Abstract

A material management and detection system is disclosed, which comprises a plurality of fixed-position radio frequency identification (RFID) tags, a dynamic detection unit and a terminal equipment. The fixed-position RFID tags are respectively installed in a plurality of material zones and spaced in a predetermined distance, and are respectively stored with a first identification code corresponding to the material zone. The dynamic detection unit comprises an exciter and a RFID reader installed in a carrier, wherein the exciter is stored with a second identification code. The exciter is used for exciting the fixed-position RFID tags, and then for writing the second identification code into the corresponding fixed-position RFID tags. The RFID reader communicates with the fixed-position RFID tag within a range and having both the first and second identification codes. After the terminal equipment acquires the first identification code and the second identification code, it determines the position of the carrier relative to the material zone. Therefore, by means of dual-signal positioning, the present invention can effectively enhance positioning precision, as well as determine shipment and inventory statuses of the material zone.

Description

Material management inspection system

The invention relates to a material management detection system, in particular to a material management detection system for tracking and positioning a carrier.

The use of radio frequency technology to detect the location of a mobile object, thereby achieving tracking and management purposes, has been widely used in personnel management or material management, such as the Republic of China Patent No. 200723142, No. M348285, No. I325122, Case No. I238972, No. 201033906, No. 200933518, No. 200407741, No. 200910240, No. 200910240, No. I238713, No. 201117989, etc.

Referring to FIG. 1 , the case of the case No. M348285 mainly includes a shelf 11 partitioning the number of storage areas 111 , a number of radio frequency tags 12 corresponding to each storage area 111 mounted on the shelf 11 , and a frame 13 . A computer 14 mounted on the frame 13 and an antenna reading unit 15 disposed on the frame 13 and connected to the computer 14. The antenna reading unit 15 receives radio waves from the radio frequency tag 12. Thereby, when the frame 13 moves within the sensing range of the radio frequency tags 12, the antenna reading unit 15 receives radio waves from the radio frequency tags 12 and transmits them to the computer 14, thereby judging The frame 13 corresponds to the position where the storage area 111 stays, and the material obtained.

However, since the sensing ranges of the radio frequency tags 12 overlap each other, the antenna reading unit 15 affects the accuracy and the recognition rate during the sensing, and more or less has an error distance. There is still room for improvement in the accuracy of positioning.

Referring to FIG. 2, another example is the case of No. 200910240, which mainly includes a plurality of electronic tags 22 respectively installed in a plurality of shopping areas 21, a shopping assistant machine 23 attached to a consumer, and is disposed in a checkout area 24. A data reader 25. When the consumer carries the shopping assistant machine 23 through the aforementioned shopping area 21, the electric wave sent by the electronic tag 22 is received, and the product information of the shopping area 21 is displayed, and after the consumer confirms the purchase, it is only necessary to go to the checkout. The area 24 is checked out, and the information of the purchased item is obtained through the material reader 25, and the process of purchasing the item can be completed.

However, similarly, since the sensing ranges of the electronic tags 22 overlap each other, the accuracy and recognition rate of the sensing assistant 23 may be affected unless a shopping area 21 is placed with only one product. And the appropriate spacing, however, such a configuration, there will be space, space efficiency can not be improved.

Therefore, the object of the present invention is to provide a material management detection system that can effectively improve positioning accuracy and improve space efficiency.

Therefore, the material management detection system of the present invention is installed in a space, and the space is divided into a plurality of material areas of the reserve materials, and at least one carrier carries the materials obtained by the material area, and the material management detection system includes a plurality of fixed points. A radio frequency tag, a motion detection unit, and a terminal device. The fixed-point radio frequency tags are respectively disposed in the material area and separated by a predetermined interval, and respectively store a first identification code corresponding to the material area. The motion detecting unit has an excitation device and an RF reader/writer disposed on the carrier, and the trigger device stores a second identification code related to the carrier information, and has an excitation range smaller than the predetermined interval, and is used for After exciting the fixed-point radio frequency tag in the excitation range, the second identification code is written into the corresponding fixed-point radio frequency tag, and the radio frequency reader/writer communicates with the fixed-point radio frequency tag in the range and including the first identification code and the second identification code. . The terminal device communicates with the motion detection unit, and after obtaining the first identification code and the second identification code, determining the location of the carrier and the corresponding material area.

The invention has the beneficial effects of effectively improving the accuracy of positioning and accurately determining the shipment and inventory situation of the material area by means of dual signal positioning.

The above and other technical features, features, and advantages of the present invention will be apparent from the following detailed description of the preferred embodiments.

7。Referring to Figures 3, 4, and 5, a first preferred embodiment of the material management detection system of the present invention is installed in a space 3. The space 3 can be an office, a store, a warehouse, a parking lot, etc., and is divided into a plurality of material areas 31 of the stock material 30 for at least one carrier 4 carrying the material 30 obtained from the material area 31. The material 30 is affixed with a code 301 in the preferred embodiment. The carrier 4 is a cart in the preferred embodiment. The material management detection system includes a plurality of fixed point radio frequency tags 5, a motion detection unit 6, and a terminal device 7.

The fixed-point RFID tags 5 are respectively disposed in the material area 31 and separated by a predetermined interval L, and respectively store a first identification code corresponding to the material area 31 and the related material area 31. The first identification code includes a fixed address of the material area 31 and related information of the material 30 stored in the material area 31.

The motion detecting unit 6 has an exciter 61 disposed on the carrier 4, a radio frequency reader (RFID reader) 62, and a servo device 63. The trigger 61 stores a second identification code associated with the information of the carrier 4, and has an excitation range D smaller than the predetermined interval L for exciting the fixed-point radio frequency tag 4 in the excitation range D. The aforementioned excitation range is between 0.5 meters and 2.5 meters. The RF reader/writer 62 communicates with a fixed-point RF tag 5 in the range. The servo device 63 has a central control module 630 communicating with the radio frequency reader/writer 62, a communication module 631 communicating with the terminal device 7, and a scanner 632. The scanner 632 is a barcode scanner.

The terminal device 7 is disposed at the remote end in the preferred embodiment, and communicates with the communication module 631 of the servo device 63 through wireless communication technology.

5。When the carrier moving object 6 travels in the space 3, the trigger 61 attached to the carrier 4 excites the fixed-point radio frequency tag 5 in the excitation range D, since the excitation range D is smaller than the predetermined spacing L, and the excitation range D It is only between 0.5 meters and 2.5 meters. Therefore, it means that the carrier 4 must be adjacent to a specific material area 31 and adjacent to the fixed-point radio frequency tag 5, so that the fixed-point radio frequency tag in the excitation range D can be excited through the trigger 61. 5. Write the second identification code to the fixed point radio frequency tag 5.

7。At this time, the RF reader/writer 62 receives the first identification code and the second identification code in the range and transmitted by the fixed-point RF tags 5, and transmits the same to the central control module 630, because the RF reader/writer 62 The receiving range is large, and the first identification code sent by the adjacent fixed-point radio frequency tag 5 is received at the same time. Therefore, the central control module 630 excludes the message sent by the fixed-point radio frequency tag 5 that does not include the second identification code. The first identification code and the second identification code are transmitted to the terminal device 7 only through the communication module 631 for the specific radio frequency tag 5.

Thereby, the terminal device 7 can interpret the first identification code and the second identification code, and determine the position of the carrier 4 and the corresponding material area 31. At this time, if the material 30 is extracted from the material area 31, then The barcode 301 on the material 30 is scanned by the scanner 632, and the image of the barcode 301 is transmitted to the terminal device 7 through the communication module 631, so that the terminal device 7 can read the image according to the image of the barcode 301. The material 30 information extracted by the carrier 4 and whether the extraction operation is completed.

It is worth mentioning that the terminal device 7 can also be disposed on the carrier 4, and communicate with the communication module 631 of the servo device 63 through wired communication technology, and is displayed with a display screen (not shown). The aforementioned location information.

Referring to FIG. 6, a second preferred embodiment of the present invention is substantially the same as the first preferred embodiment, and the difference lies in:

The servo device 63 of the motion detecting unit 6 further has a warning component 633 controlled by the central control module 630. The alert component 633 can be a warning light, or a display screen, or a buzzer.

Therefore, the preferred embodiment can be applied to a material inspection system in conjunction with a general factory building, mainly in the process of the carrier 4 passing through the material areas 31, and the terminal device 7 interprets the first identification code and the The second identification code determines the position of the carrier 4 and the corresponding material area 31. When the carrier 4 reaches the material area 31 of the required material 30, the central control module 630 of the servo device 63 controls the generation of the warning element 633. A warning message informs the clerk to control the carrier 4 to park in the opposite material area 31 to complete the action of extracting the material 30.

It is to be noted that the present invention can also know the movement area of the carrier 4, the time difference of each fixed point, and the image of the barcode 301, and know the material area 31 where the carrier 4 stays, and whether the action of extracting the material 30 is completed. For example, the warehouse management can reliably complete the inspection operation of the material 30 and control the reserve quantity of the materials 30 in each material area 31. Taking the store as an example, it is possible to further control the more popular or more attractive materials 30 in the space 3, assisting the industry to observe the analysis of shopping behavior in different time periods, and the best-selling information of the products.

According to the above description, the material management detection system of the present invention has the following advantages and effects:

1. The second programming code generated by the trigger 61 with a small excitation range D is used as the basis for the RF reader 62 to adopt the first identification code, thereby adopting a dual signal positioning manner. The current position, dwell time, and movement trajectory of the carrier 4 are accurately calculated, and the error value can be reduced, and the accuracy in positioning can be improved.

2. It is important that the foregoing method of restricting whether the first identification code is adopted by the second identification code enables the material areas 31 to be adjacent to each other within a limited range without mutual interference and can be reduced. Take up space and enhance space efficiency.

3. The present invention provides a function of detecting and locating a fixed-point radio frequency tag 5 with a low cost, a small size, and a large number, and a single motion detecting unit 6 attached to the carrier 4, thereby not only greatly expanding Increase the reading point, and can achieve an optimal balance between cost and accuracy, which is in line with economic benefits.

The above is only the preferred embodiment of the present invention, and the scope of the invention is not limited thereto, that is, the simple equivalent changes and modifications made by the scope of the invention and the description of the invention are All remain within the scope of the invention patent.
