Description
本發明是有關於一種成型設備及成型方法,且特別是有關於一種射出成型設備及射出成型方法。
射出成型(injection molding)是一種生產由熱塑性塑膠或熱固性塑膠所構成的部件的過程。塑料在射出成型機的料筒內被加熱而熔化呈流動狀態,接著在柱塞或螺杆的加壓下,塑料被壓縮並向前移動,進而通過料筒前端的噴嘴以很快的速度注入溫度較低的閉合模具內。經過一段時間冷卻定型後,開啟模具即得射出成型製品。
在射出成型的過程中,射出壓力、模具溫度、保壓時間及環境溫度等因素皆會影響模具內塑料的比容,而射出成型製品的品質是否良好需視塑料的比容是否符合預期。現有的射出成型機可藉由感測塑料的壓力及感測模具的溫度來概略地推估射出成型製品的品質,並據以依操作人員的經驗調整射出參數。然而,若無法確實得知塑料的實際比容,將無法準確地進行所述調整。
本發明提供一種射出成型設備及射出成型方法,可提升射出成型製品的品質。
本發明的射出成型設備,包括一模具、一射出裝置及一比容感測模組。射出裝置適於射出一材料至模具內。至少部分比容感測模組配置於模具,其中比容感測模組適於感測模具內的材料的實際比容。
在本發明的一實施例中,上述的比容偵測模組包括至少一壓力感測元件及至少一溫度感測元件,壓力感測元件配置於模具且適於感測模具內的材料的壓力,溫度感測元件配置於模具且適於感測模具內的材料的溫度。
在本發明的一實施例中,上述的比容偵測模組包括一處理單元,處理單元耦接壓力感測元件及溫度感測元件,且適於依據模具內的材料的壓力及模具內的材料的溫度而計算出模具內的材料的實際比容。
在本發明的一實施例中,上述的至少一壓力感測元件的數量為多個,至少一溫度感測元件的數量為多個,這些壓力感測元件分別對應於模具的多個位置,以分別感測模具內的對應於這些位置的材料的壓力,這些溫度感測元件分別對應於模具的這些位置,以分別感測模具內的對應於這些位置的材料的溫度。
在本發明的一實施例中,上述的模具的一內表面朝向模具內的材料,溫度感測元件配置於模具的內表面。
在本發明的一實施例中,上述的模具的一內表面朝向模具內的材料,模具有一貫孔,貫孔從模具的一外表面延伸至模具的內表面,壓力感測元件配置於模具的外表面且對應於貫孔。

在本發明的一實施例中,上述的射出成型設備包括一控制單元,其中控制單元耦接於比容感測模組,控制單元適於依據模具內的材料的實際比容而調整射出成型設備的至少一射出成型參數。
在本發明的一實施例中,上述的至少一射出成型參數包括射出裝置的射出壓力、模具的溫度及藉由射出裝置所進行的保壓時間。
在本發明的一實施例中,在射出裝置射出材料至模具內的過程中,比容感測模組適於以預定時間間隔多次感測模具內的材料的實際比容。
本發明的射出成型方法,包括:藉由一射出裝置射出一材料至一模具內;以及藉由一比容感測模組感測模具內的材料的實際比容。
在本發明的一實施例中,上述的射出成型方法包括:藉由至少一壓力感測元件感測模具內的材料的壓力;以及藉由至少一溫度感測元件感測模具內的材料的溫度。
在本發明的一實施例中,上述的射出成型方法包括:藉由一處理單元依據模具內的材料的壓力及模具內的材料的溫度而計算出模具內的材料的實際比容。

基於上述,本發明的射出成型設備藉由比容感測模組來獲得模具內的材料的實際比容,據以準確地調整射出參數,從而提升射出成型製品的品質。
為讓本發明的上述特徵和優點能更明顯易懂,下文特舉實施例,並配合所附圖式作詳細說明如下。
圖1是本發明一實施例的射出成型設備的示意圖。請參考圖1,本實施例的射出成型設備100包括一模具110、一射出裝置120及一比容感測模組130。模具110由上模112及下模114所組成,上模112及下模114如圖1所示相互閉合時定義出模穴110a。射出裝置120適於射出一材料(如塑料)至模具110的模穴110a內。至少部分比容感測模組130配置於模具110,比容感測模組130適於感測模具110內的材料的實際比容,據以準確地調整射出參數,從而提升射出成型製品的品質。
以下藉由圖式說明本發明一實施例的射出成型方法的主要流程。圖2是本發明一實施例的射出成型方法的流程圖。請參考圖2,以圖1所示射出成型設備100為例,首先,藉由射出裝置120射出材料至模具110內(步驟S602)。接著,藉由比容感測模組130感測模具110內的材料的實際比容(步驟S604)。
詳言之,本實施例的比容偵測模組130如圖1所示包括至少一壓力感測元件132及至少一溫度感測元件134。壓力感測元件132配置於模具110的下模114且適於感測模具110內的材料的壓力,溫度感測元件134配置於模具110且適於感測模具110內的材料的溫度。具體而言,溫度感測元件134例如是紅外線感測器(如光敏電阻),其配置於模具110的上模112的朝向所述材料的內表面S1,而可直接感測模具110內的材料的溫度。此外,模具110具有一貫孔110b,貫孔110b從模具110的外表面S2延伸至模具110的下模114的朝向所述材料的內表面S1’,壓力感測元件132配置於模具110的下模114的外表面S2且對應於貫孔110b,以透過貫孔110b直接感測模具110內的材料的壓力。藉此配置方式,本實施例的溫度感測元件134是直接感測模具110內的材料的溫度以搭配壓力感測元件132所感測的壓力值來準確計算比容值,而非如習知方式般僅感測模具110的溫度而概略地推估材料的狀態。在其他實施例中,壓力感測元件132及溫度感測元件134可皆配置於上模112或皆配置於下模114。
圖3是圖1的射出成型設備的部分構件方塊圖。請參考圖3,本實施例的比容偵測模組130更包括一處理單元136,處理單元136例如是電腦或其他具運算功能的適當裝置,其耦接壓力感測元件132及溫度感測元件134,且適於依據壓力感測元件132所感測到的模具110內的材料的壓力及溫度感測元件134所感測到的模具110內的材料的溫度而計算出模具110內的材料的實際比容。在本實施例中,壓力感測元件132及溫度感測元件134所感測的壓力值及溫度值可儲存至資料擷取卡(Data Acquisition card,DAQ card),然後被傳遞至處理單元136。其中,可利用訊號放大器來放大溫度感測元件134所感測的溫度值訊號。此外,可藉由顯示介面顯示所述壓力值、溫度值及比容值,以供操作者觀看。
請參考圖3,進一步而言,本實施例的射出成型設備100更包括一控制單元140。控制單元140例如是電腦或其他具控制功能的適當裝置,其耦接於比容感測模組130的處理單元136,且適於依據處理單元136所計算出的模具110內的材料的實際比容而調整射出成型設備的射出成型參數。所述射出成型參數可包含射出裝置120的射出壓力、模具110的溫度及藉由射出裝置120所進行的保壓時間。所述保壓,是射出裝置120在將材料射出至模具110內之後持續施加適當的射出壓力以提供適量的材料至模具110內,直到模具110內的材料凝固,如此可避免因模具110內的材料在凝固過程中收縮而使射出成型製品的尺寸不符預期。
在本實施例中,在射出裝置120射出材料至模具110內的過程中,比容感測模組130例如是以預定時間間隔多次感測模具110內的材料的實際比容。舉例來說,可將壓力感測元件132設定為每0.04秒感測一次模具110的材料的壓力,且將溫度感測元件134設定為每0.04秒感測一次模具110的材料的溫度。從而,處理單元136可每隔0.04秒計算出模具110的材料的當下的實際比容,並持續即時地將這些實際比容值傳遞至控制單元140,讓控制單元140能夠在射出裝置120射出材料至模具110內的過程中持續不斷地對射出裝置120的射出壓力、模具110的溫度及藉由射出裝置120所進行的保壓時間進行調整。在其他實施例中,所述時間間隔可為其他時間長度,本發明不對此加以限制。在其他實施例中,控制單元140更可依據模具110的材料的實際比容對下一次射出成型製程的所述參數進行調整。此外,在其他實施例中,射出成型設備可不具有控制單元,在處理單元136計算出模具110的材料的實際比容之後,操作者可據以手動調整所述參數。
圖1所示模具的模穴110a的形狀及壓力感測元件132與溫度感測元件134的配置方式僅為示意,以下藉由圖式說明其變化。
圖4是本發明另一實施例的射出成型設備的局部示意圖。圖4所示實施例與圖1所示實施例的不同處在於,壓力感測元件132的數量為多個(繪示為三個),溫度感測元件134的數量為多個(繪示為三個)。這些壓力感測元件132分別對應於模具110的模穴110a的多個位置110a1、110a2、110a3,以分別感測模具110內的對應於這些位置110a1、110a2、110a3的材料的壓力。類似地,這些溫度感測元件134分別對應於模具110的模穴110a的這些位置110a1、110a2、110a3,以分別感測模具110內的對應於這些位置110a1、110a2、110a3的材料的溫度。從而,可計算出模具110內的這些位置110a1、110a2、110a3的材料的比容,以更全面地調整所述參數。
具體而言,可依據在位置110a3的材料的比容來調整所述參數以使其達預期值,並據以判斷其是否已凝固。在位置110a3的材料凝固之後,依據在位置110a2的材料的比容來調整所述參數以使其達預期值,並據以判斷其是否已凝固。在位置110a2的材料凝固之後,依據在位置110a1的材料的比容來調整所述參數以使其達預期值,並據以判斷其是否已凝固。如上述般針對模具110內不同位置的材料依序分段調整所述參數,可確保射出成型製品在這些位置的比容一致,以進一步提升其品質。
圖5是本發明另一實施例的射出成型設備的局部示意圖。圖5所示的模具110的模穴的形狀在位置P有顯著變化,而使得此處的材料的比容有較大機率不符預期。因此,可如圖5所示在位置P處配置壓力感測元件132及溫度感測元件134,以確實地監控此處的材料比容。
圖6是本發明另一實施例的射出成型設備的局部示意圖。在圖6所示實施例中,溫度感測元件134及壓力感測元件132整合為一感測單元,此感測單元配置於模具110的內表面S1。如此可簡化溫度感測元件134及壓力感測元件132的裝設流程。
雖然本發明已以實施例揭露如上,然其並非用以限定本發明,任何所屬技術領域中具有通常知識者,在不脫離本發明的精神和範圍內,當可作些許的更動與潤飾,故本發明的保護範圍當視後附的申請專利範圍所界定者為準。

Claims (17)
- 一種射出成型設備,包括: 一模具; 一射出裝置,適於射出一材料至該模具內;以及 一比容感測模組,至少部分該比容感測模組配置於該模具,其中該比容感測模組適於感測該模具內的該材料的實際比容。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的射出成型設備,其中該比容偵測模組包括至少一壓力感測元件及至少一溫度感測元件,該壓力感測元件配置於該模具且適於感測該模具內的該材料的壓力,該溫度感測元件配置於該模具且適於感測該模具內的該材料的溫度。
- 如申請專利範圍第2項所述的射出成型設備,其中該比容偵測模組包括一處理單元,該處理單元耦接該壓力感測元件及該溫度感測元件,且適於依據該模具內的該材料的壓力及該模具內的該材料的溫度而計算出該模具內的該材料的實際比容。
- 如申請專利範圍第2項所述的射出成型設備,其中該至少一壓力感測元件的數量為多個,該至少一溫度感測元件的數量為多個,該些壓力感測元件分別對應於該模具的多個位置,以分別感測該模具內的對應於該些位置的該材料的壓力,該些溫度感測元件分別對應於該模具的該些位置,以分別感測該模具內的對應於該些位置的該材料的溫度。
- 如申請專利範圍第2項所述的射出成型設備,其中該模具的一內表面朝向該模具內的該材料,該溫度感測元件配置於該模具的該內表面。
- 如申請專利範圍第2項所述的射出成型設備,其中該模具的一內表面朝向該模具內的該材料,該模具有一貫孔,該貫孔從該模具的一外表面延伸至該模具的該內表面,該壓力感測元件配置於該模具的該外表面且對應於該貫孔。
- 如申請專利範圍第2項所述的射出成型設備,其中該模具的一內表面朝向該模具內的該材料,該溫度感測元件及該壓力感測元件整合為一感測單元,該感測單元配置於該模具的該內表面。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的射出成型設備,包括一控制單元,其中該控制單元耦接於該比容感測模組,該控制單元適於依據該模具內的該材料的實際比容而調整該射出成型設備的至少一射出成型參數。
- 如申請專利範圍第8項所述的射出成型設備,其中該至少一射出成型參數包括該射出裝置的射出壓力、該模具的溫度及藉由該射出裝置所進行的保壓時間。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的射出成型設備,其中在該射出裝置射出該材料至該模具內的過程中,該比容感測模組適於以預定時間間隔多次感測該模具內的該材料的實際比容。
- 一種射出成型方法,包括: 藉由一射出裝置射出一材料至一模具內;以及 藉由一比容感測模組感測該模具內的該材料的實際比容。
- 如申請專利範圍第11項所述的射出成型方法,包括: 藉由至少一壓力感測元件感測該模具內的該材料的壓力;以及 藉由至少一溫度感測元件感測該模具內的該材料的溫度。
- 如申請專利範圍第12項所述的射出成型方法,包括: 藉由一處理單元依據該模具內的該材料的壓力及該模具內的該材料的溫度而計算出該模具內的該材料的實際比容。
- 如申請專利範圍第12項所述的射出成型方法,其中該至少一壓力感測元件的數量為多個,該至少一溫度感測元件的數量為多個,該射出成型方法包括: 藉由該些壓力感測元件分別感測該模具內的對應於多個位置的該材料的壓力;以及 藉由該些溫度感測元件分別感測該模具內的對應於該些位置的該材料的溫度。
- 如申請專利範圍第11項所述的射出成型方法,包括: 藉由一控制單元依據該模具內的該材料的比容而調整至少一射出成型參數。
- 如申請專利範圍第15項所述的射出成型方法,其中該至少一射出成型參數包括該射出裝置的射出壓力、該模具的溫度及藉由該射出裝置所進行的保壓時間。
- 如申請專利範圍第11項所述的射出成型方法,包括: 在該射出裝置射出該材料至該模具內的過程中,藉由該比容感測模組以預定時間間隔多次感測該模具內的該材料的比容。
