Abstract
本發明提供一種帶有單向樞轉回饋之阻尼轉軸,其包括固定件、回饋模組及樞轉件,回饋模組設置於固定件上,回饋模組具有限流口,樞轉件可樞轉地設置於回饋模組的一側,樞轉件與回饋模組之間形成調節腔,當樞轉件朝向一個方向樞轉時,調節腔的氣壓增大,回饋模組作動使得限流口的流通面積變小,藉此對樞轉件產生逐漸增加的樞轉阻力而達到提供單向樞轉回饋之目的。
Description
本發明涉及阻尼轉軸,具體是一種帶有單向樞轉回饋之阻尼轉軸。
阻尼轉軸是藉由摩擦力使兩物件能夠相對樞轉並定位於任意角度的裝置。為滿足不同使用需求,市場上的阻尼轉軸有很多種類,但是目前沒有一種帶有單向樞轉回饋之阻尼轉軸,亦即此種阻尼轉軸能夠實現一個方向輕鬆樞轉,另一個方向產生樞轉阻力而提供有單向樞轉回饋。
有鑒於上述之狀況,本發明提供一種帶有單向樞轉回饋之阻尼轉軸,以滿足特定使用需求。
本發明之帶有單向樞轉回饋之阻尼轉軸,其包括固定件、回饋模組及樞轉件,回饋模組設置於固定件上,回饋模組具有限流口,樞轉件可樞轉地設置於回饋模組的一側,樞轉件與回饋模組之間形成調節腔,當樞轉件朝向一個方向樞轉時,調節腔的氣壓增大,回饋模組作動使得限流口的流通面積變小。
本發明之帶有單向樞轉回饋之阻尼轉軸藉由在固定件與樞轉件之間設置有回饋模組,使得樞轉件朝向一個方向輕鬆樞轉,另一個方向樞轉會使回饋模組作動而對樞轉件產生逐漸增加的樞轉阻力,進而,達到提供單向樞轉回饋之目的。本發明之阻尼轉軸可運用在多種物品,例如馬桶蓋、冰箱門、櫥門、消防門、窗戶等。
請參閱圖1至圖3,本發明之帶有單向樞轉回饋之阻尼轉軸包括固定件1、回饋模組2及樞轉件3。
固定件1具有固定座11及蓋板12,固定座11具有開口111,蓋板12覆蓋固定座11之開口111,蓋板12具有軸孔121。
回饋模組2設置於固定件1上,請參閱圖3及圖4,回饋模組2具有安裝座21、控制盤22、至少一個閥片23、推塊24、氣缸25、活塞桿26、復位彈簧27、保護板28及隔板29,安裝座21固定於固定件1之固定座11內,安裝座21具有前端面211、後端面212、安裝槽213、限流口214、至少一個限位柱215及樞轉槽216,安裝槽213凹設於前端面211並具有槽面2131及槽口2132,限流口214連通於安裝槽213,限位柱215形成於安裝槽213之槽面2131上並位於限流口214的週邊,樞轉槽216形成於安裝座21的一側,控制盤22呈環形並具有中心孔221、至少一個弧形限位孔222及至少一個徑向插孔223,中心孔221對應於安裝座21之限流口214,限位孔222位於中心孔221的週邊,插孔223位於限位孔222的週邊,通過限位孔222套設於安裝座21之限位柱215上,使控制盤22可往復轉動地設置於安裝座21之安裝槽213內,閥片23具有閥片本體231及移動柱232,移動柱232形成於閥片本體231上,通過移動柱232插設於控制盤22之插孔223內,使閥片23可移動地設置於安裝座21與控制盤22之間,閥片23隨控制盤22順時針方向轉動而未突出至安裝座21之限流口214中,閥片23隨控制盤22逆時針方向轉動而突出至安裝座21之限流口214中,使安裝座21之限流口214的流通面積改變,推塊24具有推塊本體241及推柱242,推塊24通過推塊本體24固定於控制盤22上,推柱242形成於推塊本體241上,氣缸25固定於安裝座21之安裝槽213內且相鄰推塊24,氣缸25具有壓縮腔251,壓縮腔251具有前端口2511及下端口2512,活塞桿26可移動地設置於氣缸25之壓縮腔251內,活塞桿26具有下端部261,下端部261突出於氣缸25之壓縮腔251之下端口2512並抵靠於推塊24之推柱242,復位彈簧27具有兩端271、272,一端271固定於安裝座21之安裝槽213之槽面2131上且相鄰控制盤22,另一端272固定於控制盤22上,保護板28覆蓋安裝座21之安裝槽213之槽口2132,保護板28具有通孔281,通孔281對應於氣缸25之壓縮腔251之前端口2511,隔板29設置於控制盤22與保護板28之間。如圖中所示的具體實施例,回饋模組2具有三個閥片23,安裝座21具有三個限位柱215,控制盤22具有三個限位孔222及三個插孔223。
請參閱圖2及圖3,樞轉件3可往復樞轉地設置於回饋模組2上,樞轉件3具有樞轉座31及控制板32,樞轉座31具有樞轉板311、樞轉軸312及連接軸313,樞轉軸312形成於樞轉板311的一側,連接軸313形成於樞轉板311的頂面,通過樞轉軸312插設於回饋模組2之安裝座21之樞轉槽216內、連接軸313穿過固定件1之蓋板12之軸孔121而突出於蓋板12的頂面,使樞轉座31可相對於固定件1及回饋模組2往復樞轉,且固定件1之固定座11與蓋板12之間形成密閉空間13,於密閉空間13內且位於樞轉板311與安裝座21之前端面211之間形成調節腔131,調節腔131通過氣缸25之壓縮腔251之前端口2511連通於氣缸25之壓縮腔251,控制板32固定於樞轉座31之連接軸313上。
當操作控制板32帶動樞轉座31朝向安裝座21之後端面212進行順時針方向樞轉時,樞轉件3能夠輕鬆樞轉;請參閱圖5及圖6,當操作控制板32帶動樞轉座31朝向安裝座21之前端面211進行圖中箭頭所示的逆時針方向樞轉時,樞轉座31之樞轉板311與安裝座21之前端面211之間的調節腔131的氣壓會增大,請配合參閱圖7,活塞桿26會朝向氣缸25之壓縮腔251之下端口2512移動,使得活塞桿26之下端部261推動推塊24之推柱242,進而使控制盤22逆時針方向轉動以帶動閥片23,閥片23之閥片本體231突出至安裝座21之限流口214中,限流口214的流通面積變小而抑制空氣流量,調節腔131的氣壓繼續增大,藉此對樞轉座31之樞轉板311產生逐漸增加的樞轉阻力而達到提供單向樞轉回饋之目的,且此時復位彈簧27呈壓縮狀態;當釋放控制板32時,請參閱圖4,復位彈簧27提供彈力,進而使控制盤22順時針方向轉動復位並帶動閥片23,閥片23復位至未突出至安裝座21之限流口214中,限流口214的流通面積恢復原狀而未抑制空氣流量。

Claims (10)
- 一種帶有單向樞轉回饋之阻尼轉軸,其包括固定件及樞轉件,該樞轉件可相對於該固定件往復樞轉,其特徵在於:還包括回饋模組,該回饋模組設置於該固定件上,該回饋模組具有限流口,該樞轉件與該回饋模組之間形成調節腔,當該樞轉件朝向一個方向樞轉時,該調節腔的氣壓增大,該回饋模組作動使得該限流口的流通面積變小。
- 如請求項1所述之帶有單向樞轉回饋之阻尼轉軸,其中該回饋模組具有安裝座、控制盤、至少一個閥片、推塊、氣缸及活塞桿,該安裝座固定於該固定件內,該安裝座具有該限流口,該控制盤可往復轉動地設置於該安裝座上,該閥片可移動地設置於該安裝座與該控制盤之間,該閥片隨該控制盤往復轉動而突出或未突出至該安裝座之該限流口中,該推塊固定於該控制盤上,該氣缸設置於該安裝座上且相鄰該推塊,該氣缸具有壓縮腔,該活塞桿可移動地設置於該氣缸之該壓縮腔內,該樞轉件可樞轉地設置於該安裝座的一側,該樞轉件與該安裝座之間形成該調節腔,該調節腔連通於該氣缸之該壓縮腔; 當該樞轉件樞轉使該調節腔的氣壓增大時,該活塞桿會突出於該氣缸外以推動該推塊,進而使該控制盤轉動以帶動該閥片,該閥片移動至該安裝座之該限流口中使該限流口的流通面積變小。
- 如請求項2所述之帶有單向樞轉回饋之阻尼轉軸,其中該安裝座具有至少一個限位柱,該控制盤具有至少一個限位孔,通過該限位孔套設於該安裝座之該限位柱上,使控制盤可轉動地設置於安裝座上。
- 如請求項2所述之帶有單向樞轉回饋之阻尼轉軸,其中該控制盤具有至少一個插孔,該閥片具有移動柱,通過該移動柱插設於該控制盤之該插孔內,使該閥片可移動地設置於該安裝座與該控制盤之間。
- 如請求項2至4中任一項所述之帶有單向樞轉回饋之阻尼轉軸,其中該氣缸之該壓縮腔具有前端口及下端口,該活塞桿具有下端部,該下端部突出於該氣缸之該壓縮腔之該下端口並抵靠於該推塊,該調節腔通過該氣缸之該壓縮腔之該前端口連通於該氣缸之該壓縮腔。
- 如請求項2至4中任一項所述之帶有單向樞轉回饋之阻尼轉軸,其中該回饋模組具有復位彈簧,該復位彈簧具有兩端,一端固定於該安裝座上,另一端固定於該控制盤上。
- 如請求項2至4中任一項所述之帶有單向樞轉回饋之阻尼轉軸,其中該安裝座具有安裝槽,該安裝槽具有槽口,該限流口連通於該安裝槽,該控制盤可往復轉動地設置於該安裝座之該安裝槽內,該氣缸固定於該安裝座之該安裝槽內,該回饋模組具有保護板,該保護板覆蓋該安裝座之該安裝槽之該槽口。
- 如請求項2至4中任一項所述之帶有單向樞轉回饋之阻尼轉軸,其中該安裝座具有樞轉槽,該樞轉件具有樞轉軸,通過該樞轉軸插設於該安裝座之該樞轉槽內,使該樞轉件可相對於該固定件及該安裝座樞轉。
- 如請求項2至4中任一項所述之帶有單向樞轉回饋之阻尼轉軸,其中該固定件具有固定座及蓋板,該固定座具有開口,該蓋板覆蓋該固定座之該開口,該安裝座固定於該固定座內。
- 如請求項9所述之帶有單向樞轉回饋之阻尼轉軸,其中該蓋板具有軸孔,該樞轉件具有樞轉座,該樞轉座具有樞轉板及連接軸,該樞轉板可樞轉地設置於該安裝座的一側,該樞轉板與該安裝座之間形成該調節腔,該連接軸形成於該樞轉板的頂面,該連接軸穿過該蓋板之該軸孔而突出於該蓋板的頂面。
