Description

200825011 IX. Further, in the center of the reel 1, a shaft hole 4 having a D-hole shape is formed through the shaft hole 4, and the coil hole 4 is inserted through a winding device not shown. The shaft, the reel 1 is mounted on the winding device, and is rotatable as the take-up shaft is driven. The reel 1 thus constructed is used to cut a film material formed by applying an adhesive layer on one side. The width of the winding portion 3, that is, the side plate portion 2 separated by the winding portion 3, is formed by breaking into a strip shape having a narrow width and winding it to manufacture and supply various types of the subsequent belts 5. The distance between 2 and 2 can be set according to the cut width of the strip 5 as the object to be wound, and the side plate portion 2, in general, is In the present embodiment, the reel 1 can be integrally formed by injection molding or the like, or a pair of side plates can be appropriately set. After the 2, 2 and the winding unit 3 are separately formed, they may be integrated by means of such fitting or the following appropriate means. When the side plate portions 2, 2 and the winding portion 3 are individually In the case of a body, for example, the winding portion 3 is used as a general purpose, and by combining the side plate portions 2 having different outer diameters, it is possible to correspond to various winding lengths; or by combining the widths in the common side plate portion 2 The different winding portions 3 can correspond to various cutting widths. Further, in the present embodiment, the inner side surfaces of the side plate portions 2, 2 are provided to extend as shown in Fig. 1(b) and Fig. 2 The radial convex portion 21 shown in Fig. 2 is a cross-sectional view showing a BB cross section of Fig. 1(b). The convex portion 2 1 provided on the inner side surface of the side plate portion 2 is When the tape 5 is taken up to the reel 1, or when the reeling of the tape 5 is performed, it is used to suppress exposure to the tape 4 side. The adhesive layer on the surface comes into contact with the inner side surface of the reel 1 (the inner side surface of the side plate portion 2), whereby the adhesive forming the adhesive layer can be prevented from adhering to the inner side surface of the reel 1. That is, the distance between the side plate portions 2, 2 separated by the winding portion 3 is such that the adhesive tape 5 is wound around the winding portion 3 so as not to come into contact with the inner side surface of the side plate portion 2 The setting is such that the cutting width of the belt 5 is followed by a certain margin, but when the winding is carried out with the belt 5, -8-200825011 may cause a sway due to the rotation of the reel 1 or the like, which may cause a roll of the belt 5 If the positional offset is taken, or if it is subjected to impact or vibration during storage, such that the wound belt 5 is displaced, the contact belt 5 is brought into contact with the inner side of the side panel portion 2. situation. In the present embodiment, even when the convex portion 21 is provided on the inner side surface of the side plate portion 2, the contact between the adhesive layer exposed on the side surface of the adhesive tape 5 and the inner side surface of the side plate portion 2 is reduced. The area is such that the adhesive forming the adhesive layer is prevented from adhering to the inner side surface of the reel 1. In the present embodiment, the degree hi of the convex portion 2 1 is preferably 0.05 to 1.00 mm, preferably 0.05 to 0.30 mm, and particularly preferably 〇. 5 to 0.2 0. Mm. When the height hi of the convex portion 21 is less than 0.05 mm, it is difficult to obtain the effect of suppressing the contact of the inner side surface of the side belt portion 2 with the second belt portion 2. Further, it is not preferable to pay attention to the accuracy of condition management when the reel 1 is formed by injection. On the contrary, if the height hi of the convex portion 21 exceeds 1.00 mm, the convex portion 21 is caused to be higher than necessary, and the width dimension of the reel 1 is affected. Further, there is a possibility that the pressing force toward the side surface of the tape 5 becomes strong, and the convex portion 2 1 is left on the side surface of the tape 5, which is not preferable. Further, the width w1' of the convex portion 21 is preferably 0.5 to 20.0 mm, more preferably 0.5 to 10.0 mm, particularly preferably 0.5 to 5.0 mm. If the width w 1 of the convex portion 2 1 is less than 〇 5 m m, the side surface of the subsequent belt 5 is injured. Further, it is not preferable to pay attention to the accuracy of condition management when the reel 1 is formed by injection. On the other hand, in the case of -9-200825011, if the width w1 of the convex portion 21 exceeds 20.0 mm, there is a problem that the adhesive adheres to the convex portion 2 1 . Further, in the present embodiment, as shown in Fig. 1, when a plurality of convex portions (1 in the illustrated example) extending in the radial direction are provided in a radial shape, it is possible to more reliably It is preferable to prevent the adhesion of the adhesive forming the adhesive layer to the inner side surface of the reel 1. Further, in the present embodiment, the peripheral convex portion 22 extending in the circumferential direction as shown in Fig. 1(b) and Fig. 3 is provided on the inner side surface of the peripheral edge portion of the side plate portion 2. 3 is a cross-sectional view taken along line C-C of Fig. 1(b). Here, when the subsequent tape 5 cut into a narrow width is taken up to the reel 1, as shown in Fig. 4(a), if the tape 5 is inclined a little, the tape 5 is allowed to be attached. When the side surface is guided to the peripheral edge portion of the side plate portion 2 and wound up, the side surface of the adhesive tape 5 can be flattened on the same plane without being wound up unevenly. Further, Fig. 4 is an explanatory view showing a state in which the tape 5 is taken up. Further, Fig. 4(b) is a left side view of the state shown in Fig. 4(a), and then the belt 5 is taken up into the reel 1 which is rotated in the direction of the arrow in the figure. The peripheral convex portion 22 provided along the inner side surface of the peripheral edge portion of the side plate portion 2, as described above, is used to prevent the adhesive tape 1 from being exposed to the side surface of the adhesive tape 5 when the adhesive tape 5 is taken up into the reel 1. The layer is in contact with the peripheral portion of the side plate portion 2, and the adhesive forming the adhesive layer is attached to the peripheral portion of the side plate portion 2. -10- 200825011 In other words, in the present embodiment, when the side surface of the side plate portion 2 is guided by the side surface of the belt 5, the contact area with the adhesive tape 5 is narrowed toward the inner side of the peripheral edge portion of the side plate portion 2. The edge convex portion 22 extending in the peripheral direction is provided, thereby preventing the adhesion of the adhesive. Therefore, it is preferable that the peripheral convex portion 22 is at least in a circular arc shape in contact with the adhesive tape 5, and the radius of curvature thereof is reduced in consideration to the contact area of the adhesive tape 5, preferably 0.3 to 1.5 mm, more preferably It is 〇·5~1.0mm. Further, in the present embodiment, in the case where such a peripheral convex portion 22 is provided, the height h2 of the peripheral convex portion 22 is preferably set to 0. 〇 5 to 1.00 mm, more preferably 0.05 to 0.30 mm, and particularly preferably 〇 ·〇5~0.20mm. If the height h2 of the peripheral convex portion 22 is less than 0.05 mm, the effect of suppressing the contact between the inner side surfaces of the pair of side plate portions 2 is caused. Further, when the tape 5 is taken up, the convex portion 21 and the subsequent tape 5 are likely to interfere, and the tape 5 is left to be damaged. This is not preferable. On the other hand, when the height h2 of the peripheral convex portion 22 exceeds 1.00 mm, the peripheral convex portion is higher than the necessary height, causing interference with the succeeding ridge when the subsequent belt 5 is taken up. In addition, since the gap between the side plate portions 2 and 2 of the belt 5 is large after the tape 5 is taken up, it is not preferable because the winding deviation 虞 or the like occurs during storage. Further, the width w2 of the peripheral convex portion 22 is preferably 0.5 to 20 mm, more preferably 0.5 to 10.0 mm, particularly preferably 0.5 to 5.0 mm. If the width w2 of the peripheral convex portion 22 is less than 0.5 mm, there is a fear that the side of the belt 5 will be damaged. On the contrary, if the width of the peripheral convex portion 22 exceeds 2 0 · 〇 mm, the adhesion of the adhesive to the peripheral convex portion along the circumference is caused to be formed by 22 5 and w 2 22 -11 - 200825011 issue. Further, when the subsequent tape 5 that has been taken up on the reel 1 is taken up and used, the tape 5 is likely to be caught in the peripheral convex portion 22, which is not preferable. The present invention has been described with reference to the preferred embodiments. However, the present invention is not limited to the embodiments described above, and various modifications can be made without departing from the scope of the invention. For example, in the above-described embodiment, the radial convex portion 21 and the peripheral convex portion 22 are provided in both of the pair of side plate portions 2, 2, but the radial convex portion 21 and the peripheral convex portion 22 may be required It is also possible to implement only one side plate portion 2. That is, the backing belt 5 is taken up against the side panel portion 2 side of one of the sides, and there is a margin between the other side panel portion 2 and the end belt 5, so that the side panel portion can be used only in the one side. 2 is implemented by providing the radial convex portion 21 and the circumferential convex portion 22. Further, in the above-described embodiment, the shaft hole 4 which is a D-shaped hole shape is illustrated as an example, but the shape of the key groove corresponding to the key provided on the winding shaft side may be formed, and the shaft hole 4 may be used. The specific form can be appropriately changed depending on the attachment means of the winding device to the take-up reel, and in the above-described embodiment, the form of the winding unit 3 is simply displayed, for example, The ribs and the like for ensuring rigidity can be applied to various forms that can be applied to such a reel. Further, in the above-described embodiment, the adhesive tape 5 having the adhesive layer is used as the wound material. However, the reel of the present invention may be suitably used in the case of -12-200825011. The wound material of the adhesive layer formed by coating the material of the adhesive to prevent adhesion of the adhesive. Further, in the above-described embodiment, the convex portion 2 1 provided on the inner side surface of the side plate portion 2 is provided with a rib formed continuously from the inner circumferential side toward the outer circumferential side of the reel 1, but the convex portion 21 is, for example, the fifth portion. As shown in Figure (a), it can also be formed by discontinuity. Further, the convex portion 21 is disposed from the center of the side plate portion 2 along the direction toward the peripheral edge in such a manner as to extend in the radial direction, as shown in Fig. 5(b), and intersects with the radial direction. Alternatively, or as shown in Fig. 5(c), it may be curved into a curved shape. Further, when the convex portion 2 1 is provided in a radial shape, the radiation center preferably coincides with the center of the side plate portion 2, but may be made inconsistent as needed. Further, the convex portion 2 1 may be radially expanded from a plurality of different radiation centers. Further, the cross-sectional shape of the convex portion 2 1 is not limited to the above-described arc shape, and may be a rectangular shape, a shape in which the corner portion is chamfered, or the like, or as shown in FIG. The cross-sectional shape is also acceptable. In this way, the number or shape of the convex portions 21 provided on the inner side surface of the side plate portion 2 is not particularly limited as long as the adhesion of the adhesive to the inner side surface of the reel 1 can be prevented. Similarly, the peripheral convex portion 22 provided along the inner side surface of the peripheral portion of the side plate portion 2 is also used to prevent the adhesion of the adhesive when the side surface of the side plate portion 2 is guided to the side surface of the tape 5 to be wound up. , it is possible to do all kinds of deformation implementation. In the above-described embodiment, the peripheral convex portion 22 is provided along the entire circumference of the circumference of the side portion of the side portion 13-200825011. However, for example, as shown in Fig. 7(a), the side plate portion is along the side plate portion. It is also possible to set the peripheral part of 2 to be intermittent. Further, as shown in Fig. 7(b), it may be provided in a curved shape, and as shown in Fig. 7(c), a plurality of peripheral projections (two in the illustrated example) are arranged in parallel. 22 is also possible. Further, as shown in Figs. 8(a) to (c), the peripheral convex portion 22 provided with the discontinuity is connected to the convex portion 2 for preventing adhesion of the adhesive to the inner side surface of the reel 1. 1 also. The cross-sectional shape of the peripheral convex portion 22 may be an arc shape, a rectangular shape, or a shape in which the corner portion is chamfered. Alternatively, the cross-sectional shape shown in FIG. 6 may be used, or The cross-sectional shape is the same as the cross-sectional shape of the convex portion 2 1 . Here, the fifth, seventh, and eighth drawings are explanatory views for arbitrarily explaining the arrangement of the convex portions 21 and 22 in the above-described modification. Further, Fig. 6 is a schematic explanatory view showing the cross-sectional shape of the convex portion 2 1 (or the peripheral convex portion 22), wherein the sixth figure (d), (f) is to close the two convex portions. 21 (or the peripheral convex portion 22) is exemplified in parallel; and the examples shown in FIGS. 6(e) and (g) are such that the two convex portions 21 (or the peripheral convex portion 22) are juxtaposed in contact with each other. Setter. [Industrial Applicability] As described above, the present invention provides a reel for preventing the adhesion of an adhesive to the inner side surface thereof for the reel used for manufacturing and supplying the adhesive tape. -14- 200825011 BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS Fig. 1 is an explanatory view showing an embodiment of a reel of the present invention.
