Abstract

A manufacturing method of brassiere cup includes a mold cutting step and a thermoforming step. The mold cutting step utilizes a cutting mold to cut a brassiere cup substrate with varying thickness from foam material. The cutting mold comprises a first mold base with a cutting cavity and a second mold base with a pressing block, such that the brassiere cup substrate with varying thickness may be cut by the depth variation of the cutting cavity and the height variation of the pressing block. The thermoforming step utilizes a thermoforming mold to press the brassiere cup substrate into the brassiere cup body having areas with different densities. The present invention utilizes the mold cutting step to cut out the brassiere cup substrate with varying thickness to make the manufacturing of brassiere cups simpler and faster.
