Abstract
一種固定裝置,包括第一固定件及一套設於第一固定件週緣的第二固定件,第一固定件的週緣開設一卡孔,第二固定件對應卡孔的位置設有一卡入第一固定件的卡孔內的舌片。
Description
本發明涉及一種固定裝置,特別是一種用於太陽能模組支架的固定裝置。
習知技術中,安裝太陽能電池板的支架時,一般利用螺絲或者鉚釘對兩個元件進行連接固定,這些固定方式費時費力。
鑒於以上內容,有必要提供一種方便安裝的固定裝置。
一種固定裝置,包括第一固定件及一套設於第一固定件週緣的第二固定件,第一固定件的週緣開設一卡孔,第二固定件對應卡孔的位置設有一卡入第一固定件的卡孔內的舌片。
本發明固定裝置利用第二固定件的舌片卡入第一固定件的卡孔內,以限制第二固定件相對於第一固定件的沿第一固定件的長度方向的自由度,而不需要使用螺栓等其他固定件進行固定,組裝方便。
請參照圖1及圖3,本發明固定裝置較佳實施方式包括一第一固定件10及一第二固定件20。
第一固定件10的截面概呈“口”字形並於一端形成一開口,其包括一頂壁11及自頂壁11的兩側彎折形成的兩側壁13。頂壁11包括一凹板111及形成於凹板111兩側的兩凸板113。側壁13包括一凹板131及形成於凹板131兩側的兩凸板133。兩側壁13的鄰近頂壁11處的凸板133分別與頂壁11的兩凸板113垂直相接。每一凹板131鄰近一端處開設一矩形的卡孔135。
第二固定件20包括一頂壁21、自頂壁21的兩側彎折形成的兩側壁23及自兩側壁23的末端相向延伸形成的兩擋板25。頂壁21包括一凹板211及形成於凹板211兩側的兩凸板213。側壁23包括一凹板231及形成於凹板231兩側的兩凸板233。兩側壁23的鄰近頂壁21處的凸板233分別與頂壁21的兩凸板213垂直相接。每一凹板231開設一U形的開槽進而形成一矩形的舌片235。
請一併參閱圖2,組裝時,將第一固定件10的一端插設於第二固定件20內,使第二固定件20的頂壁21及側壁23分別與第一固定件10的頂壁11及側壁13相貼合,第二固定件20的兩擋板25分別抵接於第一固定件10的兩側壁13的遠離頂壁11一側的凸板133的末端,進而限制第一固定件10與第二固定件20的沿週緣的各方向的自由度。第二固定件20的舌片235正對第一固定件10的卡孔135。朝內彎折舌片235使舌片235卡入對應的卡孔135內。舌片235沿第二固定件20的長度方向的尺寸大致與卡孔135沿第一固定件10的長度方向的尺寸相等,以適於緊密卡入卡孔135,進而限制第一固定件10與第二固定件20沿第一固定件10的長度方向的自由度。本實施方式中,可以在舌片235的內側根部衝設刻痕237,利於對舌片235進行彎折。
在其他實施方式中,第一固定件10及第二固定件20的截面也可以是圓形等其他形狀,只要第二固定件20能包覆於第一固定件10上以限制週緣上各方向的自由度即可。
本發明固定裝置利用第二固定件20的舌片235卡入第一固定件10的卡孔135內,以限制第二固定件20相對於第一固定件10的沿第一固定件10的長度方向的的自由度,而不需要使用螺栓等其他固定件進行固定,組裝方便。
綜上所述,本發明符合發明專利要件,爰依法提出專利申請。惟,以上所述者僅為本發明之較佳實施方式,舉凡熟悉本案技藝之人士,在爰依本發明精神所作之等效修飾或變化,皆應涵蓋於以下之申請專利範圍內。

Claims (6)
- 一種固定裝置,包括第一固定件及一套設於第一固定件週緣的第二固定件,第一固定件的週緣開設一卡孔,第二固定件對應卡孔的位置設有一卡入第一固定件的卡孔內的舌片。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之固定裝置,其中第一固定件的截面概呈“口”字形並於一端形成一開口,包括一頂壁及自頂壁的兩側彎折形成的兩側壁,第二固定件包括一頂壁、自頂壁的兩側彎折形成的兩側壁及自兩側壁的末端相向延伸形成的兩擋板,第二固定件的頂壁及側壁分別與第一固定件的頂壁及側壁相貼合,第二固定件的兩擋板分別抵接於第一固定件的兩側壁的遠離頂壁一側。
- 如申請專利範圍第2項所述之固定裝置,其中第一固定件及第二固定件的頂壁各包括一凹板及形成於凹板兩側的兩凸板,第一固定件及第二固定件的側壁各包括一凹板及形成於凹板兩側的兩凸板,卡孔開設於第一固定件的一側壁的凹板上,舌片凸設於第二固定件的一側壁的凹板上。
- 如申請專利範圍第3項所述之固定裝置,其中第一固定件的兩側壁的鄰近頂壁處的凸板分別與頂壁的兩凸板垂直相接,第二固定件的兩側壁的鄰近頂壁處的凸板分別與頂壁的兩凸板垂直相接。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之固定裝置,其中舌片沿第二固定件的長度方向的尺寸適於緊密卡入卡孔。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之固定裝置,其中舌片與卡孔均呈矩形。
