This invention is related to a cream composition to improve skin color and moisture, good for complexion, skin lipid, skin moisture and skin elasticity and wrinkle reduction, at least including stear acid with 4.5~8 percentage of weight, almond oil with 18.5~22.5 percentage of weight, bee wax with 1.5~4 percentage of weight, Comfrey extract with 0.05~0.25 percentage of weight, grape seed oil with13.5~17 percentage of weight, Chamomile extract with 0.05 ~0.25 percentage of weight, ginseng extract with 0.05~0.25 percentage of weight, aloe extract with 0.05~0.25 percentage of weight, evening primrose oil with 0.1~0.4 percentage of weight, palm oil with 0.1~0.4 percentage of weight, Wheatgerm oil 0.1~0.4 percentage of weight, JOJOBA oil with 13.5~17 percentage of weight, water with 37~46.5 percentage of weight, and lecithin with 1.5~3.5 percentage of weight. The above mentioned ingredients are added, mixed, heated and stirred for from the said invention after the UB sterilization.
