Abstract

An on-line graphic data management system saves a plurality of graphic data and login data in a database. The graphic data can be retrieved and inquired, or checked and viewed through a graphic data inquiry module and a graphic data checking module; after that a graphic file can be requested or applied through the graphic file requesting and applying module. Moreover, users can input a graphic file or make related remarks on the graphs so as to provide new design graphs through the graphic data management module. An administrator can analyze, check and view, and edit the graphic file, added remark data, and establish the corresponding authorization levels through the graph-approval module, so that the users or the administrator can make appropriate usage of the graphic data according to his or her division/department or job requirements. When users log in, the authorization module will perform the matching analysis of the authorization level so as to determine the available functional modules and graphic data; therefore, important graphic data can have an optimum safety management mechanism.
