Abstract
本發明係關於有害生物防治組成物,其係含有式(1)所示之化合物、由群(A)選出的1種以上之化合物與由群(B)選出的1種以上之化合物。□群(A):滅芬諾(Methoxyfenozide)、得芬諾(Tebufenozide)及可芬諾(Chromafenozide)所成之群。群(B):福多寧(Flutolanil)、戊菌隆(Pencycuron)、N-〔2-(1,3-二甲基丁基)苯基〕-1,3-二甲基-5-氟-1H-吡唑-4-羧醯胺、呋吡菌胺及井岡黴素A所成之群。本發明之有害生物防治組成物係對於有害生物具有優異的防治效力。
Description
本發明為關於有害生物防治組成物及有害生物的防治方法者。
到目前為止,將有害生物的防治作為目的,已研究各種之化合物,且供於實用。有害生物防治組成物的有效成分方面,已知可舉例如式(1)所示之化合物(例如參照專利文獻1)。
又,式(2)所示之滅芬諾、
式(3)所示之得芬諾、及
式(4)所示之可芬諾,
已知皆為顯示殺蟲活性之化合物(例如參照非專利文獻1)。

本發明之課題為提供一種對於有害生物具有優異的防治效力的有害生物防治組成物及有害生物的防治方法。
本發明者等,發現對於有害生物具有優異的防治效力的有害生物防治組成物經檢討之結果,發現含有式(1)所示之化合物、由群(A)選出的1種以上之化合物、以及由群(B)選出的1種以上之化合物的組成物為對於有
害生物具有優異的防治效力,而完成本發明。
意即,所謂本發明為以下者。
〔1〕一種有害生物防治組成物,其係含有式(1)所示之化合物、由群(A)選出的1種以上之化合物以及由群(B)選出的1種以上之化合物:
群(A):滅芬諾、得芬諾及可芬諾所成之群;群(B):福多寧、戊菌隆、N-〔2-(1,3-二甲基丁基)苯基〕-1,3-二甲基-5-氟-1H-吡唑-4-羧醯胺、呋吡菌胺及井岡黴素A所成之群。
〔2〕如〔1〕之有害生物防治組成物,其中,式(1)所示之化合物與由群(A)選出的1種以上之化合物的重量比為50:1~1:50。
〔3〕如〔1〕或〔2〕之有害生物防治組成物,其中,式(1)所示之化合物與由群(B)選出的1種以上之化合物的重量比為100:1~1:100。
〔4〕如〔1〕~〔3〕中任一項之有害生物防治組成物,其中,由群(B)選出的1種以上之化合物為福多寧、戊菌隆或N-〔2-(1,3-二甲基丁基)苯基〕-1,3-二甲基-5-氟-1H-吡唑-4-羧醯胺。
〔5〕一種有害生物的防治方法,其係包含將如〔1〕
~〔4〕中任一項之有害生物防治組成物的有效量施用於植物或植物的栽培地之步驟。
〔6〕如〔5〕之有害生物的防治方法,其中,施用於植物或植物的栽培地之步驟為施用於稻或稻的栽培地之步驟。
〔7〕一種上述式(1)所示之化合物、上述由群(A)選出的1種以上之化合物以及上述由群(B)選出的1種以上之化合物之用以防治有害生物之使用。
根據本發明,可提供一種對於有害生物具有優異的防治效力的有害生物防治組成物及有害生物防治方法。
所謂本發明之有害生物防治組成物,其係含有式(1)所示之化合物(以下,或記為本吡啶化合物)、由群(A)選出的1種以上之化合物(以下,或記為本醯肼化合物)、以及由群(B)選出的1種以上之化合物(以下,或記為本植物病害防治化合物)者。
群(A):滅芬諾、得芬諾及可芬諾所成之群。
群(B):福多寧、戊菌隆、N-〔2-(1,3-二甲基丁基)苯基〕-1,3-二甲基-5-氟-1H-吡唑-4-羧醯胺(以下,或記為化合物(I))、呋吡菌胺及井岡黴素A所成之群。
用於本發明之本吡啶化合物為公知之化合物,例如可用國際公開第2007/115644號小冊子所記載之方法製得。
用於本發明之滅芬諾、得芬諾、可芬諾、福多寧、戊
菌隆、呋吡菌胺及井岡黴素A皆為公知之化合物,例如記載於「The Pesticide Manual-15th edition(BCPC刊);ISBN 978-1-901396-18-8」之764、1074、211、559、871、580及1187頁等。此等之化合物可從市售的製劑取得,或是藉由公知的方法製造而取得。
又,用於本發明之化合物(I)亦為公知之化合物,例如記載於國際公開第2003/010149號小冊子等。此化合物可藉由該公報所記載之方法製造而取得。
在本發明之有害生物防治組成物中,本吡啶化合物與本醯肼化合物與本植物病害防治化合物的含有比例,雖並未特別限定,但以相對於本吡啶化合物100重量份,本醯肼化合物通常為0.2~50000重量份,較佳為2~5000重量份,本植物病害防治化合物通常為0.1~100000重量份,較佳為1~10000重量份。意即,本吡啶化合物與本醯肼化合物的重量比通常為500:1~1:500,較佳為50:1~1:50,本吡啶化合物與本植物病害防治化合物的重量比通常為1000:1~1:1000,較佳為100:1~1:100。又,作為本吡啶化合物與本醯肼化合物與本植物病害防治化合物的重量比之例,可列舉組合上述重量比。進而本發明之有害生物防治組成物方面,可舉例如相對於本吡啶化合物100重量份,本醯肼化合物為10~10000重量份、本植物防治化合物為10~20000重量份者,相對於本吡啶化合物100重量份,本醯肼化合物為50~150重量份、本植物病害防治化合物含有100~10000重量份者。
本發明之有害生物防治組成物,雖可為單混合本吡啶化合物與本醯肼化合物與本植物病害防治化合物,惟通常為混合本吡啶化合物、本醯肼化合物及本植物病害防治化合物與固體擔體及液體擔體等之不活性擔體,並因應需要而添加界面活性劑或其他的製劑用輔助劑,使用製劑化於油劑、乳劑、流動劑、水合劑、顆粒水合劑、粉劑、粒劑等者。
又,前述之經製劑化的有害生物防治組成物,可直接或添加其他惰性成分而作為有害生物防治劑使用。
本發明之有害生物防治組成物中,本吡啶化合物、本醯肼化合物及本植物病害防治化合物的合計量通常為0.01~99重量%,較佳為0.1~90重量%之範圍,更佳為0.5~70重量%之範圍。
用於製劑化之際的固體擔體方面,可舉例如由高嶺土黏土、綠坡縷石黏土(Attapulgite clay)、皂土、蒙脫土、酸性白土、葉蠟石、滑石、矽藻土、方解石等之礦物、玉米穗軸粉、核桃殼粉等之天然有機物、尿素等之合成有機物、碳酸鈣、硫酸銨等之鹽類、合成含氫氧化矽等之合成無機物等所構成之微粉末或粒狀物等,液體擔體方面,可舉例如二甲苯、烷基苯、甲基萘等之芳香族烴類、2-丙醇、乙二醇、丙二醇、乙二醇單乙基醚等之醇類、丙酮、環己酮、異佛耳酮等之酮類、大豆油、棉籽油等之植物油、石油系脂肪族烴類、酯類、二甲基亞碸、乙腈及水。
界面活性劑方面,可舉例如烷基硫酸鹽、烷基芳基磺
酸鹽、二烷基磺酸基琥珀酸鹽、聚氧乙烯烷基芳基醚磷酸酯鹽、木質磺酸鹽、萘磺酸鹽甲醛縮聚物等之陰離子界面活性劑及聚氧乙烯烷基芳基醚、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯嵌段共聚物、山梨醇酐脂肪酸酯等之非離子界面活性劑、及烷基三甲基銨鹽等之陽離子界面活性劑。
其他的製劑用輔助劑方面,可舉例如聚乙烯醇、聚乙烯基吡咯啶酮等之水溶性高分子、阿拉伯樹膠、褐藻酸及其鹽、CMC(羧甲基纖維素)、黃原膠等之多糖類、鋁鎂矽酸鹽、氧化鋁溶膠等之無機物、防腐劑、著色劑及PAP(酸性磷酸異丙基)、BHT等之安定化劑。
本發明之有害生物防治組成物,係為了可用於從藉由進行對植物攝食、吸汁等加害的有害生物(例如有害昆蟲等之有害節足動物)之加害而保護植物。
本發明之有害生物防治組成物為具有防治效力之有害生物的具體例方面,可舉出以下之有害節足動物。
半翅目害蟲:斑飛蝨(Laodelphax striatellus)、褐飛蝨(Nilaparvata lugens)、白背飛蝨(Sogatella furcifera)等之浮塵子類、偽黑尾葉蟬(Nephotettix cincticeps)、二點黑尾葉蟬(Nephotettix virescens)、電光葉蟬(Recilia dorsalis)、假眼小綠葉蟬(Empoasca onukii)等之葉蟬類、棉蚜(Aphis gossypii)、桃蚜(Myzus persicae)、菜蚜(Brevicoryne brassicae)、捲葉蚜(Aphis spiraecola)、馬鈴薯長管蚜(Macrosiphum euphorbiae)、馬鈴薯蚜(Aulacorthum solani)、稻麥蚜

本發明之有害生物防治組成物,可於包含下述「作物」之植物的有害生物防治中使用。惟,此等之植物為例示並非限定於此等者。

上述植物,可為藉由基因重組技術或交配且由育種法賦予耐性之植物。
本發明之有害生物防治組成物,可藉由施用在植物或植物的栽培地,防治有害生物。於此植物方面,可舉出植物的莖葉、植物的花、植物的實、植物的種子等。
本發明之有害生物的防治方法,雖可藉由將本發明之有害生物防治組成物施用在植物或植物的栽培地進行,具體而言,例如可列舉對莖葉散佈等之植物的莖葉之施用、對植物的種子之處理、土壤處理、對水面施用等之植物的栽培地之施用等。
在本發明中對莖葉散佈等之植物的莖葉之施用方面,可舉出具體而言,例如藉由使用手動噴霧器、動力噴霧器、桿架式噴霧機或是Pangkur噴霧機進行地上散佈、或使用飛機、有人直升機或是無人直升機進行空中散佈等,施用在經栽培之植物的表面之方法。
將本發明之有害生物組成物施用在植物或植物的栽培地時,其施用量可因施用植物的種類、為防治對象之有害
生物的種類或發生程度、製劑形態、施用時期、氣象條件等而變化,本吡啶化合物與本醯肼化合物與本植物病害防治化合物的合計量方面,栽培該植物的場所每1000m2通常為0.5~3000g,較佳為5~300g。
製劑形態為乳劑、水合劑、流動劑等時,通常藉由以水稀釋散佈進行施用。此時,本吡啶化合物與本醯肼化合物與本植物病害防治化合物的合計濃度通常稀釋為0.000005~10重量%,較佳為0.00001~5重量%之範圍。粉劑、粒劑等之情況時通常不稀釋直接施用。
以下,雖將本發明以製劑例及試驗例進一步詳細說明,但本發明並非僅限定於以下之例。尚且,以下之例中,份除非是有特別規定係表示重量份。

上,將含有前述展著劑之水每株散佈10 ml。將此稻幼苗風乾後,放入加4.8 ml水之玻璃製試驗管中(直徑30 mm、高度200 mm)。於該試驗管中各放飼10頭茶褐色稻蝨之3齡幼蟲,並置於室內(25℃、濕度55%)。將此等作為無處理區。
在5日後各自觀察處理區及無處理區之供作測試幼蟲之生死。從其觀察結果,算出藉由式1)之死蟲率,以及藉由式2)之修正死蟲率。尚且,試驗係進行2次重複。
將其平均值表示於表3。
式1);死蟲率(%)=(供作測試蟲數-生存蟲數)/供作測試蟲數×100
式2);修正死蟲率(%)={(處理區死蟲率-無處理區死蟲率)/(100-無處理區死蟲率)}×100
將本吡啶化合物3 mg各自溶解於含有5%(w/v)丙酮(和光純藥工業製)之界面活性劑(聚氧乙烯山梨醇酐單椰子油脂酸酯,商品名:Sorugen TW-20,第一工業製藥製)0.2 ml之後,以水稀釋成含有0.02容量%之規定濃度的展著劑(商品名:Dyne(登錄商標),住友化學園藝
製)。將滅芬諾、可芬諾、得芬諾、福多寧、戊菌隆及化合物(I)之規定量各自溶解於含有5%(w/v)丙酮(和光純藥工業製)之界面活性劑(聚氧乙烯山梨醇酐單椰子油脂酸酯,商品名:Sorugen TW-20,第一工業製藥製)0.2 ml之後,以水稀釋成含有0.02容量%之規定濃度的展著劑(商品名:Dyne(登錄商標),住友化學園藝製)。
將本吡啶化合物的水稀釋液、與滅芬諾、可芬諾或得芬諾的水稀釋液、與福多寧、戊菌隆或化合物(I)的水稀釋液混合成規定之濃度,來調製試驗用藥液。
播種在加入培養土之塑膠製培養盆後1個月左右,在經育苗已完全展開第6本葉之稻(Oryza sativa、品種:七顆星)上,將前述試驗用藥液使用噴霧槍每1培養盆散佈處理10 ml。風乾後,在PDA培養基中培養3天,將分佈在9 cm淺盤上之紋枯病菌之1 cm2左右菌群圓盤(Bacterial flora disk)接種於稻植株上,於28℃之濕室(濕度95-100%)內栽培7天,測定高病斑(為處理區之高病斑)。尚且,試驗係進行2次重複。
除了未散佈試驗用藥液之外其他與前述相同方式栽培稻,測定高病斑(為處理區之高病斑)。藉由下述之式3)算出防治價。

Claims (7)
- 一種有害生物防治組成物,其係含有式(1)所示之化合物、由群(A)選出的1種以上之化合物以及由群(B)選出的1種以上之化合物;
群(A):滅芬諾、得芬諾及可芬諾所成之群;群(B):福多寧、戊菌隆、N-〔2-(1,3-二甲基丁基)苯基〕-1,3-二甲基-5-氟-1H-吡唑-4-羧醯胺、呋吡菌胺及井岡黴素A所成之群。 - 如請求項1之有害生物防治組成物,其中,式(1)所示之化合物與由群(A)選出的1種以上之化合物的重量比為50:1~1:50。
- 如請求項1或2之有害生物防治組成物,其中,式(1)所示之化合物與由群(B)選出的1種以上之化合物的重量比為100:1~1:100。
- 如請求項1~3中任一項之有害生物防治組成物,其中,由群(B)選出的1種以上之化合物為福多寧、戊菌隆或N-〔2-(1,3-二甲基丁基)苯基〕-1,3-二甲基-5-氟-1H-吡唑-4-羧醯胺。
- 一種有害生物的防治方法,其係包含將如請求項1~4中任一項之有害生物防治組成物的有效量施用於植物 或植物的栽培地之步驟。
- 如請求項5之有害生物的防治方法,其中,施用於植物或植物的栽培地的步驟為施用於稻或稻的栽培地之步驟。
- 一種式(1)所示之化合物、由群(A)選出的1種以上之化合物以及由群(B)選出的1種以上之化合物之用以防治有害生物之使用;
群(A):滅芬諾、得芬諾及可芬諾所成之群;群(B):福多寧、戊菌隆、N-〔2-(1,3-二甲基丁基)苯基〕-1,3-二甲基-5-氟-1H-吡唑-4-羧醯胺、呋吡菌胺及井岡黴素A所成之群。
