95/34656、ΕΡ-Α-0 427 529、 EP-A 45 1 8 7 8 、 WO 03/052073 ,等中。 -21 - 201204252 包含在這類經基因工程修改的植物中之毒素賦予植物 對鞘翅目昆蟲有害生物、雙翅目昆蟲有害生物、鱗翅目昆 蟲有害生物之抗性。 包含一或多個殺蟲有害生物-抗性基因且可表現一或 多種毒素之經基因工程修改的作物早已爲人所知。其中有 些可從市場上購得。 這類經基因工程修改之作物的實例包括YieldGard ( 商標)(表現CrylAb毒素之玉米品種)、YieldGard Rootworm (商標)(表現Cry3Bbl毒素之玉米品種)、 YieldGard Plus (商標)(表現 CrylAb和 Cry3Bbl毒素之玉 米品種)、Herculex I (商標)(表現賦予對CrylFa2毒素 和草銨膦之抗性的草胺膦N-乙醯轉移酶(PAT)的玉米品 種)、NuCOTN33B (商標)(表現CrylAc毒素之棉花品 種)、Bollgard I (商標)(表現CrylAc毒素之棉花品種 )、Bollgard II (商標)(表現CrylAb和Cry2Ab毒素之棉 花品種)、VIPCOT (商標)(表現VIP毒素之棉花品種) 、NewLeaf (商標)(表現Cry3A毒素之馬鈴薯品種)、 NatureGard (商標)Agrisure (商標)GT Advantage ( GA21草甘膦抗性性狀)、Agrisure (商標)CB Advantage (Btl 1玉米螟(CB )性狀)及Protecta (商標),等。 作爲欲以本發明之有害生物防治用組成物或用於防治 有害生物的方法處理之主體的植物亦包括對蚜蟲具有抗性 的植物,諸如含有引入其中之Resistance Aphid基因1 ( Ragl )的大豆。 -22- 201204252 上述“作物”包括那些已藉由使用基因工程技術而被賦 予製造具有選擇作用之抗致病物質之能力的作物。 例如:PR蛋白質被認爲是一種抗致病物質(PRPs, 描述於ΕΡ-Α-0 392 225中)。這些抗致病物質及製造該物 質之經基因工程技術修改之植物描述於ΕΡ-Α-0 392 225、 WO 95/33818、ΕΡ-Α-0 353 191,等中。 在這類經基因工程修改之植物中表現之抗致病物質的 實例包括離子通道抑制劑,諸如鈉通道抑制劑及鈣通道抑 制劑(已知由病毒製造之KP1、KP4、KP6毒素,等):二 苯乙烯合成酶;聯苄基合成酶;幾丁質酶;葡聚醣酶; PR蛋白質;由微生物製造之抗致病物質,諸如肽抗生素 ,具有雜環之抗生素及與對抗植物病原體之抗性有關的蛋 白因子(描述WO 03/000,906 )。 上述“作物”包括已藉由使用基因工程技術而被賦予有 用之性狀(諸如重整之油成分及增加之胺基酸含量)的植 物。其實例包括VISTIVE (商標)(其亞麻油酸含量降低 之低亞麻油酸大豆)及高賴胺酸(高油)玉米(其賴胺酸 或油含量增加之玉米)。 上述“作物”進一步包括堆疊品種,其係經由組合有益 性狀(諸如上述傳統之除草性狀或除草抗性基因、殺蟲性 有害生物抗性基因、製造抗致病物質之基因、重整之油成 分及增加之胺基酸含量)來製造。 本發明中,有害生物防治劑,諸如各種殺蟲劑、殺蟎 劑、殺線蟲劑、殺真菌劑、除草劑、植物激素及植物生長 -23- 201204252 調節劑;增效劑、安全劑、顔料、化肥、土壤調理劑、動 物之飼料,等可與啶蟲丙醚及茚蟲威組合使用。 【實施方式】 本發明藉由調製劑實例及測試實例進一步描述,但本 發明並不限於這些實例。 首先描述調製劑實例。份數爲以重量計之份數。 調製劑實例1 將啶蟲丙醚(5份)、5份茚蟲威、8份聚氧乙烯苯乙 烯基苯醚、2份十二烷基苯磺酸鈣及80份二甲苯混合以取 得可乳化之濃縮物。 調製劑實例2 將啶蟲丙醚(20份)、4份茚蟲威、3份十二烷基苯磺 酸鈉,3份木質素磺酸鈉及70份矽藻土藉*空氣噴射磨粉 機硏磨以取得可濕性粉末。 調製劑實例3 將啶蟲丙醚(1份),0.5份茚蟲威,48.5份滑石及50 份黏土混合以取得粉塵。 調製劑實例4 將啶蟲丙醚(1份)、4份茚蟲威、5份十二烷基苯磺 -24- 201204252 酸鈉、3 0份膨潤土及60份黏土混合。然後,將適量的水加 入混合物中並將混合物揉捏。藉由造粒機將揉捏好的混合 物粒化並風乾,以取得調製劑。 調製劑實例5 將聚氧乙烯苯乙烯基苯醚硫酸鹽(5份)、20份水性 1 %黃原膠溶液、3份蒙脫石礦物質及60份水混合。在混合 物中加入5份啶蟲丙醚及5份茚蟲威,接著攪拌並進一步分 散之以取得可流動之調製劑。 調製劑實例6 將啶蟲丙醚(0.1份)和(Κ02份茚蟲威溶解於10份丙 酮中。將所取得之溶液與99.8 8份用於動物之固態飼料粉 (養殖固態飼料粉CE-2,由日本Clea有限責任公司製造) 均勻混合,再將混合物風乾以移除丙酮,從而取得毒餌。 接著,描述相關於本發明之有害生物防治法的測試實 例。 測試實例1 以含有0.02體積%塗佈劑(商品名:Sindain®,由住 友化工有限公司製造)之水稀釋含有10.0重量%啶蟲丙醚 (商品名:Pleo®可流動,由住友化工有限責任公司製造 )之可流動性調製劑,以將啶蟲丙醚之濃度調整爲 1 2.5 ppm » -25- 201204252 以含有0.02體積%塗佈劑(商品名:Sindain®,由住 友化工有限責任公司製造)之水稀釋含有10.0重量%茚蟲 威(商品名:Tornado®可流動,由杜邦公司製造)之可流 動性調製劑,以將茚蟲威之濃度調整爲6.25PPm。 將相同量之啶蟲丙醚之水稀釋液及茚蟲威之水稀釋液 混合以製備測試化學溶液。 將甘藍菜種植在體積爲860毫升之花盆中並令其生長 至4葉階段。切下該甘藍菜幼苗的每一葉。將其中一葉甘 藍菜沉浸在測試化學溶液中60秒。風乾後,將葉子放置在 體積爲500毫升,底部鋪有濾紙之杯中》將10隻斜紋夜蛾 之三齡幼蟲釋入杯中(含有處理過之甘藍菜的杯內被視爲 經處理區)。 另一方面,將未沉浸在測試化學溶液中且風乾之另一 葉甘藍菜放置在體積爲500毫升,底部鋪有濾紙之杯中。 將10隻斜紋夜蛾之三齡幼蟲釋入杯中(含有未處理過之甘 藍菜的杯內被視爲未經處理區)。二(2 )天後,分別觀 察在經處理區及未經處理區中之測試昆蟲爲生存或死亡, 並藉由下列公式測定死亡率。 死亡率(%)= 100 X [(測試昆蟲之數目·存活昆蟲之數目)/測試昆蟲之數目] 使用下列公式修正結果來計算殺蟲率。重複進行此試 驗3次。 結果顯不於表1中。 -26- 201204252 殺蟲率(%) = 100 X (Mt-Mc) /( 100-Mc)
