Description of the Invention: [Technical Field] The present invention relates to a wearing article, and more particularly to a disposable disposable diaper, a drainage training pants, an incontinence brief, etc. [Prior Art] A liquid disposable diaper is known for liquid absorption of liquid retention characteristics and leakage preventing pleats such as leakage of urine. For example, according to Patent Document 1, the disposable diaper has a front and a crotch region, and the body side of the liquid-absorbent structure is provided with a leak-proof hem which is attached to the free end in the lateral direction, and is outwardly directed away from the longitudinal direction. At both ends, these end portions are on the side of the structure to maintain the reflexed state. An elastic member is attached to the leakage preventing hem, and the both ends of the above-mentioned fixed portions are erected toward the body side. Excretion such as leakage of pleated urine and the like leaks from the inside of the disposable diaper. [Prior Art Document] [Patent Document 1] [Patent Document 1] Japanese Patent Laid-Open Publication No. 2001- 1 3 72 82: 1 3 72 82 A) [Problems to be Solved by the Invention] Leak-proof hem In the underarm area, in the front and rear waist areas, it is about the use of the structure, the body, and the wide-angled area of the back waist. The side folds are fixed between the free end of the liquid suction, and the hem is prevented (JP200 1 - extending toward the longitudinal direction -5 - 201108999, and the free end is fixed at the two ends thereof. Since the liquid structure side is not only in the crotch region, even in the front and rear waist regions, the free ends other than the fixed end portions are erected toward the body side. Therefore, even in the front and rear waist regions, the liquid absorbing structure The body is separated from the wearer's body, and a gap is formed between the absorbent structure and the body. Once the void is formed, the excreted urine or the like moves in the gap, and may leak from the outer diaper. An object of the present invention is to provide a wearing article in which the liquid-absorbent structure such as an absorbent body is not separated from the wearer's body in the front and rear waist regions, thereby preventing urine or the like from being worn by the wearer and the liquid. A gap is formed between the structures to leak out. [Means for Solving the Problem] The present invention relates to an improvement of a wearing article, the wearing article comprising: a body comprising: a longitudinal direction and a lateral direction, a body a side of the crotch region opposite to the side of the front and rear waist regions; a pair of leakage preventing hem; and a pair of pad hem on the outer side in the lateral direction of the liquid absorbing structure. The wearing article of the present invention is characterized in that: the liquid absorbing structure system includes: a front-rear portion that is separated in the longitudinal direction and an intermediate portion that is located between the front and rear portions; the leakage hem includes: a proximal edge that is joined to the main body; and is elasticized so as to be expandable and contractable in the longitudinal direction. -6- 201108999 a distal edge exiting from the body toward the body side; a virtual bending line extending between the proximal edge and the distal edge toward the longitudinal direction, and the distal edge is along The virtual bending line is curved and joined to the liquid-absorbent structure at a position overlapping the front and rear portions to form a front-rear joint region extending in the longitudinal direction. In one embodiment, the leakage hem is elasticized by a plurality of elastic members extending in the longitudinal direction, and at least one of the elastic members is disposed between the proximal edge and the virtual bending line. In a preferred embodiment, the front joint region has a length dimension of 45 to 70% of the longitudinal dimension of the front waist region, and the rear joint region has the longitudinal direction of the rear waist region. The length dimension of 30 to 50% of the length dimension. One of the other preferred embodiments is that the longitudinal dimension of the front joint region is greater than the rear joint region. One of the other preferred embodiments is: The liner hem includes: an inner edge located on the inner side in the lateral direction; and an outer edge positioned on the outer side and elasticized so as to be expandable and contractible in the longitudinal direction; the distal edge of the leakage hem The elongation stress is greater than the elongation stress of the outer edge of the liner hem. In another preferred embodiment, the liquid-absorbent structure system includes a liquid-absorbent core member, wherein a length dimension of the central portion of the liquid-absorbent core member in the lateral direction is smaller than a length of the front-rear portion in the lateral direction. The size of the proximal end edge of the leakage pleat is joined to the main body so as not to overlap the 201108999 liquid absorbing core material at the center portion. In another preferred embodiment, the front and rear waist regions are elasticized by a plurality of elastic members extending in the lateral direction, and at least a portion of the elastic members overlaps with the front and rear joint regions. In another preferred embodiment, the length dimension from the proximal edge of the leakage pleat to the distal edge is longer than the length from the inner edge of the liner hem to the outer edge . In another preferred embodiment, the longitudinal dimension of the rear waist region of the main body is greater than the longitudinal dimension of the front waist region, and is on the side of the crotch region of the rear waist region. And including a lower end region extending from the front waist region, wherein the liner hem is elasticized by a plurality of elastic members extending in the longitudinal direction, and the elastic member of the liner hem is connected to the elastic member of the lower end region At least a portion of the overlap is installed. [Effect of the Invention] The leakage hem of the present invention is curved along the virtual bending line, and the distal edge overlaps the front and rear portions of the liquid-absorbent structure, and is joined to the liquid-absorbent structure by the front-rear joint region. Therefore, in the front and rear waist regions, the front and rear liquid-absorbent structures are not separated from the wearer's body, and leakage of urine or the like due to a gap between the wearer and the liquid-absorbent structure can be prevented. [Embodiment] Figs. 1 to 6 show an embodiment of the present invention, and a disposable diaper which is -8-201108999 after use is exemplified as a wearing article. Fig. 1 is a perspective view showing a state in which the waist opening and the leg opening of the disposable diaper 1 are kept in a ring shape, and Fig. 2 is a developed plan view seen from the body side of the disposable diaper 10 to make each diaper elastic. The body is stretched against the contraction force, and the paper diaper 10 is kept in a flat state. Fig. 3 is a sectional view taken along line III-III of Fig. 2, and Fig. 4 is a sectional view taken along line IV-IV of Fig. 2, 5 is an exploded assembly view of Fig. 2, and Fig. 6 is a plan view of the diaper 10 in a state in which the waist opening and the leg opening are unwrapped and closed. In the third and fourth figures, the elastic body is in a contracted state on the right side of the figure closer to the virtual longitudinal center line P-P. The disposable diaper 10 includes a longitudinal direction Y and a lateral direction X, a garment side opposite to the body side, a front waist region 11 'the rear waist region 1 2, and a position between the front and rear waist regions 1 1,1 2 . Under the armpit area 1 3. The disposable diaper 10 further includes: a virtual longitudinal center line PP having two equal lengths in the lateral direction X, and a virtual horizontal center line QQ' having two equal lengths in the longitudinal direction Y to face the virtual longitudinal center line PP , approximately symmetrically formed. The disposable diaper 1 comprises: a front waist member 20 forming a front waist region 11 , a rear waist member 30 forming a rear waist region 12, and a front waist region 1 1 while forming a crotch region 13 ' 1 2 extended underarm member 40. The main system of the present invention consists of a front and rear waist member 2'', and a portion of the underarm member 40. The front waist member 20 includes: a front inner sheet 2 1 on the body side, a front outer sheet 2 2 on the dressing side, and a front elastic member 2 mounted between the sheets 2 1 ' 2 2 3. The rear waist member 30 includes: a rear inner sheet 31 on the side of the body 201108999, a rear outer sheet 32 on the garment side, and a rear elastic member mounted between the sheets 3 1, 3 2 3 3. The front and rear elastic members 2 3, 3 3 are extended in the lateral direction X, and are attached in a contractible manner in an extended state, and the front and rear waist regions 11, 12 are elasticized in the lateral direction X. The front and rear elastic members 23'' are attached to a predetermined size in the longitudinal direction γ. The length dimension of the longitudinal direction Y of the rear waist member 30 is larger than that of the front waist member 20, and is on the side of the crotch region 13 of the longitudinal direction Y of the rear waist member 30, that is, the virtual transverse center line Q - Q side. A lower end region 30a extending from the crotch region 13 side of the front waist member 20 is formed. In the lower end region 30a, the separated size of the rear elastic member 33 is larger than that of the other regions. Thus, by making the separation size large, it is not necessary to increase the rigidity of the rear inner and outer sheets 3 1, 3 2, and the soft touch can be maintained. Further, by the rear elastic member 33 attached to the lower end region 30a, the lower end region 30a can be pressed against the wearer's skin, which prevents accidental bending. The front and rear waist members 20, 30, as described above, have their side edges 24, 24 joined to each other to form an annular waist opening. As shown in Fig. 2, the front and rear waist members 20, 30, which are located at the outer edge 26 on the outer side of the longitudinal direction Y, are folded back toward the virtual transverse center line QQ to form a front and rear sleeve (sleeve), respectively. Department 25, 35. The front and rear sleeve portions 25' 35 cover the ends of the crotch member 40. The underarm member 40 is joined to the front and rear inner sheets 21, 31 at the front and rear waist regions 11, 12, the garment side thereof. The underarm member 40 includes an inner surface of the liquid-absorbent structure 41, the inner surface of the liquid-absorbent structure 41, an inner sheet 42 on the body side, and an outer surface of the liquid-absorbent structure 41 -10- 201108999. The leakage sheet 43 and the outer sheet 44 on the outer side of the leakage preventing sheet 43. The liquid-absorbent structure 41 includes a liquid-absorbent core material coated with a water-absorbent liquid-diffusing sheet, and a liquid-absorbent core material: fluff pulp or superabsorbent polymer particles. The length dimension of the liquid absorbing structure in the lateral direction X is smaller toward the virtual transverse center line Q, and is generally sand-leaked. That is, the liquid-absorbent structure 4 1 includes: the front and rear portions 45, 46 on the outer side of the direction Y, and the intermediate portion 47 between the front and rear portions 45, and the length dimension in the lateral direction X of the intermediate portion 47 is smaller than Front and rear parts 45, 46. The length dimension of the longitudinal direction Y of the liquid-absorbent structure 4 1 is set to 300 to 400 mm > preferably about 3 3 5 to 3 80 m. The inner sheet 4 2 and the sheet 43 are larger than the length dimension of the longitudinal direction Y of the liquid-absorbent structure 41, and are preferably set to about 3 to 50 mm to about 3 to 75 mm. In the longitudinal direction Y of the member 40, the liquid-absorbent structure is not present. That is, only the inner sheet 42 and the leak-proof sheet rear wing portions 48, 49 are formed. The sheet-flakes 43 are attached to the front and rear wing portions 48' to 49', and are joined to each other by means of a bonding means such as a hot-melt adhesive. As the inner sheet 42, a liquid permeable fibrous nonwoven fabric or the like can be used. For the sheet 42, for example, an air-flow type fiber non-woven fabric, a point-bonded type fiber non-woven fabric, a spunbonded nonwoven fabric, or the like having a mass per unit area of about 10 Å can be used. The leak-proof sheet 43 can be made of a moisture-permeable and liquid-impermeable plastic covering at least the entire sheet of the liquid-absorbent structure 41 with the sheet 43 to prevent the usable body 41-Q which is placed on paper or the like from becoming more and more versatile. Positioned in the longitudinal direction, 46 is set to be about leak-proof thin. The size of the species is 41, and the front 42 of 43 is also in combination with the ~2 -5 g/m2 type fiber film, urine, etc. - 201108999 Cloth weave volume of non-quality dimension of the surface of the surface of the liquid single pass through each and not as wet as: It can be leaked out of the system 44 1044 pieces of cloth thin urine thin paper out of the outside of the liquid. The body is 10~25g/rn2 of spunbond/melt blown/spunbond (SMS) fiber non-woven fabric, point-bonded fiber non-woven fabric, spunbonded fiber non-woven fabric, and the like. The pad hem 50 and the leak hem 60 are formed by the outer sheet 44. The outer sheet 44 of the liner hem 50 extending from the outer surface of the liquid-absorbent structure 41 is formed by the first and second sleeves 51, 61, respectively, and the first and second sleeves 5, 6 1 It is formed by folding in the lateral direction X of the liquid-absorbent structure 41. (Refer to Figs. 2 to 5) The liner hem 50 is formed with an inner edge 52 positioned inside the lateral direction X of the first sleeve 51 and an outer edge 53 on the opposite side. The pad elastic member 55 extending in the longitudinal direction Y is attached to the inner surface of the first sleeve 51 by being stretched, and the pad gather 50 is elasticized in the longitudinal direction Y. The side edge portion of the leakage preventing sheet 43 extending outward from the outer surface of the liquid absorbing structure body 4 in the lateral direction X is positioned between the inner surface of the first sleeve 51, that is, between the outer sheets 44. On the inner surface of the first sleeve 51, the outer sheet 44, the leakage preventing sheet 43, and the spacer elastic member 55 are joined to each other by a bonding means such as an adhesive to form a spacer bonding region 56. The pad joint region 594 extends continuously toward the longitudinal direction Y of the underarm member 40. The pad elastic member 55 includes first to third pad elastic members 5 5 a to 5 5 c which are separated from each other in the lateral direction X. The first pad elastic member 5 5 a extends along the outer edge 53 , the third pad elastic member 5 5 c extends along the inner edge 5 2 , and the second pad elastic member 55 b follows the elastic member 5 . Extend between 5 a ' 5 5 c. -12- 201108999 The elastic member is used to elasticize the pad hem 50 in the longitudinal direction Y, so that the pad hem is based on the inner edge 52, and the outer edge 53 is erected so as to be closely attached to the wearer. Near the roots of the thighs. Therefore, leakage of urine or the like from the wearer's leg can be prevented. The pad elastic member 5 5 is attached so as to overlap with the rear elastic member 33 attached to the lower end region 30 a of the rear waist member 30. Therefore, the lower end region 30 a can also be elasticized in the longitudinal direction Y, and the lower end region 3〇a can be closely attached to the wearer's buttocks curve. In particular, as in the present embodiment, in the disposable diaper members 20, 30 and the crotch member 40, which are formed of different members, the crotch member 40 is easier than the front and rear waist members 20, 30. Moving, the underarm area 13 is easy to move. However, the movement can be controlled by adhering the lower end region 3 Oa to the wearer. For each of the first to third pad elastic members 55a to 55c, an elastic yarn of about 470 to 1240 dtex can be used, and the elongation is set to be about 1.5 to 3.0 times. The first to third pad elastic members 55a to 55c are attached in the lateral direction X so as to be separated from each other by about 3 to 20 mm. By setting the separation distance to 3 mm or more, it is possible to prevent the elastic members from overlapping each other and to contact the wearer's skin, thereby preventing the marks from being creased on the skin. Further, by setting the separation distance to 20 mm or less, the pad hem 50 is surely erected to abut the wearer's skin. The first to third pad elastic members 55a to 55c' are provided at positions corresponding to the intermediate portion 47 of the liquid-absorbent structure 41, and are disposed outside the lateral direction X, and at positions corresponding to the front and rear portions 45, 46. Not installed, or only slightly extended. That is, substantially the '1st to 3rd pad elastic members 5 5a to 5 5c are formed so that the contraction force of the front and rear portions 45, 46' does not affect the liquid absorbing structure-13-201108999 Way to install. Therefore, the first to third pad elastic members 55a to 55c can prevent the front and rear portions 45, 46 from being pleated. The third pad elastic member 55c is separated from the side edge of the intermediate portion 47 of the liquid-absorbent structure 41 by about 5 to 15 mm toward the outside. By setting the exit size to 5 mm or more, in addition to preventing wrinkles from occurring in the intermediate portion 47, the rigidity of the intermediate portion 47 can be utilized so as not to impede the necessary contraction of the third spacer elastic member 55c. By setting the distance between the third pad elastic members 55 5 c to 15 mm or less, the side edge of the liquid-absorbent structure 41 can be pressed against the body side of the wearer by the necessary contraction of the elastic member. . The leakage hem 60 is formed by a second sleeve 61 in which the outer sheet 44 extending further from the inner edge 52 of the pleat 50 is folded. The outer sheet 44 is joined to each other on the inner surface of the second sleeve 61, and includes a proximal end edge 62 which is continuous toward the inner edge 52, and a distal end edge 63 which is located closer to the body side than the proximal edge 62. The inner edge 52 and the proximal edge 62 are referred to substantially as the same portion. Therefore, the proximal edge 62 and the inner edge 52 are joined to the exterior sheet 44 via the leakage preventing sheet 43 in the entire longitudinal direction γ. The barrier elastic member 64 extending in the longitudinal direction Y is retractably attached to the second sleeve 61 in an extended state, and the leak preventing hem 60 is elasticized in the longitudinal direction Y. The barrier elastic member 64 includes four elastic members of the first to fourth barrier elastic members 64a to 64d from the distal edge 63 toward the proximal edge 62. As the first to fourth barrier elastic members 64a to 64d, an elastic yarn of about 470 to 1 240 dtex can be used, and the elongation can be set to about 1.5 to 3.0 times -14 to 201108999. The first to fourth barrier elastic members 64a to 64d are attached so as to be separated from each other by about 3 to 20 mm in the lateral direction X'. By setting the separation distance to 3 mm or more, it is possible to prevent the elastic members from overlapping and coming into contact with the wearer's skin to prevent wrinkles from remaining on the skin. Further, by setting the separation distance to 20 mm or less, the leakage hem 60 is surely erected to abut the wearer's skin. The fourth barrier elastic member 64d is separated from the inner edge 52' of the pad hem 50 toward the distal edge 63 side by about 5 mm or more. By setting the separation distance to 5 mm or more, the inner edge 52 and the proximal edge 62 can be adhered to the wearer's thigh root. The first to fourth barrier elastic members 64a to 64d are located outside the lateral direction X of the intermediate portion 47 of the liquid-absorbent structure 41, and extend toward the front and rear portions 45, 46. Between the proximal edge 62 and the distal edge 63 of the leak preventing hem 60, that is, between the third barrier elastic member 64c and the fourth barrier elastic member 64d, a virtual shape extending in the longitudinal direction Y is formed. Bending line 6 5. The leakage hem 60 is folded along the virtual meander line 65 in a state where the barrier elastic member 64 is not contracted, so that the distal edge 63 is positioned outward of the lateral direction X from the virtual bending line 65. The folded leak preventing hem 60 overlaps the front and rear portions 45, 46' of the liquid-absorbent structure 41 on the body side thereof, and does not overlap at the intermediate portion 47, and is positioned outside the lateral direction X thereof. The bent leak preventing hem 60 is joined to the inner sheet 42 by the joining means such as an adhesive in the front and rear portions 45, 46 of the liquid absorbing structure 41, and the front and rear joining regions 66, 67 are formed. The front and rear joint regions 66, 67 extend in the longitudinal direction -15 - 201108999. In the disposable diaper as described above, the distal edge 63 of the leak preventing hem 6 is erected separately from the inner sheet 42 for use. While the leg roots are closely attached, the outer edge 53 of the pad hem 50 is outside the lateral direction X of the distal edge 63 and is in close contact with the wearer's thigh. That is to say, by using these leak-proof hem 60 and the cushion hem 50, a two-layer hem is formed to prevent leakage of urine or the like from the leg circumference. The elongation stress in the longitudinal direction Y of the above-mentioned leakage hem 60 is greater than the elongation stress in the longitudinal direction Y of the liner hem 50. With such formation, the leak-reducing hem 60' on the inner side of the pad pleat 50 can be in surface contact with the wearer's thigh. Further, these hem 50, 60 are separated from each other, and are in contact with the wearer to prevent leakage of urine or the like in two stages. The elongation stress of the spacer hem 50 and the longitudinal direction Y of the leakage hem 60 can be set according to the number or thickness of each elastic member, and the magnitude relationship of the elongation stress is not limited to the above, and can be appropriately Settings. The length dimension from the proximal edge 62 of the leakage hem 60 to the distal edge 63 is about 260 to 300 mm, preferably about 2 90 mm, from the inner edge 52 of the pad hem 50 to the outer edge 53. The length dimension is about 200~3 50mm, preferably about 23 0~2 70mm, and the length dimension of the leakage hem 60 is greater than the length dimension of the pad hem 50. By this dimensional relationship with the above-described elongation stress, as shown in Fig. 6, the leakage hem 60 extends from the inner side of the liner hem 50. When viewed from the inside of the disposable diaper 1 , only the leg openings formed by the leak-resistant hem 60 are visible, and the pad pleats 50 are obscured by the leak-proof hem 60 and are invisible. That is to say, since only one leg opening -16-201108999 can be confirmed, it is easy to wear as long as the wearer's leg is passed. In addition, because there are two layers of hem, it is safer for the wearer or his caregiver to know that it can prevent leakage of urine and the like. The leakage hem 60 is joined to the folded region by the front and rear joint regions 66, 67 at a position overlapping the front portions 45, 46 of the liquid-absorbent structure 41, so that even when the barrier elastic member 64 contracts, the distal end The edge 63 will not stand upright. Therefore, the liquid-absorbent structure 41 can always contact the wearer's body in a wide range, and a gap is not formed between the body and the body, so that the flow of urine or the like can be prevented from leaking from the waist opening or the like. Further, by setting the length dimension of the longitudinal direction Y of the front joint region 66 to be larger than the rear joint region 67, the liquid-absorbent structure 41 can be closely attached to the wearer's body on the front waist region 11 side. On the side of the rear waist region 12, the standing region of the leak-resistant hem 60 can be increased. The fourth barrier elastic member 64d of the barrier elastic member 64 is positioned between the proximal edge 62 and the virtual bending line 65, so that the rigidity between the barrier elastic members 64d can be increased, and the leakage preventing hem 60 can be erected. The distal edge 63 is brought into contact with the vicinity of the wearer's groin. The longitudinal direction Y of the disposable diaper of the present invention has a length of about 400 to 5 20 mm, preferably about 41 0 to 45 mm, and is set to 415 mm in the present embodiment. Similarly, the longitudinal dimension Y of the underarm member 40 has a length of about 3 70 to 45 mm, preferably about 3 5 0 - 3 to 80 mm, and is set to about 375 mm in the present embodiment. The length dimension of the longitudinal direction Y of the waist member 20 before forming the front waist region 11 is about 80 to 130 mm', preferably about 85 to 125 mm, and is about 90 mm in this embodiment. The length dimension of the longitudinal direction Y of the waist member 30 after forming the rear waist region 1 2 is about 15 〇 9 0 m m, preferably about -17-201108999 155 to 185 mm, and is about 155 mm in this embodiment. The crotch member 40 overlaps with a portion of the front and rear waist members 20, 30 of the disposable diaper 10, and the front waist member 20 overlaps with the length dimension of the longitudinal direction Y of the liquid-absorbent structure 41 by about 70 mm. At the rear waist member 30, it is overlapped by about 80 mm. That is, the liquid-absorbent structure 4 1 occupies about 45 % of the length dimension of the longitudinal direction Y of the front waist member 20 and about 24 % of the back waist member 30, respectively. Further, at these overlapping positions, front and rear joining regions 66, 67 are formed, and the length in the longitudinal direction Y is set to be about 60 mm and about 45 mm, respectively. The length dimension of the longitudinal direction Y of the front joint region 66 is set to be about 45 to 70% of the length dimension of the longitudinal direction Y of the front waist region 11, preferably about 55 to 67%, and the longitudinal direction of the joint region 67. The length dimension of the direction Y is set to be about 30 to 50% of the length dimension of the longitudinal direction Y of the rear waist region 12, particularly about 29%. The front and rear joint regions 66, 67 are formed such that the front and rear elastic members 23, 33 of the front and rear waist members 20, 30 are overlapped. That is, the portion where the front and rear elastic members 2 3, 3 3 overlap with the liquid-absorbent structure 4 1 is disposed apart from the virtual longitudinal center line P-P in such a manner that the contraction force does not act. However, the front and rear elastic members 23, 33 extend from the side edges 24, 34 toward the virtual longitudinal center line P-P, at least until they intersect the front and rear joint regions 66, 67. Therefore, it is possible to reliably press the front and rear joint regions 66, 67 against the body side of the wearer, thereby preventing a gap from being formed between the liquid-absorbent structure 41 and the wearer. The disposable diaper Y of the present invention has a small length dimension in the longitudinal direction Y, and is particularly suitable for use in disposable diapers for infants and toddlers. In the case where the length dimension of the longitudinal direction γ of the disposable diaper 10 -18-201108999 is set to be small, it is preferable not to reduce the amount of absorption of urine or the like in order to reduce the amount of absorption of urine or the like. As a result, the ratio of the liquid-absorbent structure 4 1 to the disposable diaper 10 becomes large as described above. Since the rigidity of the liquid-absorbent structure 41 is generally large, the front and rear waist members 20, 30 may not easily adhere to the wearer's body once the proportion of the liquid-absorbent structure 41 becomes large. However, in the present embodiment, the liquid-absorbent structure 41 can be adhered to the wearer in the front and rear waist regions 1 1 and 12 by forming the front and rear joint regions 6 6 and 6 6 , and the disposable diaper 10 can be prevented from coming off. At the same time, it is also possible to prevent a gap from being formed between the wearer and the wearer. The length dimension of the longitudinal direction of the rear waist member 30 is set to be larger than the length dimension of the front waist member 20. In the disposable diaper 10, as shown in Figs. 1 and 6, the lower end region 30a of the rear waist member 30 extends toward the crotch region 13 side and has a function of covering the buttocks of the wearer. Preferably, the rear waist member 30 extends over the longitudinal direction Y and covers the leg openings. That is, the lower end region 30a of the rear waist member 30 preferably extends from the end edge of the waist opening across the distal edge 63 of the leak preventing hem 60 toward the underarm region 13 side. With such formation, the lower end region 30a covers the wearer's buttocks, and even if the excrement leaks from the leg opening, it can withstand the excrement. Therefore, it is possible to prevent excretion from adhering to the wearer or clothes. In particular, when the disposable diaper is to be taken off from the sleeping infant or the like, the excrement is easily leaked from the opening of the leg, but it can be prevented. The front and rear outer elastic regions 27, 37 which are elasticized by the front and rear elastic members 23, 33 are formed on the outer side Y of the crotch member 40 in the longitudinal direction Y, and the longitudinal direction Y of the front and rear outer elastic regions 2, 3 7 ' The system is formed in the front and rear of the 19-201108999 side elastic area 2 8,3 8 . A portion of the anterolateral elastic region 27 includes a front wing portion 48 that is externally located further outward than the rear wing portion 49. The elongation stress of the front and rear outer elastic regions 27, 37 is smaller than the elongation stress of the front and rear inner elastic regions 2, 38. In other words, by increasing the elongation stress of the front and rear inner elastic regions 28, 38, the liquid-absorbent structure 41 of the crotch member 40 can be adhered to the body side of the wearer, and the disposable diaper can be prevented from falling off. In order to elasticize the front and rear waist members 20, 30 in the lateral direction X, a plurality of elastic yarns are used. However, the present invention is not limited thereto, and various elastic members such as an elastic sheet or a belt-shaped elastic body may be used. Similarly, a wide variety of elastic members can be used for the pad elastic member 55 and the barrier elastic member 64. The length of the intermediate portion 47 in the lateral direction X of the liquid-absorbent structure 41 is smaller than that of the front-rear portions 45 and 46. However, the intermediate portions 47 and the front-rear portions 45 and 46 may have the same length dimension in the lateral direction X. By.
