Abstract
Provided is a method for efficiently producing a cream sauce that has an original milk taste and a good heated flavor. The cream sauce is produced by a method that comprises: a step for preparing a starting material liquid for cream sauce; a step for preparing a cream and heating the same; and a step for adding the heated cream to the starting material liquid.
