Abstract

A balun device is disclosed herein. The balun is configured to transform a single-ended signal into a differential signal. The balun includes a first output port, a second output port, an input port, and a matching network. The first input port includes a first output terminal. The second output port includes a second output terminal. The input port includes an input terminal and an input reference terminal. The input reference terminal is electrically connected to the second output terminal, and the input terminal is configured to receive the single-ended signal which is relative of the input reference terminal. The matching network is electrically coupled to the first output port, the second output port and the input port. The matching network is configured to transform the single-ended signal to the differential signal outputted by the first output port and the second output port.
