Abstract

一種發光二極體燈具,其包括燈殼、設置於燈殼內之光源模組、散熱器以及驅動電路模組。所述散熱器包括一鰭片組,所述鰭片組由多片相互層疊之散熱片構成。鰭片組之中心開設形成有一通孔,所述電路驅動模組穿過鰭片組之通孔與所述光源模組電性連接。所述鰭片組圍設並接觸電路驅動模組,以吸收電路驅動模組之熱量,並進行散熱。

Description

發光二極體燈具
本發明涉及一種發光二極體燈具。
發光二極體是一種節能、環保、長壽命之固體光源,因此近十幾年來對發光二極體技術之研究一直非常活躍,發光二極體也有漸漸取代日光燈、白熾燈等傳統光源之趨勢。
但是,發光二極體燈具由於使用了大量之發光二極體,大量之發光二極體會散發大量之熱量,這些熱量聚集起來將會對燈具之驅動電路模組造成傷害,會嚴重影響發光二極體燈具之使用壽命和運行之穩定性。
有鑒於此,有必要提供一種能夠有效對驅動電路模組進行散熱之發光二極體燈具。
一種發光二極體燈具,其包括燈殼、設置於燈殼內之光源模組、散熱器以及驅動電路模組。所述散熱器包括一鰭片組,所述鰭片組由多片相互層疊之散熱片構成。鰭片組之中心開設形成有一通孔,所述電路驅動模組穿過鰭片組之通孔與所述光源模組電性連接。所述鰭片組圍設並接觸電路驅動模組,以吸收電路驅動模組之熱量,並進行散熱。
上述之發光二極體燈具之驅動電路模組穿過鰭片組上開設之通孔與光源模組電性連接,鰭片組可圍設並接觸電路驅動模組,從而可以很好之吸收電路驅動模組之熱量,對電路驅動模組起到很好之導熱和降溫效果。
以下將結合附圖對本發明作進一步之詳細說明。
請參閱圖1、圖2以及圖3,本發明一較佳實施方式提供之一種發光二極體燈具100包括燈殼10、燈頭20、燈罩30、設置在燈殼10中之光源模組40以及散熱器50。
所述燈殼10為一大致呈半球狀之內部中空之殼體。燈殼10之頂部向上凸伸形成一環形連接部11,該環形連接部11具有一與燈殼10內部連通之頂部開口12,該環形連接部11位於頂部開口12附近之內壁上均勻凸設形成有多個第一螺合部13。該燈殼10之底部形成一底部開口14,燈殼10位於底部開口14附近之內壁上均勻凸設形成有多個第二螺合部15。該燈殼10之外表面開設形成有多條相互平行之細長之條形開口16,這些條形開口16均勻地形成在燈殼10之表面上,並且由燈殼10之頂部開口12向底部開口14方向縱向豎直延伸。
所述燈頭20設置在燈殼10上,其包括一固定殼21、旋擰部22以及驅動電路模組23。該旋擰部22形成在該固定殼21之頂部,其外表面設有旋紋,用以與電源相關裝置螺合連接。該驅動電路模組23一端固定在固定殼21中,並與旋擰部22電連接,另一端延伸到固定殼21外。該固定殼21遠離旋擰部22之下端之內表面上凸設形成有多個第三螺合部211,藉由螺絲螺合燈殼10之第一螺合部13和固定殼21之第三螺合部211,可將燈頭20固定在燈殼10之頂部開口12上,同時燈頭20驅動電路模組23由燈殼10之頂部開口12伸入到燈殼10中,用於與光源模組40電連接。
所述燈罩30採用樹脂或玻璃等透明材料構成,其罩設在燈殼10之底部開口14上。該燈罩30包括一透光部31以及與該透光部31一體成型並圍設在透光部31周圍之固定部32,該固定部32上形成有多個與燈殼10之第二螺合部15相對應之第一固定孔321。
所述光源模組40以及散熱器50設置在燈殼10、燈頭20以及燈罩30構成之空間中。其中,光源模組40包括基板41以及若干發光二極體42,該若干發光二極體42貼設在基板41與燈罩30相對之表面上,並且與基板41電連接,發光二極體42發出之光線由燈罩30射出。基板41之邊緣形成有多個與燈殼10之第二螺合部15相對應之第二固定孔411,利用螺絲穿過燈罩30之第一固定孔321以及基板41之第二固定孔411而螺入到燈殼10之第二螺合部15中,可將燈罩30以及基板41一同固定在燈殼10之底部開口14處。
所述散熱器50包括鰭片組51以及多條熱管52。該鰭片組51由多片散熱片相互層疊構成,該多條熱管52包括吸熱段以及放熱段,其中吸熱段貼設在基板41之表面,而放熱段穿設在鰭片組51中。該鰭片組51之中心開設形成有一通孔511,燈頭20之驅動電路模組23穿過該通孔511與基板41電性連接,該鰭片組51圍設並接觸驅動電路模組23。該鰭片組51之多片散熱片之間形成多條連通驅動電路模組23之相互平行之水準通風道。所述燈殼10上沿驅動電路模組23延伸方向開設之條形開口16與鰭片組51之散熱片之間之水準通風道相互連通。鰭片組51吸收驅動電路模組23之熱量,並藉由燈殼10上之條形開口16散發到發光二極體燈具100外部。在本實施方式中,鰭片組51採用兩段式結構,分為直徑較大之第一部分以及層疊在該第一部分上之直徑較小之第二部分。
發光二極體燈具100在工作時,由於鰭片組51之中心開設形成有通孔511,驅動電路模組23是穿過該通孔511與基板41電性連接,該鰭片組51圍設並接觸驅動電路模組23,從而可以很好之吸收驅動電路模組23之熱量。而且燈殼10上開設形成有若干條形開口16,鰭片組51吸收驅動電路模組23之熱量,可藉由燈殼10上之條形開口16散發到發光二極體燈具100外部,防止驅動電路模組23由於溫度過高而燒壞,對驅動電路模組23起到很好之導熱和降溫效果。
相較於先前技術,本發明之發光二極體燈具之驅動電路模組穿過鰭片組上開設之通孔與光源模組電性連接,鰭片組可圍設並接觸電路驅動模組,從而可以很好之吸收電路驅動模組之熱量,對電路驅動模組起到很好之導熱和降溫效果。
另外,本領域技術人員還可在本發明精神內做其他變化,當然,這些依據本發明精神所做之變化,都應包含在本發明所要求保護之範圍之內。

Claims (8)

  1. 一種發光二極體燈具,其包括燈殼、設置於燈殼內之光源模組、散熱器以及驅動電路模組,所述散熱器包括一鰭片組,其改進在於:所述鰭片組由多片相互層疊之散熱片構成,鰭片組之中心開設形成有一通孔,所述電路驅動模組穿過鰭片組之通孔與所述光源模組電性連接,所述鰭片組圍設並接觸電路驅動模組,以吸收電路驅動模組之熱量,並進行散熱。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之發光二極體燈具,其中:所述鰭片組之散熱片之間形成若干連通所述電路驅動模組之通風道,所述燈殼上沿電路驅動模組之延伸方向開設有若干條形開口,該條形開口與散熱片之間之通風道連通。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之發光二極體燈具,其中:所述光源模組包括基板以及貼設在基板上之若干發光二極體,所述散熱器鰭片組與基板接觸。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第3項所述之發光二極體燈具,其中:所述散熱器還包括多條熱管,該多條熱管包括貼設在基板表面之吸熱段以及穿設在鰭片組中之放熱段。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之發光二極體燈具,其中:所述鰭片組採用兩段式結構,分為直徑較大之第一部分以及層疊在該第一部分上之直徑較小之第二部分。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之發光二極體燈具,其中:所述燈具還包括一燈頭以及一燈罩,所述燈殼頂部凸伸形成一環形連接部,該環形連接部具有一頂部開口,該燈殼之底部形成一底部開口,所述燈頭設置在燈殼之頂部開口處,所述燈罩罩設在燈殼之底部開口。
  7. 如申請專利範圍第6項所述之發光二極體燈具,其中:所述燈頭包括固定殼、旋擰部,該旋擰部形成在該固定殼之頂部,用於與電源相關裝置螺合,所述驅動電路模組一端固定在固定殼中,並與旋擰部電連接,另一端延伸到固定殼外,並由燈殼之頂部開口伸入到燈殼中。
  8. 如申請專利範圍第6項所述之發光二極體燈具,其中:所述燈罩包括一透光部及圍設在該透光部周圍之固定部,該固定部藉由螺絲固定在燈殼之底部開口處。
