200911843 九、發明說明: 【發明所屬之技術領域】 發明領域 本發明係關於高壓聚烯烴。於一個面相中,本發明係關 於咼壓聚烯烴之製造:而於另一個面相中,本發明係關於於 南壓聚稀煙製法之超高壓麼縮機内使用的潤滑劑。於又另 一個面相中,本發明係關於由高壓聚婦烴所製成之產物,特 別為電纜鞘套諸如電纜之絕緣層或保護夹套。 10 發明背景 於高壓聚烯烴例如高壓低密度聚乙烯(HPLDPE)之製 造中,典型使用70至350百萬巴斯卡(MPa,或約10,〇〇〇至 50,000 psi)之操作壓力,以240至310 MPa(約35,000至45,000 psi)之壓力為佳。為了達成此種高壓,採用一部或多部超高 15壓壓縮機,此種設備之操作需要使用潤滑劑。不幸,由於 高操作壓力及市售超高壓壓縮機之封的本質,無可避免地 潤滑劑漏入反應器内’儘管濃度極低(例如ppm,每百萬 0.03,更典型至少為〇·〇5及又更典型至少為〇.1。本發明之 HPLDPE聚合物之最大ΜΙ典型不超過5〇,更典型不超過約 30及甚至更典型不超過20。MI係藉ASTM D1238 (條件E) (190 °C/2.16千克)測定。 此等聚合物之密度典型為0.900至〇 950,更典型為 15 200911843 0.905至0.945及較佳為0.910至0.940。密度係根據美國測試
