牙齒係由內牙本質層與保護該牙本質層的外硬琺瑯質層所構成。牙齒的琺瑯質層為自然地不透明白色或稍微地灰白色。該琺瑯質層會被染污或變色的。牙齒的琺瑯質層係由產生有些孔洞表面的羥磷石灰礦物晶體所組成。據信該琺瑯質層的孔允許染污劑及變色物質穿透該琺瑯質及使該牙齒變色。
一個人每天面臨及接觸到的許多物質會“染污”牙齒。特別是,任何人吃完食物及流體(諸如茶及咖啡)會有染污個人的牙齒的傾向。這些產品或物質會有在該牙齒的琺瑯質層上積聚的傾向及在整個牙齒上形成一表層膜(pellicle film)。這些染污物質之後會穿透該琺瑯質層。這問題經過多年逐漸發生,而給了個人牙齒的琺瑯質一顯著的變色。

本文所述的方法包含使牙表面與磷酸鋅及口腔可接受的載體接觸,如上所定義。該方法適用於非人類哺乳動物諸如陪伴動物(例如,狗及貓)的牙表面,以及適用於人類。在一實施例中,該牙表面為一哺乳動物(例如人類)的天然牙齒表面。本文所述的方法係為了美容目的。
當該牙表面為實質上沒有化學污漬,本發明方法可有效於抑制或預防新化學污漬的形成作用及擴展,如例如由經口使用菸草產品(包括抽菸)或由喝茶或咖啡會發生該化學污漬,隨後根據本發明方法處理。當該牙表面已經具備某程度的化學染污,本發明方法可有效於抑制或預防存在污漬的進一步擴展。

期望的是該磷酸鋅應保持與該牙表面接觸一段足以提供有效的預防、抑制或移除化學染污之時間。在一實施例中預防作用包括提供一預防來自黏附(adhering)至該牙表面的污漬之塗層(coating)。取決於包括選
擇性存在與該磷酸鋅組合的其它材料的本質之各種因素,藉實施其接觸的精確程序(例如:沖洗、刷洗、一條體安置、漆塗或咀嚼)及所希望程度及/或染污抑制的持續期間,一適合的最小接觸期間可為10秒至8小時。當該磷酸鋅被使用作為一漱口水的一組成,一示例性的最小沖洗期間為10秒至2分鐘。當該磷酸鋅被使用作為牙粉的組成,一示例性最小刷洗期間為30秒至5分鐘,或至少1分鐘,或至少2分鐘。當該磷酸鋅被使用作為一口腔用條帶的一組成,該條被放置在該牙表面上示例地持續一15分鐘至8小時(例如,過夜)的期間。當該磷酸鋅被使用作為一液體潔白劑組成物的一組成,該組成物被漆塗至該牙表面上及留在位置上示例性持續5分鐘至8小時(例如,過夜)的期間。當該磷酸鋅被使用作為一口香糖的一組成,一示例性最小咀嚼期間為1至20分鐘。
在沖洗、刷洗或咀嚼的期間增加在該口部中的攪動程度可產生改進該磷酸鋅與該牙表面的接觸及增進污漬預防或移除的程度。因此,在一實施例中當該磷酸鋅係以作為牙粉的成分存在,以該牙粉強力刷洗會特別有效。
在一些實施例中,該磷酸鋅藉由一牙托方式被施用至該牙表面。依此,進一步提供了一種包含一如本文所定義的口腔護理組成物之牙托。該牙托可藉在此口腔護理技術領域中已知的程序被形成。牙托通常被形成為相對應該牙表面的結構。典型地,該包含磷酸鋅的口腔護理組成物被放置在該牙托中,及該牙托被放置在一口腔內及靠著該欲被處裡的牙表面。含該組成物的牙托在家用期間會在該口腔中留一段10分鐘至數小時的時間;即,至多12或更多小時。若該處理係在牙科診所中,該接觸時間典型地將為0.5小時至2小時。

在一些實施例中,該口腔護理組成物包含磷酸鋅於一用量為0.1重量%至5重量%,或0.5重量%至3重量%,以該組成物的總重量計。在一些實施例中,該口腔護理組成物包含磷酸鋅於一用量為0.1重量%至4重量%,0.1重量%至3重量%,0.1重量%至2重量%,0.1重量%至1重量%,或0.1重量%至0.5重量%,或0.1至0.3重量%,以該組成物的總重量計。在其它實施例中,該口腔護理組成物包含磷酸鋅於一用量為0.5重量%至2重量%或0.5重量%至1重量%,以該組成物的總重量計。在另外的實施例中,該口腔護理組成物包含磷酸鋅於一用量為0.5重量%至1.5重量%或1重量%至1.5重量%,以該組成物的總重量計。在又另外實施例中,該口腔護理組成物包含磷酸鋅於一用量為0.1重量%至1.5重量%,以該組成物的總重量計。
可用於實施本發明方法之組成物可為(例如)一漱口水、一噴霧劑、一牙粉、一凝膠、一口腔用條帶、一液體潔白劑、一口香糖、一珠體、一嚼片(chew)、一菱形片、或一使用一牙托施予至該牙齒的組成物。牙粉包括(但不限於)牙膏、凝膠及粉末。一"液體潔白劑"本文涵蓋半-液體組成物諸如凝膠體以及可流動液體,其可藉一牙刷或其它適合設備漆塗施用至牙表面。"漆塗"本文意指一薄層的該組成物施用至該牙表面。

提供下述非限制的實例。在一牙膏組成物中,該載體典型地為一提供一主要分率的水/保濕劑系統,以該組成物的重量計。或者,一牙膏組成物的載體組成可包含水、一或多種保濕劑、及除該磷酸鋅外的其它功能性組成。在一洗口液或一漱口水調配物中,該載體典型地為一水/醇液體混合物其中該磷酸鋅係被溶解的或分散的。一洗口液或一漱口水調配物可另包含一胺基酸或一甜菜鹼界面活性劑以增進該磷酸鋅的溶解度。在一可溶性菱形片中,該載體典型地包含在該口腔中緩慢地溶解的固體基質材料。在口香糖中,該載體典型地包含一膠體底質,當在一可食用條體中,該載體典型地包含一或多種薄膜形成聚合物。
用於本文所提供的方法中的組成物可包含一或多種可具有特定功能的其他口腔護理成分。該一或多種其他口腔護理成分可選擇地選自包含下述構成組群:界面活性劑、去敏感劑、美白劑、齒石控制劑、黏合劑、增稠劑、清潔劑、黏著劑、泡沫調節劑、pH修飾劑、口感劑、甜味劑、調味劑、著色劑、防腐劑、保濕劑、氟化物源及其組合。
界面活性劑可存在於本文所提供方法中的口腔護理組成物中,以對該組成物提供起泡、味道、香味、質地及口感性質,及特別是致使該組成物更可美容可接受的。合適的界面活性劑包括(但不限於)C8-20烷基硫酸鹽的水-可溶性鹽類、C8-20脂肪酸的磺酸化單甘油酯類、肌胺酸酯類、牛磺酸酯類、月桂基硫酸鈉、椰子油基單甘油酯磺酸鈉、月桂基肌胺酸鈉、月桂基異乙磺酸鈉(sodium lauryl isethionate)、月桂醚基羧酸鈉(sodium
laureth carboxylate)及十二基苯磺酸鈉、及椰子油醯胺丙基甜菜鹼。較佳地,該界面活性劑包含月桂基硫酸鈉(SLS)。
用於本文所提供方法中的組成物選擇地合併有一或多種去敏感劑。這些包括(但不限於)鉀鹽類諸如硝酸鉀、碳酸氫鉀、氯化鉀、檸檬鉀、及草酸鉀;辣椒鹼(capsaicin);丁香酚;鍶鹽類;鋅鹽類;氯化物鹽類及其組合。此類試劑可以(例如)約1重量%至約20重量%的有效量添加,以該組成物的總重量計,取決於所選的試劑。用於本文所定義方法的組成物當施用至一牙齒表面時還可用以治療由阻塞牙本質小管(dentin tubules)引起的過敏症。
用於本文所提供方法中的組成物可選擇地包括一牙齒美白或牙齒漂白試劑。合適的美白及漂白試劑包括過氧化物、金屬亞氯酸鹽類、過硫酸鹽。過氧化物包括氫過氧化物、過氧化氫、鹼金屬與鹼土金屬的過氧化物、有機過氧化合物、過氧酸類、及其混合物。鹼金屬與鹼土金屬的過氧化物包括過氧化鋰、過氧化鉀、過氧化鈉、過氧化鎂、過氧化鈣、過氧化鋇、及其混合物。其它過氧化物包括過硼酸鹽、過氧化脲、及其混合物。合適的金屬亞氯酸鹽類可包括亞氯酸鈣、亞氯酸鋇、亞氯酸鎂、亞氯酸鋰、亞氯酸鈉、及亞氯酸鉀。此類試劑可以(例如)1重量%至20重量%的有效量被合併,以該組成物的總重量計,取決於所選的試劑。
在一些實施例中,用於本文所提供方法中的組成物為不含美白或牙齒漂白試劑。本案發明人已發現磷酸鋅當施用至牙表面時提供一美白效果,因而避免了需要另外的美白或漂白試劑。
一組成物的美白效果可使用一L*a*b*色空間(color space)的量測被量化。(L*a*b*係指按照Commission International de L’Eclairage Laboratory(CIELAB)色空間的污漬評分。L*代表亮度/暗度,a*代表紅-綠色度(chroma),及b*代表黃-藍色度)。從該L*a*b*數值的量測,可計算得一美白指數ΔW*:ΔW*=W*最終-W*初始,此處W*=(a*2+b*2+(L*-100)2)1/2。L*a*b*數值可使用一光罩-採取系統(optic shade-taking system)測量,以分析及鑑定一基材(或牙表面)的顏色。
用於本文所定義方法的組成物可選擇地包括齒石控制劑諸如焦磷酸鹽類包括二鹼金屬或四鹼金屬焦磷酸鹽類諸如Na4P2O7、K4P2O7、
Na2K2P2O7、Na2H2P2O7及K2H2P2O7,三聚磷酸鈉,長鏈多磷酸鹽類諸如六偏磷酸鈉,及環狀磷酸鹽類諸如三偏磷酸鈉。
用於本文所定義方法的組成物可另包含一黏合劑。可使用任何常用的黏合劑。合適的黏合劑包括海洋膠體(marine colloids);羧乙烯基聚合物;卡拉膠;澱粉;纖維素系聚合物諸如羥乙基纖維素、羧甲基纖維素(羧甲纖維素(carmellose))、羧丙基甲基纖維素、及其鹽類(例如:羧甲纖維素鈉);天然膠體諸如梧桐膠、黃原膠、阿拉伯膠及黃蓍膠;殼聚醣;膠態矽酸鎂鋁;及膠態矽石。較佳地,一黏合劑在該組成物中係以0.5重量%至5重量%的量存在,以該組成物的總重量計。
可被併入用於本文所定義方法的組成物內的增稠劑包括天然的及合成的膠體及膠態體。合適的增稠劑包括自然產生的聚合物諸如卡拉膠、黃原膠、改變分子量的市售商品名Polyox的聚二醇類、及聚乙烯吡咯烷酮。相容的無機增稠劑包括非晶形矽石化合物及膠態矽石化合物,可由Cabot Corporation製造的商品名Cab-o-sil取得。其它無機增稠劑包括天然的及合成的黏土諸如水輝石黏土、矽酸鋰鎂(鋰皂石)及矽酸鎂鋁(Veegum)。
用於本文所定義方法的組成物可選擇地包含一或多種黏著劑。該黏著劑可為一聚合物系黏附材料。該聚合物系黏附材料可為接合至一哺乳動物牙齒的表面及/或至一可能存在於一牙齒表面上的多相生物膜之任何試劑。接合可藉任何手段產生,諸如離子相互作用、凡得瓦爾力、疏水性-親水性相互作用,等等。該黏附材料可為(例如)黏附至一牙齒的表面之任何均聚物或共聚物(下文係總稱為"聚合物")。此類聚合物可包括纖維素聚合物,例如一或多種羥烷基纖維素聚合物,諸如羥丙基甲基纖維素(HPMC)、羥乙基丙基纖維素(HEPC)、羥丁基甲基纖維素(HBMC)、及羧甲基纖維素(CMC)。較佳地,該聚合物系黏附材料包含至少一種纖維素材料,例如羧甲基纖維素鈉。

可使用任何分子量的聚合物,包括,例如分子量為50,000至500,000Da、500,000至2,500,000Da或2,500,000至10,000,000Da(由數目平均或重量平均之任一者計算)。
用於本文所定義方法的口腔護理組成物還可包括一泡沫調節劑。泡沫調節劑基本上增加所產生的泡沫量,例如,當按照本文所定義方法使用該組成物刷洗口腔時。增加泡沫量的示例性泡沫調節劑實例包括(但不限於)聚氧乙烯及包括海藻鹽聚合物的特定聚合物。
在該口腔護理組成物中的起泡劑較佳用量為於0.01至約0.9重量%,或0.05至0.5重量%,或0.1至約0.2重量%,以該組成物的總重量計。
聚氧乙烯可增加泡沫的量及由本發明口腔護理載體組成產生的泡沫稠度(thickness)。聚氧乙烯還公知為聚乙二醇("PEG")或聚氧化乙烯。適用於本發明的聚氧乙烯類將具有一分子量為200,000至7,000,000Da,及較佳地600,000至2,000,000Da,及更佳地800,000至1,000,000Da。Polyox®為由Union Carbide製造的高分子量聚氧乙烯的商品名。

用於本文所定義方法的組成物可選擇地包含一甜味劑。可用於本發明組成物之甜味劑包括人造甜味劑諸如糖精、安賽蜜、紐甜(neotam)、甜蜜素或蔗糖素;天然高強度甜味劑諸如索馬甜(thaumatin)、甜菊糖(stevioside)或甘草素(glycyrrhizin);或糖醇類諸如山梨糖醇、木糖醇、麥芽糖醇或甘露糖醇。這些可以至多0.5重量%的量存在,選擇地0.005重量%至0.1重量%,以該組成物的總重量為基準。
用於本文所定義方法的組成物可選擇地包含一調味劑。可用於本發明組成物的調味劑包括精油以及各種調味醛類、酯類、醇類、及類似材料。該精油的實例包括留蘭香、胡椒薄荷、茴香、冬青、檫木、丁香、鼠尾草、桉樹、墨角蘭、桂皮、檸檬、萊姆、葡萄柚、及橙橘之油類。還可用的是諸如薄荷醇、香芹酮、及茴香腦之類的化學品。這些之中,最常被使用的是胡椒薄荷及留蘭香之油類。該調味劑可以0.1重量%至5重量%,或0.5重量%至1.5重量%的量被併入該組成物,以該組成物的總重量計。
用於本文所定義方法的組成物可包含至少一種著色劑。本文著色劑包括顏料、染料及賦予一特殊光澤或反射率的試劑諸如珠光劑(pearling agents)。可使用任何口腔可接受的著色劑,包括但不限於滑石、雲母、碳酸鎂、碳酸鈣、矽酸鎂、矽酸鎂鋁、矽石、二氧化鈦、氧化鋅、紅色、黃色、棕色及黑色鐵氧化物、亞鐵氰化鐵銨(ferric ammonium ferrocyanide)、錳紫、群青(ultramarine)、鈦酸化雲母(titaniated mica)、氧氯化鉍(bismuth oxychloride)及類似物。一或多種著色劑選擇地係以一總量為0.001重量%至約20重量%存在,例如,0.01重量%至10重量%,或0.1重量%至5重量%,以該組成物的總重量計。
防腐劑,諸如氯己定(chlorhexidine)、三氯生(triclosan)、四
級銨化合物(諸如氯苄烷銨(benzalkonium chloride))或對羥基苯甲酸酯類(parabens)(諸如對羥基苯甲酸甲基或丙基酯)可被併入用於本發明方法之組成物中。防腐劑的量典型地為至多0.5重量%,選擇地0.05至0.1重量%,以該組成物的總重量計。
用於本發明方法之組成物可選擇地包含一保濕劑。可使用任何口腔可接受的保濕劑,包括但不限於,多元醇諸如甘油、山梨糖醇、木糖醇或低分子量PEGs。多數保濕劑功用還作為甜味劑。一或多種保濕劑選擇地為以一總量於1重量%至70重量%範圍存在,例如,1重量%至約50重量%,2重量%至25重量%,或5重量%至15重量%,以該組成物的總重量計。
較佳地,用於本文所定義方法的組成物包含一氟離子源(fluoride ion source)。氟離子源包括,但不限於:氟化亞錫、氟化鈉、氟化鉀、單氟磷酸鉀、單氟磷酸鈉、單氟磷酸銨、氟矽酸鈉、氟矽酸銨、氟化胺諸如olaflur(N'-十八基三亞甲基二胺-Nionic,N,N'-參(2-乙醇)-二氫氟化物)、氟化銨、及其組合。選擇地,該氟離子源包括氟化亞錫、氟化鈉、氟化胺、單氟磷酸鈉,以及其混合物。較佳地,本發明口腔護理組成物還可含有一於足以提供約50至約5000ppm氟離子用量的氟離子源或提供氟的成分,例如:約100至約1000,約200至約500,或約250ppm氟離子。氟離子源可以0.001重量%至10重量%的量被添加至用於本發明組成物中,例如:0.003重量%至5重量%,或0.01重量%至1重量%或至0.05重量%。然而,據了解是欲提供適量的氟離子之氟化物鹽類的重量會以在該鹽類中的相對離子(counter ion)的重量為基礎變化,及此項技術領域熟悉者可輕易地決定此用量。一較佳的氟化物鹽可為氟化鈉。
在一較佳的實施例中,該口腔護理組成物包含1至3重量%聚乙二醇、1至3重量%纖維素系黏合劑、0.1至0.3重量%甜味劑、1至3重量%齒石控制劑、20至50重量%保濕劑、15至20重量%矽石研磨劑、2至6重量%陰離子界面活性劑、1至3重量%兩性界面活性劑、0.5至2重量%增稠劑,及1至3重量%磷酸鋅,及水(qs)。
本案發明人已意外地發現磷酸鋅係有效於同時從牙表面移除化學污漬及於抑制或預防在牙表面上形成化學污漬。
依此,在一項配置中,本發明提供一種在含有口腔可接受載體之口腔護理組成物中之磷酸鋅的用途,用於從牙表面移除化學污漬,其中該化學污漬的移除包含使該牙表面與該口腔護理組成物接觸。
在另一配置中,本發明提供一種含有口腔可接受載體之口腔護理組成物中之磷酸鋅的用途,用於預防或抑制牙表面的化學染污,其中該化學染污的預防或抑制包含使該牙表面與該口腔護理組成物接觸。
該口腔護理組成物、化學染污及其預防或抑制,及接觸該牙表面的方法,為如本文所述較佳實施例。
本文所述的組成物依此係有效作為牙齒美白組成物。一牙齒美白組成物為一能夠減少牙齒變色的組成物。一牙齒美白組成物可復原牙齒的本質色彩。選擇地,一牙齒美白組成物可減少或去除污漬。一牙齒美白組成物的多重應用會需要產生一明顯效果。較佳地,該牙齒美白效果在第一次使用該組成物之後是明顯的。
磷酸鋅可有利地整體使用在其它已知的污漬移除或在口腔護理組成物的美白劑,磷酸鋅具有較低的琺瑯質破壞之風險,相比於具有污漬移除性質的研磨劑(例如,矽石系試劑)。再者,不同於已知具有污漬移除性質的多磷酸鹽化合物,磷酸鋅不會抑制琺瑯質的主要構成之羥磷石灰的再結晶作用。相對上,已發現磷酸鋅在該琺瑯質表面上具有保護效果,及因而隨之提供抗-侵蝕效果及污漬移除/污漬預防效果。因此,在一些配置中,本文所定義的方法及用途另包含使牙表面與磷酸鋅接觸以預防或治療琺瑯質侵蝕作用(除了移除、預防或抑制化學染污之外)。再者,磷酸鋅可以比其它研磨劑或多磷酸鹽化合物更低的低濃度被使用,以達到污漬移除及污漬預防效果。在一些實施例中,如本文所定義的口腔護理組成物可包含一磷酸鋅與一研磨劑(例如,一矽石-系研磨劑)的組合,以最大化美白效力。
下述實施例說明本發明組成物及它們的用途。該例舉的組成物為示例性且非侷限本發明範疇。
根據本發明製得牙粉組成物,如說明於表1。
在施用含有1%磷酸鋅的牙膏(如說明於表1)或含有氟矽石(fluoride silica)的牙膏(控制組)前,將羥基磷灰石(HAP)盤以咖啡染污。在處理前後的污漬強度使用一測定該L*a*b*色彩空間的色度計量化。(L*a*b*係指一按照該Commission International de L’Eclairage Laboratory(CIELAB)色階(color scale)的污漬評分:L*代表亮度/暗度,a*代表紅-綠色度,及b*代表黃-藍色度)。該L值係用以評估污漬強度。該結果說明於表2。
從表2可看出該含有磷酸鋅的牙膏在提高HAP盤的“亮度”上很有效果,顯示提高的污漬移除力。對照下,該含有氟矽石的牙膏在污漬移除上具有一可忽略的效果。
在以咖啡染污前,將HAP盤以該包含1%磷酸鋅的牙膏處理,或未經處理。如實施例2所述測量污漬強度。該結果說明於表3。
由表3可看出,如相比於未處理的盤,以磷酸鋅預處理的盤明顯著地對染污更有抗性。
在以咖啡染污前,將HAP盤以一包含各種濃度的磷酸鋅(定範圍於0%至5%)的牙膏處理。污漬強度如於實施例2所述測量。結果說明於表4。ΔL值代表在以咖啡染污上觀察到的L變化。(咖啡染污會使盤的亮度及因而L值減少。L值減少越小,污漬預防越有效)。
從表4可看出,在一劑量-依賴性模式下,磷酸鋅於預防牙污漬為有效的。低至0.5%濃度的磷酸鋅為有效的。
雖然已說明及描述本發明的特定實施例,對此項技術領域熟悉者將顯而易知是,可在不偏離如隨附的申請專利範圍所定義的本發明範疇內作各種改變及修飾。
Claims (24)
- 一種用於抑制牙表面的化學染污之方法,包含使該牙表面與磷酸鋅接觸,其中該磷酸鋅在一包含口腔可接受的載體之口腔護理組成物中被提供。
- 根據申請專利範圍第1項之方法,其中在使該牙表面與磷酸鋅接觸之後,該牙表面被曝露至一化學染污誘發材料,及其中因此曝露所產生的化學染污係藉該牙表面與該磷酸鋅接觸而抑制。
- 根據申請專利範圍第1至2項中任一項之方法,其中該口腔護理組成物包含1重量%至10重量%之量的磷酸鋅,以該組成物的總重量計。
- 根據申請專利範圍第3項之方法,其中該口腔護理組成物包含1重量%至8重量%之量的磷酸鋅,以該組成物的總重量計。
- 根據申請專利範圍第4之方法,其中該口腔護理組成物包含1重量%至5重量%之量的磷酸鋅,以該組成物的總重量計。
- 根據前述申請專利範圍中任一項之方法,其中該口腔護理組成物另包含一或多種試劑選自:界面活性劑、去敏感劑、美白劑、齒石控制劑、黏合劑、增稠劑、清潔劑、黏著劑、泡沫調節劑、pH修飾劑、口感劑、甜味劑、調味劑、著色劑、防腐劑、保濕劑、氟化物源及其組合。
- 根據前述申請專利範圍中任一項之方法,其中該口腔護理組成物為選自漱口水、噴霧劑、牙粉、口腔用條帶、口香糖及菱形片。
- 根據申請專利範圍第7之方法,其中該口腔護理組成物為牙粉。
- 根據前述申請專利範圍中任一項之方法,其中使該牙表面與磷酸鋅接觸包含以含有磷酸鋅的口腔護理組成物沖洗、噴霧或刷洗該牙表面,放置該組成物在該牙表面上,咀嚼該組成物,或放置該組成物在一牙托中並放置該牙托以接觸該牙表面。
- 根據前述申請專利範圍中任一項之方法,其中該口腔護理組成物為不含除了磷酸鋅外的美白劑。
- 根據前述申請專利範圍中任一項之方法,其包含增加該牙表面的白度。
- 根據前述申請專利範圍中任一項之方法,其中該化學染污或該化學污 漬係由菸草產品、茶及/或咖啡所引起的。
- 一種在含有口腔可接受載體之口腔護理組成物中之磷酸鋅的用途,用於抑制牙表面的化學染污,其中該化學染污的抑制包含使該牙表面與該口腔護理組成物接觸。
- 根據申請專利範圍第13項之用途,其中該化學染污的抑制另包含在使該牙表面與該口腔護理組成物接觸之後使該牙表面曝露至一化學染污誘發材料,及其中因此曝露所產生的化學染污係藉該牙表面與該口腔護理組成物接觸而抑制。
- 根據申請專利範圍第13至14項中任一項之用途,其中該口腔護理組成物包含1重量%至10重量%之量的磷酸鋅,以該組成物的總重量計。
