Abstract

一種電連接器,其包括絕緣本體、固定於所述絕緣本體的複數導電端子及遮覆於所述絕緣本體的遮蔽殼體,所述絕緣本體包括基部及自所述基部延伸的對接部,所述基部設有安裝面,所述對接部垂直於所述安裝面,所述基部自所述安裝面凹設有組裝槽,所述基部在所述組裝槽的相對兩側設有延伸至所述對接部的兩排端子收容槽,所述端子收容槽具有內壁面及相對的兩側壁面,所述導電端子插入組裝至所述端子收容槽而與所述兩側壁面干涉,所述電連接器還包括組裝至所述組裝槽而位於所述兩排導電端子之間的固定件,所述固定件具有向兩側擠壓所述導電端子的固定凸塊。所述固定件與導電端子擠壓固持,有助於提高所述電連接器的防水性能。

Description

電連接器
本發明係有關一種電連接器,尤其涉及一種防水性能較佳的電連接器。
本公司於2016年11月30日向中華人民共和國國家智慧財產權局提交了一件USB type C插頭連接器的實用新型專利申請,公告號為CN206516785U,所述USB type C連接器包括絕緣本體、固定於所述絕緣本體的複數導電端子、金屬鎖扣件及包圍在所述絕緣本體外的遮蔽殼體,所述絕緣本體具有安裝面、膠囊狀對接部及貫穿所述安裝面且延伸至所述對接部的端子收容槽,所述對接部具有呈中心對稱的對接腔,所述導電端子自所述安裝面插入組裝至所述端子收容槽,所述導電端子具有延伸入所述對接腔的彈性接觸部固定於所述端子收容槽的固定部及延伸出所述安裝面的焊接腳,所述金屬鎖扣件具有延伸入所述對接腔的一對鎖扣頭。所述USB type C連接器的防水效果較差。
故,需要開發一種新的電連接器以解決上述問題。
本發明的目的在於:提供一種電連接器,所述電連接器的防水效果較佳。
為實現上述目的,本發明可採用如下技術方案來實現:
一種電連接器,其包括絕緣本體、固定於所述絕緣本體的複數導電端子及遮覆於所述絕緣本體的遮蔽殼體,所述絕緣本體包括基部及自所述基部延伸的對接部,所述基部設有安裝面,所述對接部垂直於所述安裝面,所述基部自所述安裝面凹設有組裝槽,所述基部在所述組裝槽的相對兩側設有延伸至所述對接部的兩排端子收容槽,所述端子收容槽具有內壁面及相對的兩側壁面,所述導電端子插入組裝至所述端子收容槽而與所述兩側壁面干涉,所述電連接器還包括組裝至所述組裝槽而位於所述兩排導電端子之間的固定件,所述固定件具有向兩側擠壓所述導電端子的固定凸塊。
相對於習知技術,本發明中所述固定件與導電端子擠壓固持,有助於提高所述電連接器的防水性能。
參第一圖至第二圖,本新型提供了一種電連接器100,其包括絕緣本體1、固定於所述絕緣本體的複數導電端子2及輔助端子5、組裝固定至所述絕緣本體1的固定件4、設置在所述固定件4的後方的防水件6及遮覆於所述絕緣本體1的遮蔽殼體3。所述電連接器100可以傳輸大電流。
請參閱第三圖至第六圖,所述絕緣本體1包括基部11及自所述基部11延伸的對接部12,所述基部11相對於所述對接部12向兩側進一步延伸而形成一對側翼部13。所述基部11設有基部安裝面110,所述基部11自所述基部安裝面110凹設有組裝槽111。所述對接部12垂直於所述基部安裝面110且形成有呈中心對稱的對接腔10,所述基部11在所述組裝槽111的相對兩側設有延伸至所述對接部12的兩排端子收容槽112。所述端子收容槽112具有內壁面1121及相對的兩側壁面1122,所述相鄰兩端子收容槽112之間均具有隔離壁114,即所述隔離的相對兩側面形成所述側壁面1122,所述絕緣本體1自所述隔離壁114向所述組裝槽111方向進一步設有干涉壁115,所述干涉壁115寬於所述隔離壁114而左右延伸至所述兩端子收容槽112。所述絕緣本體1自所述基部安裝面110還凹設有與所述組裝槽111相通的點膠槽116。
重點參第四圖及第七圖,所述導電端子2插入組裝至所述端子收容槽112而與所述兩側壁面1122干涉,所述導電端子2的一側抵靠於所述內壁面1121,相對的另一側裸露於所述組裝槽111,更具體的,所述導電端子2具有延伸入所述對接腔10的彈性接觸部21、固定於所述固定槽的干涉部22及延伸出所述基部安裝面110的焊接腳23。
參第二圖至第四圖、第七圖至第八圖,所述固定件4具有本體部41及自所述本體部41延伸的干涉部42,所述干涉部42上設有延伸至所述本體部41的固定凸塊43。所述固定件4組裝至所述組裝槽111而位於所述兩排導電端子2之間,所述干涉部42設置於所述兩排干涉壁115之間,所述固定凸塊43干涉組裝至所述相鄰的兩干涉壁115之間。在所述導電端子2的排佈方向上,所述兩側壁面1122夾持干涉所述導電端子2,在垂直於所述導電端子2排佈方向的端子厚度方向上,所述固定凸塊43向兩側擠壓所述導電端子2而將所述導電端子2僅僅夾持在所述固定凸塊43與內壁面1121之間,藉由如此排配,有利於防止外界的液態物質自所述導電端子2與所述絕緣本體1之間的間隙流進電子設備。
重點參第二圖至第四圖及第七圖,從基部安裝面110一側看過去,所述干涉壁115內縮於所述隔離壁114而在兩者之間形成臺階面117,所述本體部41在所述相鄰的兩固定凸塊43之間設有抵靠所述臺階面117的抵靠面44。組裝固定至所述絕緣本體1的所述固定件4的後端裸露於所述點膠槽116,最後向所述點膠槽116內點膠形成所述防水件6。
參第一圖及第四圖,所述輔助端子5設置在所述側翼部13上。所述側翼部13具有輔助對接面131及輔助安裝面132,所述基部安裝面110內縮於所述輔助安裝面132。所述輔助端子5具有凸伸出所述輔助對接面131的接觸部51及延伸出所述輔助安裝面132的焊接腳52。在本實施例中,所述導電端子為USB type C插頭端子,所述輔助端子5為pogo pin端子。
參第一圖及第三圖,所述遮蔽殼體3包括內外套設在一起的內殼體31與外殼體32,所述內殼體31具有包圍所述對接部12的筒狀部311及穿過所述基部11的第一安裝腳312,所述外殼體32具有貼附在所述基部11上的基板321、自所述基板321延伸至所述筒狀部311兩側的支撐部323及自所述基板321延伸而穿過所述基部11的第二安裝腳322,所述第一、第二安裝腳312、322均用於安裝至一電路板(未圖示)上。
本發明之上述技術方案對於插入組裝型的彈性端子而言可以較好的提高電連接器的防水性能。

Claims (10)

  1. 一種電連接器,其包括絕緣本體、固定於所述絕緣本體的複數導電端子及遮覆於所述絕緣本體的遮蔽殼體,所述絕緣本體包括基部及自所述基部延伸的對接部,所述基部設有基部安裝面,所述對接部垂直於所述基部安裝面,所述基部自所述安裝面凹設有組裝槽,所述基部在所述組裝槽的相對兩側設有延伸至所述對接部的兩排端子收容槽,所述端子收容槽具有內壁面及相對的兩側壁面,所述導電端子插入組裝至所述端子收容槽而與所述兩側壁面干涉,其中所述電連接器還包括組裝至所述組裝槽而位於所述兩排導電端子之間的固定件,所述固定件具有向兩側擠壓所述導電端子的固定凸塊。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之電連接器,其中所述相鄰兩端子收容槽之間均具有隔離壁,所述絕緣本體自所述隔離壁向所述組裝槽方向進一步設有干涉壁,所述干涉壁寬於所述隔離壁而左右延伸至所述兩端子收容槽。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第2項所述之電連接器,其中所述固定凸塊干涉組裝至所述相鄰的兩干涉壁之間。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第2項所述之電連接器,其中從安裝面一側看過去,所述干涉壁內縮於所述隔離壁而在兩者之間形成臺階面,所述固定件具有本體部及自所述本體部凸伸入所述兩排干涉壁之間的干涉部,所述干涉部上設有延伸至所述本體部的所述固定凸塊,所述本體部在所述相鄰的兩固定凸塊之間設有抵靠所述臺階面的抵靠面。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之電連接器,其中所述電連接器包括設置在所述固定件的後方的防水件。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第5項所述之電連接器,其中所述絕緣本體自所述安裝面凹設有與所述組裝槽相通的點膠槽,所述固定件的後端裸露於所述點膠槽。
  7. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之電連接器,其中所述電連接器為USB type C插頭連接器。
  8. 一種電連接器,其包括絕緣本體、收容於所述絕緣本體的複數導電端子及遮覆於所述絕緣本體的金屬外殼,所述絕緣本體具有基部及自所述基部延伸的對接部,所述基部相對於所述對接部向兩側延伸而形成一對側翼部,其中所述側翼部上設有輔助端子。
  9. 如申請專利範圍第8項所述之電連接器,其中所述側翼部具有輔助對接面及輔助安裝面,所述輔助端子具有凸伸出所述輔助對接面的接觸部及延伸出所述輔助安裝面的焊接腳。
  10. 如申請專利範圍第9項所述之電連接器,其中所述導電端子為USB type C插頭端子,所述輔助端子為pogo pin端子。
