Abstract

An optical device and calibration method thereof are provided. The optical device includes a light source module, a photo-sensing module, and a calibration module. The light source module generates a calibration light according to a first parameter. The photo-sensing module receives the calibration light which passes through an optical path to generate a second parameter. The calibration module is coupled to the light source module and the photo-sensing module. The calibration module generates a calibration signal according to the first parameter and the second parameter, and calibrates the optical device according to the calibration signal. Thereby, the accuracy of the optical device is increased.
