Abstract
本發明提供一種下肢主動運動裝置,其係在床上,可進行血栓症之高預防效果的下肢主動運動。
下肢之主動運動用裝置10,例如,由以下構成:基體1;轉軸2,係該中心軸相對於基體1表面垂直而固定於基體1;臂3a,3b,係可迴轉地安裝於轉軸2,且向相對於轉軸2之中心軸之角度相等的2方向延伸;腳底支撐板4a,4b,係藉由相對於基體1表面為平行的迴轉軸x1,x2、及相對於基體1表面為垂直的迴轉軸z1,z2,可迴轉地安裝於臂3a,3b之前端部;以及反作用力給予部材,係設置於腳底支撐板4a,4b之背面側,對於相對於基體1表面為平行的迴轉軸x1,x2之後方迴轉給予反作用力。
Description
本發明係關於患者等自己移動下肢所進行之主動運動用之裝置。更詳細而言,係關於用以在床上進行下肢主動運動之裝置。
迎接超高齡社會,骨關節炎重大地影響高齡者之健康壽命,導致需看護狀態之可能性提高。其對應策略之一的下肢人工關節置換術,雖可預期生活品質(Quality of Life:QOL)的大幅改善,但另一方面,存在手術後下肢深層靜脈栓塞症(Deep Vein Thrombosis:DVT)發病風險高之問題。
下肢深層靜脈栓塞症(DVT)及其誘發之肺栓塞症(Pulmonary Embolism:PE)為外科手術之重大併發症。此外,由於如災害導致之避難生活等活動被限制之環境中,將提高DVT或PE之發病率,故其預防對策變得需要。
現行之DVT預防方針,係推薦使用抗凝血劑等之藥物的預防法、早期離床、穿著彈性襪、間歇空氣壓迫法及下肢主動運動等之物理學的預防法。其中特別以藉由主動運動增加下肢靜脈之血液流動之方法,對DVT或PE之預防為有效。
過去,為了增加下肢靜脈之血液流動,提出被動或主動地運動足關節之裝置(例如,參照專利文獻1~3)。專利文獻1,2所記載之裝置,係藉由使用馬達等之驅動源驅動腳底保持板,形成輔助著裝者之足關節之背屈及伸展運動之構成。此外,專利文獻3所記載之裝置,係患者自力進行之主動運動用之裝置,形成保持患者的腳之左右固定器,於左右方向可迴旋,且於前後方向同步移動之構成。
另一方面,亦提出一種預防器具(參照專利文獻4),其具備:腳底固定部;著裝部,具有捲於小腿而固定該小腿之帶狀體;彈性部,由連接腳底固定部及著裝部,並在轉動足關節時給予抵抗該轉動之偏置力之彈性材料所構成。由於著裝該預防器具進行足關節蹠屈運動,則帶狀體壓迫腓腸部使小腿之深層靜脈之血流速度上昇,同時彈性部成為足關節蹠屈運動之負荷,故可提高運動效果。

然而,前述傳統的下肢運動用器具,有以下所示之問題點。已知進行收縮‧弛緩比目魚肌之運動,能降低血栓發病率,惟專利文獻1,2所記載之裝置,係固定腳踝或脛,僅移動足關節者。足關節之蹠屈,係作用腓腸肌及比目魚肌。比目魚肌,係血栓之好發部位而使其收縮為理想,但藉由膝伸展位使足關節蹠屈,則腓腸肌成為主動肌,故有比目魚肌無法得到充分收縮的可能性。
此外,專利文獻1,2所記載之裝置,由於需要馬達等之驅動源,裝置為大型且重,使用性較差。進一步,此等之裝置所實施的為被動運動,比起主動運動之DVT預防效果為低。
另一方面,專利文獻3所記載之裝置,為患者自己移動下肢進行主動運動者,雖可期待高的DVT預防效果,但比目魚肌之收縮動作並非充分,而要求運動效率之更加提高。該專利文獻3所記載之裝置,有重量重,在床等寢具之安裝或調整位置為不易之問題。進一步,專利文獻4所記載之預防器具,由於不適合在床上使用,且著裝費力,對剛人工關節置換術後之患者難以使用。
因此,本發明之目的在於提供一種下肢之主動運動用裝置,其係在床上,可進行血栓症之預防效果高的下肢主動運動。
本發明之下肢之主動運動用裝置,其特徵係至少具備:基體;轉軸,係中心軸相對於前述基體表面垂直而固定於前述基體;臂,係 可迴轉地安裝於前述轉軸,且向相對於前述轉軸之中心軸之角度相等的2方向延伸;腳底支撐板,係藉由相對於前述基體表面為平行的迴轉軸,可迴轉地安裝於前述臂之前端部;以及反作用力給予部材,係設置於前述腳底支撐板之背面側,對於相對於前述基體表面為平行的迴轉軸之後方迴轉給予反作用力。
本發明之下肢之主動運動用裝置,亦可於前述臂之前端部,將個別支撐右腳或左腳之腳底支撐板,藉由相對於前述基體表面為平行的迴轉軸及相對於前述基體表面為垂直的迴轉軸可迴轉地安裝;且前述反作用力給予部材,係設置於各腳底支撐板之背面側。
前述腳底支撐板,係可配置於前述基體之上方。
本發明之主動運動用裝置,亦可具備山型台座,前述山型台座係從中央朝前後方向往下傾斜,前述中央為使用者之膝蓋背面之位置而配置,而保持前述使用者之下肢在膝蓋彎曲之狀態。
此外,亦可於前述腳底支撐板,安裝保持使用者之腳之保持具。此種情形,亦可於前述保持具設置腳底靜脈叢壓迫部材。
本發明之主動運動用裝置,亦可具備用於設置在床之欄杆之勾狀部材。
此外,亦可具備於前後方向及上下方向調整前述腳底支撐板之位置之調整機構。
並且,前述主動運動係足關節之背屈、蹠屈、內翻、外翻或此等之2種以上之複合運動。
藉由本發明,由於在床上,可進行靜脈回流促進效果高的主動運動,因此可有效地預防血栓症的發病。

以下,參照附加的圖式,對於實施本發明之形態進行詳細地說明。又,本發明並無限定於以下說明之實施型態。
首先,說明本發明之第1實施型態之主動運動用裝置。圖1為表示本實施型態之主動運動用裝置之構成之斜視圖,圖2為平面圖。本實施型態之主動運動用裝置,係輔助患者等之使用者自己移動下肢所進行之下肢主動運動者,如圖1,2所示,於固定於基體1之轉軸2,可迴轉地安裝往2方向延伸之臂3a,3b,於各臂3a,3b之前端部個別安裝腳底支撐板4a,4b。又,前述之各部材,可藉由例如金屬材料形成。
基體1,係例如平板狀部材,其大小及厚度並無特別限定,但理想為能穩定並支撐轉軸2、臂3a,3b及腳底支撐板4a,4b等之部材,且在床等之設置或拆除為容易之大小。
轉軸2,係該中心軸相對於基體1之表面呈略垂直而配置,並藉由螺栓等之固定部材,固定於基體1。轉軸2,可支撐臂3a,3b、腳座4a,4b及保持具5a,5b,具有能承受使用時所施加之負荷之強度即可,其材質及大小並無特別限定。
臂3a及臂3b,只要相對於轉軸2之中心軸之角度為相同,其可為一體成形,亦可為分別成形。一體成形之情形,中心安裝於轉軸2,於兩 端部安裝腳底支撐板4a,4b。此外,臂3a,3b為個別形成之情形,各臂3a,3b之一方之端部安裝於轉軸2,於另一方之端部安裝腳底支撐板4a,4b。此種情形,臂3a,3b,以轉軸2為軸個別獨立往左右方向迴轉亦可,互相同步迴轉亦可。
此外,臂3a,3b,係例如內角α保持不變,以轉軸2為軸往左右方向迴轉亦可。在此所指之「內角α」,如圖2所示,係指臂3a及臂3b所成之角之中角度小者。又,內角α之大小,雖可因應使用者之體型或狀態適當設定,以在130~150°為佳。使內角α在該範圍而設定臂3a及臂3b之位置,藉由迴轉運動中亦保持該角度,使用者,在臥姿下,可不對兩下肢造成負擔,有效地收縮比目魚肌而進行運動。其結果,比起傳統的裝置,可進行血栓症的預防效果高的下肢主動運動。
腳底支撐板4a係於臂3a之前端部,腳底支撐板4b係於臂3b之前端部,個別安裝。此等腳底支撐板4a,4b,以設置於比基體1之上面高的位置,使在床上使用時腳的位置比心臟高為佳。藉此,提高比目魚肌之收縮效果,可增加下肢靜脈之血液流量。又,腳底支撐板4a,4b之高度,因應使用者之體型或狀態,可適當地設定,但從血液流動促進之觀點而言,離床面5~10cm者為佳。
此外,腳底支撐板4a,4b,係對相對於基體1之表面為平行的軸x1,x2及相對於基體1之表面為垂直的軸z1,z2,以任意的角度可迴轉。並且,藉由以前述轉軸2為中心軸迴轉、以軸x1,x2為中 心軸迴轉、以軸z1,z2為中心軸迴轉之3種迴轉動作,腳底支撐板4a,4b,可動作相當於足關節之背屈、蹠屈、內翻、外翻或此等之複合運動。
圖3A,B係表示足關節之各運動之概念圖。一般而言,健康人的足關節之可動區域,背屈為20°、蹠屈為45°、內翻為20°、外翻為20°。因此,本實施型態之主動運動用裝置10,以腳底支撐板4a,4b之表面相對於基體1之表面為垂直之位置時作為0°時,腳底支撐板4a,4b之迴轉角度(可動區域),較佳係圖3A所示之背屈側(主要為藉由軸x1向前方之迴轉)為20~30°、蹠屈側(主要為藉由軸x1向後方之迴轉)為50~60°、圖3B所示之內翻側(主要為藉由軸z1向內側之迴轉)為20~30°、外翻側(主要為藉由軸z1向外側之迴轉)為10~20°。藉此,健康人亦可有效地進行主動運動。
在此,圖2所示之主動運動用裝置10中「藉由軸x1向前方之迴轉」,係指往使用者側,即往紙面下側方向之迴轉;「藉由軸x1向後方之迴轉」,係指往紙面上側之迴轉。此外,「藉由軸z1向內側之迴轉」,係指腳底支撐板4a往紙面右側之迴轉,腳底支撐板4b往紙面左側之迴轉;「藉由軸z1向外側之迴轉」,係指相反地,腳底支撐板4a往紙面左側之迴轉,腳底支撐板4b往紙面右側之迴轉。
本實施型態之主動運動用裝置10,於腳底支撐板4a,4b之背面側設置反作用力給予部材7,以腳底支撐板4a,4b之相對於基體1之表面為平行的軸x1,x2作為中心軸後方迴轉,亦即,對於蹠屈運動,給 予反作用力。另一方面,反作用力給予部材7,由於具有以腳底支撐板4a,4b之相對於基體1之表面為平行的軸x1,x2作為中心軸前方迴轉之力,因此減輕背屈運動之負荷。
一般而言,蹠屈運動,收縮比目魚肌或腓腸肌,而背屈運動收縮前脛骨肌。因此,若使用者無藉由反作用力給予部材7之負荷之給予及減輕之情形下,進行背屈及蹠屈之主動運動,則相較於比目魚肌或腓腸肌小的前脛骨肌將先行疲勞,無法繼續主動運動。相對於此,本實施型態之主動運動用裝置10,藉由反作用力給予部材7,減輕背屈運動,並給予蹠屈運動負荷,因而提升下肢主動運動之效率,可有效地使比目魚肌收縮。
用於此主動運動用裝置10之反作用力給予部材7,可使用彈簧、油壓缸及氣壓缸等,但從裝置之小型化、反作用力大小之調整容易度之觀點而言,彈簧較適合。此外,反作用力給予部材7之反作用力之大小,可因應使用者之體型或狀態,適當的設定,但從運動效率提升及防止對下肢之過剩負荷之觀點而言,對腳底支撐板4a,4b之力矩長度(約20cm)之負荷荷重為0.98N(100gf)以上,使用者之體重以下之範圍,亦即,負荷扭力為0.2Nm以上,2×使用者之體重(kg)Nm以下之範圍為佳。
又,反作用力給予部材7,設置為可因應每位使用者或使用者當天之狀態,調整反作用力之大小之反作用力調整機構為佳。此外,由於本實施型態之主動運動用裝置10,係於腳底支撐板4a,4b之背面側設置反作用力給予部材7,因此運動前之初期狀態,腳底支撐板4a, 4b與基體1之表面所成之角度為90°以下。
本實施型態之主動運動用裝置10,可視需要,於腳底支撐板4a,4b,安裝用於保持使用者之腳之保持具。又,在此之「腳」,係指腳踝以下之部分。圖4係表示圖1所示之主動運動用裝置10之使用例之代表圖,圖5係表示保持具5a,5b之構成例之代表圖。如圖4所示,保持具5a,5b,例如形成為保持使用者的腳底、腳背、及腳跟,於腳底支撐板4a,4b形成可穿脫之構造。
保持具5a,5b之材料,並無特別限定,可使用織物、不織布、合成樹脂、皮革等,但基於著裝感係皮革製較佳。此外,保持具5a,5b於腳底支撐板4a,4b之安裝方法並無特別限定,但為了在使用中不偏移、不脫落,保持具5a,5b,係使用螺絲等,強固地固定於腳底支撐板4a,4b為理想。
此外,如圖5所示,亦可於保持具5a,5b之與腳底接觸之面,設置用於壓迫腳底靜脈叢之部材。該腳底靜脈叢壓迫用部材15,可使用例如低反彈彈性發泡物等之低反彈素材。藉由設置此種腳底靜脈叢壓迫用部材15,可提高下肢主動運動之血液流動改善效果。又,腳底靜脈叢壓迫用部材15之位置或大小,可因應使用者而適當設定。
如圖4所示,本實施型態之主動運動用裝置10,係在膝蓋彎曲之狀 態下腳底貼合於腳底支撐板4a,4b或藉由保持具5a,5b保持腳部而進行運動,此時,亦可使用從中央朝前後方向往下傾斜之山型之台座6,保持膝蓋之背面。藉此,可保持術後患肢,同時可設定著裝保持具5a,5b時之適切關節角度。
本實施型態之主動運動用裝置10,除了前述各部材之外,亦可設置計數運動次數之計數器(未圖示)。計數器之運動次數之測定方法,並無特別限定,例如,於腳底支撐板4a,4b搭載磁性感應器,若進行踏入動作達到任意之蹠屈角度則計數1次之方法等。
接著,說明本實施型態之主動運動用裝置10之動作。使用本實施型態之主動運動用裝置10進行主動運動之情形,例如將基體1設置於床之床面等,使用者,係在臥姿下膝蓋彎曲20°~50°左右之狀態,左右之腳底個別貼合腳底支撐板4a,4b,或藉由保持具5a,5b保持左右之腳部。如此,在膝蓋彎曲之狀態(膝屈曲位)進行蹠屈運動,則腓腸肌之肌肉活動降低,相對地比目魚肌活動上昇,因此在床上,可進行靜脈回流促進效果高的主動運動。
接著,使用者自己,交互移動左腳及右腳。例如,使用者伸展右腳時,腳底支撐板4b以轉軸2、軸x2及軸z2為中心軸迴轉,右腳如圖3A所示進行蹠屈運動。此時,臂3a,3b,以轉軸2為中心軸左 迴轉,因此腳底支撐板4b往接近使用者之方向移動,而左腳進行背屈運動。伸展左腳之情形為其之相反,左腳進行蹠屈運動,而右腳進行背屈運動。藉此,使用者,不僅足關節,亦進行膝蓋之屈曲及伸展、髖關節之屈曲及伸展之動作。
此外,本實施型態之主動運動用裝置10,係對相對於基體1之表面為垂直的軸z1,z2可迴轉所定角度而形成,因此亦可進行足關節之內翻及外翻之運動。此時,使用者可一併進行髖關節之內旋運動及外旋運動。進一步,本實施型態之主動運動用裝置10,能進行以前述轉軸2為中心軸迴轉、以軸x1,x2為中心軸迴轉、及以軸z1,z2為中心軸迴轉之3種之迴轉運動,因此使用者,可進行足關節之背屈、蹠屈、內翻及外翻之複合運動,以及,膝屈曲伸展、髖關節屈曲伸展內外旋等下肢整體的複合運動。
如以上詳述,由於本實施型態之主動運動用裝置,係藉由轉軸、相對於基體表面為平行的中心軸、相對於基體表面為垂直的中心軸而迴轉左右之腳底支撐板之構成,因此使用者可自己主動地進行足關節之背屈、蹠屈、內翻、外翻或此等之運動中2種以上之複合運動。尤其,於足關節之背蹠屈運動加上內翻及外翻運動之複合運動,已知比起單獨進行蹠背屈運動之情形,下肢血液流動之改善效果高。(例如,參照D.H.Sochart,K.Hardinge、”The relationship of foot and ankle movements to venous return in the lower limb”、THE JOURNAL OF BONE AND JOINT SURGERY、1999年7月、VOL.81-B、NO.4、pp.700-704。)藉由使用本實施型態之裝置進行主動運動,即使剛人工關節置換術後之患者等亦可期待高的血 栓症之防止效果。
前述之傳統裝置,固定膝蓋等之比腳踝更上方之部位,僅進行足關節蹠背屈或內外翻等足關節運動。相對於此,本實施型態之主動運動裝置,由於使用時為腳部抬上位及膝屈曲位,除了足關節之複合運動之外,可進行膝蓋之屈曲‧伸展、髖關節之屈曲‧伸展‧內旋‧外旋等主動下肢複合運動。傳統並無如此之在床上臥姿下,可進行下肢整體之複合運動之裝置,基於本發明者之研究所發明之本裝置為獨特之機構。
此外,本實施型態之主動運動用裝置,於腳底支撐板設置彈簧等之反作用力給予部材,減輕背屈方向之負荷,反之在蹠屈方向押入時給予負荷,因此可克服背屈所使用之前脛骨肌先行疲勞而導致主動運動中斷之所謂習知技術之問題,並提昇運動效率,比目魚肌可進一步有效地收縮。其結果,藉由使用本實施型態之主動運動用裝置,能在床上進行靜脈回流促進效果高的主動運動,可有效地預防血栓症之發病,同時亦得到肌力維持之效果。
進一步,本實施型態之主動運動用裝置,於腳底支撐板安裝保持具,同時藉由於保持具設置腳底靜脈叢壓迫用部材,亦可進一步提高下肢主動運動之血液流動量增加效果。
接著,說明本發明之第2實施型態之主動運動用裝置。前述之第1實施型態,說明具備左右腳用之2個腳座之構成之例,惟本發明並無限定於此,亦可藉由1個腳底支撐板支撐左右兩邊的腳而運動。圖6為表示本實 施型態之主動運動用裝置之構成之平面圖。又,圖6中,與圖1所示之主動運動用裝置10相同之構成係賦予相同符號,並省略其詳細說明。
如圖6所示,本實施型態之主動運動用裝置11,除了藉由臂3a,3b支撐1枚腳底支撐板14以外,與前述之第1實施型態主動運動用裝置相同。本實施型態之主動運動用裝置11,亦可於腳底支撐板14安裝保持具。此種情形,與第1實施型態相同,可安裝右腳用及左腳用之2個保持具,亦可使用保持右腳部分及保持左腳部分為一體化之保持具。此外,保持具之安裝方法,與前述之第1實施型態相同,為了避免使用中保持具移動等之不良狀況,適用螺絲等強固地固定之方法為佳。
前述第1實施型態之主動運動用裝置,需要交互移動左右腳,例如,對下肢之一邊麻痺之患者難以適用。相對於此,本實施型態之主動運動用裝置11,藉由1枚腳底支撐板14支撐左右兩邊的腳,連動左右的腳而運動,因此即使一邊的腳麻痹之情形亦可進行下肢之主動運動。其結果,可適用於廣泛的患者。
又,本實施型態之主動運動用裝置11,係左右之腳底支撐板為一體化,並連動左右的腳而運動者,因此無相對於基體表面為垂直的軸之迴轉。亦即,本實施型態之主動運動用裝置11,腳底支撐板14,藉由轉軸2及相對基體表面為平行的軸x1,x2的2個中心軸而迴轉。藉此,即使一邊的下肢麻痺之情形,患者亦可自己主動地進行足關節之背屈及蹠屈。
此外,本實施型態之主動運動用裝置11,可不內外翻足關節而蹠背屈,因此適用於中風患者時,亦可期待預防足下垂等之腳部變形 的效果。進一步,本實施型態之主動運動用裝置11,亦於腳底支撐板14設置彈簧等之反作用力給予部材7,因此運動效率高,可更有效地收縮比目魚肌。又,本實施型態之上述以外之構成及效果,與前述之第1實施型態相同。
接著,說明本發明之第3實施型態之主動運動用裝置。圖7為表示本實施型態之主動運動用裝置設置於床之狀態之斜視圖。又,圖7中,與圖6所示之主動運動用裝置11相同構成係賦予相同符號,並省略詳細的說明。如圖7所示,本實施型態之主動運動用裝置20,係將用於將其設置在床40之欄杆41等之設置用部材21安裝於基體1。
設置用部材21,係例如圖7所示以側面視L字狀之基礎部材22、及用於掛於床40之欄杆41之勾狀部材23所構成。藉由如主動運動用裝置20,掛於床40之欄杆41之構成,設置及拆除之作業變得容易,進一步,比起藉由繩子或皮帶固定之情形,安定性亦提高。
該設置用部材21之基礎部材22,可設置用於調整基體1之前後方向之位置之引導孔、及用於調整於高度方向之位置之引導孔22a。此種情形,基體1之對應位置亦設置於前後方向延伸之引導孔1a,並藉由相對於基礎部材22滑動基體1,可調整其前後方向之位置。
相同地,藉由勾狀部材23亦設置於上下方向延伸之引導 孔,並相對於勾狀部材23滑動基礎部材22,可調整基體1之上下方向之位置。藉此,可因應使用者之體型或床的大小調整腳底支撐板14之位置,因此使用者可持續以最適合的位置進行主動運動。
又,圖7以圖6所示之第2實施型態之主動運動用裝置設有設置用部材之情形為例而說明,但本發明並無限定於此,該設置用部材,亦可適用於圖1所示之第1實施型態之主動運動用裝置,得到相同的效果。並且,本實施型態之上述以外之構成及效果,與前述之第1及第2實施型態相同。
接著,說明本發明之第3實施型態之變形例之主動運動用裝置。前述之第3實施型態,雖以於平板狀之基體1,安裝具備側面視L字狀之基礎部材22之設置用部材21之情形為例而說明,但本發明並無限定於此,亦可基礎部材與基體為一體而形成。圖8為表示本變形例之主動運動用裝置之構成之斜視圖。如圖8所示,本變形例之主動運動用裝置30,係於側面視L字狀之基體31,安裝勾狀部材33。
基體31,亦可於底面設置用於調整轉軸2之前後方向之位置之引導孔31a,此外,於壁面之勾狀部材33所安裝之部分,亦可設置用於調整基體31之上下方向(高度方向)之位置之引導孔31b。引導孔31a之形狀,例如可為直線狀或在直線狀孔以一定間隔形成橫孔之形狀。
另一方面,引導孔31b,例如,為於上下方向延伸之直線狀孔,於勾狀部材33亦相同地設置於上下方向延伸之引導孔,藉由相對於勾狀部材33滑動基體31,可調整基體31之上下方向之位置。又,圖8,係表示形成於前後方向延伸之引導孔31a,使轉軸2於接近或遠離使用者之方向而移動之例,但本發明並無限定於此構成,可在欲使轉軸2移動之方向形成任意形狀之引導孔。
本變形例之主動運動用裝置,係設置用部材之一部分與基體一體化,故零件數減少而使用性提昇。此外,本變形例亦藉由於基體設置引導孔,從而可因應使用者之體型或床的大小而輕易調整腳座之位置。又,本變形例之上述以外之構成及效果,與前述之第3實施型態相同。
Claims (9)
- 一種下肢之主動運動用裝置,其特徵係至少具備:基體;轉軸,係中心軸相對於前述基體表面垂直而固定於前述基體;臂,係可迴轉地安裝於前述轉軸,且向相對於前述轉軸之中心軸之角度相等的2方向延伸;腳底支撐板,係藉由相對於前述基體表面為平行的迴轉軸,可迴轉地安裝於前述臂之前端部;以及反作用力給予部材,係設置於前述腳底支撐板之背面側,對於相對於前述基體表面為平行的迴轉軸之後方迴轉給予反作用力。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所記載之下肢之主動運動用裝置,其中,於前述臂之前端部,將個別支撐右腳或左腳之腳底支撐板,藉由相對於前述基體表面為平行的迴轉軸及相對於前述基體表面為垂直的迴轉軸可迴轉地安裝;且前述反作用力給予部材,係設置於各腳底支撐板之背面側。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所記載之下肢之主動運動用裝置,其中,前述腳底支撐板,係配置於前述基體之上方。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所記載之下肢之主動運動用裝置,其中,具備山型台座,前述山型台座係從中央朝前後方向往下傾斜,且前述中央為使用者之膝蓋背面之位置而配置,而保持前述使用者之下肢在膝蓋彎曲之狀態。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所記載之下肢之主動運動用裝置,其中,於前述腳底支撐板,安裝保持使用者之腳之保持具。
- 如申請專利範圍第5項所記載之下肢之主動運動用裝置,其中,於前述保持具設置腳底靜脈叢壓迫部材。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所記載之下肢之主動運動用裝置,其中,具備用於設置在床之欄杆之勾狀部材。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所記載之下肢之主動運動用裝置,其中,具備於前後方向及上下方向調整前述腳底支撐板之位置之調整機構。
- 如申請專利範圍第1至8項中任一項所記載之下肢之主動運動用裝置,其中,前述主動運動係足關節之背屈、蹠屈、內翻、外翻或此等之2種以上之複合運動。
