Abstract
一種傳動裝置,包括支架、傳送帶及從動模組,所述支架包括有固定板,所述傳送帶披掛於所述從動模組上,所述從動模組固定於所述固定板上,且能夠於傳送帶之驅使下相對所述固定板沿一第一方向滑動,所述傳動裝置還包括有限位件,所述固定板上設有限位片,所述限位件位於所述從動模組之一側,且轉動固定於所述限位片上,所述限位件抵靠於所述從動模組上,防止所述從動模組沿所述第一方向滑動。
Description
本發明涉及一種傳動裝置,特別是指一種噴墨式印表機中噴頭之傳動裝置。
於噴墨式印表機中,包括有用以噴墨之噴頭及滑竿。該噴頭是滑動固定於滑竿上,並藉由一傳動裝置讓該噴頭滑動。該傳動裝置包括有傳送帶、馬達及從動模組。該馬達掛載於傳送帶之一端,為傳送帶提供動力源。該從動模組掛載於傳送帶之另一端,並且藉由一夾持結構或螺絲滑動固定於一支架上。藉由滑動該從動模組,調整該從動模組與該馬達之間之相對位置,就可以調整傳送帶之張力值。然而,該夾持結構或螺絲會因為多種原因而松脫,從而造成該從動模組有所松脫。傳送帶之張力值就會受到影響,進而影響了噴頭之噴墨品質。
鑒於以上內容,有必要提供一種可防止從動模組松脫之傳動裝置。
一種傳動裝置,包括支架、傳送帶及從動模組,所述支架包括有固定板,所述傳送帶披掛於所述從動模組上,所述從動模組固定於所述固定板上,且能夠於傳送帶之驅使下相對所述固定板沿一第一方向滑動,所述傳動裝置還包括有限位件,所述固定板上設有限位片,所述限位件位於所述從動模組之一側,且轉動固定於所述限位片上,所述限位件抵靠於所述從動模組上,防止所述從動模組沿所述第一方向滑動。
相較於習知技術,於上述傳動裝置中,藉由一限位件固定於限位片上,並抵靠於從動模組上。該限位件於該從動模組之移動方向上抵靠並限制該從動模組,就能防止該從動模組於其移動方向上滑動,保證了張力值不受改變。另外,該限位件可相對該限位片滑動,這樣就可以抵靠於不同規格之從動模組上,使用起來極為方便。
請參考圖1及圖2,本發明之一較佳實施方式中,一傳動裝置包括一支架10、一傳送帶20、一從動模組30及一限位件50。
所述支架10包括一固定板11。所述固定板11向上凸設一限位片111,且開設有一固定孔112及四個呈一矩形排列之滑槽114。所述限位片111開設一鎖孔115。所述鎖孔115設有內螺紋,且用以鎖住所述限位件50。每一滑槽114包括一較大部1141及一與所述較大部1141相通之較小部1143。於一實施方式中,所述限位片111大致垂直所述固定板11。
所述從動模組30包括一從動輪31、一墊片32、及一用以固定所述從動輪31之基座37。所述基座37可相對所述固定板11滑動,並包括一安裝板371及一連接於所述安裝板371之夾持板373。所述安裝板371開設有一長形基孔3711,並對應所述固定板11之滑槽114豎直向下延伸有四個卡固塊3713。所述基孔3711可與所述固定板11之固定孔112對齊而讓一鎖固件33鎖入其中,而可將基座37固定於所述固定板11上。所述安裝板371於遠離所述夾持板373之一側延伸一延伸臂374。所述延伸臂374具有一大致垂直所述安裝板371之側面3741。所述從動輪31及所述墊片32夾持於所述夾持板373及所述安裝板371之間。於一實施方式中,四個所述卡固塊3713呈一矩形排列。
所述限位件50包括一頭部51及一螺紋部52。所述頭部51之直徑大於所述螺紋部52之直徑。所述螺紋部52設有與所述鎖孔115之內螺紋對應之外螺紋521。於一實施方式中,所述限位件50為一螺絲。
請參閱圖3及圖4,組裝時,將所述基座37之卡固塊3713對應插入所述固定板11之滑槽114之較大部1141中,而將所述基座37滑動固定於所述固定板11上。將所述從動輪31放置於所述基座37之夾持板373與安裝板371之間,且所述夾持板373抵靠於所述墊片32上,所述墊片32抵靠於所述從動輪31上。所述固定孔112對齊所述基孔3711。所述延伸臂374與所述限位片111相對,且對齊所述鎖孔115。將所述傳送帶20套設於所述從動輪31上與一馬達(圖未示)上。從而,所述從動模組30滑動固定於所述固定板11上。所述延伸臂374之延伸方向大致垂直所述限位片111。將所述限位件50之螺紋部52旋入所述鎖孔115中。
使用時,沿一第一方向滑動所述從動模組30,使所述傳送帶20之張力值達到預設值。將所述鎖固件33自所述基孔3711鎖入所述固定孔112中,從而,防止所述從動模組30相對所述固定板11滑動。此時,若鎖固件33松脫,所述從動模組30將相對所述固定板11沿所述第一方向滑動,就會影響傳送帶20之張力值。但由於所述限位件50之存在,旋動所述限位件50,使所述螺紋部52之末端抵靠於所述延伸臂374之側面3741上。所述限位件50於所述第一方向將所述從動模組30限位住,從而,防止了所述鎖固件33於松脫時,所述從動模組30沿所述第一方向滑動。

Claims (10)
- 一種傳動裝置,包括支架、傳送帶及從動模組,所述支架包括有固定板,所述傳送帶披掛於所述從動模組上,所述從動模組固定於所述固定板上,且能夠於傳送帶之驅使下相對所述固定板沿一第一方向滑動,所述傳動裝置還包括有限位件,所述固定板上設有限位片,所述限位件位於所述從動模組之一側,且轉動固定於所述限位片上,所述限位件抵靠於所述從動模組上,防止所述從動模組沿所述第一方向滑動。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之傳動裝置,其中所述從動模組包括有從動輪及用以固定所述從動輪之基座,所述從動輪固定於所述基座之一側,所述基座之另一側設有延伸臂,所述限位件抵靠於所述延伸臂上。
- 如申請專利範圍第2項所述之傳動裝置,其中所述延伸臂具有大致垂直所述固定板之側面,所述限位件抵靠於所述側面上。
- 如申請專利範圍第3項所述之傳動裝置,其中所述限位片設有鎖孔,所述鎖孔內設有內螺紋,所述限位件包括有螺紋部,所述螺紋部設有與所述內螺紋相對應之外螺紋。
- 如申請專利範圍第4項所述之傳動裝置,其中所述螺紋部轉動固定於所述鎖孔中,且所述螺紋部之末端抵靠於所述側面上。
- 如申請專利範圍第2項所述之傳動裝置,其中所述基座包括有安裝板及連接所述安裝板之夾持板,所述從動輪被夾持於所述夾持板與所述安裝板之間。
- 如申請專利範圍第6項所述之傳動裝置,其中所述傳動裝置還包括有鎖固件,所述安裝板設有長形基孔,所述固定板上設有固定孔,所述鎖固件自所述長形基孔鎖固於所述固定孔中。
- 如申請專利範圍第6項所述之傳動裝置,其中所述固定板還設有至少一滑槽,所述滑槽設有包括較大部及與所述較大部相通之較小部,所述安裝板上設有至少一卡固塊,所述卡固塊自所述較大部穿過而卡於所述較小部中。
- 如申請專利範圍第8項所述之傳動裝置,其中所述至少一滑槽包括有四個呈矩形排列之滑槽,所述至少一卡固塊包括有四個呈矩形排列之卡固塊。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之傳動裝置,其中所述限位件為一螺絲。
