201219250 六、發明說明: 【發明所屬之技術領域】 本發明係與液壓煞車裝置有關,旨在提供一種方便組 裝,以及可對液壓油產生較佳密封效果之煞車總泵結構。 【先前技術】 按,機車或自行車所使用之液壓煞車裝置,應可視為使 用最為普遍的液壓裝置之一,其主要於握手處設有一受煞車 • 手把驅動之煞車總泵,另透過液壓管路連接至相對設於車輪 處之煞車卡鉗;當騎士按壓煞車手把時,由手把帶動一相對 設於煞車總泵之主油缸内的活塞前進運動,將主油缸内的液 壓油推入煞車卡甜之副油缸,使副油缸處的煞車片朝向煞車 碟盤方向前進,利用煞車片與輪轂上的煞車碟盤接觸,進而 對車輪產生摯動作用。 以及,當騎士鬆開煞車手把時,主油缸内的活塞或副油 缸處的煞車片可在彈簧之作用下後退,並使煞車手把回復到 鲁預定的角度。再者,經過幾次煞車動作之後,煞車片難免會 產生磨損(變薄),因此必須相對增加活塞的往復行程,方得 以達到應有的煞車效果,為避免上述因素導致煞車手把無法 完全復位甚至影響煞車力道;一般煞車總泵多會另外設有一 油壺(或油杯),以及在主油缸之活塞往復行程處設有一迴油 孔連接至油壺處。 以期在活塞完全後退的狀態下,讓油壺中的液壓油得以 經由迴油孔自動對活塞前端之液壓管路進行液壓油填充,而 不致於因為煞車片磨損而讓煞車手把回復到預定的角度,並 201219250 維持應有的煞車效果。 然而’傳統煞車總泵多係將油壺配設在手把座相對於主 油缸之徑向位置處,必須分別在油壺處及活塞與煞車手把之 聯結通道處设有止漏構造,用以防止液壓油洩露,如此不但 影響整體煞車總泵之美觀,更會增加整體煞車總泵之組裝難 度,尤其,對於整體液壓油之密封效果相對不足。 因此,應用於機車或自行車之煞車總泵,不論是否具備 可供自動填充液壓油的功能,若能夠積極改善煞車總泵之組 裝便利性,以及增加其對液壓油之密封效果,相信可以大幅 提升煞車總泵之可靠度。 【發明内容】 有鑑於此,本發明即在提供一種方便組裝,以及玎對液 壓油產生較佳密封效果之煞車總泵結構,為其主要目的老。 為達上述目的,本發明之煞車總泵係在一用以安裝煞車 手把的手把座上一體設有一主油缸及一儲油空間,該儲油空 間係设於手把座之相對於主油缸之軸向位置處,該手把座相 對於該主油缸一端設有一出油孔供與液壓管路連接,該手把 座相對於該儲油空間一端設有一裝配孔,另於該主油缸内部 設有一可受煞車手把帶動之活塞。 本發明之重點在於:該手把座之儲油空間内部設有一與 主油缸銜接的套筒,該活塞相對伸入主油缸之一端設有第 一皮環,該活塞相對伸入套筒之一端設有一第二皮環;該手 把座之裝配孔處設有一固定座,該固定座具有一伸入儲油空 間供與套筒銜接的定位套,另在該定位套之中心處穿設有一 201219250 拉才干用二構成活塞與煞車手把之聯結;該固定座與該手把座 之間襯认有一止漏元件,該止漏元件一體延伸有.一用以將固 定座之定位套及套筒包覆的套管。 '於組裝時,係利用裝配孔所形成之通道,依序將活塞、. 套筒以及止漏元件放入手把座之主油缸及儲油空間處,最後 ,穿設有拉桿的固定座安裝在手把座之裝配孔處 ,即可快速
