風力渦輪機及風力渦輪機塔
本發明係關於一種風力渦輪機且係關於一種風力渦輪機塔。
風力渦輪機通常具有一塔及該塔之下部區域中之一進出門。該門用於使得維修及維護員工能夠進入風力渦輪機,而意欲阻止未經授權人員進入。
因此,重要的係進出門以一方式經組態使得未經授權人員不能進入至風力渦輪機。近來,盜賊已能進入至風力渦輪機以便盜竊金屬。
在德國專利申請案建立優先權中,以下文件由德國專利及商標局搜索到:DE 28 37 805 A1;DE 10 2007 016 756 A1;AT 006 967 U1;FR 2 588 606 A1;GB 2 185 056 A及EP 1 873 337 A2。
因此,本發明之一目的係提供一種風力渦輪機及一種具有一經改良進出門之風力渦輪機塔。
此目的由技術方案1之一風力渦輪機及技術方案6之一風力渦輪機塔達成。
因此提供一種包括具有一進出門之一塔之風力渦輪機。該進出門具有一門鎖且在其外側上之一擋板,該擋板實質上在該門之整個表面上延伸且具有一凹部。一門把提供於該凹部之區域中。該擋板之一外側至少部分地向外突出超過該門鎖。
根據本發明之一項態樣,該進出門在其內側上具有由垂直及水平支柱組成之一格柵。
根據本發明之一另外態樣,毗鄰水平支柱之間或毗鄰垂直支柱之間的一距離係60cm且特定而言30cm。
根據本發明之一另外態樣,一多孔板提供於該格柵結構與該擋板之間。
根據本發明之一另外態樣,該進出門經由夾緊板緊固至一塔壁。
本發明同樣係關於一種包括一進出門之風力渦輪機塔,其中該進出門具有一門鎖且在其外側上之一擋板,該擋板實質上在該門之整個表面上延伸且具有一凹部。一門把提供於該凹部之區域中。該擋板之一外側至少部分地向外突出超過該門鎖。
根據本發明,該進出門至少符合DIN EN ISO 1627:2011-09且其防盜性係級別4。
本發明係關於為一風力渦輪機塔提供具有防竊之較大安全性之一進出門之一概念。出於此目的,一擋板可提供於該門之外側上。該擋板在該鎖及該門把之區域中具有一凹部。門框可藉助於夾緊板緊固至塔壁。一起形成一格柵結構之水平及垂直交叉支柱提供於門之內側上。毗鄰支柱之間的距離係較佳地60cm。
該等門框可視情況提供於外側上。此類型之門框由一硬化材料構成。

圖1展示根據本發明之一風力渦輪機之一示意性圖解說明。風力渦輪機100具有一塔102及一短艙104。具有三個轉子葉片108及一旋轉體110之一轉子106提供於短艙104上。當在操作中時,轉子106藉由風力設定成一旋轉移動。一發電機直接或間接連接至轉子,且因此轉子之一旋轉移動導致發電機之一旋轉移動,此接著產生電力。轉子葉片 108之俯仰或傾角可藉由各別轉子葉片之轉子葉片根部上之俯仰馬達來改變。一進出門300提供於風力渦輪機之塔102之下部區域中。根據本發明,該進出門300裝備有經改良之防盜保護。
圖2展示根據一第一例示性實施例之一風力渦輪機之一進出門之一外側之一示意圖。進出門300具有一框架305及/或可藉助於其打開門之合葉301。一擋板310提供於門之外側上。擋板310在門把307之區域中具有一凹部312。可因此達成門把307及門鎖之區域相對於擋板310向後設定之效應。可因此防止一竊賊能夠有效地使用(舉例而言)一撬棍或諸如此類。
圖3展示根據第一例示性實施例之一風力渦輪機之一進出門之一內側之一示意性圖解說明。該進出門具有一框架305以及垂直及水平支柱320、321、322。垂直支柱321及水平支柱322形成一格柵結構。毗鄰水平及/或垂直支柱之間的距離係60cm且特定而言30cm。一多孔板323可視情況提供於格柵結構320後面,亦即於格柵結構320與擋板310之間。該門在內側上具有一門手柄308。
進出門300之內側上之格柵結構320使得可能確保即使已移除擋板310,仍可有效地防止進入至風力渦輪機中。
圖4展示沿著圖2之剖面A-A之一剖面圖。進出門300藉助於夾緊板330緊固至塔之壁102。夾緊板330具有(舉例而言)藉助於螺釘緊固至塔之壁102之一第一端331及(舉例而言)藉助於螺釘緊固至門之一框架305之一第二端332。該門在其外側上具有在其端311處具有一斜面組態之一擋板310。由垂直支柱321及水平支柱322組成之一格柵結構320提供於門之內側上。該等支柱可(舉例而言)焊接至彼此。
一門手柄308可提供於內側上且一門把307可提供於外側上。擋板310較佳地至少部分地突出超過門把307。門把307及一鎖可提供於擋板310之一凹部312之區域中。
門300可藉助於門合葉301緊固至一門框305。
根據本發明,擋板310可自內側旋擰下來。
孔可視情況提供於門中或門框上面以便提供塔內之被動通風。
毗鄰垂直支柱321或水平支柱322之間的距離係較佳地30cm。
鬆動安裝之圓材料可視情況提供於垂直支柱321及/或水平支柱322中,此可防止格柵桿被鋸穿。

Claims (6)

  1. 一種風力渦輪機,其包括:一塔(102),其具有一進出門(300),其中該進出門(300)具有一門鎖及在一外側上之一擋板(310),該擋板實質上在該門之整個表面上延伸且具有一凹部(312),其中一門把(307)提供於該凹部(312)之區域中,其中該擋板(310)之一外側至少部分地向外突出超過該門鎖。
