Abstract
一種用於建築結構的隔音板,其包含有具有二相對表面之石膏板、以及設置於石膏板之其中一表面的聚合物薄層,且隔音板之單位面積的重量係為每平方米13.5-17.5公斤,厚度為11-25毫米。
Description
本發明係有關於一種層狀建築構造板,其具有增進的隔音特性。
習知用以形成牆、天花板、樓層等之隔音建築板都是利用複數個基板層加以層疊,如專利合作公約公開第WO2008/124672號申請案就揭露了以一對石膏基板透過壓克力膠來加以黏合。
出乎意料地,要達成隔音板的效果並不需要將基板也具有相同的厚度,事實上,藉由於基板的背面增設有薄的背薄層即可增加隔音的效果。
進一步來說,藉由採用聚合物背薄層,即可使其作為強化基板之用,使得附掛物(譬如為水槽、電視、暖房裝置、滅火器、架子等)可以更加牢固地固定於其上。
此外,採用聚合物背薄板也可以降低整體隔音板的重量,使得其懸掛上更加容易且安全,同時,也更容易符合一般的手工安裝的常規。
因此,本發明所提供之第一實施例係提出一種包含有石膏板之隔音板,石膏板具有正面與背面,隔音板用以嵌合於支撐結構而提供隔板,使得石膏板之背面面對於支撐結構,且其中石膏板之背面設置有聚合物薄層,且隔音板之單位面積的重量係為每平方米13.5-17.5公斤,厚度為11-25毫米。
一旦單位面積的重量超過上述範圍,則對於手工施作上有不
良的影響;而一旦單位面積的重量低於上述範圍,則對於石膏板之背面的附加層會有些許的缺點,意即相較於相同厚度的石膏板,其隔音效果並無顯著的改善。
一般說來,石膏板的面積約為2-4平方公尺,較佳者為2.5-3.5平方公尺。
所謂的薄層意味著是隔音板上可分離的一層結構,並非與石膏板結合為一體成形,更有效的說法,於石膏板與薄層之間有明顯定義的介面或邊界。
較佳者,聚合物薄層主要包含熱塑性聚合物。
另一方面,聚合物薄層也可主要包含一熱固型聚合物。
聚合物薄層也可以是單體聚合物(monolithic polymer),其係為單一、非混合的材料,當然,聚合物薄層也可以是混合材料,譬如為纖維強化聚合物,譬如為纖維玻璃。較佳者,纖維玻璃可具有聚酯纖維或是聚丙烯的基底,在部份的態樣中,纖維玻璃可具有環氧樹脂基底。
一般說來,石膏板包含有由兩紙或是玻璃纖維薄層之間擠出的石膏膠泥,且石膏膠泥內可包含有許多種熟知的添加物。
聚合物薄層一般可膠黏於石膏板上,且此黏膠非常的薄,使得聚合物薄層與石膏板的間隙小於0.3毫米,較佳者為小於0.2毫米、更甚者為小於0.1毫米。
在一些實施例中,聚合物薄層的外表面可以再增設一個薄層(石膏板的末端),其可為絕緣層、紙層、或是金屬層(譬如為銅)。
在另一個實施例中,石膏板位於聚合物薄層之外側或內側的表面也可以直接增加一層薄膜。
在又一實施例中,聚合物薄層的外表面可覆蓋一紙層。
薄層典型上具有至少0.25毫米的厚度,較佳者為0.5毫米,更甚者至少1毫米。如此的厚度可以提供薄層所需要的強度來強化構造板的固定強度。
另外,薄層典型上具有小於5毫米的厚度,較佳者為小於4毫米,更甚者少於2.5毫米。較佳者,聚合物薄層之厚度係為小於石膏板之
厚度的25%,更甚者為小於20%。
習知具有石膏板的隔音牆厚度約為10-20毫米。
一般聚合物薄層係為固體且無孔隙,將有助於具有足夠的剛性來強化構造板的固定強度,其中,所謂的固體且無孔隙,意欲排除具有三維孔洞陣列的薄層,但是並無排除具有孔、切開或是貫穿薄層厚度的穿孔,舉例來說,薄層可以具有二維分佈的穿過厚度之微孔。
一般來說聚合物薄層可選自聚氯乙烯、高密度聚乙烯、聚丙烯、以及譬如為纖維玻璃的纖維複合材料。而在部份的實施態樣中,聚合物薄層也可以是非纖維玻璃的纖維複合材料,譬如為纖維素纖維(cellulose fibres)。
一般聚合物薄層的密度約為每平方公尺700-1500公斤。
而聚合物薄層的彈性模數至少有500百萬帕斯卡(MPa),較佳者為至少有750百萬帕斯卡、更甚者至少有900百萬帕斯卡。
大體上,由兩隔音板所組成之隔板牆,以音頻1600-5000赫茲量測時,相對於以兩假想板(notional panels)所構成之具有相同單位面積的質量之隔板牆,且每一假想板具有石膏板,其隔音量係至少大於5分貝。
於第二實施例中,本發明亦可提出一種包含至少一個上述第一實施例之構造板所組成的隔板,且構造板固定於支撐結構上,且構造板係以石膏板之背面側朝向支撐結構。
因此,隔音板面向會使得聚合物薄層位於隔音板的背側,而附掛物則可以安置在其前側,且位於背側的聚合物薄層可強化其固定力、同時也強化了隔音的效果。
隔板可為直立設置(譬如用以提供為牆面)、或是可配置為水平來提供作為天花板。
本發明之第二實施例可以包含一個或是一個以上第一實施例的功能特徵。
本發明所提供之第三實施例係提出一種針對建築結構的之隔音板,其包含具有兩相對表面之石膏板、以及設置於石膏板之其中一表
面的聚合物薄層;且由兩隔音板係組成之隔板牆,以音頻1600-5000赫茲量測時,相對於以兩假想板所構成之具有相同單位面積的質量之隔板牆,且每一假想板包含一基板相同的材料,其隔音量係至少大於5分貝。
本發明之第三實施例可以包含一個或是一個以上第一實施例的功能特徵。
底下藉由具體實施例詳加說明,當更容易瞭解本發明之目的、技術內容、特點及其所達成之功效。

薄層藉由Bostik Aquagrip 29860膠來將薄層黏合於其表面,石膏板與薄層之詳細資訊載於下表一。
聽覺測試
聽覺測試是根據BS EN ISO140-3:1995的規範來加以執行。
測試的樣品係為具有2400毫米長、3600毫米寬的微孔,並將隔板牆設置於設置於音源室以及接收室之間。
測試的樣品係藉由建立具有地板以及天花板管道之框架,且分別固定於測試開孔的基座與頭部,以及於地板與天花板通道之微孔末端間、間隔延伸的凸柱;框架的每一側都受到待測試隔音板的單一層所覆蓋,使得隔音板以其薄層面對於測試樣品的內部。
擴音器則備固定於音源室,而旋轉麥克風則設置於接收室用以量測透過測試樣品傳遞的平均聲壓等級。
藉由吸收頻率為50-5000赫茲的聲音來取得測試曲線。
計算
在沒有覆蓋的Duraline與Fireline板上執行的聲音衰減測試,針對第1-5實施態樣進行理論聲音衰減曲線的計算,隨著對應薄層量的增加,整體板材的質量也隨之增加,據此來計算其理論聲音衰減。以下為預期的聲音衰減公式:
預期SAB+L=量測SAB+25 * log10[(mB+mL)/(mB)]其中:預期SAB+L=石膏板與薄層的預期聲音衰減[dB]量測SAB=單獨石膏板的量測聲音衰減[dB]mB=石膏板的質量mL=薄層的質量係數25為透過以往經驗之單層、雙頁結構來取得。
第1-5圖為針對第1-5實施態樣加以量測與計算的聲音衰減曲線,於相當的頻率下實際上量測的數據一般會大於計算的數據,尤其是在頻率大於2000赫茲以上。
阻尼因子
阻尼因子係透過衝擊激發技術(Impulse Excitation technique)量測得,隔音板藉由支撐兩節點,並透過自動震動裝置(automated tapping device)使其振動,透過麥克風會接收樣品所發出的振動訊號,然後藉由下列方程式求得阻尼因子:
其中Q-1=阻尼因子damping factor xn=於n轉的訊號振幅xn+1=於n+1轉的訊號振幅於每一個隔音板的共振頻率下可求得其阻尼因子。其結果顯示於下列表二以及第6圖。
Claims (14)
- 一種隔音板,係包含有一石膏板,該石膏板具有一正面與一背面,該隔音板用以嵌合於一支撐結構而提供一隔板,使得該石膏板之該背面面對於該支撐結構,其特徵在於:其中,該石膏板之該背面設置有一聚合物薄層,且該隔音板之單位面積的重量係為每平方米13.5-17.5公斤,厚度為11-25毫米。
- 如請求項第1項所述之隔音板,其中該聚合物薄層係為一改質聚合物或具有一聚合物基底的一複合物。
- 如請求項第2項所述之隔音板,其中該聚合物薄層係為一纖維強化聚合物。
- 如請求項第1、2或3項所述之隔音板,其中該聚合物薄層主要包含一熱塑性聚合物。
- 如請求項第1、2或3項所述之隔音板,其中該聚合物薄層係膠合於該石膏板。
- 如請求項第1、2或3項所述之隔音板,其中該聚合物薄層之厚度係小於該石膏板之厚度的20%。
- 如請求項第1、2或3項所述之隔音板,其中該聚合物薄層之厚度係小於5毫米。
- 如請求項第1項所述之隔音板,其中該聚合物薄層係選自由聚氯乙烯、高密度聚乙烯、以及聚丙烯所構成的群組組合。
- 如請求項第1項所述之隔音板,其中該聚合物薄層係包含一玻璃強化聚合物。
- 如請求項第1-3或8-9項之任一項所述之隔音板,其中該聚合物薄層的密度係為每平方米700-1500公斤。
- 如請求項第1-3或8-9項之任一項所述之隔音板,其中該聚合物薄層的的彈性模數係至少為500百萬帕斯卡(MPa)。
- 如請求項第1-3或8-9項之任一項所述之隔音板,其中二該隔音板係組成一隔板牆,以音頻1600-5000赫茲量測時,相對於以二假想板所構成之具有相同單位面積的質量之一隔板牆,且每一該假想板具有一石膏板,其隔音量係至少大於5分貝。
- 如請求項第1-3或8-9項之任一項所述之隔音板,其中該石膏板之該背面係面對於該支撐結構。
- 一種隔音板,係用於建築結構,其包含具有二相對表面之石膏板、以及一設置於該石膏板之其中一該表面的聚合物薄層,其特徵在於:其中,二該隔音板係組成一隔板牆,以音頻1600-5000赫茲量測時,相對於以二假想板所構成之具有相同單位面積的質量之一隔板牆,且每一該假想板包含一基板相同的材料,其隔音量係至少大於5分貝。
