The present invention relates to a silver paste composition for solar cell's back electrodes, comprising: (a) spherical or plate conductive silver powder having an average particle diameter (D50) of 0.3-1.5 μ m; (b) a Bi2O3-SiO2-Al2O3-B2O3-SrO-based glass frit; and (c) an organic vehicle.
