Abstract

The invented method for manufacturing surface shape transfer resin sheet is characterized in comprising the following steps: an extrusion step of continuously extruding resin from die head 8 for obtaining a continuous resin sheet 2; a first press step of using a first press roll 11 and a second press roll 12 to sandwich the continuous resin sheet 2; a transport step of transporting the continuous resin sheet 2 in the state of being closely connected to the second press roll 12 after the first press step; and a second press step of using the second press roll 12 and a third press roll 13 to sandwich the continuous resin sheet 2 after the transport step. Furthermore, the surface of at least any one of the second press roll 12 and the third press roll 13 is equipped with a transfer mold, and a pressing pressure between rolls of more than 5 MPa is applied to sandwich the continuous resin sheet 2 in the second pressing step.
