接部24、第二焊接部25更好的與所述錫球3接觸。
綜上所述,本發明所述電連接器100的有益效果如下:本發明設置有第一、第二焊接部24、25且第一焊接部24、第二焊接部25均與錫球3接觸,電流可經所述第二本體部22流入電路板,形成一封閉的狀態,有效降低所述導電端子2的電容效應;同時,電流同時經所述第一本體部21、第二本體部22流入電路板,使所述第一、第二本體部21、22形成並聯電路,可降低高頻訊號傳輸的訊號損失,提高高頻訊號傳輸品質。

Claims (10)
- 一種電連接器,包括: 絕緣本體,係具有複數端子槽,其具有相對設置的上表面及下表面,所述端子槽貫穿所述上、下表面;及 導電端子,係收容於所述端子槽內,其包括同時收容於所述端子槽內的第一本體部與第二本體部、自所述第一本體部彎折延伸出所述絕緣本體上表面的彈性部,所述第一、第二本體部彼此呈角度設置,且借由一橫向橋部相連,所述彈性部設置有向上凸出的接觸部; 其中,所述導電端子還包括自所述第一本體部向下延伸的第一焊接部及自所述第二本體部向下延伸的第二焊接部,所述第一焊接部、第二焊接部均焊接於同一錫球。
- 如請求項 1所述之電連接器,其中所述第一焊接部與所述第二焊接部相鄰,且其內側邊相互平行且間隔設置。
- 如請求項 2所述之電連接器,其中所述第一焊接部與所述第二焊接部水平方向上位於同一平面,並且所述第一焊接部與所述第二焊接部分別向各自的外側邊方向延伸。
- 如請求項 1所述之電連接器,其中所述第一本體部與所述第二本體部相互垂直,所述第二本體部設有分別向兩側水平延伸以與所述端子槽干涉配合的倒刺。
- 如請求項 4所述之電連接器,其中所述第一本體部設有與所述第一焊接部連接的第一彎折部,所述第一彎折部向下彎折。
