Description
本發明係關於各種領域,尤其關於一種在製造經塗漆鋼片時可用作頂塗層塗料之熱固性組合物,且尤其關於一種提供極佳可加工性及極佳抗污染性之塗料薄膜而不形成諸如甲醛之有害物質的熱固性組合物,且係關於一種使用此熱固性組合物之塗料塗裝方法,且係關於一種製造經塗漆物件之方法。此外,本發明係關於一種利用輥塗機可連續塗漆的塗料塗裝方法,其用作適用於大批製造經塗漆鋼片之製造方法;且係關於一種製造經塗漆物件之方法。
因為具有諸如建築組件(例如窗板、防風暴門、門、屋頂材料或板壁材料)及戶外材料(例如空調機外部單元)之應用的經塗漆鋼片的表面易受雨水(酸雨)、沙暴及類似天氣之影響而污染,所以需要極佳抗污染性。此外,為賦予經塗漆鋼片抗污染性,需要其中可獲得塗料薄膜之熱固性組合物,在該塗料薄膜下,不僅在塗漆後短時間內即呈現抗污染性,且亦維持長時段抗污染性。 此外,對於室內使用之經塗漆鋼片,需要其中可獲得塗料薄膜之熱固性組合物,在該塗料薄膜下,可加工性及抗污染性可共存且不形成有害物質,諸如認為引起病態屋疾病之甲醛及類似物。此外,就其高生產力而言且關於製造成本,使用輥塗機在塗漆生產線中塗漆已成為用於經塗漆鋼片之最常見塗漆方法。 作為此類具有極佳抗污染性之塗料組合物,在專利參考文獻1中揭示一種頂塗層塗料組合物,相對於含有(A)特定含羥基之形成塗料薄膜之樹脂及(B)胺基樹脂交聯劑之樹脂黏合劑,其含有(C)有機矽酸酯及/或其縮合產物、(D)硼酸化合物、(E)具有100至280 ml/100 g之吸油率的未經處理之矽石微米粒子及(F)乾基含水量20至30 ml/100 g之二氧化鈦顏料,且揭示如下原理:此頂塗層塗料組合物可形成最初且隨著時間推移對雨水及類似物具有極佳抗污染性之塗料薄膜。然而,利用專利參考文獻1之塗料組合物,形成甲醛且可加工性亦不令人滿意。 此外,在專利參考文獻2中,提出一種塗料組合物,其含有(A)選自聚酯樹脂、聚矽氧改質之聚酯樹脂及氟化多元醇樹脂之至少一種類型的數目平均分子量為1,000至100,000之特定含羥基聚酯樹脂,(B)選自(封端)聚異氰酸酯、三聚氰胺樹脂及1,3,5-三嗪-2,4,6-三-胺基甲酸酯及其寡聚物之至少一種類型,(C)選自氧化鋁溶膠、氧化矽溶膠及類似物之至少一種類型之無機氧化物溶膠,及(D)藉由(有機)矽酸酯、其部分水解縮合產物及矽烷偶合劑之縮聚獲得之聚矽氧化合物,且揭示如下原理:此塗料組合物具有極佳外觀、極佳初始抗污染性、長期抗污染性、去污特性及類似性質,以及高環保品質及安全性。然而,使用專利參考文獻2之塗料組合物,若藉由輥塗機進行塗漆-由於高生產力而已成為用於經塗漆鋼片之最常見塗漆方法,則由於在短時間內光澤度降低且親水性及防污效能降低而存在問題,其缺陷在於不能穩定製造,且由於生產力及塗漆成本原因,其尚未投入實際使用。

本發明提供一種熱固性組合物,可由其獲得之塗料薄膜表現經塗漆鋼片所需之塗料薄膜效能,諸如不僅在塗漆之後短時間即呈現抗污染性,且亦維持長時段極佳抗污染性,及防水性及彎曲可加工性,以及高環保品質及安全性。此外,本發明之目的亦旨在提供一種利用輥塗機可連續塗漆之熱固性組合物,其用作大批量生產經塗漆鋼片之理想製造方法。解決問題之方法

本發明在下文中具體解釋,但本發明不限於此等特定具體實例。 在本發明之熱固性組合物中,用作組份(A)之聚酯樹脂可藉由已知方法,使用多元酸及多元醇作為起始物質進行酯化反應來獲得。 作為多元酸,通常使用聚羧酸,但必要時可同時使用一元脂肪酸。作為聚羧酸,提及例如鄰苯二甲酸、間苯二甲酸、對苯二甲酸、四氫鄰苯二甲酸、四氫間苯二甲酸、六氫鄰苯二甲酸、六氫對苯二甲酸、偏苯三甲酸、己二酸、癸二酸、丁二酸、壬二酸、反丁烯二酸、順丁烯二酸、衣康酸、苯均四酸及其酸酐以及類似物。作為一元脂肪酸,提及例如蓖麻油酸、油酸、亞麻油酸、棕櫚酸、硬脂酸及類似物。此等多元酸及一元脂肪酸可單獨使用,且亦可使用兩者或超過兩者之組合。 作為多元醇,提及二元醇及三元醇及高級多元醇。作為二元醇,提及例如乙二醇、丙二醇、二乙二醇、三乙二醇、四乙二醇、二丙二醇、聚乙二醇、聚丙二醇、新戊二醇、己二醇、1,3-丁二醇、1,4-丁二醇、1,5-戊二醇、1,6-己二醇、2-丁基-2-乙基-1,3-丙二醇、甲基-丙二醇、環己烷二甲醇、3,3-二乙基-1,5-戊二醇及類似物。此外,作為三元醇及高級多元醇,提及例如丙三醇、三羥甲基乙烷、三羥甲基丙烷、季戊四醇、二季戊四醇及類似物。此等多元醇可單獨使用,且亦可使用兩者或超過兩者之組合。 對於彎曲可加工性及抗污染性而言,組份(A)之數目平均分子量較佳為1,000至10,000,更佳1,200至9,000且尤其較佳1,500至6,000。在本發明中,數目平均分子量係在使用聚苯乙烯之數目平均分子量作為標準計算時藉由凝膠滲透層析法(GPC)量測之數目平均分子量的值。具體言之,此數目平均分子量為例如1,000、1,500、2,000、2,500、3,000、3,500、4,000、4,500、5,000、5,500、6,000、6,500、7,000、7,500、8,000、8,500、9,000、9,500或10,000,且亦可在任兩個在此處以實例展示之數值之間的範圍內。若組份(A)之數目平均分子量低於1,000,則彎曲可加工性可能降低。此外,若其超過10,000,則抗污染性可能降低。 為在塗漆之後短時間即呈現抗污染性,組份(A)之羥基值較佳為5至200 mg KOH/g,更佳10至190 mg KOH/g且尤其較佳14至180 mg KOH/g。具體言之,此羥基值為例如5、10、15、20、30、40、50、60、70、80、90、100、120、130、140、150、160、170、180、190或200,且亦可在任兩個在此處以實例展示之數值之間的範圍內。若羥基值低於5 mg KOH/g,則抗污染性可能降低。此外,若羥基值超過200 mg KOH/g,則彎曲可加工性可能降低。 關於組份(A)之酸值不存在特定限制,且較佳為例如2至50 mg KOH/g。此外,作為組份(A),聚酯樹脂可單獨使用,且亦可使用兩種或超過兩種類型之組合。 本發明之熱固性組合物之組份(B)係與羥基反應之交聯劑。作為與羥基反應之交聯劑(B),就彎曲可加工性、通用性及塗料組合物之安全性及環境安全性而言,封端脂族聚異氰酸酯化合物尤其較佳。 作為封端脂族聚異氰酸酯化合物,提及其中聚異氰酸酯化合物之異氰酸酯基用例如以下封端之彼等化合物:諸如丁醇之醇、諸如甲基乙基酮肟之肟、諸如ε-己內醯胺之內醯胺、諸如乙醯丙酮之二酮、諸如乙醯乙酸酯之酮酯、諸如丙二酸二乙酯之二羧酸酯、諸如咪唑或2-乙基咪唑之咪唑、諸如3-甲基吡唑或二甲基吡唑之吡唑,或諸如間甲酚之苯酚,但為求在用輥塗機連續塗覆時維持本發明之特徵-光澤穩定性及抗污染功能,及進一步確保塗料黏度穩定性及提供短烘乾時間,用甲基乙基酮肟及/或ε-己內醯胺封端之封端聚異氰酸酯化合物尤其較佳。 作為聚異氰酸酯化合物,提及例如脂族二異氰酸酯,諸如二異氰酸六亞甲基酯(HDI)、二異氰酸三甲基六亞甲基酯及二聚體酸二異氰酸酯;及芳族二異氰酸酯,諸如二甲苯二異氰酸酯(XDI)、二異氰酸1,4-伸苯酯、二異氰酸伸甲苯酯(TDI)及4,4-二苯基甲烷二異氰酸酯(MDI);以及脂環二異氰酸酯,諸如異佛爾酮二異氰酸酯(IPDI)、氫化XDI、氫化TDI及氫化MDI,及其加合物、縮二脲及異氰尿酸酯,以及類似物,但就加工與固化特性之平衡及耐候性而言,脂族二異氰酸酯化合物及脂環二異氰酸酯化合物尤其較佳。 組份(B)封端聚異氰酸酯化合物可單獨使用,且亦可使用兩種或超過兩種類型之組合。 在本發明之熱固性組合物中,關於組份(A)與組份(B)之混配比,需要組份(B)中封端異氰酸酯基相對於組份(A)中之羥基(NCO/OH)之當量在0.5至2.0範圍內,更佳在0.7至1.5範圍內,且仍更佳在0.8至1.3範圍內。此當量具體而言例如為0.5、0.6、0.7、0.8、0.9、1.0、1.1、1.2、1.3、1.4、1.5、1.6、1.7、1.8、1.9或2.0,且亦可在任兩個在此處以實例展示之數值之間的範圍內。若該當量低於0.5,則因為組份(A)之羥基在熱固性組合物之固化反應期間保持過量存在,所以塗料薄膜防水性減弱,此不合需要。另一方面,若該當量超出2.0當量,則因為組份(B)之封端異氰酸酯基及/或分離/再生之異氰酸酯基保持存在,所以塗料薄膜防水性同樣減弱,此不合需要。 本發明之熱固性組合物之組份(C)係組份(A)聚酯樹脂與組份(B)封端脂族聚異氰酸酯化合物之固化反應的催化劑。作為固化反應催化劑,提及例如金屬化合物,諸如錫化合物或鋅化合物、鋯化合物、鋁化合物及鉍化合物或胺及類似物,但為在用輥塗機連續塗覆時維持本發明之特徵-光澤穩定性及抗污染功能,本發明之組份(C)尤其較佳為鉍化合物。 作為本發明之熱固性組合物之組份(C)鉍化合物之實例,提及三(乙酸)鉍、三-(丁酸)鉍、三(2-乙基己酸)鉍、三(辛酸)鉍、三(月桂酸)鉍、三-(硬脂酸)鉍、三(異硬脂酸)鉍、三-(油醯基肌胺酸)鉍、Neostan U-600 (Nitto Kasei Corp.商品名)、K-KAT 348、K-KAT XK-640、K-KAT XK-628、K-KAT XC-227 (均為King Industries Corp.商品名)及類似物。 組份(C)鉍化合物可單獨使用且亦可使用兩者或超過兩者之組合。 當鉍化合物(C)用作本發明之熱固性組合物之組份(C)時,組份(C)之含量較佳為每100重量份組份(A)及組份(B)之總樹脂固體0.05至5重量份。更佳地,其為0.07至4重量份,且尤其較佳0.1至3重量份。此值(重量份)具體而言例如為0.05、0.06、0.07、0.08、0.09、0.10、0.11、0.15、0.20、0.25、0.30、0.35、0.40、0.45、0.50、0.55、0.60、0.65、0.70、0.75、0.80、0.85、0.90、0.95、1.1、1.2、1.3、1.4、1.5、1.6、1.7、1.8、1.9、2.0、2.5、3.0、3.5、4.0、4.5或5,且亦可在任兩個在此處以實例展示之數值之間的範圍內。若組份(C)之含量相對於100重量份組份(A)及組份(B)之總樹脂固體低於0.05重量份,則抗污染性可能降低。此外,若其超過5重量份,則在用輥塗機連續塗覆時本發明之特徵-光澤穩定性及抗污染功能之維持可能降低。 本發明之熱固性組合物之組份(D)係由以下通式(I)表示之有機矽酸酯及/或其縮合產物:其中式中之R1

各意謂氫原子或1-10碳有機基團且可相同或不同,n為1。 由前述通式(I)表示之有機矽酸酯之實例為選自四甲氧基矽烷、四乙氧基矽烷、四丙氧基矽烷、四異丙氧基矽烷、四丁氧基矽烷及四異丁氧基矽烷之一或多種四烷氧基矽烷。作為有機矽酸酯之縮合產物,提及單獨前述矽烷或前述矽烷中之兩者或超過兩者之組合的縮合產物及/或部分水解縮合產物及類似物。 有機矽酸酯縮合產物或水解產物可藉由常規方法製備,但作為商業產品,例如MKC矽酸酯MS51、MS56、MS56S、MS57、MS56SB5、MS58B15、MS58B30、ES40、EMS31及BTS (均為Mitsubishi Chemical (Corp.)商品名)、甲基矽酸酯51、乙基矽酸酯40、乙基矽酸酯40T、乙基矽酸酯48及EMS-485 (所有Colcoat (Corp.)商品名)可單獨使用或以兩者或超過兩者之組合之形式使用。作為有機矽酸酯部分水解縮合產物,2-20聚體較佳。在本發明之塗料組合物中,可使用一種組份(D)有機矽酸酯及/或其縮合產物,亦可使用兩種或超過兩種之組合。 在本發明之熱固性組合物中組份(D)之含量較佳為每100重量份組份(A)及組份(B)之總樹脂固體0.5至50重量份。更佳地,其為0.7至20重量份。尤其較佳地,其為1.0至10重量份。此值(重量份)具體而言為例如0.5、0.6、0.7、0.8、0.9、1、2、3、4、5、6、7、8、9、10、15、20、25、30、35、40、45或50,且亦可在任兩個在此處以實例展示之數值之間的範圍內。若組份(D)之含量低於每100重量份組份(A)及組份(B)之總樹脂固體0.5重量份,則抗污染性可能降低。此外,若其超過50重量份,則彎曲可加工性可能降低。 諸如前述之組份(D)遷移至熱固性組合物塗料薄膜之表面,且在表面上藉由降解烷氧基暴露親水性基團,因此增加塗料薄膜表面之親水性且提高抗污染性。另一方面,使用組份(D),由催化劑及水引起之水解以及縮合反應容易劇烈進行,且若水解及縮合反應在熱固性組合物完全固化之前進行,則親水性基團可能消失,或阻礙遷移至塗料表面,使得塗料薄膜之親水性降低,此外,塗料內之相容性可能降低,且導致塗料薄膜光澤混濁或減弱。 在本發明中,在使用指定數量之鉍化合物(C)作為組份(A)及組份(B)之催化劑下,與使用前述催化劑(錫系統、鋯系統及類似物)時相比,組份(D)之反應經適當抑制,且獲得整個固化反應之平衡。結果,不僅塗料薄膜之外形得到改善,且其抗污染性及其機械強度亦得到提高。 為更有效地控制前述固化反應,本發明之熱固性組合物可較佳含有由以下通式(II)表示之化合物(E):其中式中之R5

,則此等基團可相同或不同,且n為1或2。 作為由通式(II)表示之化合物(E)之實例,提及原甲酸三甲酯、原甲酸三乙酯、原甲酸三(正丙)酯、原乙酸三甲酯、原乙酸三乙酯、原乙酸三丁酯、原丁酸三甲酯、原丁酸三乙酯、原丙酸三甲酯、原丙酸三乙酯、原戊酸三甲酯、原戊酸三乙酯、2,2-二甲氧基丙烷、2,2-二乙氧基丙烷、3,3-二甲氧基己烷、2,2-二丁氧基丙烷及類似物。 本發明之熱固性組合物中組份(E)之含量較佳為每100重量份組份(A)及組份(B)之總樹脂固體0.5至50重量份。更佳地,其為0.5至20重量份。尤其較佳地,其為0.5至10重量份。此值(重量份)具體而言為例如0.5、0.6、0.7、0.8、0.9、1、2、3、4、5、6、7、8、9、10、15、20、25、30、35、40、45或50,且亦可在任兩個在此處以實例展示之數值之間的範圍內。若組份(E)之含量低於每100重量份組份(A)及組份(B)之總樹脂固體0.5重量份,則在用輥塗機連續塗覆時本發明之特徵-光澤穩定性及抗污染性之功能可能降低。此外,若其超過50重量份,則塗料黏度降低且塗料可加工性可能下降。 因此在本發明中,相對於組份(A)及組份(B),藉由使用指定比例之組份(C)及組份(D),且更佳地亦使用指定比例之組份(E),不僅組份(A)及組份(B)之固化反應得到適當調節,且組份(D)之縮合反應亦得到適當調節,且可獲得總體上反應之平衡。因此,本發明之熱固性組合物尤其適合於頂塗層(暴露在表面上之層),在頂塗層中不僅認為機械強度至關重要,且認為親水性、外觀及類似者亦至關重要。 視需要,除前述之外,常用於塗料行業之各種已知組份可併入本發明之熱固性組合物中。具體而言,提及例如各種表面改質劑,諸如調平劑及消泡劑;各種添加劑,諸如分散劑、抗沈降劑、UV吸收劑、光穩定劑及抗刮擦劑;各種顏料,諸如著色顏料及填充顏料、閃爍材料、有機溶劑及類似物。 本發明之熱固性組合物可為主要用有機溶劑稀釋之有機溶劑類型熱固性組合物或主要用水稀釋之水性熱固性組合物,但較佳為有機溶劑類型熱固性組合物。有機溶劑為例如酯溶劑,諸如乙酸正丁酯、乙酸異丁酯、乙酸正戊酯或乙酸3-甲氧基丁酯;酮溶劑,諸如甲基異丁基酮、環己酮或異佛爾酮;芳族溶劑,諸如Solvesso 100或Solvesso 150 (以上係商品名,Exxon Mobil Chemical Corp.)或類似物。此等有機溶劑可單獨使用或以兩者或超過兩者之混合物形式使用。 本發明之熱固性組合物可呈單一包裝組合物儲存及輸送,其中混合組份(A)-組份(D)及視情況選用的組份(E),但較佳地其呈多包裝形式,其中組份(D)係分開之試劑,至少與組份(C)分開且更佳與組份(A)-組份(C)分開,且藉由臨使用前混合來製成含有組份(A)-組份(D)及視情況選用之組份(E)的組合物。組份(E)可與組份(D)混合,但組份(A)-組份(C)與組份(E)較佳預先混合。 作為使用本發明之熱固性組合物時合適之塗漆方法,提及如下方法,其中在視需要藉由升溫或添加有機溶劑或反應性稀釋劑將熱固性組合物調節至所需黏度之後,使用通常使用之塗料機器,諸如空氣噴霧、靜電空氣噴霧、輥塗機、流塗機或浸漬系統,或使用塗料刷、棒塗機、塗覆器或類似物常規塗覆該熱固性組合物,使得乾燥之後的塗料薄膜厚度為0.5至300 μm,且通常在溫度50℃至300℃下固化5秒至24小時,但其中使用輥塗機塗覆該熱固性組合物且利用120℃至260℃之材料(金屬片)之最大可達薄片溫度在乾燥條件下固化10至120秒的方法係合適的。 此外,金屬片可使用本發明之熱固性組合物塗裝。作為金屬片之塗裝方法,本發明之熱固性組合物可直接塗覆至金屬片上,但較佳地提及如下方法,其特徵在於將底塗層塗料塗覆至金屬片上且熱固化,視需要將中塗層塗料進一步塗覆於該底塗層塗料薄膜之頂部上且熱固化,且此後將前述熱固性組合物中之任一者塗覆至塗料薄膜層上作為頂塗層塗料且熱固化。藉助於此方法,由本發明之熱固性組合物固化的產物在塗漆之後暴露在經塗漆物件之表面上。 此處,「固化」意謂藉由乾燥進行硬化或藉助於交聯劑進行硬化。此外,在由本發明之熱固性組合物組成之頂塗層塗料中,每100重量份組份(A)及組份(B)之總固體含量可併入0至300重量份一或多種顏料。所併入之顏料數量較佳尤其為0至100重量份。此外,若併入顏料,則較佳併入至少0.1重量份。作為顏料,可使用諸如有機顏料及無機顏料之各種顏料,且使用例如金屬顏料,諸如鋁、銅、黃銅、青銅、不鏽鋼(各經表面處理),或雲母氧化鐵、片狀金屬粉末、塗佈有氧化鈦或氧化鐵之雲母碎片,及類似物。此外,除此之外,提及隔熱(紅外反射)顏料,其利用無機顏料,諸如二氧化鈦、氧化鐵、黃色氧化鐵及碳黑、無機複合氧化物、苝黑及黑色干擾鋁;有機顏料,諸如酞菁藍、酞菁綠及喹吖啶酮紅色顏料,及填充顏料,諸如沈澱硫酸鋇、黏土、矽石及滑石,以及類似物。 作為底塗層塗料及中塗層塗料,可使用用作常規底塗層塗料及中塗層塗料之塗料。作為較佳底塗層塗料及中塗層塗料之具體實例,提及環氧基塗料、聚酯塗料及聚酯胺基甲酸酯塗料,且作為商業產品,提及係環氧基塗料之Precolor Primer HP32及Precolor Primer CF703、係聚酯胺基甲酸酯塗料之聚酯塗料Precolor Primer FX31、Coiltec U HP300及Polyceram U HD6000 (均為BASF Japan (Corp.),商品名)及類似物。關於底塗層塗料、中塗層塗料及頂塗層塗料之塗漆方法,此可藉由各種塗漆方法進行,但藉助於輥塗機、流塗機或噴霧及類似物之塗漆方法較佳。其中,作為經塗漆鋼片之塗漆方法,就生產力及成本而言,藉助於輥塗機之塗漆方法最合適,利用此法,在塗漆生產線中可高速連續塗漆。 當頂塗層塗料藉助於輥塗機塗覆時,可考慮自然系統及反向系統,但對於塗料表面之光滑度而言,反向系統較佳。 使用底塗層塗料、中塗層塗料及頂塗層塗料塗覆之塗料薄膜每次按塗漆順序固化,且此固化通常最好在固化條件100℃至300℃下進行5秒至5分鐘,且例如在其中藉助於線圈塗佈或類似方法塗漆之預塗佈塗料領域中,固化通常最好使用120℃至260℃之最大材料可達溫度進行10秒至120秒。底塗層塗料薄膜之厚度較佳為0.5至60 μm,中塗層塗料薄膜之厚度較佳為0.5至60 μm,且頂塗層塗料薄膜之厚度較佳為0.5至100 μm。 作為金屬片,可使用各種金屬片,且提及例如冷軋鋼片、鍍鋅鋼片,諸如鍍鋅鋼片、鍍鋁-鋅鋼片、鍍鋅-鎂鋼片、鍍鋁-鋅-鎂鋼片、熔融鋅鋼片(非合金)/鋅鐵片、鍍熔融鋅鋼片(合金)及鍍熔融鋅-鋁合金鋼片、不鏽鋼片、鋁片、鋁合金片及類似物。 在將底塗層塗料塗覆於金屬片上時,處理較佳在塗漆之前在金屬片之表面上進行,且作為此塗漆預處理,可使用用作預塗佈金屬預處理之任何鈍化,例如鉻酸鹽鈍化、無鉻酸鹽之鈍化、磷酸鹽鈍化、複合氧化膜處理及類似者。實例

D-2:MKC矽酸酯MS58B30 Mitsubishi Chemical Corp. D-3:EMS-485 Colcoat Corp. 組份(E) E-1:原乙酸三甲酯 E-2:原甲酸三乙酯 E-3:原丙酸三乙酯試樣製備
試樣藉由2塗層2烘烤或3塗層3烘烤方法,根據以下方法(1)至(3)製備。 (1)底塗層塗漆 (1-1)環氧樹脂底塗層塗料之塗覆 底塗層塗料薄膜藉由以下形成:利用棒塗機將環氧樹脂底塗層塗料(商品名「Precolor Primer HP32」,BASF Japan (Corp.))塗覆至0.35 mm厚鈍化鍍鋁/鋅合金鋼片(Al55%)上以獲得5 μm乾膜厚度,且在210℃之最大可達鋼片溫度下於熱空氣乾燥器中烘烤40秒。 (1-2)聚酯胺基甲酸酯底塗層塗料之塗覆 底塗層塗料薄膜藉由以下形成:利用棒塗機將聚酯胺基甲酸酯底塗層塗料(商品名「Coiltec U HP 300」,BASF Japan (Corp.))塗覆至與(1-1)中相同之材料上以獲得25 μm乾膜厚度,且在230℃之最大可達鋼片溫度下於熱空氣乾燥器中烘烤40秒。 (2)中塗層之塗覆 在實踐實例4-5中,中塗層塗料薄膜藉由以下形成:利用棒塗機將熱固性組合物PA-22作為中塗層塗覆至先前藉由(1-2)方法塗漆之底塗層塗漆片上以獲得5 μm乾膜厚度,且在230℃之最大可達鋼片溫度下於熱空氣乾燥器中烘烤40秒。 (3)頂塗層塗漆片之製備 將熱固性組合物PA-1至PA-42裝入測試輥塗機塗料機器中,且在表3中之條件下不斷旋轉撿拾輥及塗覆輥的同時,在裝入之後直接、2小時之後及4小時之後在3個條件下將該等熱固性組合物間歇性塗覆至(1)底塗層塗漆片或(2)中塗層塗漆片上,且試樣藉由以下獲得:藉由在230℃之最大可達鋼片溫度下於熱空氣乾燥器中烘烤40秒形成頂塗層塗料薄膜。 [表3] 輥塗機塗料機器操作條件
針對在各實踐實例及比較實例中獲得之3個頂塗層塗漆片進行以下塗料薄膜效能評定,且結果展示於表4中。此外,較佳地,不僅之後直接塗漆之物件(經塗漆片),而且2小時之後及4小時之後的經塗漆物件亦展示令人滿意之效能。 (i)60°鏡面光澤保持率 量測之後直接、2小時之後及4小時之後塗漆片的60°鏡面光澤值,且藉由下式(1號)計算2小時之後及4小時之後塗漆之片的光澤保持率,且藉由以下準則對其評定。 [1號] 光澤保持率(%)=(目標塗漆片之60°鏡面光澤值)/(之後直接塗漆之片的60°鏡面光澤值)×100 i:90%或更高 ¡:80%或更高,低於90% X:低於80% (ii)彎曲可加工性(1) 在20℃室溫下,將切割為5 cm寬之試樣彎曲為近似直徑10 mm之圓柱形棒的字母U,使得塗料薄膜表面位於外部,隨後將厚度與試樣相同之6個塗漆片置放於內部,且與位於外部之塗料薄膜一起經受180°彎曲。為進行評估,利用10 x放大鏡檢驗末端部分,且藉由以下準則評定。 i:無開裂 ¡:少於20%開裂 Δ:20至50%開裂 X:超過50%開裂 (iii)彎曲可加工性(2) 在20℃室溫下,藉由與(ii)彎曲可加工性(1)中相同之方法使試樣彎曲180°,改變在於將2片置放於內部。為進行評估,彎曲末端部分隨後用塞璐芬(cellophane)膠帶剝離且藉由以下準則評定。 i:無剝落 ¡:低於20%剝落 Δ:20至50%剝落 X:超過50%剝落 (iv)彎曲可加工性(3) 在20℃室溫下,切割至5 cm寬,先前在沸水中浸沒2小時之試樣藉由與(ii)彎曲可加工性(1)中相同之方法彎曲180°,改變在於將2片置放於內部。為進行評估,彎曲末端部分隨後用塞璐芬膠帶剝離且藉由以下準則評定。 i:無剝落 ¡:低於20%剝落 Δ:20至50%剝落 X:超過50%剝落 (v)親水性,抗碳污染性 各測試件在室溫下於蒸餾水中浸沒12小時,隨後進行以下測試。 (v-a)親水性 利用Kyowa Interface Science Corp. DM-501型接觸測角計量測在2 μl液滴體積情況下之蒸餾水接觸角。 i:接觸角=低於40° ¡:接觸角=40至50° X:接觸角=超過50° (v-b)抗碳污染性 將蒸餾水:碳黑FW200 (Orion Engineered Carbons (Corp.))=90/10(重量比)之混合物塗覆於塗漆片,隨後在40℃下在該等條件下乾燥2小時,且隨後在流動水下利用洗碗海綿球在一個方向上洗滌30次。量測測試前後之色差(ΔE)且藉由以下準則評定。 i:ΔE=低於2.0 ¡:ΔE=2.0至5.0 X:ΔE=超過5.0 (vi)抗雨線污染性 將試樣(100 mm×200 mm×0.35 mm)置放於位於BASF Japan (Corp.) Totsuka Works處之固定房屋正面建模平台上,使得塗料表面朝北,進行暴露試驗,且獲得暴露6個月之試樣。肉眼觀測各試樣之塗料表面情況,且根據以下準則評定: i:未觀測到雨線軌跡 ¡:觀測到輕微程度之雨線軌跡 X:觀測到雨線軌跡。 [表4A]

Claims (7)
- 一種熱固性組合物,其特徵在於其含有 (A)數目平均分子量為1,000至10,000,羥基值為5至200 mg KOH/g之聚酯樹脂及, (B)相對於該前述組份(A)之羥基0.5至2.0當量之化合物(B),該化合物(B)係與組份(A)之該等羥基有反應性之封端脂族異氰酸酯化合物,其中該封端係利用甲基乙基酮肟及/或ε-己內醯胺, (C)每100重量份組份(A)及組份(B)之總樹脂固體0.05至5重量份鉍化合物,及 (D)相對於100重量份組份(A)及組份(B)之總樹脂固體,0.5至50重量份由以下通式(I)表示之有機矽酸酯及/或其縮合產物,其中該式中之R1 、R2 、R3 及R4 各意謂氫原子或1-10碳有機基團且可相同或不同,n為1。
- 如請求項1之熱固性組合物,其中其進一步含有每100重量份組份(A)及組份(B)之總樹脂固體,0.5至50重量份由以下通式(II)表示之化合物(E),該式中之R5 表示氫原子或1-10碳有機基團,R6 係1-10碳有機基團,若存在複數個R5 及/或R6 ,則此等基團可相同或不同,且n為1或2。
- 一種金屬片之塗料塗裝方法,其特徵在於將如請求項1或2之熱固性組合物中之任一者塗覆至金屬片上且熱固化。
- 一種金屬片之塗料塗裝方法,其特徵在於將底塗層塗料塗覆至該金屬片上且熱固化,視需要隨後將中塗層塗料塗覆至該底塗層之頂部上且熱固化,且此後將如請求項1或2之熱固化組合物中之任一者塗覆至該(等)塗料層之頂部上作為頂塗層塗料且熱固化。
- 如請求項3至4中任一項之塗料塗裝方法,其中輥塗機用作塗料機器。
- 如請求項3至5中任一項之塗料塗裝方法,其中該前述金屬片係以下任一者:冷軋鋼片、鍍鋅鋼片、鍍鋁-鋅鋼片、鍍鋅-鎂鋼片、鍍鋁-鋅-鎂鋼片、不鏽鋼片、鋁片及鋁合金片。
- 一種經塗漆之物件之製造方法,其包含其中藉由如請求項3至6中任一項之塗料塗裝方法進行前述金屬片之塗料塗裝的步驟。
