Abstract

一種電子設備外殼,包括一纖維層及一樹脂層,其中該纖維層與樹脂層之間有一薄膜層,薄膜層與樹脂層熔融結合為一體。一種電子設備外殼的製造方法,包括以下步驟:提供一含浸樹脂纖維布;提供一薄膜附於該含浸樹脂纖維布表面;將含浸樹脂纖維布與薄膜放置於熱壓模內進行熱壓預處理,使其結合為一體並形成纖維層與薄膜層;將上述結合後材料置於注塑模的模腔內並使纖維層緊貼模腔的內壁;合模,注塑樹脂到該成型模腔內;冷卻凝固上述注塑樹脂,形成樹脂層,從模腔中取出成型物即可得到所需外殼。

Description

電子設備外殼及其製造方法
本發明係關於一種電子設備外殼及其製造方法。
隨著人們對3C(Computer 、Communication、Consumer Electronic)產品輕巧靈便的追求,碳纖維(或玻璃纖維)複合材料廣泛應用在3C產品的外殼上。目前3C產品的外殼多數由碳纖維(或玻璃纖維)和樹脂材料透過塗膠黏接的方式形成,產品製造的工藝複雜。
鑒於以上,有必要提供一種工藝簡單的電子設備外殼及其製造方法。
一種電子設備外殼,包括一纖維層及一樹脂層,其中該纖維層與樹脂層之間有一薄膜層,薄膜層與樹脂層熔融結合為一體。
一種電子設備外殼的製造方法,包括以下步驟:
提供一含浸樹脂纖維布;
提供一薄膜貼附於該含浸樹脂纖維布的一側;
將含浸樹脂纖維布與薄膜放置於熱壓模的母模、公模之間進行熱壓預處理,使薄膜結合於含浸樹脂纖維布而成為一體並形成纖維層與薄膜層;
將結合有薄膜層的纖維層整形後置於注塑模的模腔內並使纖維層緊貼模腔的內壁;
合模,注射熔融的樹脂材料到該模腔內,於薄膜層的表面形成樹脂層;及
冷卻開模即可得到所需外殼。
一種電子設備外殼的製造方法,包括以下步驟:
提供一含浸樹脂纖維布;
提供兩薄膜分別貼附於該含浸樹脂纖維布的兩側;
將含浸樹脂纖維布與兩薄膜放置於熱壓模內進行熱壓預處理,使兩薄膜分別結合於含浸樹脂纖維布的兩側而成為一體並形成纖維層及形成於纖維層的兩側的兩薄膜層;
將結合有兩薄膜層的纖維層整形後置於注塑模的模腔,其中一薄膜貼附於模腔的內壁;
合模,注射熔融的樹脂材料到該模腔內,於薄膜層的表面形成樹脂層;
冷卻開模即可得到所需外殼。
相較習知技術,本發明電子裝置外殼的薄膜層及樹脂層可在製造過程中熔融結合為一體,無需使用膠水進行黏接,工藝簡單。

請一併參閱圖1至圖3,本發明電子設備外殼的製造方法的第一較佳實施方式包括以下步驟:
步驟S102,提供一含浸樹脂纖維布10,該含浸樹脂纖維布10為含浸熱固性樹脂的碳纖維布、玻璃纖維編織布或單向直紋布;
步驟S104,提供一薄膜20貼附於該含浸樹脂纖維布10表面,該薄膜20為0.05~1.0mm的由PC(聚碳酸酯)或ABS(丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物)或PMMA(聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯)或PET(聚對苯二甲酸乙二醇酯)製成的薄膜;
步驟S106,將含浸樹脂纖維布10與薄膜20放置於熱壓模的母模101、公模102之間進行熱壓預處理,加熱至150℃左右持續十分鐘,使其結合為一體並形成纖維層10a與薄膜層20a;
步驟S108,將上述結合後材料整形後置於注塑模的母模201的模腔內並使纖維層10a緊貼模腔的內壁203;
步驟S110,合上公模202,注射樹脂到該模腔內,形成樹脂層30,該樹脂選用PC(聚碳酸酯)或PC/ABS(聚碳酸酯和丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物和混合物)或ABS(丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物)或PMMA(聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯)等原料,在注射成型過程中,樹脂便與薄膜層20a熔融結合為一體;
步驟S112,冷卻開模,從模腔中取出成型物即可得到所需外殼40。
請參閱圖4,該外殼40包括纖維層10a、薄膜層20a及樹脂層30,其中薄膜層20a位於纖維層10a與樹脂層30之間。
請參閱圖5、圖6及圖7,本發明電子設備外殼的製造方法的另一較佳實施方式。該製造方法包括以下步驟:
步驟S202,提供一含浸樹脂纖維布50,該含浸樹脂纖維布50可選用含浸熱固性樹脂的碳纖維布、玻璃纖維編織布或單向直紋布;
步驟S204,提供兩薄膜60分別貼附於該含浸樹脂纖維布50上、下兩表面,該薄膜60為0.05~1.0mm PC(聚碳酸酯)或ABS(丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物)或PMMA(聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯)或PET(聚對苯二甲酸乙二醇酯)薄膜;
步驟S206,將含浸樹脂纖維布50與薄膜60放置於熱壓模的母模301、公模302之間進行熱壓預處理,加熱至150℃左右持續十分鐘,使其結合為一體並形成纖維層50a與薄膜層60a;
步驟S208,將上述結合後材料整形後置於注塑模的母模401內並緊貼模腔的內壁403;
步驟S210,合上公模402,注射樹脂到該成型模腔內,形成樹脂層70,該樹脂選用PC(聚碳酸酯)或PC/ABS(聚碳酸酯和丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物和混合物)或ABS(丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物)或PMMA(聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯)等原料,由此在注塑成型過程中,樹脂便與薄膜20熔融結合為一體;
步驟S212,冷卻開模,即可得到所需外殼80。
請一併參閱圖8,該外殼80包括纖維層50a、位於纖維層50a上、下兩表面的薄膜層60a及樹脂層70。
本發明電子裝置外殼採用含浸熱固性樹脂的碳纖維布、玻璃纖維編織布或單向直紋布,經熱壓形成纖維層10a、纖維層50a,其有高強度高硬度和很好的剛性,另外薄膜20、薄膜60的材料亦為樹脂材料,在注塑成型過程中薄膜20、薄膜60可與樹脂熔融結合為一體,無需使用膠水進行黏接,流程較短,工藝簡單,降低了生產成本。
綜上所述,本發明確已符合發明專利之要件,遂依法提出專利申請。惟,以上所述者僅為本發明之較佳實施方式,自不能以此限制本案之申請專利範圍。凡熟悉本案技藝之人士爰依本發明之精神所作之等效修飾或變化,皆應涵蓋於以下申請專利範圍內。

Claims (19)

  1. 一種電子設備外殼,包括一纖維層及一樹脂層,其中該纖維層與樹脂層之間有一薄膜層,薄膜層與樹脂層熔融結合為一體。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之電子設備外殼,其中該纖維層的外側還設有一薄膜層。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1項或第2項所述之電子設備外殼,其中該纖維層由含浸樹脂纖維布經熱壓成型製成。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第3項所述之電子設備外殼,其中該含浸樹脂纖維布為含浸熱固性樹脂的碳纖維布、含浸熱固性樹脂的玻璃纖維編織布或含浸熱固性樹脂的單向直紋布。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第1項或第2項所述之電子設備外殼,其中該薄膜層由薄膜經熱壓成型製成。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第5項所述之電子設備外殼,其中該薄膜包括聚碳酸酯薄膜或丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物薄膜或聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯薄膜或聚對苯二甲酸乙二醇酯薄膜。
  7. 如申請專利範圍第6項所述之電子設備外殼,其中該薄膜的厚度為0.05~1.0mm。
  8. 如申請專利範圍第1項或第2項所述之電子設備外殼,其中該樹脂層由樹脂材料熔融後經注射成型製成。
  9. 如申請專利範圍第8項所述之電子設備外殼,其中該樹脂材料為聚碳酸酯或丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物或聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯。
  10. 一種電子設備外殼的製造方法,包括以下步驟:
    提供一含浸樹脂纖維布;
    提供一薄膜貼附於該含浸樹脂纖維布的一側;
    將含浸樹脂纖維布與薄膜放置於熱壓模的母模、公模之間進行熱壓預處理,使薄膜結合於含浸樹脂纖維布而成為一體並形成纖維層與薄膜層;
    將結合有薄膜層的纖維層整形後置於注塑模的模腔內並使纖維層緊貼模腔的內壁;
    合模,注射熔融的樹脂材料到該模腔內,於薄膜層的表面形成樹脂層,薄膜層與樹脂層熔融結合為一體;及
    冷卻開模即可得到所需外殼。
  11. 如申請專利範圍第10項所述之電子設備外殼的製造方法,其中該含浸樹脂纖維布包括含浸熱固性樹脂的碳纖維布、含浸熱固性樹脂的玻璃纖維編織布或含浸熱固性樹脂的單向直紋布。
  12. 如申請專利範圍第11項所述之電子設備外殼的製造方法,其中該薄膜包括聚碳酸酯薄膜或丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物薄膜或聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯薄膜或聚對苯二甲酸乙二醇酯薄膜。
  13. 如申請專利範圍第12項所述之電子設備外殼的製造方法,其中該薄膜厚度為0.05~1.0mm。
  14. 如申請專利範圍第10項所述之電子設備外殼的製造方法,其中該樹脂材料為聚碳酸酯或丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物或聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯。
  15. 一種電子設備外殼的製造方法,包括以下步驟:
    提供一含浸樹脂纖維布;
    提供兩薄膜分別貼附於該含浸樹脂纖維布的兩側;
    將含浸樹脂纖維布與兩薄膜放置於熱壓模內進行熱壓預處理,使兩薄膜分別結合於含浸樹脂纖維布的兩側而成為一體並形成纖維層及形成於纖維層的兩側的兩薄膜層;
    將結合有兩薄膜層的纖維層整形後置於注塑模的模腔,其中一薄膜層貼附於模腔的內壁;
    合模,注射熔融的樹脂材料到該模腔內,於另一薄膜層的表面形成樹脂層,薄膜層與樹脂層熔融結合為一體;
    冷卻開模即可得到所需外殼。
  16. 如申請專利範圍第15項所述之電子設備外殼的製造方法,其中該含浸樹脂纖維布包括含浸熱固性樹脂的碳纖維布、含浸熱固性樹脂的玻璃纖維編織布或含浸熱固性樹脂的單向直紋布。
  17. 如申請專利範圍第15項所述之電子設備外殼的製造方法,其中該薄膜包括聚碳酸酯薄膜或丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物薄膜或聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯薄膜或聚對苯二甲酸乙二醇酯薄膜。
  18. 如申請專利範圍第17項所述之電子設備外殼的製造方法,其中該薄膜的厚度為0.05~1.0mm。
  19. 如申請專利範圍第15項所述之電子設備外殼的製造方法,其中該樹脂材料為聚碳酸酯或丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物或聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯。
