Abstract
The present invention provides a field emitter, a field emission light source and a manufacturing method thereof, comprising a paired electrode having a field emission cathode and a transparent anode. The field emission cathode side is fixed with electronic field emission material by means of high frequency, the transparent anode side facing the electronic field emission material is provided with a fluorescent powder layer, and the transparent anode is provided with a transparent conductive material layer at one side opposite to the fluorescent powder layer. In actual operation of this invention, the electrode is connected to an external power. When the external power imposes a startup voltage to the electrode, electrons are emitted from the electronic field emission material of the field emission cathode toward the transparent anode and collided with the fluorescent powder layer on the transparent anode, so as to convert electric energy into optical energy and emit the same through the transparent material layer for use as a light emission source.
