Abstract
本發明關於一種用於保護收成的水果、剪摘下來的鮮花或蔬菜類在儲存條件下可對抗某種儲存疾病或表現的失調造成之腐爛的方法。特別地,本發明關於應用某些殺真菌的活性化合物來保護收成的水果、剪摘下來的鮮花或蔬菜類,對抗植物病原性真菌。
Description
本發明關於一種用於保護收成的水果、剪摘下來的鮮花或蔬菜類在儲存條件下可對抗某種儲存疾病或表現的失調造成之腐爛的方法。特別地,本發明關於應用某些殺真菌的活性化合物來保護收成的水果、剪摘下來的鮮花或蔬菜類,對抗植物病原性真菌。
對於水果、剪摘下來的花及蔬菜類之任何預收成植物保護方案之目的,係用於防止可能損害水果、剪摘下來的花及蔬菜類之最後品質的疾病發展且得到充分的產量,於包裝期間,植物保護產品對水果、剪摘下來的花及蔬菜類之收成後應用系統,係針對於儲存及被運送至北半球各國家最後消費者手中時,得以保證水果及蔬菜類的健康。
迄今,例如,僅有少數的技術已被使用供防止灰黴菌(Botrytis cinerea)疾病,且其共同的方式係以二氧化硫(SO2)氣體處理,以二氧化硫(SO2)氣體處理僅能在施用時控制灰黴菌疾病-其並無殘存的效果,使用二氧化硫氣體之傳統方法的處理,例如,處理葡萄時,維持可被接受的狀態期間為30天,然而,水果出口商仍想找到另
一種替代的方法,其得以提供45至90天良好狀態之儲存,這將使他們有更充裕的時間以計劃出口、得到更佳的價格及更大的貿易利潤。
已知有許多的殺真菌的活性化合物可被使用以防止收成後的水果或蔬菜類之傷害,EP-A 0 972 4450關於一種處理收成後狀態下之水果及蔬菜類以達保存效果的方法;此方法包含冷卻水果至果核部分,然後以包括水性組成物之組成物,藉由浸泡淋洗處理,係藉由使用腐絕(thiabendazole)、一種萜類化合物、2-苯基苯酚及其鹽類及恩康唑(enilconazole)的殺真菌劑,在40至60℃下,預先處理水性組成物。
此外,使用植物保護產品之收成後的一種新系統得知自:WO 2007/009474,其中使用收成後靜電噴塗殺真菌劑,特別是揭露使用環醯菌胺(fenhexamid)。
也已知,使用依滅列(imazalil)、護汰寧(fludioxonil)及派美尼(pyrimethanil),用於收成後之處理(參考:WO 2005/074684,Journal of Agricultural Food Chemistry 2007,55,825-831以及Postharvest Biology and Technology 2006,42,75-85)。
此外,由於加諸於現今的殺真菌劑類在環境上及經濟上的要求,例如,就活性譜、毒性、選擇性、施用率、殘留物之形成、及有利的製備能力各方面,持續增加中,且,更可能有另外的問題,例如,對於已知的活性化合物發展出抗性,故對於至少在某些方面具有較已知部分為有利之新殺真菌劑,有固定研發新的殺真菌劑之任務,故,仍有發現及/或發展供收成後處理之其他殺真菌劑類的需求。
目前,令人驚異地發現,某些已知的殺真菌劑,特別是甲氧基丙烯酸酯(strobilurine)或(三)唑殺真菌劑類,可被使用供水果及蔬菜類之收成後處理以處理收成後及/或儲藏疾病類,本發明尚關於一種對抗某些收成後及/或儲藏疾病之方法,係藉由以某些殺真菌劑或其混合物處理被感染了這些病害之作物。
殺真菌劑以低施用率而具有極高的活性以對抗廣譜的儲藏疾病,可減少工作者的危險性及符合品質及安全的食品覆蓋的殘留物之需求,植物之相容性極佳,以各種不同的經控制之相對於溫度及濕度之大氣系統儲存條件下,已觀察到不會對水果及蔬菜類的外表面或軟組織造成傷害,相反的,水果的視覺外觀反而被提升了,化合物之殺真菌的性質使其得以被使用在不同的應用系統,像是,浸洗、濕透、置於大桶中之液體內攪動、噴灑、霧化、刷洗、打包及塗覆上一種蠟質物及靜電的及其他標靶的施用。
另種優點為,使用殺真菌劑類以控制收成後及/或儲藏疾病,可使收成後的水果或蔬菜類歷經較長的期間被運輸至較遠的地方。
因此,本發明關於使用至少一種挑選自包括下類之殺真菌劑的用途:(a)三氟敏(trifloxystrobin)、氟嘧菌酯(fluoxastrobin)、克收辛(kresoxim-甲基)、苯氧菌胺(metominostrobin)、醚菌胺(orysastrobin)、因司唑丙(enestrobin)及咪唑菌酮(fenamidone)、以及彼等之鹽類,(b)比多農(bitertanol)、溴克座(bromuconazole)、環克座(cyproconazole)、待克利(difenoconazole)、依普座(epoxiconazole)、芬克座(fenbuconazole)、苯鏽啶

根據本發明使用的活性化合物可以其市售可得的配製劑型式及由這些配製劑製備得的使用型式,或與其他已知的活性化合物類(例如,殺昆蟲劑、引誘劑、消毒劑、殺菌劑、殺蟎劑、殺線蟲劑、殺真菌劑、生長調節劑、殺草劑、安全劑、肥料或或化學傳訊劑)形成混合物被使用。
以根據本發明的活性化合物處理植物及植物部位的方式,可
直接地或藉由作用其環境、產地或儲存地帶,使用一般的方式施行,例如,藉由澆水(淋濕)、滴灌、噴灑、蒸氣、霧化、撒佈、塵染、泡沫、敷上,以及作成一種粉劑等,也可藉由超低容量法施用活性化合物,或藉由注射活性化合物配製劑或活性化合物本身進入土壤內之方式。
