Abstract
本發明提供一種冷凍機用作動流體組合物,其含有:冷凍機油,其含有多元醇與脂肪酸之酯、環氧化合物及磷化合物;及氟丙烯冷媒;且構成酯之多元醇含有季戊四醇及二季戊四醇,構成酯之脂肪酸含有選自碳數4~9之脂肪酸中之至少1種,且環氧化合物及磷化合物滿足下述式(1)所表示之條件。

Description
本發明係關於一種冷凍機用作動流體組合物及冷凍機油。
因近年來之臭氧層破壞之問題,而先前作為冷凍機器之冷媒而使用之CFC(氟氯碳化物)及HCFC(氫氟氯碳化物)成為限制之對象,正使用HFC(氫氟碳)代替該等作為冷媒。
HFC冷媒中,標準地用作汽車空調用冷媒之HFC-134a雖臭氧破壞係數(ODP)為零但全球暖化係數(GWP)較高,故而在歐洲成為限制之對象。因此,當務之急為開發代替HFC-134a之冷媒。
於此種背景之下,作為代替HFC-134a之冷媒,提出有使用ODP及GWP之兩者非常小、且作為冷媒性能之標準的熱力學特性為與HFC-134a大致相同或為其以上之不飽和氟化烴冷媒。
又,例如於專利文獻1中,作為可與不飽和氟化烴冷媒一起使用、且可改善對不飽和氟化烴冷媒之相溶性、密封性、滑動部之摩擦特性、穩定性等性能之冷凍機油,揭示有含有以多元醇酯系化合物為主成分之基油、包含磷酸三酯及/或亞磷酸三酯之磷系添加劑、及選自縮水甘油酯、縮水甘油醚及α-烯烴氧化物中之至少1種酸捕捉劑的冷凍機油組合物。
專利文獻1:日本專利特開2008-266423號公報
然而,根據本發明者等人之研究,即便為於專利文獻1中揭示之冷凍機油組合物,於同時實現潤滑性及穩定性之方面仍有改善之餘地。尤其是於該冷凍機油組合物之情形時,即便成功對摩擦特性進行了某程度地改善,而耐磨耗性亦容易變得不充分。
本發明係鑒於此種實際情況而完成者,目的在於提供一種可同時實現耐磨耗性及穩定性之冷凍機用作動流體組合物及冷凍機油。
為了解決上述課題,本發明提供一種冷凍機用作動流體組合物,其含有:冷凍機油,其含有多元醇與脂肪酸之酯、環氧化合物及磷化合物;及氟丙烯冷媒;且構成酯之多元醇含有季戊四醇及二季戊四醇,構成酯之脂肪酸含有選自碳數4~9之脂肪酸中之至少1種,且環氧化合物及磷化合物滿足下述式(1)所表示之條件。

根據上述冷凍機用作動流體組合物,可高水準地同時實現耐磨耗性及穩定性。再者,針對發揮出相關效果之原因,本發明者等人如
以下般進行推測。
首先,如上所述,專利文獻1中揭示之冷凍機油組合物雖然含有作為極壓劑或抗磨耗劑為人所知之磷酸三酯等磷系添加劑,但耐磨耗性容易變得不充分。認為其原因在於:為了提昇穩定性而併用之縮水甘油酯等酸捕捉劑吸附於冷凍機之滑動部,而阻礙磷系添加劑於滑動部之吸附。
相對於此,認為於本發明之冷凍機用作動流體組合物之情形時,藉由以滿足上述式(1)之方式於上述特定之酯中調配磷化合物與環氧化合物,可充分地維持穩定性,且充分地抑制磷化合物於滑動部之吸附被環氧化合物阻礙之現象,故而可高水準地同時實現耐磨耗性及穩定性。
上述酯中包含有下述(i)及(ii)之態樣。
(i)含有季戊四醇與選自碳數4~9之脂肪酸中之至少1種脂肪酸之酯即第1酯、及二季戊四醇與選自碳數4~9之脂肪酸中之至少1種脂肪酸之酯即第2酯的酯。
(ii)含有使含有季戊四醇及二季戊四醇之多元醇之混合物與選自碳數4~9之脂肪酸中之至少1種脂肪酸進行反應而獲得之酯的酯。
進而,於上述(i)態樣中,較佳為第2酯之含量以第1酯之含量與第2酯之含量之合計為基準計為10質量%以上且40質量%以下。
冷凍機油較佳為進而含有以冷凍機油總量基準計為0.1質量%以上且0.4質量%以下之2,6-二第三丁基對甲酚。
氟丙烯冷媒較佳為選自1,3,3,3-四氟丙烯(HFO-1234ze)及2,3,3,3-四氟丙烯(HFO-1234yf)中之至少1種。
又,本發明提供一種冷凍機油,其含有多元醇與脂肪酸之酯、環氧化合物、及磷化合物,且構成酯之多元醇含有季戊四醇及二季戊四醇,構成酯之脂肪酸含有選自碳數4~9之脂肪酸中之至少1種,環
氧化合物及磷化合物滿足下述式(1)所表示之條件,且與氟丙烯冷媒一起使用。

以下,針對本發明之較佳實施形態詳細地進行說明。
本實施形態之冷凍機油含有多元醇與脂肪酸之酯、環氧化合物及磷化合物,且與氟丙烯冷媒一起使用。構成該酯之多元醇含有季戊四醇及二季戊四醇,構成該酯之脂肪酸含有選自碳數4~9之脂肪酸中之至少1種,且環氧化合物及磷化合物滿足下述式(1)所表示之條件。

本實施形態之冷凍機用作動流體組合物含有:冷凍機油,其含有多元醇與脂肪酸之酯、環氧化合物及磷化合物;及氟丙烯冷媒。構成該酯之多元醇含有季戊四醇及二季戊四醇,構成該酯之脂肪酸含有選自碳數4~9之脂肪酸中之至少1種,且環氧化合物及磷化合物滿足下述式(1)所表示之條件。此處,本實施形態之冷凍機用作動流體組合物包含含有本實施形態之冷凍機油、及氟丙烯冷媒之態樣。
本實施形態之冷凍機油含有多元醇與脂肪酸之酯作為基油。構成該酯之多元醇含有季戊四醇及二季戊四醇,構成該酯之脂肪酸含有選自碳數4~9之脂肪酸中之至少1種。
上述酯包含下述(i)及(ii)之態樣。
(i)含有季戊四醇與選自碳數4~9之脂肪酸中之至少1種脂肪酸之酯即第1酯、及二季戊四醇與選自碳數4~9之脂肪酸中之至少1種脂肪酸之酯即第2酯的酯。
(ii)含有使含有季戊四醇及二季戊四醇之多元醇之混合物、與選自碳數4~9之脂肪酸中之至少1種脂肪酸進行反應而獲得之酯的酯。
上述酯較佳為包含季戊四醇與選自碳數4~9之脂肪酸中之至少1種脂肪酸之酯即第1酯、及二季戊四醇與選自碳數4~9之脂肪酸中之至少1種脂肪酸之酯即第2酯。第1酯之含量較佳為60質量%以上,更
佳為65質量%以上,進而較佳為70質量%以上。第1酯之含量較佳為90質量%以下,更佳為85質量%以下,進而較佳為80質量%以下。第2酯之含量較佳為10質量%以上,更佳為15質量%以上,進而較佳為20質量%以上。第2酯之含量較佳為40質量%以下,更佳為35質量%以下,進而較佳為30質量%以下。上述第1酯及第2酯之含量皆為以第1酯之含量與第2酯之含量之合計為基準之含量。若第1酯及第2酯之含量為上述範圍內,則可充分地確保耐磨耗性。
上述酯之含量就潤滑性、冷媒相溶性、熱、化學穩定性、電氣絕緣性等各種性能更優異之方面而言,較佳為以冷凍機油總量基準計為70質量%以上,更佳為80質量%以上,進而較佳為90質量%以上。上述酯之含量可以冷凍機油總量基準計設為99質量%以下。
作為多元醇,除季戊四醇及二季戊四醇以外,亦可使用其他多元醇。作為其他多元醇,例如可使用具有2~6個羥基之多元醇。其他多元醇之含量可以構成酯之多元醇總量基準計設為50莫耳%以下。
作為二元醇(二醇),具體而言,例如可列舉:乙二醇、1,3-丙二醇、1,2-丙二醇、1,4-丁二醇、1,2-丁二醇、2-甲基-1,3-丙二醇、1,5-戊二醇、新戊二醇、1,6-己二醇、2-乙基-2-甲基-1,3-丙二醇、1,7-庚二醇、2-甲基-2-丙基-1,3-丙二醇、2,2-二乙基-1,3-丙二醇、1,8-辛二醇、1,9-壬二醇、1,10-癸二醇、1,11-十一烷二醇、1,12-十二烷二醇等。
作為三元以上之醇,具體而言,例如可列舉:三羥甲基乙烷、三羥甲基丙烷、三羥甲基丁烷、二(三羥甲基丙烷)、三(三羥甲基丙烷)、三(季戊四醇)、甘油、聚甘油(甘油之二~三聚物)、1,3,5-戊三醇、山梨糖醇、山梨糖醇酐、山梨糖醇甘油縮合物、核糖醇、阿拉伯糖醇、木糖醇、甘露醇等多元醇;木糖、阿拉伯糖、核糖、鼠李糖、葡萄糖、果糖、半乳糖、甘露糖、山梨糖、纖維雙糖等糖類;及該等
之部分醚化物等。該等之中,較佳為新戊二醇、三羥甲基乙烷、三羥甲基丙烷、三羥甲基丁烷、二(三羥甲基丙烷)、三(三羥甲基丙烷)等受阻醇。
作為碳數4~9之脂肪酸,具體而言,可列舉:直鏈狀或支鏈狀之丁酸、直鏈狀或支鏈狀之戊酸、直鏈狀或支鏈狀之己酸、直鏈狀或支鏈狀之庚酸、直鏈狀或支鏈狀之辛酸、直鏈狀或支鏈狀之壬酸。該等之中,較佳為於α位及/或β位具有分支之脂肪酸,例如較佳為2-甲基丙酸、2-甲基丁酸、2-甲基戊酸、2-甲基己酸、2-乙基戊酸、2-甲基庚酸、2-乙基己酸、3,5,5-三甲基己酸。更佳為2-甲基丙酸與3,5,5-三甲基己酸之混合酸、及2-乙基己酸與3,5,5-三甲基己酸之混合酸,進而較佳為2-乙基己酸與3,5,5-三甲基己酸之混合酸。
作為脂肪酸,除碳數4~9之脂肪酸以外,可使用其他脂肪酸。作為其他脂肪酸,例如可列舉碳數10~24之脂肪酸。其他脂肪酸之含量可以構成酯之脂肪酸總量基準計設為50莫耳%以下。
作為其他脂肪酸,更具體而言,可列舉:直鏈狀或支鏈狀之癸酸、直鏈狀或支鏈狀之十一烷酸、直鏈狀或支鏈狀之十二烷酸、直鏈狀或支鏈狀之十三烷酸、直鏈狀或支鏈狀之十四烷酸、直鏈狀或支鏈狀之十五烷酸、直鏈狀或支鏈狀之十六烷酸、直鏈狀或支鏈狀之十七烷酸、直鏈狀或支鏈狀之十八烷酸、直鏈狀或支鏈狀之十九烷酸、直鏈狀或支鏈狀之二十烷酸、直鏈狀或支鏈狀之二十一烷酸、直鏈狀或支鏈狀之二十二烷酸、直鏈狀或支鏈狀之二十三烷酸、直鏈狀或支鏈狀之二十四烷酸等。
上述酯可為多元醇之羥基之一部分未酯化而直接殘留為羥基之偏酯,亦可為所有羥基均已酯化之全酯,亦可為偏酯與全酯之混合物。酯之羥值較佳為10mgKOH/g以下,更佳為5mgKOH/g以下,進而較佳為3mgKOH/g以下。
作為基油,除上述酯以外,亦可使用其他基油。作為其他基油,例如可列舉:礦物油、烯烴聚合物、萘化合物、烷基苯等烴系油;上述酯以外之酯系基油;聚二醇、聚乙烯醚、甲酮、聚苯醚、聚矽氧、聚矽氧烷、全氟醚等含有氧原子之合成油。作為含有氧原子之合成油,可較佳地使用上述中之聚二醇、聚乙烯醚、甲酮。其他基油之含量可以基油總量基準計設為50質量%以下。
基油之動黏度並無特別限定,40℃下之動黏度可設為較佳為3mm2/s以上,更佳為4mm2/s以上,進而較佳為5mm2/s以上。40℃下之動黏度可設為較佳為1000mm2/s以下,更佳為500mm2/s以下,進而較佳為400mm2/s以下。100℃下之動黏度可設為較佳為1mm2/s以上,更佳為2mm2/s以上。100℃下之動黏度可設為較佳為100mm2/s以下,更佳為50mm2/s以下。
本實施形態之冷凍機油含有上述基油、以及環氧化合物、磷化合物。該環氧化合物及磷化合物滿足下述式(1)所表示之條件。
式(1)中,NE表示環氧化合物1分子中之環氧基之數,ME表示環氧化合物之分子量,WE表示以冷凍機油總量基準計之環氧化合物之含量(單位:質量%),NP表示磷化合物1分子中之磷原子之數,MP表示磷化合物之分子量,WP表示以冷凍機油總量基準計之磷化合物之含量(單位:質量%)。
以下,為方便說明,將式(1)之中間項設為E/P(即,設為E=
(NE/ME)‧WE、P=(NP/MP)‧WP)。E/P為0.10以上,較佳為0.11以上,更佳為0.12以上。藉由E/P為0.10以上,可使冷凍機油之穩定性提昇。E/P為1.50以下,較佳為1.49以下,更佳為1.48以下。藉由E/P為1.50以下,可使磷化合物充分地發揮作為抗磨耗劑之功能,故而可使冷凍機油之耐磨耗性提昇。
於冷凍機油含有複數種環氧化合物之情形時,針對各環氧化合物算出Ei=(NE/ME)‧WE,將所算出之全部Ei之和作為E用於式(1)。同樣地,於冷凍機油含有複數種磷化合物之情形時,針對各磷化合物算出Pi=(NP/MP)‧WP,將所算出之全部Pi之和作為P用於式(1)。
作為環氧化合物,並無特別限制,可列舉:縮水甘油醚型環氧化合物、縮水甘油酯型環氧化合物、環氧乙烷化合物、烷基環氧乙烷化合物、脂環式環氧化合物、環氧化脂肪酸單酯、環氧化植物油等。該等環氧化合物可單獨使用1種,或組合2種以上使用。
作為縮水甘油醚型環氧化合物,例如可使用下述通式(2)所表示之芳基縮水甘油醚型環氧化合物或烷基縮水甘油醚型環氧化合物。

作為式(2)所表示之縮水甘油醚型環氧化合物,較佳為正丁基苯基縮水甘油醚、異丁基苯基縮水甘油醚、第二丁基苯基縮水甘油醚、第三丁基苯基縮水甘油醚、戊基苯基縮水甘油醚、己基苯基縮水甘油醚、庚基苯基縮水甘油醚、辛基苯基縮水甘油醚、壬基苯基縮水甘油醚、癸基苯基縮水甘油醚、癸基縮水甘油醚、十一烷基縮水甘油醚、
十二烷基縮水甘油醚、十三烷基縮水甘油醚、十四烷基縮水甘油醚、2-乙基己基縮水甘油醚。
若R1所表示之烷基之碳數為5以上,則環氧化合物之穩定性得到確保,可抑制在與水分、脂肪酸、氧化劣化物反應之前發生分解或引起環氧化合物彼此進行聚合之自聚合,變得容易獲得目標功能。另一方面,若R1所表示之烷基之碳數為18以下,則與冷媒之溶解性可得到良好地保持,不易於冷凍裝置內析出而產生冷卻不良等不良情況。
作為縮水甘油醚型環氧化合物,除式(2)所表示之環氧化合物以外,亦可使用新戊二醇二縮水甘油醚、三羥甲基丙烷三縮水甘油醚、季戊四醇四縮水甘油醚、1,6-己二醇二縮水甘油醚、山梨糖醇聚縮水甘油醚、聚伸烷基二醇單縮水甘油醚、聚伸烷基二醇二縮水甘油醚等。
作為縮水甘油酯型環氧化合物,例如可使用下述通式(3)所表示者。

作為式(3)所表示之縮水甘油酯型環氧化合物,較佳為苯甲酸縮水甘油酯、新癸酸縮水甘油酯、2,2-二甲基辛酸縮水甘油酯、丙烯酸縮水甘油酯、甲基丙烯酸縮水甘油酯。
若R2所表示之烷基之碳數為5以上,則環氧化合物之穩定性得到確保,可抑制在與水分、脂肪酸、氧化劣化物反應之前發生分解或引起環氧化合物彼此進行聚合之自聚合,變得容易獲得目標功能。另一
方面,若R2所表示之烷基或烯基之碳數為18以下,則與冷媒之溶解性可得到良好地保持,不易於冷凍機內析出而產生冷卻不良等不良情況。
所謂脂環式環氧化合物,係具有下述通式(4)所表示之構成環氧基之碳原子直接構成脂環式環之部分結構之化合物。
作為脂環式環氧化合物,例如較佳為:1,2-環氧環己烷、1,2-環氧環戊烷、3',4'-環氧環己基甲基-3,4-環氧環己烷羧酸酯、雙(3,4-環氧環己基甲基)己二酸酯、外-2,3-環氧降烷、雙(3,4-環氧-6-甲基環己基甲基)己二酸酯、2-(7-雙環[4.1.0]庚-3-基)-螺(1,3-二烷-5,3'-[7]雙環[4.1.0]庚烷、4-(1'-甲基環氧乙基)-1,2-環氧-2-甲基環己烷、4-環氧乙基-1,2-環氧環己烷。
作為烯丙基環氧乙烷化合物,可例示1,2-環氧苯乙烯、烷基-1,2-環氧苯乙烯等。
作為烷基環氧乙烷化合物,可例示:1,2-環氧丁烷、1,2-環氧戊烷、1,2-環氧己烷、1,2-環氧庚烷、1,2-環氧辛烷、1,2-環氧壬烷、1,2-環氧癸烷、1,2-環氧十一烷、1,2-環氧十二烷、1,2-環氧十三烷、1,2-環氧十四烷、1,2-環氧十五烷、1,2-環氧十六烷、1,2-環氧十七烷、1,1,2-環氧十八烷、2-環氧十九烷、1,2-環氧二十烷等。
作為環氧化脂肪酸單酯,可例示經環氧化之碳數12~20之脂肪酸與碳數1~8之醇或酚或者烷酚之酯等。作為環氧化脂肪酸單酯,可較佳地使用環氧硬脂酸之丁基、己基、苄基、環己基、甲氧基乙基、
辛基、苯基及丁基苯基之酯。
作為環氧化植物油,可例示大豆油、亞麻仁油、棉籽油等植物油之環氧化合物等。
環氧化合物之含量只要以滿足上述式(1)所表示之條件之方式適當地設定即可,可以冷凍機油總量基準計,較佳為設為0.1質量%以上,更佳為設為0.15質量%以上,進而較佳為設為0.2質量%以上。環氧化合物之含量可以冷凍機油總量基準計,較佳為設為1.0質量%以下,更佳為設為0.8質量%以下,進而較佳為設為0.5質量%以下。
作為磷化合物(亦稱為「磷系添加劑」或「磷系抗磨耗劑」),並無特別限制,可列舉:磷酸酯、酸性磷酸酯、硫代磷酸酯、酸性磷酸酯之胺鹽、氯化磷酸酯、亞磷酸酯等。該等磷化合物可單獨使用1種,或組合2種以上使用。
作為磷酸酯,可列舉:磷酸三丁酯、磷酸三戊酯、磷酸三己酯、磷酸三庚酯、磷酸三辛酯、磷酸三壬酯、磷酸三癸酯、磷酸三(十一烷基)酯、磷酸三(十二烷基)酯、磷酸三(十三烷基)酯、磷酸三(十四烷基)酯、磷酸三(十五烷基)酯、磷酸三(十六烷基)酯、磷酸三(十七烷基)酯、磷酸三(十八烷基)酯、磷酸三油酯、磷酸三苯酯、磷酸三甲苯酯、磷酸三(二甲苯基)酯、磷酸甲苯基二苯酯、磷酸(二甲苯基)二苯酯等。
作為酸性磷酸酯,可列舉:酸性磷酸單丁酯、酸性磷酸單戊酯、酸性磷酸單己酯、酸性磷酸單庚酯、酸性磷酸單辛酯、酸性磷酸單壬酯、酸性磷酸單癸酯、酸性磷酸單十一烷基酯、酸性磷酸單十二烷基酯、酸性磷酸單十三烷基酯、酸性磷酸單十四烷基酯、酸性磷酸單十五烷基酯、酸性磷酸單十六烷基酯、酸性磷酸單十七烷基酯、酸性磷酸單十八烷基酯、酸性磷酸單油酯、酸性磷酸二丁酯、酸性磷酸二戊酯、酸性磷酸二己酯、酸性磷酸二庚酯、酸性磷酸二辛酯、酸性
磷酸二壬酯、酸性磷酸二癸酯、酸性磷酸二(十一烷基)酯、酸性磷酸二(十二烷基)酯、酸性磷酸二(十三烷基)酯、酸性磷酸二(十四烷基)酯、酸性磷酸二(十五烷基)酯、酸性磷酸二(十六烷基)酯、酸性磷酸二(十七烷基)酯、酸性磷酸二(十八烷基)酯、酸性磷酸二油酯等。
作為硫代磷酸酯,可列舉:硫代磷酸三丁酯、硫代磷酸三戊酯、硫代磷酸三己酯、硫代磷酸三庚酯、硫代磷酸三辛酯、硫代磷酸三壬酯、硫代磷酸三癸酯、硫代磷酸三(十一烷基)酯、硫代磷酸三(十二烷基)酯、硫代磷酸三(十三烷基)酯、硫代磷酸三(十四烷基)酯、硫代磷酸三(十五烷基)酯、硫代磷酸三(十六烷基)酯、硫代磷酸三(十七烷基)酯、硫代磷酸三(十八烷基)酯、硫代磷酸三油酯、硫代磷酸三苯酯、硫代磷酸三甲苯酯、硫代磷酸三(二甲苯基)酯、硫代磷酸甲苯基二苯酯、硫代磷酸(二甲苯基)二苯酯等。
作為酸性磷酸酯之胺鹽,可列舉上述酸性磷酸酯之與甲基胺、乙基胺、丙基胺、丁基胺、戊基胺、己基胺、庚基胺、辛基胺、二甲基胺、二乙基胺、二丙基胺、二丁基胺、二戊基胺、二己基胺、二庚基胺、二辛基胺、三甲基胺、三乙基胺、三丙基胺、三丁基胺、三戊基胺、三己基胺、三庚基胺、三辛基胺等胺之鹽。
作為氯化磷酸酯,可列舉:磷酸三-二氯丙酯、磷酸三-氯乙酯、磷酸三-氯苯酯、聚氧伸烷基-雙[二(氯烷基)]磷酸酯等。作為亞磷酸酯,可列舉:亞磷酸二丁酯、亞磷酸二戊酯、亞磷酸二己酯、亞磷酸二庚酯、亞磷酸二辛酯、亞磷酸二壬酯、亞磷酸二癸酯、亞磷酸二(十一烷基)酯、亞磷酸二(十二烷基)酯、亞磷酸二油酯、亞磷酸二苯酯、亞磷酸二甲苯酯、亞磷酸三丁酯、亞磷酸三戊酯、亞磷酸三己酯、亞磷酸三庚酯、亞磷酸三辛酯、亞磷酸三壬酯、亞磷酸三癸酯、亞磷酸三(十一烷基)酯、亞磷酸三(十二烷基)酯、亞磷酸三油酯、亞磷酸三苯酯、亞磷酸三甲苯酯等。
磷化合物之含量只要以滿足上述式(1)所表示之條件之方式適當地設定即可,可以冷凍機油總量基準計,較佳為設為0.1質量%以上,更佳為設為0.2質量%以上,進而較佳為設為0.3質量%以上。磷化合物之含量可以冷凍機油總量基準計,較佳為設為2.4質量%以下,更佳為設為2.0質量%以下,進而較佳為設為1.0質量%以下。
本實施形態之冷凍機油較佳為進而含有2,6-二第三丁基對甲酚。2,6-二第三丁基對甲酚之含量以冷凍機油總量基準計,較佳為0.1質量%以上,更佳為0.15質量%以上,進而較佳為0.2質量%以上。2,6-二第三丁基對甲酚之含量以冷凍機油總量基準計,較佳為0.4質量%以下,更佳為0.35質量%以下,進而較佳為0.3質量%以下。若含量為上述下限值以上,則可使冷凍機油之穩定性進一步提昇。另一方面,若含量為上述上限值以下,則可抑制因2,6-二第三丁基對甲酚所導致之冷凍機油著色。
又,關於本實施形態之冷凍機油,為了進一步提高其性能,可視需要含有先前公知之冷凍機油用添加劑。作為該添加劑,例如可列舉:雙酚A等酚系抗氧化劑、苯基-α-萘胺、N,N-二(2-萘基)-對苯二胺等胺系抗氧化劑、氯化石蠟、硫化合物等極壓劑、脂肪酸等油性劑、聚矽氧系等之消泡劑、苯并三唑等金屬減活劑、抗磨耗劑、黏度指數改善劑、流動點下降劑、淨化分散劑等。該等添加劑可單獨使用1種,亦可組合2種以上使用。該等添加劑之含量並無特別限制,以冷凍機油總量基準計,較佳為10質量%以下,更佳為5質量%以下。
冷凍機油之體積電阻率並無特別限定,可設為較佳為1.0×1012Ω‧cm以上,更佳為1.0×1013Ω‧cm以上,進而較佳為1.0×1014Ω‧cm以上。尤其是於用於密閉型冷凍機之情形時,存在需要較高之電氣絕緣性之傾向。再者,於本發明中,所謂體積電阻率,意指依據JIS C2101「電氣絕緣油試驗方法」所測得之於25℃之值。
冷凍機油之水分含量並無特別限定,可以冷凍機油總量基準計,較佳為設為200ppm以下,更佳為設為100ppm以下,進而較佳為設為50ppm以下。尤其是於用於密閉型冷凍機之情形時,就對冷凍機油之熱、化學穩定性或電氣絕緣性造成之影響之觀點而言,要求水分含量較少。
冷凍機油之酸值並無特別限制,可設為較佳為0.1mgKOH/g以下,更佳為0.05mgKOH/g以下。又,冷凍機油之羥值並無特別限制,可設為較佳為5.0mgKOH/g以下,更佳為2.0mgKOH/g以下。若冷凍機油之酸值及羥值滿足上述條件,則可進一步防止對用於冷凍機或配管之金屬之腐蝕。再者,於本發明中,所謂酸值,意指依據JIS K2501「石油製品及潤滑油-中和值試驗方法」所測得之酸值,所謂羥值,意指依據JIS K0070「化學製品之酸值、皂化值、酯值、碘值、羥值及不皂化物之試驗方法」所測得之羥值。
冷凍機油之灰分並無特別限定,為了提高冷凍機油之熱、化學穩定性並抑制污泥等之產生,可設為較佳為100ppm以下,更佳為50ppm以下。再者,於本發明中,所謂灰分,意指依據JIS K2272「原油及石油製品之灰分以及硫酸灰分試驗方法」所測得之灰分之值。
冷凍機油之流動點可設為較佳為-10℃以下,更佳為-20℃以下。本發明之流動點意指依據JIS K2269所測得之流動點。
本實施形態之冷凍機油可與氟丙烯冷媒一起使用。又,本實施形態之冷凍機用作動流體組合物含有氟丙烯冷媒。
關於含有多元醇與脂肪酸之酯、環氧化合物及磷化合物,且構成該酯之多元醇含有季戊四醇及二季戊四醇,構成該酯之脂肪酸含有選自碳數4~9之脂肪酸中之至少1種,且環氧化合物及磷化合物滿足上述式(1)所表示之條件之組合物,其可較佳地用作與氟丙烯冷媒一起使用之冷凍機油之構成成分、或含有冷凍機油及氟丙烯冷媒之冷凍
機用作動流體組合物之構成成分。
關於含有多元醇與脂肪酸之酯、環氧化合物及磷化合物,且構成該酯之多元醇含有季戊四醇及二季戊四醇,構成該酯之脂肪酸含有選自碳數4~9之脂肪酸中之至少1種,且環氧化合物及磷化合物滿足上述式(1)所表示之條件之組合物,其可較佳地用於與氟丙烯冷媒一起使用之冷凍機油、或含有冷凍機油及氟丙烯冷媒之冷凍機用作動流體組合物之製造。
作為氟丙烯冷媒,較佳為氟數為3~5之氟丙烯,較佳為1,2,3,3,3-五氟丙烯(HFO-1225ye)、1,3,3,3-四氟丙烯(HFO-1234ze)、2,3,3,3-四氟丙烯(HFO-1234yf)、1,2,3,3-四氟丙烯(HFO-1234ye)、及3,3,3-三氟丙烯(HFO-1243zf)中之任1種或2種以上之混合物。就冷媒物性之觀點而言,較佳為選自HFO-1234ze及HFO-1234yf中之至少1種。
作為與本實施形態之冷凍機油一起使用之冷媒、及本實施形態之冷凍機用作動流體組合物所含有之冷媒,除氟丙烯冷媒以外,亦可使用其他冷媒。作為其他冷媒,可例示:飽和氫氟碳冷媒、全氟醚類等含氟醚系冷媒、雙(三氟甲基)硫醚冷媒、三氟碘甲烷冷媒、二甲醚、二氧化碳、氨及烴等自然系冷媒。
冷凍機用作動流體組合物中之冷凍機油與冷媒之調配比率並無特別限制,相對於冷媒100質量份,冷凍機油可設為較佳為1~500質量份,更佳為2~400質量份。
本實施形態之冷凍機油及冷凍機用作動流體組合物可較佳地用於具有往復移動式或旋轉式之密閉型壓縮機之空調、冰箱、或者開放型或密閉型之汽車空調。又,本實施形態之冷凍機油及冷凍機用作動流體組合物可較佳地用於除濕機、熱水器、冷凍庫、冷凍冷藏倉庫、自動販賣機、展示櫃、化學設備等冷卻裝置等。進而,本實施形態之冷凍機油及冷凍機用作動流體組合物亦可較佳地用於具有離心式壓縮
機者。
以下,針對上述冷凍機更詳細地進行說明。圖1係表示冷凍機之構成之一例之概略圖。如圖1所示,冷凍機10具備經流路6至少依序連接有壓縮機1、冷凝器2、膨脹機構4、及蒸發器5之冷媒循環系統。冷媒循環系統亦可進而具備乾燥器3。
於壓縮機1內,於高溫(通常70~120℃)條件下,少量之冷媒與大量之冷凍機油共存。自壓縮機1噴出至流路6之冷媒為氣體狀,且以霧氣形式包含少量(通常1~10%)之冷凍機油,該霧狀之冷凍機油中溶解有少量之冷媒(圖1中之點a)。繼而,於冷凝器2內,氣體狀之冷媒被壓縮而成為高密度之流體,於相對高溫(通常50~70℃左右)條件下,大量之冷媒與少量之冷凍機油共存(圖1中之點b)。進而,大量之冷媒與少量之冷凍機油之混合物被依序送至乾燥器3、膨脹機構4、蒸發器5而急遽地變成低溫(通常-40~0℃)(圖1中之點c、d),並再次返回壓縮機1。
作為壓縮機1,可使用外部具有原動機之開放型壓縮機、及內部內置馬達之密閉型壓縮機之任一者。
作為開放型壓縮機,可列舉:活塞-曲柄式、活塞-斜板式等往復移動式;旋轉活塞式、旋轉葉片式、捲動式、螺旋式等旋轉式等。作為外部原動機,可列舉引擎、馬達等,尤其是於汽車空調之情形時,一般使用移動用引擎作為外部原動機。
作為密閉型壓縮機,可例示:於貯存冷凍機油之密閉容器內收納包含轉子及定子之馬達、嵌著於轉子之旋轉軸、經由該旋轉軸連接於馬達之壓縮機部,且自壓縮機部所噴出之高壓冷媒氣體滯留於密閉容器內的高壓容器方式之壓縮機;或於貯存冷凍機油組合物之密閉容器內收納包含轉子及定子之馬達、嵌著於轉子之旋轉軸、經由該旋轉軸連接於馬達之壓縮機部,且自壓縮機部所噴出之高壓冷媒氣體直接
向密閉容器外排出的低壓容器方式之壓縮機等。
於乾燥器3中例如填充有包含矽酸、鋁酸鹼金屬複合鹽之合成沸石等乾燥劑。
以下,基於實施例及比較例,對本發明更具體地進行說明,但本發明不受以下實施例任何不限定。
於實施例1~6及比較例1~11中,使用表1所示之基油1、A1、A2及B1、以及以下所示之添加劑,以表2~4所示之調配量製備冷凍機油。針對所製備之實施例1~6及比較例1~11之冷凍機油,實施以下所示之耐磨耗性試驗及穩定性試驗。
C1:新癸酸縮水甘油酯
C2:2-乙基己基縮水甘油醚
C3:1,2-環氧十四烷
D1:磷酸三甲苯酯
D2:硫代磷酸三苯酯
E1:2,6-二第三丁基對甲酚
於耐磨耗性試驗中,使用可設成與實體壓縮機類似之冷媒環境之神鋼造機股份有限公司製造之高壓環境摩擦試驗機(旋轉葉片材與固定圓盤材之旋轉滑動方式)。試驗條件係於油量:600ml、試驗溫度:100℃、轉數:400rpm、負荷荷重:70kgf、試驗時間:1小時之條件下,使用SKH-51作為葉片材,使用FC250作為圓盤材。試驗條件係使用2,3,3,3-四氟丙烯(HFO-1234yf)為冷媒,且將試驗容器內壓力設為1.1MPa。關於耐磨耗性之評價,由於圓盤材之磨耗量極少,故而根據葉片材之磨耗深度而進行。將所獲得之結果示於表2~4。
穩定性試驗係依據JIS K2211-09(高壓釜試驗),稱取將含水分量調整至100ppm之試樣油80g置於高壓釜,裝入觸媒(鐵、銅、鋁之線,任一者皆為外徑1.6mm×長度50mm)及2,3,3,3-四氟丙烯(HFO-1234yf)冷媒20g後,加熱至150℃,對150小時後之試樣油之外觀及酸值(JIS C2101)進行測定。將所獲得之結果示於表2~4。
Claims (6)
- 一種冷凍機用作動流體組合物,其含有:冷凍機油,其含有多元醇與脂肪酸之酯、環氧化合物及磷化合物;及氟丙烯冷媒;且構成上述酯之上述多元醇含有季戊四醇及二季戊四醇,構成上述酯之上述脂肪酸含有選自碳數4~9之脂肪酸中之至少1種,且上述環氧化合物及上述磷化合物滿足下述式(1)所表示之條件:
[式(1)中,NE表示上述環氧化合物每1分子之環氧基之數,ME表示上述環氧化合物之分子量,WE表示以上述冷凍機油總量基準計之上述環氧化合物之含量,NP表示上述磷化合物每1分子之磷原子之數,MP表示上述磷化合物之分子量,WP表示以上述冷凍機油總量基準計之上述磷化合物之含量]。 - 如請求項1之冷凍機用作動流體組合物,其中上述酯含有季戊四醇與選自碳數4~9之脂肪酸中之至少1種脂肪酸之酯即第1酯、及二季戊四醇與選自碳數4~9之脂肪酸中之至少1種脂肪酸之酯即第2酯之混合物。
- 如請求項2之冷凍機用作動流體組合物,其中上述第2酯之含量以上述第1酯之含量與上述第2酯之含量之合計為基準計為10質量%以上且40質量%以下。
- 如請求項1至3中任一項之冷凍機用作動流體組合物,其中上述冷凍機油進而含有以該冷凍機油總量基準計為0.1質量%以上且0.4質量%以下之2,6-二第三丁基對甲酚。
- 如請求項1至4中任一項之冷凍機用作動流體組合物,其中上述氟丙烯冷媒為選自1,3,3,3-四氟丙烯(HFO-1234ze)及2,3,3,3-四氟丙烯(HFO-1234yf)中之至少1種。
- 一種冷凍機油,其含有:多元醇與脂肪酸之酯、環氧化合物、及磷化合物;且構成上述酯之上述多元醇含有季戊四醇及二季戊四醇,構成上述酯之上述脂肪酸含有選自碳數4~9之脂肪酸中之至少1種,上述環氧化合物及上述磷化合物滿足下述式(1)所表示之條件,且與氟丙烯冷媒一起使用,
[式(1)中,NE表示上述環氧化合物每1分子之環氧基之數,ME 表示上述環氧化合物之分子量,WE表示以上述冷凍機油總量基準計之上述環氧化合物之含量,NP表示上述磷化合物每1分子之磷原子之數,MP表示上述磷化合物之分子量,WP表示以上述冷凍機油總量基準計之上述磷化合物之含量]。
