本發明係關於一種風扇。
請參照圖1,習知的風扇80通常包括一扇框81與一收容於扇框81內的葉輪83。扇框81的中部為一橫截面呈圓形的用以收容葉輪83的內壁光滑的容置孔85。葉輪83轉動,氣流從容置孔85的一側進入容置孔85後經葉輪83作用由容置孔85的另一側向四周發散地吹出。對於需要風流集中散熱的元件,此風扇80的散熱效果並不好。
鑒於以上,有必要提供一種使風流更為集中吹出的風扇。
一種風扇,包括一扇框及一葉輪,該扇框的中部設有一容置孔,該葉輪裝設於該容置孔內,該扇框於該容置孔的孔壁上形成環繞該容置孔的一環形的凹槽及一鄰近凹槽並相對該凹槽凸起的環形的凸緣。
一種風扇,包括一扇框及一葉輪,該扇框的中部設有一容置孔,該葉輪裝設於該容置孔內,該扇框於該容置孔的孔壁上形成複數環繞該容置孔的環形的凹槽,每一凹槽之兩側分別形成一相對凹槽凸起的環形的凸緣。
該風扇的凹槽與凸緣對經葉輪旋轉帶動而流經容置孔的氣流加壓,使氣流向容置孔外吹出的同時向中部集中,從而使得風扇吹出的風流的風量更大,風壓更強,可吹向更遠處,散熱效果更好。
圖1是習知風扇於工作狀態的平面示意圖。
圖2是本發明風扇的較佳實施方式的立體圖。
圖3是圖2中的風扇於工作狀態的平面示意圖。
請參照圖2與圖3,本發明風扇10的較佳實施方式,包括一扇框12及一葉輪14。
該扇框12包括相對的兩側壁121。該扇框12的中部設有一橫截面呈橢圓形的貫穿該兩側壁121的容置孔123。該葉輪14裝設於該容置孔123內。該扇框12於該容置孔123的孔壁124上形成複數環繞該容置孔123的環形的凹槽125,每一凹槽125之兩側分別形成一相對凹槽125凸起的環形的凸緣126。
風扇10工作時,葉輪14轉動使風流由容置孔123的一側進入容置孔123後由容置孔123的另一側吹出。由於容置孔123的孔壁124上形成相間隔的凹槽125與凸緣126,凹槽125與凸緣126對經葉輪14旋轉帶動而流經容置孔123的氣流形成加壓,使氣流向容置孔123外吹出的同時向中部集中,從而使得風扇10吹出的風流的風量更大,風壓更強,可吹向更遠處,散熱效果更好。
該風扇10的容置孔123的橫截面呈橢圓形,可改善風切聲,降低風扇10工作時的噪音。
在本實施方式中,凹槽125與凸緣126的橫截面均呈圓弧形。在其他實施方式中,凹槽125與凸緣126的橫截面還可以是弧形或其他形狀,凹槽125與凸緣126在容置孔123的孔壁124上共同形成波浪形的表面。
在其他實施方式中,該風扇10的容置孔123的孔壁124上可只設有一個凹槽125與一個凸緣126,同樣可實現給風流加壓的作用,使氣流向容置孔123外吹出的同時向中部集中。
綜上所述,本發明確已符合發明專利之要件,遂依法提出專利申請。惟,以上所述者僅為本發明之較佳實施方式,自不能以此限制本案之申請專利範圍。舉凡熟悉本案技藝之人士爰依本發明之精神所作之等效修飾或變化,皆應涵蓋於以下申請專利範圍內。

Claims (8)

  1. 一種風扇,包括一扇框及一葉輪,該扇框的中部設有一容置孔,該葉輪裝設於該容置孔內,該扇框於該容置孔的孔壁上形成環繞該容置孔的一環形的凹槽及一鄰近凹槽並相對該凹槽凸起的環形的凸緣。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之風扇,其中該凹槽與凸緣的橫截面均呈圓弧形。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第2項所述之風扇,其中該凹槽與凸緣在容置孔的孔壁上共同形成波浪形的表面。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第1至3項中任意一項所述之風扇,其中該容置孔的橫截面呈橢圓形。
  5. 一種風扇,包括一扇框及一葉輪,該扇框的中部設有一容置孔,該葉輪裝設於該容置孔內,該扇框於該容置孔的孔壁上形成複數環繞該容置孔的環形的凹槽,每一凹槽之兩側分別形成一相對凹槽凸起的環形的凸緣。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第5項所述之風扇,其中凹槽與凸緣的橫截面均呈圓弧形。
  7. 如申請專利範圍第6項所述之風扇,其中凹槽與凸緣在容置孔的孔壁上共同形成波浪形的表面。
  8. 如申請專利範圍第5至7項中任意一項所述之風扇,其中該容置孔的橫截面呈橢圓形。
