Abstract

本發明係揭露一種自動化製程生產之鞋子及其製鞋方法。自動化製程生產之鞋子包含一鞋面料、鞋底件及塑料。鞋面料為一體成型,且包含鞋面及腳踏底面,鞋面及腳踏底面相互連接;塑料塗佈鞋面及腳踏底面,且填充於腳踏底面及鞋底件之間,塑料將形成至少一支撐件貼附於鞋面及腳踏底面;鞋底件藉由塑料連接腳踏底面。

Description

自動化製程生產之鞋子及其製鞋方法
本發明是有關於一種自動化製程生產之鞋子及其製鞋方法,特別是有關於一種可將塑料塗佈於鞋面料且同時將鞋底件膠合於腳踏底面之自動化製程生產之鞋子及其製鞋方法。
於傳統製鞋步驟中,將鞋面料與鞋底黏合前,須先經過打膠,亦即上黏著劑,並且對鞋底作表面處理,以使黏著劑可穩固地連接鞋底。
然而,使用黏著劑以及針對鞋底之表面處理,將有可能對環境產生污染問題;而打膠必須仰賴人工對準且無法重複黏貼,若不小心沒對準則無法重來,進而造成控制良率之問題。此外,如今製造產業又逐漸面臨人工愈趨昂貴,且人工之技能低落之困境。因此,於生產過程中於物料、人力及工時所付出之成本將成為製鞋產業之一大負擔。
承上所述,現有的各種製程皆無法同時提供良好的黏合品質並同時降低製作成本。故,對製鞋工業之技術領域中,在良率表現上、經濟效益上都仍舊有相當大的改善空間。
有鑑於上述習知技藝之問題,本發明之目的就是在提供一種自動化製程生產之鞋子及其製鞋方法,以解決傳統製鞋步驟繁雜,浪費物料、工時及人力之問題。
根據本發明之目的,提出一種自動化製程生產之鞋子,其包含鞋面料、鞋底件及塑料。鞋面料為一體成型之立體狀結構,鞋面料包含鞋面及腳踏底面,鞋面沿著腳踏底面之邊緣連接腳踏底面;鞋底件設置於腳踏底面;塑料塗佈鞋面及腳踏底面,且填充於腳踏底面及鞋底件之間,鞋底件藉由塑料膠合於腳踏底面,而塑料形成至少一支撐件貼附於鞋面及腳踏底面。
較佳地,鞋面料可具有複數個孔隙。
較佳地,當塑料塗佈鞋面料之鞋面及腳踏底面時,塑料可滲入鞋面料之複數個孔隙。
較佳地,鞋面料可為編織物。
較佳地,鞋面料可為皮料。
此外,本發明更提出一種自動化製程生產之製鞋方法,包含下列步驟:提供為一體成型之立體狀結構之鞋面料,鞋面料包含鞋面及腳踏底面,鞋面沿著腳踏底面之邊緣連接腳踏底面;提供鞋底件,其設置於腳踏底面;進行膠合步驟,以將塑料塗佈於鞋面及腳踏底面,且填充於腳踏底面及鞋底件之間,以使鞋底件膠合於腳踏底面;由塑料形成貼附鞋面及腳踏底面之至少一支撐件,以支撐鞋面料。
較佳地,膠合步驟更可包含下列步驟:套置鞋面料至鞋型內模上;放置鞋面料及鞋底件於具有至少一預設模穴之成形模體之中,且藉由成形模體壓抵鞋面料;使用塑料射出機將塑料射入成形模體之至少一預設模穴,以使塑料塗佈鞋面及腳踏底面,且填充於腳踏底面及鞋底件之間;進行除模步驟,以移除鞋型內模及成形模體。
較佳地,進行除模步驟之前更可包含下列步驟:塑料滲入鞋面料之複數個孔隙,以使塑料連接鞋面料;待塑料固化成形,塑料於腳踏底面及鞋底件之間係形成中介膠合層,以使鞋底件膠合於腳踏底面。
較佳地,鞋型內模可為可活動伸縮之楦頭。
較佳地,成形模體可包含可活動且具有至少一預設模穴之至少三成形模塊。
承上所述,依本發明之自動化製程生產之鞋子及其製鞋方法,其可利用塑料射出機將塑料射入模具中,進而塗佈於鞋面料,且同時藉由塗佈填充於鞋底件及腳踏底面之間之塑料所形成之中介膠合層,將鞋底件膠合於腳踏底面,藉以達到節省物料、工時、人力之降低成本之目的。

請參閱第1至3圖,第1圖係為本發明之自動化製程生產之鞋子之爆炸圖;第2圖係為本發明之自動化製程生產之鞋子之示意圖;第3圖係為本發明之自動化製程生產之鞋子之截面圖。如圖所示,自動化製程生產之鞋子1包含鞋面料11、鞋底件12及塑料13。鞋面料11為一體成型之立體狀結構,且鞋面料11包含鞋面111及腳踏底面112;鞋面111沿著腳踏底面112之邊緣連接腳踏底面112,以可部分包覆使用者之足部;鞋底件12設置於腳踏底面112;塑料13塗佈於鞋面111及腳踏底面112,且填充於腳踏底面112及鞋底件12之間,鞋底件12藉由塑料13膠合於腳踏底面112,而塑料13形成至少一支撐件131貼附於鞋面111及腳踏底面112。
此外,鞋面料11可為一體成型之立體狀編織物,但不以此為限,其亦可由其他物料構成,如:皮料。以編織物為例,由於鞋面料11藉由編織方式構成;因此,可以見得地是,織線間通常是以非完全緊密地方式編織,故,鞋面料11係具有複數個孔隙113。
藉此,當融熔狀態之塑料13塗佈鞋面料11之鞋面111及腳踏底面112時,塑料13除了塗佈覆蓋鞋面料11之鞋面111及腳踏底面112之外,塑料13將進一步地滲入鞋面料11之複數個孔隙113;因此,當塑料13經一段時間而逐漸固化時,滲入複數個孔隙113之塑料13將因為固化而栓接於各孔隙113之間,進而使得塑料13可更緊密地附著於鞋面料11上。
然而,由於鞋面料11為編織物,係不具有足夠的支撐力撐起其整體本身,進而以立體方式呈現;因此,當塑料13固化之後,塑料13可具有一定硬度,以成為支撐鞋面料11之立體狀結構之支撐件131,將如鞋面料11之骨架一般貼附於鞋面料11之外表面(包含鞋面111及腳踏底面112),進而提供支撐力予鞋面料11整體,使其可以立體狀之態樣撐起。
再者,支撐件131除了提供鞋面料11支撐力之外,亦兼具其他功能,如製造中可依據設計考量以調整所用模具,進而於射出塑料13至鞋面料11時,使塑料13於鞋面料11上形成對應模具之造型,進而塑料13於鞋面料11上形成特定之形狀,且亦可進一步挑選塑料13與鞋面111搭配之顏色,以同時完成上色作業;藉此,可有效地節省製造成本與時間。舉例來說,以往製鞋時,需將附加的造型部件逐一黏貼至鞋面料11上,有的還需加以車縫加工固定;如今,本發明可藉由直接射出塑料13以形成部件於鞋面料11之上,除部件可緊密貼附連接鞋面料11之外,亦能大大地節省於黏貼及車縫作業所需花費的人力及工時。
補充說明一點,因鞋面料11於製造前無法自行撐起,故於製造過程中,需利用一鞋型內模14設置於鞋面料11內部以提供支撐力,而進一步地說明將於之後的自動化製程生產之製鞋方法之部分加以詳述。
儘管前述在說明本發明之自動化製程生產之鞋子的過程中,亦已同時說明本發明之自動化製程生產之製鞋方法的概念,但為求清楚起見,以下另繪示流程圖詳細說明。
請參閱第4及5圖,第4圖係為本發明之自動化製程生產之製鞋方法之流程圖;第5圖係為本發明之自動化製程生產之製鞋方法之膠合步驟之流程圖。如圖所示,本發明之自動化製程生產之製鞋方法,包含下列步驟:
在步驟S11中:提供為一體成型之立體狀結構之鞋面料,鞋面料包含鞋面及腳踏底面,鞋面沿著腳踏底面之邊緣連接腳踏底面。
在步驟S12中:提供鞋底件,其設置於腳踏底面;詳細而言,係置於對應腳踏底面之位置。
在步驟S13中:進行膠合步驟,以將塑料塗佈於鞋面及腳踏底面,且填充於腳踏底面及鞋底件之間,以使鞋底件膠合於腳踏底面。
在步驟S14中:由塑料形成貼附鞋面及腳踏底面之至少一支撐件,以支撐鞋面料。
再者,膠合步驟更可包含下列步驟:
在步驟S131中:套置鞋面料至鞋型內模上;在此,鞋型內模可為可活動伸縮之楦頭,進而可調整適當尺寸供不同尺寸之鞋面料套置。
在步驟S132中:放置鞋面料及鞋底件於具有至少一預設模穴之成形模體之中,且藉由成形模體壓抵鞋面料;其中,成形模體可包含可活動且具有至少一預設模穴之至少三成形模塊;如模塊數量為三,其可分別壓抵鞋面之兩側以及腳踏底面,但模塊數量仍須視清況需求調整,因此,在此並不加以限定;尚需補充一點地是,鞋底件將放置於其中一對應腳踏底面之模塊上。
在步驟S133中:使用塑料射出機將塑料射入成形模體之至少一預設模穴,以使塑料塗佈鞋面及腳踏底面,且填充於腳踏底面及鞋底件之間。
在步驟S134中:進行除模步驟,以移除鞋型內模及成形模體。
此外,進行除模步驟之前更可包含下列步驟:
在步驟S1331中:塑料滲入鞋面料之複數個孔隙,以使塑料連接鞋面料。
在步驟S1332中:待塑料固化成形,塑料於腳踏底面及鞋底件之間係形成中介膠合層,以使鞋底件膠合於腳踏底面。
簡單的說,先將鞋面料與鞋底件設置於模具內之預定位置,再藉由射出成型之方式將融熔之塑料注入模具內,以使塑料於模具內成型及固化,而於固化之同時塑料可緊密的固定於鞋面料上,而鞋底件亦緊密的固定於腳踏底面之塑料上。藉此達成製程上的簡化而利於製程,且可利用塑料有效的支撐鞋面料及固定鞋底件,並可同時達到裝飾之效用。
本發明之自動化製程生產之製鞋方法中有關自動化製程生產之鞋子之詳細結構說明以及實施方式已於前面敘述本發明之自動化製程生產之鞋子時描述過,在此為了簡略說明便不再贅述。
以上所述僅為舉例性,而非為限制性者。任何未脫離本發明之精神與範疇,而對其進行之等效修改或變更,均應包含於後附之申請專利範圍中。

Claims (10)

  1. 一種自動化製程生產之鞋子,其包含:
    一鞋面料,係為一體成型之立體狀結構,該鞋面料係包含一鞋面及一腳踏底面,該鞋面係沿著該腳踏底面之邊緣連接該腳踏底面;
    一鞋底件,係設置於該腳踏底面;以及
    一塑料,係塗佈該鞋面及該腳踏底面,且填充於該腳踏底面及該鞋底件之間,該鞋底件係藉由該塑料膠合於該腳踏底面,而該塑料形成至少一支撐件貼附於該鞋面及該腳踏底面。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之自動化製程生產之鞋子,其中該鞋面料具有複數個孔隙。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第2項所述之自動化製程生產之鞋子,其中當該塑料塗佈該鞋面料之該鞋面及該腳踏底面時,該塑料係滲入該鞋面料之該複數個孔隙。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之自動化製程生產之鞋子,其中該鞋面料為一編織物。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之自動化製程生產之鞋子,其中該鞋面料為一皮料。
  6. 一種自動化製程生產之製鞋方法,包含下列步驟:
    提供為一體成型之立體狀結構之一鞋面料,該鞋面料包含一鞋面及一腳踏底面,該鞋面係沿著該腳踏底面之邊緣連接該腳踏底面;
    提供一鞋底件,係設置於該腳踏底面;
    進行一膠合步驟,以將該塑料塗佈於該鞋面及該腳踏底面,且填充於該腳踏底面及該鞋底件之間,以使該鞋底件膠合於該腳踏底面;以及
    由該塑料形成貼附該鞋面及該腳踏底面之至少一支撐件,以支撐該鞋面料。
  7. 如申請專利範圍第6項所述之自動化製程生產之製鞋方法,其中該膠合步驟更包含下列步驟:
    套置該鞋面料至一鞋型內模上;
    放置該鞋面料及該鞋底件於具有至少一預設模穴之一成形模體之中,且藉由該成形模體壓抵該鞋面料;
    使用一塑料射出機將該塑料射入該成形模體之該至少一預設模穴,以使該塑料塗佈該鞋面及該腳踏底面,且填充於該腳踏底面及該鞋底件之間;以及
    進行一除模步驟,以移除該鞋型內模及該成形模體。
  8. 如申請專利範圍第7項所述之自動化製程生產之製鞋方法,其中進行該除模步驟之前更包含下列步驟:
    該塑料係滲入該鞋面料之複數個孔隙,以使該塑料連接該鞋面料;以及
    待該塑料固化成形,該塑料於該腳踏底面及該鞋底件之間係形成一中介膠合層,以使該鞋底件膠合於該腳踏底面。
  9. 如申請專利範圍第7項所述之自動化製程生產之製鞋方法,其中該鞋型內模為可活動伸縮之楦頭。
  10. 如申請專利範圍第7項所述之自動化製程生產之製鞋方法,其中該成形模體係包含可活動且具有該至少一預設模穴之至少三成形模塊。
