Abstract
An automatic test equipment and its method for testing mouse functions are disclosed. The test equipment includes a control center, a loop transmission actuating mechanism, a vehicle positioning mechanism, a mouse positioning mechanism, a mouse wire positioning mechanism, a mouse wire lead insertion mechanism, a roller function test mechanism, a linear function test mechanism, a regular key test mechanism, a mechancal arm actuating mechanism. The roller function test mechanism causes a first rolling mechanism to operate through a first driving mechanism. The first rolling mechanism causes a roller of a to-be-tested mouse to roll by means of friction. The linear function test mechanism causes a second rolling mechanism to roll through a second driving mechanism to simulate a relative movement between a table surface and a mouse to test the linear function of the mouse. The regular key test mechanism includes a third driving mechanism and a clicking mechanism. The third driving mechanism drives the clicking mechanism to click a left key, a middle key and a right key of the mouse to perform tests on each key of the mouse. This invention improves test efficiency and reduces labor costs.
