Abstract

This invention provides a rotor 1 of rotary electric machine, the rotor having a core 3, permanent magnet 4 bonded around an outer peripheral surface of the core 3 and a ring shaped film 5 which integrally fixes core 3 and permanent magnets 4, the ring shaped film 5 being formed by spraying solid phase conductive particles on the core 3 and the permanent magnets 4, thereby the falling of the permanent magnets 4 by centrifugal force when the rotor is rotated corn be prevented and a temperature rise of the permanent magnets 4 due to a higher harmonic wave loss can be suppressed.
