200909317 九、發明說明 【發明所屬之技術領域】 本發明係關於一種堆高式起重機或無人搬運車等的行 走車。 【先前技術】 發明人等有提出一種前後二輪的堆高式起重機之構造 方案(專利文獻1:日本特開2003-237909)。亦即,以 側框來聯結堆高式起重機之前後的板,且在板之下部配置 行走車輪的軸承,並以軸承來支撐板。 然而’該構造並不能適用於前後各二輪的堆高式起重 機。因此發明人檢討一種組裝可既簡單又低成本,且可減 少揚塵的構造’作爲四輪行走車的構造,以致完成本發明 〇 [專利文獻1]日本特開2003-237909 【發明內容】 (發明所欲解決之問題) 本發明之課題係在於容易地進行行走車的組裝作業, 減少行走車的成本,以及減少來自行走車的揚塵。 申請專利範圍第2項的發明之追加課題,係在於簡化 行走用馬達的安裝作業。 申請專利範圍第3項的發明之追加課題,係在於簡化 行走車的台車構造,且容易進行管子的安裝作業。 -4- 200909317 (解決問題之手段) 本發明的行走車,係設置有: 管子,其將行走車之框架,朝與行走方向在水平面內 正交的方向之左右貫穿;及 左右一對軸承’其設置於該管子的兩端;及 行走軸,其由前述左右一對軸承所支撐;及 左右一對行走輪,其連接於該行走軸;以及 行走用馬達,其驅動前述行走軸。 管子係例如設置於框架之前後,並設置前後例如合計 四輪的行走輪。 較佳爲,將前述行走用馬達,設置左右一對於前述左 右一對行走輪的左右方向外側。 又較佳爲,前述框架係在與前述左右之方向平行的垂 直方向剖面,具備左右一對側板與連接側板之間的上板, 前述管子係貫穿左右之側板。 (發明效果) 本發明,由於係在貫穿框架的管子之兩端設置軸承, 支撐行走輪的行走軸,所以可簡化行走車的行走系統之組 裝作業,且由於使用管子所以成本很低。又軸承之內側係 連接於管子,若以蓋體等來覆蓋軸承外側的行走輪,則可 比較簡單地減少揚塵。 一旦將行走用馬達配置於行走輪的外側’則相較於在 -5- 200909317 框架的底部中央等設置行走用馬達來驅動行走軸的情況, 可容易進行行走用馬達的連接作業,且可在最靠近行走輪 的附近配置行走用馬達。 更且一旦以上板與其左右的側板來構成框架,且使管 子貫穿於左右之側板,則可使用構造簡單的框架,亦可容 易將管子安裝於框架。 【實施方式】 以下顯示實施本發明用的最佳實施例。 [實施例] 第1圖及第2圖係以堆高式起重機2爲例而顯示實施 例。另外行走車的種類本身可爲任意。元件符號4爲框架 ’設置於堆高式起重機2之下部,例如使前後一對的管子 6、6貫穿於框架4的左右之側面。在管子6的左右兩端 設置一對軸承8、8,藉由各軸承8支撐行走軸12,在靠 於管子6之外側的行走軸1 2安裝行走輪1 〇,且藉由行走 用馬達1 4來驅動行走軸1 2。然後以中間軸1 6來連接左右 的行走軸1 2、1 2之間,並將中間軸1 6容納於管子6內。 實施例中管子6係設置一對於框架4之前後’在各管 子6之左右分別配置軸承8及行走輪1 〇、行走用馬達1 4 。然後行走用馬達1 4係配置於行走輪1 〇之左右方向外側 。管子6,係藉由安裝器具1 8,以貫穿框架1 4之側部的 方式安裝。元件符號20爲車輪蓋,除了行走輪之底部 -6- 200909317 以外’用來覆蓋行走輪1 0,封住來自行走輪1 2附近等所 產生的揚塵。 元件符號22爲前後一對的塔;24爲升降用馬達,例 如設置於框架4的左右方向其中一方之前後;26爲升降 台;28爲滑動式叉架。然後在塔22之內部,設置未圖示 的正時皮帶或繩索、鏈條等的構件,藉由升降用馬達24 來驅動,使升降台26升降。 元件符號3 0爲行走用軌道,例如設置於無塵室的地 板面。又框架4以平面觀之係爲長方形狀,由上板31與 位於上板3 1之左右的側壁3 2、3 2所構成。然後前述安裝 器具18係安裝於側壁32所設置的孔內。元件符號33爲 托架,從側壁3 2朝下側延伸,利用托架3 3,在框架4之 左右設置附屬箱3 4、3 6,用以容納堆高式起重機2的電 源部及通訊部等。又利用托架3 3內的空間,容納配線3 7 等。在堆高式起重機2雖然除此以外還設置藉由行走用軌 道30來引導堆高式起重機2之左右方向位置的導輥、以 及從供電線接受非接觸式供電的受電裝置、通訊裝置等, 但是有關此等構件將省略說明。 就實施例的堆高式起重機2之組裝作業加以說明。框 架4係由上板3 1與左右之側壁3 2所構成的簡單構造,於 此予以開孔’並夾介安裝器具18來安裝管子6。在管子6 的左右兩端固定軸承8,且以軸承8來支撐行走輪10以 及連接於行走用馬達1 4的行走軸1 2。在此狀態下由於行 走軸12的支撐成爲不穩定,所以要藉由中間軸16來連結 -7- 200909317 左右的行走軸1 2、1 2。行走用馬達丨4即使藉由未圖示的 托架等亦可以框架4等來支撐’或者以管子6來支撐。另 外亦可將左右的行走軸1 2、1 2與中間軸1 6以1根行走軸 來構成。又在前後一對的管子6、6之其中一方,並不將 行走用馬達1 4連接於行走輪1 〇,亦可將行走輪1 〇當作 隨動輪。 在側壁32設置與安裝器具18之固定用不同的孔,將 升降用馬達24之驅動軸拉出至框架4之內部。又安裝塔 22及升降台26等’藉由正時皮帶或鏈條、繩索等,可使 升降台26升降。進而將其他的裝飾品,夾介托架33而設 置於附屬箱34、36。另外托架33或附屬箱34、36亦可 不設置。 堆高式起重機2,係將框架4及管子6形成構造簡單 ’且可既低成本又簡單地進行組裝作業。又軸承8等的揚 塵,可封入於管子6之內側及車輪蓋20。 實施例中雖然在框架4設置前後左右合計四輪的行走 輪1〇、以及四個行走馬達14,但是亦可將四個行走輪之 中的例如二個當作驅動輪連接於行走馬達,將其他二個當 作隨動輪,而不設置行走馬達。實施例中,雖然係將行走 車的種類設爲堆高式起重機2,但是亦可適用於無人搬運 車或其他任意的行走車。 【圖式簡單說明】 第1圖係實施例的堆高式起重機之具有局部切口部的 -8- 200909317 平面圖。 第2圖係實施例的堆高式起重機之垂直方向剖面圖。 【主要元件符號說明】 2 :堆高式起重機 4 :框架 6 :管子 8 :軸承 1 0 :行走輪 1 2 :行走軸 1 4 :行走用馬達 1 6 :中間軸 18 :安裝器具 2 0 :車輪蓋 22 :塔 24 :升降用馬達 2 6 :升降台 28 :滑動式叉架 3 0 :行走用軌道 3 1 :上板 3 2 :側壁 3 3 :托架 3 4、3 6 :附屬箱 3 7 :配線 -9-200909317 IX.
