Abstract

Description

技藝中熟知利用單一可拋棄式墊將清潔產品傳遞給使用者。雖然此等可拋棄式清潔物品之構造有廣泛的變化，但清潔物品通常包括具有單一紋理化表面的單一層。例如，美國專利第3,537,121及3,910,284號揭示清潔但不刮傷或磨蝕目標表面的單層非織造清潔物品。在其他實例中，已發展出具有二或更多層的清潔物品來改良墊的耐久性或手感。在某些實例中，使用多個層亦可使墊擁有兩個具有不同紋理的擦拭表面。然而，由墊之不同外層所提供之紋理經常具有顯著不同的紋理，諸如一個表面實質上光滑用於拋光等，且另一個具有大的紋理程度用於擦洗等。此外，該等層包含類似的纖維網，其中一個纖維網簡單地具有安置於其表面上之調質劑(texturing agent)。以此方式，墊的紋理在第一與第二面之間可以不同，但該等層的滲透性實質上相似。
因此，技藝中仍需要一種清潔物品，諸如擦拭墊，其具有兩個由具有不同滲透性之不同材料所構成的外層，其中兩面具有某種程度的三維表面形態，但提供給使用者兩個不同紋理的擦拭表面。
本清潔物品藉由提供在其第一及第二面上具有兩種不 同紋理的清潔物品而克服先前技術的許多限制。本發明之雙重紋理化清潔物品容許將一面用於擦洗及將另一面用於溫和清潔。另外，物品之更高度紋理化面包括高起聚合性元素，其傾向於在高起區域上集中被移除之污物及髒污，藉此增進使用者對清潔效力的感覺。

定義
本文中所使用之術語「非織造纖維網」一般係指具有交織在一起、但非如同針織織物呈可識別方式之一或多根個別纖維之結構的物品或片材。非織造織物或纖維網係由許多製程諸如(例如)熔噴製程、氣流成網製程、及黏合梳理纖維網製程所形成。
本文中所使用之術語「熔噴」及「熔噴製程」一般係指一種用來形成非織造纖維網之方法，其係藉由將熔融的纖維形成材料擠壓通過模具中之複數個孔口以形成若干纖維，同時使該等纖維與空氣或其他細化流體接觸以將該纖維細化成若干纖維，且其後收集經細化的纖維。一例示性的熔噴製程教示於，例如，美國專利第6,607,624號中。

本文中所使用之術語「共形成」或「共形成製程」一般係指至少一個纖維層係與至少一個不同纖維層之形成實質上同時地或串聯地形成的一種製程。藉由共形成製程製成的纖維網一般稱為「共形成纖維網」。

本發明提供一種用於以任何方式清潔身體表面，尤其係使用者臉部的紋理化清潔物品。該紋理化清潔物品包括形成其第一及第二面的第一及第二外部部件。該物品之第一及第二面皆係經紋理化，但較佳地，該等面具有不同紋理，以於單一清潔物品中提供給使用者不同程度的清潔。例如，在一具體例中，本發明提供一種具有第一面及第二面之清潔物品，該第一面包括印刷於其上之複數個隆凸且具有大於0.50、更佳地大於約0.75及又更佳地大於約1.00、諸如0.50至約1.50及更佳地約0.75至約1.20之摩擦係數。相反地，第二面實質上無印刷隆凸且一般具有小於0.50及更佳地小於約0.40、諸如約0.20至0.50之摩擦係數。

該等層14、16、18可藉由包括，例如，壓花、熱黏合、黏著黏合、超音波黏合、縫合、或其組合之任何標準黏著方法組合成單一物品10。在諸如圖2所繪示之一具體例中，該等層係藉由壓花彼此結合以沿清潔物品10之周邊20產生結合邊緣22。
物品之第一及第二面較佳具有一般藉由使用不同材料所提供的不同紋理，以形成兩個外層。例如，參照圖4所繪示之具體例，第一部件14包括其上安置有複數個聚合性隆凸30的非織造纖維 網，及第二部件18包括流體纏結層壓纖維網，其具有複數個由層壓纖維網所形成的突出物32。可設計第一部件14之構造，包括非織造纖維網及用於形成隆凸30的聚合材料，使得第一面24具有大於0.50、更佳地大於約0.75及又更佳地大於約1.00、諸如0.50至約1.50及更佳地約0.75至約1.20之摩擦係數。反之，形成第二外層18之流體纏結層壓纖維網可經構造，使得第二面26一般具有小於0.50及更佳地小於約0.40、諸如約0.20至0.50之摩擦係數。

除了使物品10之第一及第二面24、26具有不同程度的紋理外，可選擇用來形成第一及第二部件14、18之材料，以使得第一及第二面24、26具有不同程度的滲透性。例如，在一具體例中，第一部件14具有500cfm或更大、諸如500至約700cfm及更佳地約500至約600cfm及又更佳地約525至約575cfm之滲透性。反之，第二外部部件具有小於500cfm、諸如約300至500cfm及更佳地約400至約475cfm之滲透性。以此方式，第一及第二面24、26之滲透性不同，以致當設計核心部件16來諸如透過使用可回彈變形之多孔材料產生泡沫時，泡沫以不同程度透過第一及第二面24、26。如此，物品可擁有具有不同紋理及起泡程度的面，來向使用者提供兩種不同的清潔體驗。

現轉向圖2，其繪示物品10之第一外部部件14的一個具體例。第一外部部件可由任何適宜的合成或天然材料製成，以提供觸感順從且可壓縮的層。第一外部部件可經濕式成網、氣流成網，或藉由其他方法製成。許多材料適宜用於第一外部部件中，且包括，但不限於，針織或織造織物、非織造織物、及多孔開孔發泡體。適宜的聚合物包括，但不限於，聚烯烴(例如，聚乙烯及聚丙烯)、聚酯(例如，聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯)、聚醯胺(例如，耐綸)、黏液纖維、及其混合物。理想地，第一外部部件包括具有實質上均勻組成的纖維層且係以可提供實質上均勻外表面的方式鋪設。適宜天然材料及其衍生物的非限制性實例包括由諸如棉、木材紙漿、黏液纖維或其混合物之纖維製成的織造及非織造材料。例示性的非織造織物包括，但不限於，水針(水力纏結式材料)、紡黏、熔噴、及黏合梳理纖維網。
第一外部部件可具有約10至約200克每平方米(gsm)，諸如約30至約150gsm，及又更佳地約50至約100gsm之基重。舉明 確的實例來說，第一外部部件可包括具有約30至約100gsm之基重的黏合梳理纖維網。前述纖維網可具有500cfm或更大、諸如500至約600cfm及更佳地500至約550cfm之滲透性。

隆凸可採用任何數目的不同形狀，諸如圓形、卵形、方形等等。在某些實例中，隆凸在本文中可稱為「點」，不管其實際形狀如何，應明瞭該定義涵蓋任何形狀及形式的隆凸。在一特佳具體例中，隆凸具有部分球形形狀。
在某些具體例中，隆凸具有球形或部分球形形狀，及至少約500μm及更佳地至少約700μm及又更佳地至少約1,000μm，諸如約500至約2,000μm及更理想地約700至約1,500μm之一般在隆凸與纖維網接觸點處量測的平均直徑。
隆凸一般在z方向中自第一面的表面平面延伸，從而提供具有一高度的隆凸。隆凸之平均高度一般大於約150μm、更佳地大於約250μm、及又更佳地大於約400μm、諸如約150至約750μm及更佳地約300至約650μm。隆凸之平均高度一般係使用在下文測試方法乙節中所描述的影像分析技術來測量。在某些較佳具體例中，隆凸之高度相當均勻，以致高度之標準差小於約±50μm及更佳地小於約±25μm。
在一特佳具體例中，隆凸係球形或部分球形，且具有大 於約0.50mm3及更佳地大於約0.55mm3及又更佳地大於約0.60mm3、諸如約0.50至約0.75mm3及更佳地約0.55至約0.70mm3之體積。在其他具體例中，隆凸具有球形或部分球形形狀，大於約500μm、諸如約500至約1,000μm之平均高度，及大於約0.50mm3、諸如約0.50至約0.75mm3之體積。
隆凸可以隨機或非隨機圖案施加至第一外層。在一較佳具體例中，隆凸係以非隨機圖案施加至第一外層，且覆蓋外層表面積之至少約5.0%，諸如約5.0至約15.0%。在其他具體例中，隆凸可覆蓋第一外層之表面的至少約7.0%，及又更佳地至少約9.0%，諸如約7.0至約13.0%。在其他具體例中，第一外層之每單位面積的隆凸數量一般係大於約100,000個隆凸/m2及又更佳地大於約120,000個隆凸/m2，諸如約100,000至約200,000個隆凸/m2及更佳地約120,000至約170,000個隆凸/m2。
隆凸可以任何數目之不同的非隨機圖案來施加，包括，例如，圖5-8A中繪示的非隨機圖案。圖案一般係由印刷在形成物品10之第一面24之第一外部部件14上的隆凸30所形成。物品10可具有鄰接於其外部周邊邊緣20的結合邊緣22，其可賦予物品10美觀性，但一般並不構成整體圖案的部分。
在諸如繪示於圖7中之某些具體例中，隆凸30可以包括具有波形之第一31及第二33成對線條的圖案來安置。在諸如繪示於圖8A中之其他具體例中，隆凸30可以包括複數個具有未印刷中心38之圓圈39a、39b的圖案來安置。如圖8B中所繪示，未印刷中心38可具有直徑(D)，其在某些具體例中可在形成圖案之複數個圓圈之間為均勻的。隆凸30可形成具有約5.00至約15.0mm及更佳地約7.50至 約10.00mm之直徑(D)的圓圈39。在某些具體例中，形成圖案之圓圈39可包括每個圓圈約10至約15個隆凸30。
隆凸可藉由將墨水(本文中亦稱為糊料)沉積於預形成纖維網上來形成。適用於本發明之墨水一般係包括可膨脹微球體及更佳地熱可膨脹微球體(本文中亦稱為活性劑)的水系墨水。熱可膨脹微球體為技藝中所熟知且較佳包括囊封推進劑的熱塑性聚合物殼。推進劑較佳係沸騰溫度不高於熱塑性聚合物殼之軟化溫度的液體。當微球體受熱時，推進劑在殼軟化的同時增加內部壓力，從而導致微球體膨脹且尺寸增加。
在某些具體例中，隆凸可藉由印刷包括熱可膨脹微球體、成膜聚合黏合劑及視情況之流變改質劑、表面張力改質劑、著色劑、無機填料及水的墨水組成物來形成。適宜的墨水可包含佔墨水重量之約15至約45%的固體材料。熱可膨脹微球體可具有約5至約100μm及更佳地約10至約50μm之未膨脹狀態的直徑。適宜的熱可膨脹微球體可以商品名ExpancelTM(Akzo Nobel)於市面購得。
隆凸較佳係使用輪轉凹版或凹版印刷(直接或間接)、柔版印刷、網版印刷、型版施加等等以一或多個圖案印刷於纖維網上。一般而言，於纖維網表面上產生一或多個隆凸之過程在本文中將稱為「印刷」，應瞭解該術語並不受限於任何特定製程或設備。在一具體例中，將糊料調配物印刷於纖維網上係藉由使用諸如可購自SPGPrints America Inc.(Charlotte,NC)之習知旋轉網版印刷機來進行。印刷可在纖維網製造期間或在獨立的離線製程中進行。纖維網在印刷時可為潮濕的或者其可為乾燥的。
一般而言，於印刷糊料後，加熱纖維網。經印刷之纖維 網可藉由乾燥烘箱來加熱，乾燥烘箱應夠熱以乾燥纖維網並活化糊料來達成期望的隆凸形狀，諸如藉由將纖維網加熱至至少約120℃之溫度。在其他具體例中，纖維網可於兩個或更多個具有不同溫度的階段中加熱，以乾燥纖維網並活化糊料。例如，可使纖維網經受具有約110至約120℃之溫度的第一乾燥階段，接著再經受具有約140至約150℃之溫度的第二階段。不管纖維網係於單一階段或多個階段中加熱，使纖維網暴露至足夠的溫度持續足夠的時間長度以乾燥纖維網並容許糊料活化。於離開乾燥器後，可將經印刷之纖維網捲起並分切成用來形成根據本發明之紋理化物品的尺寸。
上述使物品之第一面具有印刷圖案一般係使第一面相較於市售清潔物品之第一面(物品之第一面係包含聚合性隆凸之面)具有經改良的紋理。例如，如下表1中所記述，本發明物品一般具有較市售清潔物品大約100%的摩擦係數。
與第一面24對置的是物品10的第二面26，其一具體例係繪示於圖3中。第二面26係由第二部件18諸如具有複數個突出物32之流體纏結層壓纖維網所形成。插置於突出物32間者係位在第一平面中的地面區域34。突出物32與地面區域34一起形成物品10的第二面26。一般而言，突出物向外且遠離第一平面延伸且終止於遠端而界定出第二平面。突出物之高度可變化，但一般而言，突出物具有類似高度且界定出位在第一平面上方的第二平面。
第二外部部件一般係與第一外部部件共同延伸且與其相對安置，但一般不與第一外部部件緊鄰。在某些具體例中，可將以下將更詳細論述的核心層安置於第一及第二外部部件之間。雖然第二外部部件一般具有與第一外部部件相似的形狀及尺寸，但第二外部部件一般包括不同於第一外部部件的材料且具有明顯不同的粗糙度及/或手感，以為使用者提供再進一步的皮膚處理選項及/或觸感。此外，一般而言，第二外部部件較佳包含具有不同於第一外部部件之滲透性的材料。在特佳具體例中，相較於第二外部部件，第一外部部件具有較高的摩擦係數及較低的滲透性。
在某些具體例中，第二外部部件可包括纖維材料諸如非織造纖維網，其在某些實例中可包括二或更多個纖維網的層壓物。例如，第二外部部件可包括多層層壓纖維網，包括紡黏/熔噴/紡黏層壓物、紡黏/熔噴層壓物、及其類似物。
較佳地，第二外部部件之外表面具有三維形狀以提供紋理化表面。當使用清潔物品來擦洗或清潔表面(諸如皮膚)時，紋理化表面尤其有用。在一具體例中，第二外部部件包括單層非織造纖維網，第二外部部件具有頂表面及底表面，其中頂表面係經紋理化。在用於第二 外部部件上之非織造纖維網上形成紋理化表面的方式可視期望結果的特定應用而變化。例如，可將前驅纖維網壓花以提供紋理化表面。在另一具體例中，可使纖維網進行消光處理以提供紋理。在又其他具體例中，可藉由將非織造纖維網進行熱點脫膠以形成複數個簇而賦予紋理化表面。如本文所使用，已經「熱點脫膠」過的基材係指包括被黏合區域包圍的高起之脫膠區域或輕度黏合區域的基材。例如，凸塊或簇係形成離開非織造纖維網之表面以提供必要紋理之高起突出物的脫膠或輕度黏合區域。在又其他具體例中，纖維網可經流體纏結以形成向外且遠離纖維網之頂表面延伸的突出物，諸如描述於美國專利第9,327,473號中。
一般而言，使第二外部部件之表面紋理化的方式不涉及將材料沉積於纖維網之表面上。因此，在一較佳具體例中，第一及第二外部部件的差異在於其外表面的紋理化方式。例如，第一外部部件可藉由將聚合材料沉積於其外表面上以形成隆凸來紋理化，而第二外部部件可經由機械處理前驅纖維網諸如藉由壓花或流體纏結以形成突出物來紋理化。
在一特佳具體例中，第二外部部件包括流體纏結層壓纖維網，其具有向外且遠離層壓物之至少一個預計外表面延伸的突出物。一般而言，流體纏結層壓纖維網包括支撐層及非織造突出物纖維網，其中突出物纖維網之纖維跨越層之間的界面且與支撐層纏結且結合而形成層壓物。流體纏結層壓纖維網之基重可視文中概述之最終應用而變，但一般可在約50至約200gsm之範圍內，然而可視特定最終應用而定使用在此範圍外的基重。
雖然突出物可經來自突出物纖維網及/或支撐層的纖維 填充，但一般希望突出物係大致中空的。中空突出物理想地具有封閉端，其不含孔洞或孔隙。該等孔洞或孔隙應與一般存在於非織造纖維網中之正常的纖維間之間隙間隔作區分。然而，在一些應用中，可能希望在如下所述之纏結製程中增加衝擊流體噴射之壓力及/或停留時間以於一或多個中空突出物中產生一或多個孔洞或孔隙(未顯示)。該等孔隙可在突出物的末端或側壁中以及在突出物的末端及側壁兩者中形成。
中空突出物的形狀可為，例如，圓形、卵形、方形、矩形、三角形、菱形。在一個較佳具體例中，當自上方觀看時中空突出物可係圓形的，且諸如當觀看橫剖面時所見，具有稍微圓頂或彎曲的頂部或末端。如同突出物的間隔及圖案，中空突出物的寬度及深度皆可變化。此外，可於相同纖維網中利用突出物的各種形狀、尺寸及間隔。在一具體例中，突出物可具有約0.5至約10mm、諸如約0.5至約5mm及更佳約0.75至約1.5mm之高度。
層壓纖維網中之中空突出物係位於纖維網之外表面上且自其發出。取決於已由突出物纖維網用來形成突出物之纖維量而定，中空突出物具有位在朝向纖維網之內表面且可經支撐層或纖維網之第二表面或突出物纖維網之內表面覆蓋的敞開端。該等突出物被亦由突出物纖維網之外表面所形成的地面區域包圍，但地面區域之厚度包括突出物纖維網及支撐層兩者。此地面區域可相當地平坦且平面，或其可具有建構於其中的表面形態變異性。例如，地面區域可具有完全或部分延伸至突出物纖維網及/或支撐層中的凹陷。此外，可使地面區域經壓花處理，其可賦予地面區域表面紋理及其他功能特質。再者，地面區域可具有延伸穿過層壓物以進一步利於流體(諸如由核心層滲出之泡沫)移動進入及通過層壓物的孔隙。
除第一及第二外部部件外，物品一般包括一或多個內層，諸如核心部件，以提供額外及/或增強的功能。因此，可使用物品來清潔使用者的皮膚，及尤其係其臉部，清潔方式係藉由潤濕物品，然後使第一及第二面中之一或兩者相對於其摩擦，以達成期望程度及類型的清潔。
舉實例來說並參照圖4，清潔物品10可視情況包括核心部件16，以增強清潔物品10的功能性。在一態樣中，核心部件16可設置於第一外部部件14與第二外部部件18之間。核心部件16可取決於清潔物品10之期望性質而包括一或多種不同材料。在一態樣中，核心部件16可提供或增強清潔物品10產生泡沫之能力，諸如透過使用可回彈變形的多孔材料。就此而言，多孔材料之壓縮及膨脹與已存在及/或經施加的清潔劑組合作用，而產生許多氣泡並產生豐富的泡沫或皂泡。可回彈變形之高度多孔、低密度材料極適於提供此一功能；適宜的材料包括，但不限於，通過空氣黏結的非織造織物、多孔或開孔發泡體、經壓縮之黏液纖維或纖維素及諸如此類。舉非限制性實例來說，可提供此一效益的材料包括描述於美國專利第4,068,036、5,985,434及7,358,282號中者。

在某些具體例中，清潔物品可包括多個核心部件，以改良及/或提供其之多種不同功能。舉例來說，清潔物品可包括第一核心部件，其包括能夠改良泡沫生成及可處置性的可回彈變形多孔層。此外，清潔物品可進一步包括第二核心部件，其包括經含浸清潔調配物的多孔層。因此，於潤濕物品後，使用者之擠壓及釋放物品導致清潔調配物轉移至外部部件且將空氣抽吸入及推送於物品的整個層中，藉此促 進產生豐富的泡沫狀皂泡。
在再一態樣中，物品的一或多個層可包括一或多種清潔或去角質劑，以輔助物品的期望功能。例如，第一或第二外部部件、或核心可經含浸有或具有施加於其上的清潔調配物。皮膚清潔調配物係技藝中所熟知且可包括下列成分中之一或多者：清潔及/或起泡(起皂泡)界面活性劑、清潔劑、增滌劑、泡沫穩定劑、收斂劑、精油、植物萃取物、保濕劑、濕潤劑、緩衝劑、鉗合劑、抗菌劑、顏料、著色劑、香料等等。廣泛地知曉及使用泡沫生成界面活性劑(即起皂泡界面活性劑)且其尤其適用於包含在本發明之清潔物品中的清潔調配物中。舉例來說，適宜的泡沫生成界面活性劑包括，但不限於，葡萄糖苷(例如，烷基葡萄糖苷、烷基聚葡萄糖苷等)、甜菜鹼(例如，鯨蠟基甜菜鹼、鯨蠟基二甲基甜菜鹼、椰油醯胺丙基甜菜鹼、月桂基二甲基羧甲基甜菜鹼等)、烷基及烷基醚硫酸鹽(例如，月桂基硫酸鈉、月桂基醚硫酸鈉、鯨蠟基硫酸鹽等)、烷氧基化脂肪酸酯、磺基甜菜鹼(例如，椰油醯胺丙基羥基磺基甜菜鹼等)、胺氧化物(例如，月桂胺氧化物、椰子胺氧化物等)、烷基羥乙基磺酸鹽(例如，椰油醯基羥乙基磺酸鈉、月桂醯基羥乙基磺酸鈉等)及諸如此類。此外，適宜清潔調配物的非限制性實例描述於美國專利第6,806,213號及美國公開案第US2003/207632及US2005/136531號中。理想地，一或多個內部層(諸如第一外部部件或核心層)包括有效量的起皂泡界面活性劑，以使得在重複按壓及釋放濕物品時能夠形成豐富的皂泡。僅作為一個特定實例，清潔調配物可包括以下成分的組合：癸基葡萄糖苷、甘油、椰油醯胺丙基甜菜鹼、PEG-7甘油椰油酸酯、乙酸生育酚酯、蘋果酸、及化妝品可接受的防腐劑。
物品、及清潔調配物可視需要以潮濕或乾燥形式提供。 舉非限制性實例來說，清潔調配物可經由浸漬、噴霧、印刷(例如，柔版、輪轉凹版、平版等)、凹版塗布、柔版塗布、狹縫式塗布、泡沫施加等等施加至核心層。通常期望以含水形式施加清潔調配物，其後再藉由熱空氣乾燥或其他方法移除過剩水分，以獲得乾燥產品或具有較高百分比之功能性成分的潮濕產品。在替代具體例中，應注意清潔調配物可分開地及/或另外地含浸於或施加至包括第一外部部件或第二外部部件之其他層的一或多者中。在某些具體例中，期望物品包含，基於其乾重，介於約1及500重量百分比之間之清潔調配物及/或起皂泡界面活性劑。在又其他具體例中，期望物品包含介於約1及約250%之間、及又更理想地介於約5及約100%之間之清潔調配物及/或起皂泡界面活性劑(基於物品之乾重計)。
在再一態樣中，清潔物品中之任何一或多個層可視情況包括一或多種添加劑或外用劑，以修飾或改良其固有的親水及/或疏水特性。通常期望提高層的可濕性或親水特性，諸如，例如，藉由施加或包含濕潤劑及/或界面活性劑。作為再一選項，一或多個層可視需要包括顏料、失透劑、軟化劑、顆粒、香料及諸如此類，來賦予或改良一或多種物理或美觀特質。構成各種層的材料亦可視需要視情況經物理處理來提高或改良其他特性諸如，例如，手感、外觀、耐久性等等。就此而言，常用處理的實例包括，但不限於，壓花、拉伸、起皺、印刷、針刺及諸如此類。
測試方法 空氣滲透性
空氣滲透性，其表示以空氣在100Pa之壓降下通過一平 方英尺之材料表面積之立方英尺每分鐘計之材料的滲透性，係根據ISO 9237：1995來測定。測量係使用在100Pa之測試壓力下裝配有20cm2頭的TEXTEST FX 3300(TEXTEST AG，瑞士)來進行。
表面性質
樣品的表面性質係於KES表面測試儀(型式KE-SE，Kato Tech Co.,Ltd，日本京都)上測量。針對每個樣品，根據Kawabata測試程序測量摩擦係數及/或表面光滑度，使用10cm x 10cm之樣品尺寸沿MD及CD測試樣品，且於兩面上重複五次。小心避免折疊、弄皺、施壓、或以會使樣品變形的其他方式處置樣品。使用由20根直徑0.5mm之鋼琴線所組成之10mm x 10mm的多線探針各以25克的接觸力來測試樣品。將測試速度設定於1mm/s。將感測器設定於「H」及FRIC設定於「DT」。使用用於Win98/2000/XP之KES-FB系統測量程式KES-FB System 7.09 E版(可購自Kato Tech Co,Ltd.，日本京都)取得數據。程式中的選擇為「KES-SE摩擦測量」。
KES表面測試儀測定摩擦係數(MIU)及MIU之平均偏差(MMD)，其中較高的MIU值表示於樣品表面上更多阻力及較高的MMD值表示樣品表面上較多變化或較小均勻度。
MIU及MMD之值係由以下式定義：

X=用於計算中的最大移動，2cm將各產品樣品的頂表面測試五次及將所得之MMD及MIU值平均並報告為摩擦係數(COF)及表面光滑度。
影像分析
使用Leica Microsystems QWIN Pro影像分析系統(3.5.1版，可購自Leica Microsystems，Heerbrugg，瑞士)在光圈(f-stop)設定為4之20mm Nikon AF鏡頭之光軸下方進行樣品的影像分析。使用c-接口適配器將Nikon鏡頭安裝至Leica DFC 310 FX相機。經由QUIPS演算法「覆蓋率、尺寸及間隔分佈-1(Coverage,Size & Spacing Distribution-1)」取得二維覆蓋率、間隔、密度及尺寸數據。光學組態描述於演算法中。
使用Leica 3D立體顯微鏡利用Mountains表面形態軟體取得三維表面圖及高度輪廓。在30倍放大率下進行Z-高度影像切片聚焦，同時在7.8倍放大率下取得影像切片(8)。
實例
製備若干不同的去角質產品來評估基礎片材、印刷材料及圖案對表面性質及去角質的作用。各產品的組成總結於下表2。評估兩種不同的基礎片材。兩種基礎片材係包括具有約57克每平方米(gsm)之基重之雙組分纖維(聚乙烯及聚丙烯)的黏合梳理纖維網。基礎片材具有兩種不同厚度-約1.15mm之厚度(基礎片材A)及約1.27mm之厚度(基礎片材B)。兩種基礎片材均可購自Precision Customer Coating(Totowa，NJ)。藉由網版印刷因其中所含之膨化劑而在加熱下膨脹的糊料來在基礎片材上印刷期望的圖案。用來產生本發明樣品的糊 料係以Altoma Puff Paste(Bolger & O'Hearn,Inc.,Fall River,MA)銷售。纖維網係使用習知之網版印刷技術使用經賦予圖案的印刷網版來印刷。網版圖案實質上類似於圖8A中所繪示者，其中點數目、點尺寸及點間隔係如下表2中所提供者變化。於印刷後，藉由在烘箱中約310℉下加熱來固化纖維網。於固化後，使產品進行如以上測試方法乙節中所述的分析，其結果總結於下表3。
雖然本發明之紋理化清潔物品已針對其特定具體例來詳細描述，但當明暸，熟習該項技藝者於瞭解上述內容後，可容易設想到該等具體例的變化、變異及等效者。據此，本發明之範圍應就隨附之申請專利範圍及其任何同等物及以下具體例來評估： 在第一具體例中，本發明提供一種紋理化清潔物品，其包括：第一部件，其包括具有外表面及內表面、安置於該外表面上之複數個非中空隆凸的非織造纖維網，該第一部件具有大於500cfm之滲透性及大於0.50之摩擦係數；第二部件，其包括具有外表面及內表面及低於0.50之摩擦係數的非織造纖維網；及安置於該第一與該第二部件之間的核心。
在第二具體例中，本發明提供第一具體例之紋理化清潔物品，其中，該複數個隆凸具有大於約250μm、諸如約250至約1,000μm之平均高度。
在第三具體例中，本發明提供第一或第二具體例之紋理化清潔物品，其中，該複數個隆凸係以大於約100,000個隆凸/m2及又更佳地大於約120,000個隆凸/m2、諸如約100,000至約200,000個隆凸/m2及更佳約120,000至約170,000個隆凸/m2之密度安置於該第一面上。
在第四具體例中，本發明提供第一至第三具體例中任一者之紋理化清潔物品，其中，該等隆凸係以包括複數個圓圈的非隨機圖案安置於該第一面上。
在第五具體例中，本發明提供第一至第四具體例中任一者的紋理化清潔物品，其中，該核心係多孔開孔發泡體且進一步包含清潔調配物。
在第六具體例中，本發明提供第一至第五具體例中任一者的紋理化清潔物品，其中，該第二部件包括具有外表面及內表面的流體纏結層壓纖維網，該纖維網之該外表面具有複數個中空突出物。
在第七具體例中，本發明提供第一至第六具體例中任一 者的紋理化清潔物品，其中，該複數個非中空隆凸具有約300至約650μm之平均高度。
在第八具體例中，本發明提供第一至第七具體例中任一者的紋理化清潔物品，其中，該第一外表面具有較佳約0.75至約1.20之摩擦係數及該第二外表面具有約0.35至約0.45之摩擦係數。
在第九具體例中，本發明提供第一至第八具體例中任一者的紋理化清潔物品，其中，該複數個非中空隆凸具有平均體積約0.50至約0.70mm3之實質上半球形形狀。
在第十具體例中，本發明提供第一至第九具體例中任一者的紋理化清潔物品，其中，該複數個非中空隆凸具有約500至約2,000μm之平均直徑。
在第十一具體例中，本發明提供第一至第十具體例中任一者的紋理化清潔物品，其中，該複數個非中空隆凸係以包括複數個圓圈的非隨機圖案印刷，各圓圈包括約8至約15個隆凸且具有約5.00至約15.0mm之直徑。
在第十二具體例中，本發明提供第一至第十一具體例中任一者的紋理化清潔物品，其中，該複數個非中空隆凸係以非隨機圖案印刷，且覆蓋該第一部件之外表面之至少約8%、諸如約8至約12%的表面積。

Claims (20)

  1. 一種清潔物品，其包括：a)第一部件，其包括具有第一及第二面及安置於其第一面上之複數個聚合性隆凸的非織造纖維網，該第一面形成該清潔物品的第一外表面；及b)第二部件，其包括具有第一及第二面的非織造纖維網，該第二面形成該清潔物品的第二外表面，其中，該第一外表面具有大於0.50之摩擦係數且該第二外表面具有小於0.50之摩擦係數。
  2. 如請求項1之清潔物品，其中，該複數個聚合性隆凸具有大於約150μm之平均高度。
