Abstract
本發明之目的在於提供一種具有水潤且柔滑之使用感,於塗抹後形成均勻之塗膜,可遮蓋黃褐斑或雀斑等色斑並且使毛孔等肌膚之凹凸不顯眼,而且不賦予厚塗感之油中水型乳化化妝料。本發明提供一種油中水型乳化化妝料,其特徵在於含有(A)0.1~10質量%之顏料級氧化鈦、及(B)0.01~2質量%之丙烯酸鈉接枝澱粉。本發明之化妝料較佳為更含有(C)球狀粉末及/或(D)聚矽氧彈性體。
Description
本發明係關於一種油中水型乳化化妝料。更詳細而言,本發明係關於一種肌膚之修正效果優異但無厚塗感,具有水潤且柔滑之使用感之油中水型乳化化妝料。
於粉底等彩妝化妝料中,使用具有修正黃褐斑、雀斑等肌膚之色斑或毛孔等肌膚之凹凸之效果的氧化鈦等白色顏料或氧化鐵等著色顏料。然而,雖藉由氧化鈦等之遮蓋力而獲得肌膚之修正效果,但存在妝容無光澤而成為泛白而不自然之妝容之情形。 於專利文獻1中,提出有藉由研究調配之粉末成分而遮蓋肌膚之缺點,並且成為接近素顏之具有透明感的自然妝容之彩妝化妝料。即,代替先前之顏料粉末或者除了該等顏料粉末以外使用於特定形狀之板狀氧化鋁粒子表面被覆氧化鐵而成之複合顏料。然而,經聚矽氧處理之氧化鈦無法獲得透明感,為了藉由複合顏料而獲得充分之遮蓋效果與妝容之自然度、透明感,較佳為將調配量設為10~35質量%(段落0027~0032)。 近年來,對無厚塗感而成為自然妝容之自然妝之要求進一步變高,但現狀下為了充分地遮蓋肌膚之色斑或凹凸而需反覆抹上粉底等化妝料,結果產生厚塗感。進而,油膠狀之先前之粉底亦存在於肌膚上之延展厚重,產生黏膩感之問題。 另一方面,於專利文獻2中,記載有調配有丙烯酸鈉接枝澱粉之化妝料呈慕絲狀,蓬鬆之獨特之輕薄使用感、清涼感優異,經特定之表面處理的粉末之分散性優異。然而,未對該化妝料之凹凸修正效果等進行揭示及啟示。 [先前技術文獻] [專利文獻] [專利文獻1]日本專利特開2001-278743號公報 [專利文獻2]日本專利特開2011-256154號公報
[發明所欲解決之問題] 鑒於以上之背景技術,本發明之課題在於提供一種具有水潤且柔滑之使用感,於塗抹後形成均勻之塗膜,可遮蓋黃褐斑或雀斑等色斑並且使毛孔等肌膚之凹凸不顯眼,而且不賦予厚塗感之油中水型乳化化妝料。 [解決問題之技術手段] 本發明者為了解決上述課題而進行銳意研究,結果發現,藉由調配丙烯酸鈉接枝澱粉,即便抑制顏料級氧化鈦之調配量亦可獲得充分之凹凸修正效果,以至完成了本發明。 即,本發明提供一種油中水型乳化化妝料,其特徵在於含有: (A)0.1~10質量%之顏料級氧化鈦、及 (B)0.01~2質量%之丙烯酸鈉接枝澱粉。 [發明之效果] 本發明之油中水型乳化化妝料係調配有適量之丙烯酸鈉接枝澱粉,故而能以慕絲狀蓬鬆之手感輕薄地塗抹於肌膚,而且形成均勻之塗膜,即便顏料級氧化鈦之調配量較少亦發揮充分之肌膚修正效果。其結果,具有水潤且柔滑之使用感並且無需反覆塗抹,不具有特殊之彩妝技術之普通使用者可實現無厚塗感之自然妝。
本發明之油中水型乳化化妝料(以下,亦簡單地稱為「化妝料」)含有(A)顏料級氧化鈦及(B)丙烯酸鈉接枝澱粉作為必須成分。 作為本發明之(A)顏料級氧化鈦,可使用先前以來調配至粉底等彩妝化妝料中者。顏料級氧化鈦通常係平均粒徑為約200 nm~約1 μm左右之氧化鈦,於本發明中可較佳地使用平均粒徑為200 nm以上者。 本發明之(A)顏料級氧化鈦較佳為對表面進行疏水化處理而成者,進行疏水化處理時之疏水化處理劑之種類並無限制,例如可列舉脂肪酸、高級脂肪酸、高級醇、烴、甘油三酸酯、酯、聚矽氧油、聚矽氧樹脂、氟化合物等。作為具體之疏水化處理劑,可列舉烷基改性聚矽氧、烷基三乙氧基矽烷、烷基三甲氧基矽烷、全氟烷基磷酸、(丙烯酸烷基酯/二甲基聚矽氧)共聚物、棕櫚酸糊精、三乙氧基矽烷基乙基聚二甲基矽烷氧基乙基己基聚二甲基矽氧烷、單甲基聚矽氧烷、二甲基聚矽氧烷、高分子聚矽氧、丙烯醯基二甲基牛磺酸鈉/甲基丙烯醯胺月桂酸共聚物等。 於上述專利文獻2中,為了改善粉末之分散性而獲得持久效果,必須以醯化胺基酸鹽與L-離胺酸或L-麩胺酸之縮合物進行表面處理,但於本發明中,無需此種特定之表面處理,可使用化妝料等中通用之經疏水化處理之氧化鈦。 作為用於本發明中之經疏水化處理之顏料級氧化鈦之市售品,可列舉經三乙氧基辛醯矽烷處理之氧化鈦(OTS-2 SACHTLEBEN RC402:大東化成工業公司製造)、經聚二甲基矽氧烷處理之氧化鈦(SA-titanium CR-50:三好化成股份有限公司製造)等。 本發明之化妝料中之(A)顏料級氧化鈦之調配量為0.1~10質量%,較佳為1~8質量%,更佳為約2~5質量%。於調配量未達0.1質量%時,無法獲得對黃褐斑或雀斑等之充分之遮蔽效果,若超過10質量%,則延展變差,成為浮粉而不自然之妝容。 本發明之化妝料中之(B)丙烯酸鈉接枝澱粉係對澱粉接枝聚合丙烯酸而成者之鈉鹽,亦作為高吸水性之聚合物而為人所知。作為吸附劑、結合劑、乳化穩定劑、親水性增黏劑而調配於化妝料中。 本發明之丙烯酸鈉接枝澱粉並無特別限定,可使用可作為以白色粒子狀而製備之市售品而購得者。作為市售品,例如可列舉Makimousse 12(平均粒徑為約12 μm)及Makimousse 25(平均粒徑為約25 μm)(均為大東化成工業股份有限公司製造)。 本發明之化妝料中之(B)丙烯酸鈉接枝澱粉之調配量為0.01~2質量%,較佳為0.01質量%以上且未達1質量%,更佳為0.05~0.8質量%,進而更佳為0.1~0.5質量%。若調配量未達0.01質量%,則無法獲得水潤且柔滑之使用感,肌膚修正效果亦不充分。若調配量超過2質量%,則存在產生「起皮」之傾向。 本發明之化妝料較佳為除了上述必須成分(A)及(B)以外,含有(C)球狀粉末及/或(D)聚矽氧彈性體。 藉由調配(C)球狀粉末,可進一步提高使用感及肌膚之修正效果。 用於本發明中之(C)球狀粉末可使用化妝料中通常使用之圓球狀、包含扁球狀之大致球狀之粉末。 作為較佳之球狀粉體,例如可列舉:球狀聚矽氧粉末;球狀氧化矽粉末;尼龍、胺基甲酸酯、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯、聚乙烯或聚丙烯等之球狀有機樹脂粉末等。於本發明中,尤其可較佳地使用吸油量較高之球狀粒子,其中較佳為尼龍球狀粉末。 球狀粉體可使用市售者。作為市售之球狀聚矽氧粉末,可列舉:KSP-300(信越化學工業公司製造),作為(聚二甲基矽氧烷/乙烯基聚二甲基矽氧烷)交聯聚合物球狀粉末之Torayfil E-506S、Torayfil E-508、9701 Cosmetic Powder、EP-9215 Cosmetic Powder、EP-9261 TI Cosmetic Powder、EP-9293 AL Cosmetic Powder(以上為東麗道康寧股份有限公司製造),作為聚甲基倍半矽氧烷球狀粉末之TOSPEARL 120A、TOSPEARL 145A、TOSPEARL 2000B(以上為邁圖高新材料公司製造)等。 作為市售之球狀氧化矽粉末,可列舉Silica Microbead P-1500(日揮觸媒化成股份有限公司製造)、Sunsphere L-51(旭硝子股份有限公司製造)等。作為市售之球狀有機樹脂粉末,可列舉球狀PMMA(Polymethylmethacrylate,聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯)粉末粒子(Ganzpearl GMX-0810:Ganz化成公司製造,Microsphere M-100、Microsphere M-330:松本油脂製藥公司製造)、球狀胺基甲酸酯粒子(Plastic Powder D-400:東色Pigment公司製造)等。 本發明之化妝料中之(C)球狀粉末之調配量為0.1~30質量%,較佳為2~10質量%,更佳為3~8質量%。存在如下情形:若調配量未達0.1質量%,則無法獲得調配球狀粉末之效果,若調配超過30質量%,則反而失去水潤度。 藉由在本發明之化妝料中調配(D)聚矽氧彈性體,浮粉之抑制及水潤度之提昇進一步變明顯。 作為本發明之(D)聚矽氧彈性體,可使用交聯型或非交聯型之聚矽氧樹脂粉末(彈性體)。其中,較佳為具有乳化能力之聚醚改性聚矽氧彈性體。 作為交聯型且非乳化性之聚矽氧彈性體,例如可列舉(聚二甲基矽氧烷/苯基乙烯基聚二甲基矽氧烷)交聯聚合物、(聚二甲基矽氧烷/乙烯基聚二甲基矽氧烷/聚甲基矽氧烷)交聯聚合物、(聚二甲基矽氧烷/乙烯基聚二甲基矽氧烷)交聯聚合物、聚二甲基矽氧烷交聯聚合物、(二苯基聚二甲基矽氧烷/乙烯基二苯基聚二甲基矽氧烷/倍半矽氧烷)交聯聚合物等交聯型聚矽氧樹脂粉末中之一種或兩種以上。 作為具有乳化能力之聚矽氧彈性體(亦稱為聚矽氧系界面活性劑),可較佳地使用於聚矽氧骨架中導入聚氧伸烷基結構而成之聚醚改性聚矽氧。例如,較佳為以聚氧伸烷基鏈將聚矽氧鏈交聯而成之交聯物、於聚矽氧鏈中導入聚氧伸烷基作為側鏈而成之側鏈型聚醚改性聚矽氧。 具有乳化能力之聚矽氧彈性體之具體例包含PEG-10聚二甲基矽氧烷、PEG-9聚二甲基矽烷氧基乙基聚二甲基矽氧烷、月桂基PEG-9聚二甲基矽烷氧基乙基聚二甲基矽氧烷、月桂基PEG-15聚二甲基矽烷氧基乙基聚二甲基矽氧烷等聚醚改性聚矽氧、(聚二甲基矽氧烷/(PEG10/15))交聯聚合物、(聚二甲基矽氧烷/聚甘油-3)交聯聚合物等交聯型聚醚改性聚矽氧,可調配該等中之一種或混合兩種以上而調配。 本發明之聚矽氧彈性體亦可無關於乳化能力之有無而以包含彈性體與溶劑之聚矽氧膠之狀態調配。此種聚矽氧膠可使用市售品,例如可例示:KSG-18A、KSG-16、KSG-15AP(以上為信越聚矽氧公司製造),Elastomer Blend DC9045(東麗道康寧公司製造),KSG-210、KSG-710、KSG-360Z(以上為信越聚矽氧公司製造)等。 本發明之化妝料中之(D)聚矽氧彈性體之調配量為0.1~30質量%,較佳為2~10質量%,更佳為3~8質量%。存在如下情形:若調配量未達0.1質量%,則無法獲得調配聚矽氧彈性體之效果,若調配超過30質量%,則反而失去水潤度。 本發明之化妝料為油中水型乳化化妝料。構成本發明之化妝料之油分並無特別限定,可自烴油、酯油、蠟類、聚矽氧油中適當地選擇。尤其較佳為調配聚矽氧油,其中於使用感之方面而言,較佳為調配揮發性之環狀聚矽氧油及直鏈狀聚矽氧油。 本發明之油中水型乳化化妝料中之水之調配量並無特別限定,例如能以約30質量%以下、約25質量%以下或者約20質量%製備。 本發明之化妝料亦可於不損及本發明之效果之範圍內含有可調配至油中水型乳化化妝料中的其他任意成分。作為其他任意成分,並無限定,例如可列舉其他粉末成分((A)顏料級氧化鈦及(C)球狀粉末除外)、醇類、多元醇、色素、pH調整劑、保濕劑、增黏劑(惟,(B)丙烯酸鈉接枝澱粉除外)、界面活性劑、分散劑、穩定劑、著色劑、防腐劑、抗氧化劑、紫外線吸收劑、香料等。 作為其他粉末成分,例如可列舉:包含微粒子氧化鈦、微粒子氧化鋅、鐵丹、氧化鐵黃、氧化鐵黑、群青、氧化鈰、滑石、雲母、絹雲母、高嶺土、膨潤土、黏土、矽酸、矽酸酐、矽酸鎂、硬脂酸鋅、含氟金雲母、合成滑石、硫酸鋇、硫酸鎂、硫酸鈣、氮化硼、氧氯化鉍、氧化鋁、氧化鋯、氧化鎂、氧化鉻、異極礦、碳酸鎂、及該等之複合體等著色顏料、白色顏料、體質顏料之無機粉末,球狀粉末以外之有機樹脂粉末等,該等亦可為經表面處理者。 本發明之化妝料可根據油中水型乳化化妝料之慣例而製造。即,可藉由如下方式製造:視需要一面進行加熱,一面於另外製備之油相成分中將水相成分攪拌乳化。 本發明之化妝料特別適於粉底等彩妝化妝料。因此,本發明之化妝料較佳為以粉底液、妝前底霜、BB霜、CC霜等形態提供。 [實施例] 以下,列舉實施例而進一步對本發明進行詳述,但本發明不受該等實施例之任何限定。調配量只要未特別記載,則以相對於調配有該成分之組合物總量之質量%表示。 按照下述表1及表2中所揭示之配方,根據慣例製備油中水型乳化粉底。針對所製備之各例之粉底,對以下項目實施由專業官能檢查員進行的評估。 評估項目: (1)塗抹時之水潤度 (2)塗抹時之柔滑度(輕薄度) (3)塗膜之均勻度 (4)無厚塗感 (5)色斑(黃褐斑、雀斑)遮蓋力 (6)凹凸(毛孔等)修正效果 評估結果: A++:非常優異 A+:優異 B:良好 C:較差 D:非常差 [表1]
(1)MAKIMOUSSE 25(大東化成工業公司製造) (2)OTS-RC402P(大東化成工業公司製造) 根據表1所示之結果可知,調配有2.4質量%之顏料級氧化鈦與0.5質量%以下之丙烯酸鈉接枝澱粉之實施例1及2係所評估之所有項目優異之結果。將丙烯酸鈉接枝澱粉之調配量增加至1質量%之實施例3雖然塗膜之均勻度略微下降,但為作為製品而無問題之良好水準,其他評估項目全部優異。相對於該等實施例,未調配丙烯酸鈉接枝澱粉之比較例1係凹凸修正效果較差,調配有超過10質量%之顏料級氧化鈦之比較例2雖獲得遮蓋力及凹凸修正效果,但浮粉,故而水潤度與柔滑度較差,產生厚塗感。 [表2]

(1)MAKIMOUSSE 25(大東化成工業股份有限公司製造) (2)OTS-RC402P(大東化成工業股份有限公司製造) 根據表3所示之結果可知,去掉球狀粉末及彈性體之實施例10及11雖然凹凸修正效果略微下降,但為作為製品而無問題之良好水準。又,關於將顏料級氧化鈦之調配量減少至0.1 質量%之實施例12,雖然色斑之遮蓋力、凹凸修正效果略微下降,但為作為製品而無問題之水準。 以下,列舉本發明之油中水型乳化化妝料之其他配方例。根據該等配方而製備之化妝料亦為與實施例1同等之評估結果。 配方例1:油中水型乳化粉底 調配成分 調配量(質量%) (1)二甲基聚矽氧烷 36.88 (2)十甲基環五矽氧烷 10.00 (3)甲基聚矽氧烷 3.00 (4)PEG-10聚二甲基矽氧烷 3.00 (5)二異硬脂酸聚甘油酯-2 1.00 (6)香料 0.10 (7)(聚二甲基矽氧烷/聚甘油-3)交聯聚合物 1.00 (8)異壬酸異壬酯 3.00 (9)二硬脂二甲銨鋰蒙脫石 1.00 (10)尼龍-12 5.00 (11)疏水化微粒子氧化鈦 5.00 (12)經疏水化處理之顏料級氧化鈦 3.00 (13)經疏水化處理之氧化鐵黃 1.25 (14)經疏水化處理之氧化鐵紅 0.35 (15)經疏水化處理之氧化鐵黑 0.02 (16)丙烯酸鈉接枝澱粉 0.30 (17)離子交換水 18.00 (18)1,3-丁二醇 5.00 (19)甘油 3.00 (20)防腐劑 0.10 製造方法: (i)於油相成分(1)~(9)之混合液中加入粉末(10)~(16),藉由均質機等將其攪拌混合而獲得粉末分散液(油相)。 (ii)其次,對上述粉末分散液(油相)添加預先混合、靜置之(17)~(20)之水相,藉由均質機等進行攪拌混合而製成乳化物,獲得乳化粉底。
Claims (3)
- 一種油中水型乳化化妝料,其特徵在於含有: (A)0.1~10質量%之顏料級氧化鈦、及 (B)0.01~2質量%之丙烯酸鈉接枝澱粉。
- 如請求項1之化妝料,其更含有(C)球狀粉末。
- 如請求項1或2之化妝料,其更含有(D)聚矽氧彈性體。
