Abstract

Disclosed is a metal molding method, which comprises the following steps: putting a metal sheet made of aluminum alloy or magnesium alloy, where the temperature of metal sheet is not higher than 100 DEG C, into a forming device that has been pre-heated to the working temperature, and then fluid is used to press the metal sheet for molding, wherein the working temperature is between 350 and 550 DEG C and the fluid pressure is not lower than 10 kg/cm2.
