Abstract

Description

實例1. 本發明之聚醯胺組合物之一般製備 將熱穩定劑、潤滑劑/脫模劑及著色劑於鼓式轉筒中摻和在一起,之後在ZSK 40 mm雙螺桿擠出機之進料喉處與主要聚醯胺原料混合。非鹵素含氮阻燃劑經由側向進料器添加且擠出機機筒溫度係在220-285℃範圍內,螺桿轉速為400 rpm且生產量為100 kg/hr。 用於測定機械及熱材料性質之模製件係在VanDorn 50噸注射模製機上以250-285℃之料筒溫度(自料斗至噴嘴)及95℃之模具溫度來產生。 採用以下國際上公認之標準化測試來量測本發明之聚醯胺組合物及自其製備之物件之各種性質。 根據ISO 527-2

如表7及表8之結果證明,在與習用技術比較時,觀察到本發明之聚醯胺組合物意外地(i) 對於未填充之PA66組合物在電級RTI值(所有厚度下150℃)方面展現最佳;(ii) 在含銅熱穩定劑存在下保持優良電氣性質、介電強度、體積電阻係數、比較起痕指數及高安培電弧點火;(iii) 達成低至0.2 mm厚度之優異UL94 V0等級;(iv) 提供高流動性以容許在注射模製期間填充薄壁部件並降低空腔及注射壓力。另外,高度期望與更昂貴之習用PA-4,6;PA-6,I組合物相比,PA-6,6組合物能夠在更高溫度下展現等效或優異電氣性能,同時維持所需之機械(例如,伸長/斷裂/衝擊)性質。 本文中所引用之所有公開案及專利均係以全文引用的方式併入。
Claims (30)
- 一種低鹵素熱塑性聚醯胺組合物,其包含: 聚醯胺樹脂; 非鹵素阻燃劑;及 包含鹵化銅及有機磷化合物之含銅熱穩定劑, 其中該聚醯胺組合物具有大於900 ppm但小於1300 ppm之元素溴含量。
- 如請求項1之熱塑性聚醯胺組合物,其中該聚醯胺樹脂係選自由以下組成之群:PA-4,6;PA-6,I;PA-6,T;PA-6,6;PA-6/6,6;及其混合物。

- 一種低鹵素熱塑性聚醯胺組合物,其包含: 聚醯胺樹脂; 非鹵素阻燃劑;及 包含鹵化銅及有機磷化合物之含銅熱穩定劑, 其中該聚醯胺組合物具有900 ppm之最大元素溴含量。
- 如請求項1或請求項20之熱塑性聚醯胺組合物,其包含: 50重量%至95重量%之該聚醯胺樹脂; 1重量%至20重量%之三聚氰胺鹽或三聚氰胺錯合物/加成物作為該非鹵素阻燃劑; 0.01重量%至10重量%之鹵化銅/有機磷錯合物作為該熱穩定劑; 0重量%至10重量%之潤滑劑/脫模劑;及 0重量%至10重量%之著色劑。
- 如請求項21之熱塑性聚醯胺組合物,其中該聚醯胺樹脂係PA-6,6;且該鹵化銅/有機磷錯合物係鹵化銅(I)/雙(三苯基膦)。
