Abstract
Description

產品外型以沖壓、線切割、銑床和車床等各式CNC加工成型後，另在異材結合處以CNC銑出溝槽，將Poly溶解後調入融膠滴入溝槽內，待冷卻後結合，Logo部分先在316白鋼上做腐蝕處理以Logo定位之用，待Logo電鍍完成後焊入其溝槽，其表面佈兩斜條316白鋼另做亮面處理，其餘為霧面處理。 After the product is shaped by various CNC machining such as stamping, wire cutting, milling machine and lathe, the groove is CNC milled at the joint of different materials, and the Poly is dissolved and transferred into the groove, and then combined after cooling.
